My waybill no is 99955438. I received my household items in pune on 6 December which sent from Srinagar. While receiving I didn't opened my items and next day I went for office work for 4 weeks in out of station. Yesterday after arriving I opened my packing items and saw that my fridge was broken my scooty was also cracked my steel box was broken and seems smashed. I am sharing the photos of the same. It's a very bad service from safexpess....

My Package Booked 22 December 2021 at Greater Mumbai to Pali. This parcel show Undelivered and don't any response received by Dilivery person. Please check it and reply this issue. Already have 10 days delay....

We are the dealers of the scientific instruments and chemicals and located in Ladwa (Haryana). One of our company sent the material through safexpress having Tracking No.[protected].

The material is lying with safexpress from 25/12/2021.

Till now we did not recived our material.

And if we call to your representative in Kurukshetra, he is not ready to answer the things and...

I and my friend had to get our belongings couriered from our hostel (IIT Roorkee to Home, Kolkata). I had called up the nearby Safexpress center (+[protected] to inquire about the charges (Roorkee to Kolkata) for the campus to home service with carton boxes provided by the company. I was told it will be Rs. 590/- per box+300+ 18% tax.

Later...

I had my consignment booked from Nagpur to Port Blair on 14th Dec 2021. the estimated Date of deliver given by safexpress executives was 22nd Dec 2021. Customer is not responding properly....

I book my parcel from patiala punjab on 16 12 2021 about 13 box n 103kg per kg the charge they told rs 20 so total amout they told me includ all the charge it will be 3500 or max 4000 thts y i send ths by safe xpress now the parcel reched here (kerala) the asking amount 8585 tht mns per kg about rs 85 this realy a costumer cheeting ma bill no is[protected] i[censored] are chrging this much amout u should inform early . So pls concider ma complaint...

I have received way bill dated 15.Dec.21. Its number is 96859006.

After 24 hours also your tracking system says way bill not found. Can I get the updates of my Shipment.

My steel box was locked and sent from Jabalpur to Bathinda with way bill no.[protected]. The lock of the box was found broken. The box holder was broken. The newly painted box was full of scratches....

As per my waybill no. 97621981 tracking records item has reached Kohima on 9/12/2021 but the package is not yet delivered, I tried to contact the branch office in Kohima but the contact number is not provided, please help as I am leaving my present address in few days after which it will be a problem to collect the package....

We shipped 6 items from Bangalore to Delhi. Which includes bed laptop small table. While receiving the parcel one table is missing and one another suitcase was opened. Since we shifted we don't know what other things are missing....

Hi, We placed a shipment pickup request on 27th November 2021 which got delivered on 2nd December 2021. My waybill no was[protected]. which was delivered from Delhi to Kolkata.

When delivered i checked the condition of the carton which was completely torn from the sides.
The value of the package was 30k .
when i opened the box i found two items were missing in which 1 item was...

I was booked my important household items on 28 November 2021 from Hooghly (WB) to Jodhpur (Raj).
Rep of Safeexpress confirmed me that the goods will reached at Jodhpur on 2nd Dec 2021 in any condition. But I haven't recd my goods till date where's I have pay full amount of rent.
You are requested to trace out my important goods so that I can be saved from heavy loss...

I hv ordered 5 boxes from Khurja ceramic, UP, my waybill number is[protected]..
i hv got only 2 boxes of mine. Another 3 boxes i have received are wrong parcel belongs to some another customer of Same seller Khurja ceramics only.. All 3 wrong parcel have my waybill number[protected].. That means some staff of safeexpress has done this gross mistake of putting my waybill number on another wrong parcel.. I hv already paid full amount....

Your Hosur unit manager and staffs are impolite and insolent people. Deliver as dump ### and speak like business owners...

MISSING, LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED WAY BILL NO.99090629 BY SAFEXPRESS ON 29 NOV 21. AT 1435 HRS.
This is very unpleasent to inform you that my several items including boxes damaged, furnitures damaged, locking divices of boxes broken, items were stolen.

(i) Boxes big total two broken..and items such as sarees, electronic watches, gift sets, wall clocks were missing ...
(i) Fridge is also received in damaged...

My luggage arrived at solan himachal pradesh on 26/11/2021 from mumbai.i want to know when it will reach to its exact delivery location i.e kunihar himachal pradesh..It's been 4 days already.Why this much delay ..And moreover no body is taking responsibility now... The company named gurukripa movers and packers telling me to contact through toll free numbers. I tried that also..but either numbers are wrong or no one is...

1. Clutch bent with internal wiring broken.
2. Front right side indicator broken with lights unserviceable.
3. Side stand bent beyond repair.
4. Scratches on right side of body...

As I submitted my complaint earlier I have got the call from your customer support that we are again keep on searching my package .. I got reply from your side that if my package was not traceable within three days it will process for claim … nothing has done by your side nor claim nor I received my package it’s the worse situation I had faced till now as I missing lot of memorable items held on that courier plzz do needful...
