My account is blocked, I always play fair game and I tend to do so since I have created my account with you but still my account has been blocked and my money 10579 Rs. is stucked there I can't even withdraw the same.

After opening account in Rummy circle, I won around 12000 INR, when I try with draw there are allowing, saying document uploaded not matching name. But when I asked them where it is not matching there are not disclosing same. After I uploaded all documents with correct name, still document under review status only. Looks they are fraud.
