Kyunki har player ki drop karne mein 601 points badhta hai.29 dec2021 timming 1:30-1:55pm ko username Mmerlin ne cheating kiya tha.uska video Facebook mein viral ho gya tha .Usme bhee601 points har game mein badh rha tha .us cheating ka video company ki pass bheja gya company ne username mmerlin ki upar karwai ki aur uska winner list se naam hata diya gya.3jan2022timming 6:00-6:25pm ko username club 216218ne cheating kiya usne cheating aise kiya 6 player ek sath ek timming mein ek table mein 6player baithtein hain aur apse mein lambe points se harke high score bana lete hai aur Rummy rumble win kar jate hai Username mmerlin, username antacid username club216218 sabh ek hi gang ki member hai jo new new user name ki id bana ki cheating karke 1prize win kar lete hai Rummy circle mein bahut bada fraud ho rha hai

I am regularly playing on rum my circle since last 2nd September 2013 and suddenly 31st defender 2021 my account is blocked for the reason that I have ‘collided with another player (devngmeh1998 ) to gain an unfair advantage’ and my balance money of rs 7595.04 is stuck up in rummy account. On 28th December I noticed 6 times 800rs got deducted from my account, That time I noticed that in my profile mobile number was change to [protected] deleting my mobile number I complained the same to customer support but I didn’t received proper response from them. You can check the location from where it happened that time I played only pool rummy how I can collide with anybody in that game. Please check & investigate properly and revert me back.

Sir, rummy circle mein rummy rumble naam se tournament hota hai apki baar tournament 19dec2021-15dec2022 tak tournament hai.29dec2021-ko rummy circle ki rummy rumble timming 1:30pm-1:55pm mein username Mmerlin name player ne cheating kiya hai uska pura video mere pass hai.haar baar jeetne mein601point ka score kaise badhta hai how it is possible har baar koi same score se win nhi kar sakta hai ya toh company fraud kar rhi hai ya toh company staff kar rha hai ya toh koi gang fraud kar rha hai yeah toh logo ki vishwas ki sath khela ja rha hai first prize jeetna ki liye hum log kitni Mehmet kartein hain woh cheating karke win kar jata hai

21st December i have withdraw 2000 rupees and It's bank transfer successful. then i play cash game all the time 24th December complete 2911.57 rupees then i have add 1000 rupess for at about 7:30 pm deposit delight ticket now my balance 3911.57 rupees
then after that time when i will play cash game then show me contact [protected]@RummyCircle.com . why my account is closed or block i don’t understand please do something . i need my account and my money

Hi Team,

I have added 994 RS on 18th NOV but it was failed as add cash limit is over but money got deducted from bank and when i have checked for transaction it is shown as to be refund but still not got the refund.

I withdraw 1000rs at 9th December. But till now they are not processing my request... And customer service also not responsible for that. They said within 3 days will take for that but till now not processed... Worst rummysite ever.

I have added 150 to rummy circle play game app. Amount debited from my state bank of india but not credited amount in rummy circle playgame app.
I have enquired & registered complaint in stateBank india customer care & they told to ask rummy circle customer care.

But whenever I make call to rummy circle its not getting connected.
Please don't cheat me, kindly return my amount.
