I playing cash game since more than one year but suddenly seven months back my account has closed so please reopen my account. 369 rs in my account. I dont no what is the reason of closing account and how to 're open the account. Please 're open my account today. Otherwise i will go to court and i put criminal case on your company.         My user id is Jag01 at rummy circle.
        I like to play rummy on rummycircle but they cheated me. I lost Rs. 10000/- approx.
        When I played low amount game I won and when I played high amount game I lost in one move. It happened thousands of time.
        I thought it's a part of game but once I noticed that the opponent player declare in one move and the card he picked is not in declaration cards. Now I am cheated.. So request you to refund my all money which I lost. I was not playing to be cheated. I am 76 years old person and I hated cheated. I like to be fair play.
        Please asked to refund my money. The rummycircle support team has been denied my request.

            Yesterday afternoon i played 20points rummy game 2 players table and i won that game . My account balance[protected]₹ approx after 5secs balance shows 0 rs .since then i tried to call relationship manager swapna [protected] and also mail to [protected]@rummycircle.com but no response and still facing the issue.
            Kindly update my balance as soon as possible please.

                              I am RummyCircle user, my account has been closed since 4days, I don't have any multiple accounts, why would I need multiple accounts?
                              Since 3-4 year I use only one account 007basava, and until now I haven't created any account or neither tried to create one.
                              Stop this ### I know I don't have and not even tried creating multiple accounts, check once more, you people don't have proper system for monitoring accounts and you blame on us that we are having multiple accounts.
                              If there is any multiple account of mine tell me the user id and password I will play on that only.
                              You people don't have proper CUSTOMER care facilities to clarify the issues so to whom should we CONTACT.
                              I don't want multiple accounts I just need one which i was having and you people now blocked it.
                              So now tell me my other accounts user id and password I will play on that. If not possible than unblock my 007basava account.
