I am regularly playing on rum my circle since last 2nd September 2013 and suddenly 31st defender 2021 my account is blocked for the reason that I have ‘collided with another player (devngmeh1998 ) to gain an unfair advantage’ and my balance money of rs 7595.04 is stuck up in rummy account. On 28th December I noticed 6 times 800rs got deducted from my account, That time I noticed that in my profile mobile number was change to [protected] deleting my mobile number I complained the same to customer support but I didn’t received proper response from them. You can check the location from where it happened that time I played only pool rummy how I can collide with anybody in that game. Please check & investigate properly and revert me back.

Updated by Prashanth3555 Please go through my messages to the customer care regarding this, on 28 December my account was debited 800 rs 6 times by somebody else that time and I found this phone no in my profile then I changed it to my mobile no and updated my user password that day. Please investigate whose no is this [protected], then you will come to know the reality. I was the member since 2013 and I never did any wrong things in the game.

Updated by Prashanth3555 Please go through the attached transactions image there it shows December 28th 6.57 pm joined fantasy contest for football, check that transaction which phone number was there at time in my account. It happened 6 times total of 4, 800.00 rs.
