I am Navya seniaray. I just sent three boxes from Vadodara to Pune. While paying the amount there was an issue and the payment was done twice once by my brother once by my father. I would like to receive the refund for the same. How should I proceed

    Sir,
    I have booked six trunk boxes of household items from jaisalmer (Rajasthan ) to Bageshwar (Uttarakhand) through safexpress courier service on 12 mar 22 vide waybill no 99044498. While tracking online it is showing that the items are reached at safexpress hub nainital on 21 mar 22, but the delivery of the items is still pending. The items have not been delivered so far at destination place (Bageshwar). I have also spoken to the safexpress courier person three to four times at nainital hub but he is not giving any satisfactory answer and saying that the items are on the way. whereas the destination place(Bageshwar) is approx 130km from Nainital.Please look into my matter and help me to get my items as soon as possible.

      I have booked my house hold items from Naini prayagraj to peren, Nagaland as per customer ID[protected]. While booking I have been told your complete house hold items will go in one separate truck which will directly drop to your shipping address ie Jalukie town, Peren district of Nagaland.
      When I have received my items it came in two small trucks and they packed it fully as max as possible without caring the glass items, fridge, sofa, ac and scooty.
      While I received my house hold stuffs I found my two ACs, Centre glass table, Almirah, Bed, glass of dressing table broken and sofa set was torn. I have spend almost more than Rs 2 lacs to either repair or buy these items.
      I would also like to info you that I have booked the stuff of more than 15lacs and paid Rs 75000/- for transport however on receipt of bill voucher I found luggage price is mentioned as on Rs 46000/- approx and transport charges are Rs 43200/-
      You are requested to reimburse the cost of broken items.

          A consignment received from Chandigarh on 14 Mar 22 is yet to be delivered. I have madr complaints to their office but to no avail. Somebody called on Thursday evening at almost closing hours & I told him to supply on Monday (i. e.)) Today). Till now, no whereabouts are known. Kindly instruct them to deliver forthwith.

            Hello Safexpress,

            I am Sunny Kumar Srivastava, Waybill no.[protected], is out for delivery for 2 days but has not been delivered till now. I called customer care they told me they will deliver the product today but hasn't been delivered and now I am calling them for 1 hour they are busy on a line. Very poor service

              A Package sent from Kerala arrived at Kolhapur, Maharashtra on 8th March but unfortunately, this guys did not deliver the same even after 2 days. They charged Rs.8614/-which is Rs.1500/- extra as the delivery is about 30 km from Kolhapur. Even after charging so much(VRL Charges justRs.2100/- from same package(I got it done last week only)

              When called customer care, the rude answer is asking me to wait till 14 days

                It was first booked from prayagraj to sriganganagar at rupees 998"" after i insisted the execeutive to divert it from sriganganagar to Hyderabad and unfortunately i have been looted and charged 100 rupees per kg more expensive than cargo...i will see u all in court bcoz they didnt give me parcel bcoz they knew i will complaint on overcharge...they delivered it to different person whom i dont know i have faced big loss bcoz neither ot was cheap nor on time...u have to give me penality lets c in court...
                And the hyderabad safeexpress delivered the parcel to different person

                    Hi team,

                    A box marked fragile delivered from Siliguri to Kolkata was thrown around by the person delivering to my house in Kolkata and that led to the goods inside being damaged, there were boxes and photo frames which have all broken because of the person's irresponsible behavior

                                I am Arun kumar. I am Working as Assistant manager in Ashok Leyland Foundry Division, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram district, Tamil Nadu. we sent a A4 head casting from M/s.ALFD, SPU to M/s. SURFACE FINISHING EQUIPMENT CO, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. After completed the trail they send casting through M/s. SAFEXPRESS PVT LTD. still now they are not send casting and they are not submitting Tax Invoice. They are asking for Advance payment for before dispatching of casting. But we unable process the Advance payment we are OEM manufacturing company. we already given the Purchase order copy for the Courier charges after the submit the tax invoice we process the payment. only submitting Tax Invoice. we already follow up more than 40 days. we already send request to safexpress courier to submitting Tax invoice. but still now they are not respond. If any damage of A4 casting- 4nos safexpress courier they are to be pay for the charges for damage casting. we attached the photo copy of Purchase order copy. kindly take complaint action against the M/s. safexpress courier to solve the issue to dispatch our goods without damage.

                                  Bunch of frauds! Booked Safeexpress logistics for safe movement of goods considering the brand. The final bill I received was no where close to the initial quotation provided as they added N number of hidden charges. This should have been informed before loading the goods, but the staff kept claiming that these are mandatory charges. However, while booking they had confirmed that the quoted price + tax would be final amount. The staff was extremely irresponsible and rude to us. We could negotiate very less and had to pay almost 30-40% additional cost than initial quotation. The movement was also delayed. Instead of 5-6 days, they took more than 12 days. Post receiving the goods, several items were damaged, but the staff just hangs up the call without addressing any issues. They also charged us for unloading and unpacking. It was not taken care and now they are not even receiving any of our calls.
