I have tried to withdraw 40000 winning amount. But it is displaying as blocked. I was not able to withdraw money from my account. I did nothing but olay fair game. When I query my problem to customer support, they are not responding correctly and sending the same mail repeatedly. Please tell me how to withdraw my winning amount 40000.

I am RummyCircle user, my account has been closed since 4days, I don't have any multiple accounts, why would I need multiple accounts?
Since 3-4 year I use only one account 007basava, and until now I haven't created any account or neither tried to create one.
Stop this ### I know I don't have and not even tried creating multiple accounts, check once more, you people don't have proper system for monitoring accounts and you blame on us that we are having multiple accounts.
If there is any multiple account of mine tell me the user id and password I will play on that only.
You people don't have proper CUSTOMER care facilities to clarify the issues so to whom should we CONTACT.
I don't want multiple accounts I just need one which i was having and you people now blocked it.
So now tell me my other accounts user id and password I will play on that. If not possible than unblock my 007basava account.

I had withdrawn Rs.13654 from my rummy circle account. Withdraw successful But that money was not added to my bank account. When I called the bank, they told me that it was a rummy circle problem. I gave requested for withdrawal 17th Feb process still going on expected date 21 Feb I was sent more 10 emails regarding this I can't even proper Response except auto Reply there is no customer support for voice or non voice support very bad service

We are loosing our money and time
why they are not given instant withdrawal our money very very pathetic service

They are cheeting the people's

I will Raised the complaint against the rummucircle.com if I didn't get any response
