Multiple issues to report
My withdrawal showing successful but amount not credited in my bank account
Unable to reach them on customer care number though I am eligible as per their policies.
No appropriate revert to resolve complaint instead I only received auto acknowledgement email.

Respect sir i have played open account by the name of arusiharpit in rummy circle. And play game and win approx 15 thousands amt now I want to withdrawal my amt before I kyc is required. During kyc by mistake I have provided documents oh my husband aadhar card due to the same rummy circle rejected my kyc with no further liberty to update my kyc documents.
May I kind request you to please provide me one more opportunity to update my kyc documents or update my aadhar with my rummy circle account copy of aadhar card is enclosed
