I dont no what is the reason of closing account and how to 're open the account. Please 're open my account today. Otherwise i will go to court and i put criminal case on your company. My user id is Jag01 at rummy circle.
I like to play rummy on rummycircle but they cheated me. I lost Rs. 10000/- approx.
When I played low amount game I won and when I played high amount game I lost in one move. It happened thousands of time.
I thought it's a part of game but once I noticed that the opponent player declare in one move and the card he picked is not in declaration cards. Now I am cheated.. So request you to refund my all money which I lost. I was not playing to be cheated. I am 76 years old person and I hated cheated. I like to be fair play.
Please asked to refund my money. The rummycircle support team has been denied my request.

I am RummyCircle user, my account has been closed since 4days, I don't have any multiple accounts, why would I need multiple accounts?
Since 3-4 year I use only one account 007basava, and until now I haven't created any account or neither tried to create one.
Stop this ### I know I don't have and not even tried creating multiple accounts, check once more, you people don't have proper system for monitoring accounts and you blame on us that we are having multiple accounts.
If there is any multiple account of mine tell me the user id and password I will play on that only.
You people don't have proper CUSTOMER care facilities to clarify the issues so to whom should we CONTACT.
I don't want multiple accounts I just need one which i was having and you people now blocked it.
So now tell me my other accounts user id and password I will play on that. If not possible than unblock my 007basava account.
My current RummyCircle account which you have blocked --- 007basava
Go through it as soon as possible.

I had withdrawn Rs.13654 from my rummy circle account. Withdraw successful But that money was not added to my bank account. When I called the bank, they told me that it was a rummy circle problem.
