Sir my parcel waybill no[protected] is not being delivered to me. Whenever I enquire form safexpress customer care I am being told that it will be delivered today or tomorrow repeatedly. But my parcel remains undelivered. I am getting frustated and mentally tortured with such kind of response from your courier services. Sir pls make the delivery as soon as possible other wise I am sorry to say that i will register my grievances on consumer forum for redressel of my grievances.

    We had booked a consignment from Kumbam to Rajkot in express service as suggested by this employee of safex stating the consignment will reach the destination in 3days time and hence the charges are almost double like 18k for the shipment by lorry.

    Today when called the customer service and tracking on website, it shows the consignment has reached only DHULE and still 700km to Rajkot which may take a day.

    Express service is 3 days and normal is 5-6days. Extra charge collected and still not delivered.

    After calling customer service, come to know that there is no express service. It is only by road or air.

    By road it is regular and no express.

    Pure cheat or fraud by this person incharge Murugan in Kambam, SAFEX office.

      Jodhpur to Saidabad.

      Product was picked up from my place on 30th may at around 11:00 am and was told that it is a very urgent delivery.

      Product was dispatched from Jodhpur at around 09:30 pm on 1st June.
      Wasted 30th and 31st may complete day and 1st june till evening.
      Almost 3 days and 2 nights it was there at Jodhpur warehouse.

      Then was in Jaipur for one day.

      Almost 4 days were wasted.

      When connected with the local team of Jodhpur and Hyderabad no satisfactory answer was given for urgent deliver or on time delivery.
      I now lost a big consignment from buyer as the sample product was to be deliverd by monday i.e. on 6th June but its 01:00 pm of 8th June today and still not delivered.

      No response from local team is there neither you people provide any contact details of the concerned team on mail or sms nor any details of the delivery person or truck driver.

      Customer care also gives the same information which we can see on tracking details on website and nothing more.

      Nobody is taking responsibility for timely delivery or timely update.
      People are not picking up the calls after connecting once with them.

      What kind of support is this and why there is no proper transparency or proper details provided.

      We choose you for timely and safe delivery and now we are loosing our orders because of such poor service.

        I made a call to Safexpress to track my courier. They asked me attend a call which they said it is from company, the number was "[protected]" .I made call on it, he asked me to download a app "Any Desk". I did as he guided.He asked atm no, validity, CVV. After that he said that ₹2 will be deducted as charge but ₹10 got debit from bank.Then, he keep on guiding me what to do in the app.Then I got message and call from bank that my is been blocked because observation of suspicious activities.

          Sir, I was posted from Kanpur to Trivandrum, so I booked lugguage through safex agent Mr Raja way bill no.[protected] dated 12 Mar 22. I rcvd the Lugguage on 19th Mar 22. When unwrap the Lugguage on next day, I found damaged washing machine, further I call to Mr Raja and sent him photographs of damaged portion. He till that not responding. I tried many times, but still I m feeling as victims. Kindly interviene in matter.

            Material dispatched from Jaipur to Kerala on 24 may 2022 not yet delivered in thrissur and the service is very bad nobody picks up the phone and after repeated attempts they picked up and said it is in Coimbatore and when we talked to Coimbatore guy they said thrissur guys are not unloading or picking up the goods the or no is[protected]. We are very disappointed with the service and have been behind it for a week at least teach ur staff to attend the phone calls

              Dear sir,
              On dates[protected] from Guwahati-781028 to Mangalore- 574144 my product i.e. Food Masala items ( Turmeric, Coriander, chilli powder etc) delivered in very bad condition. Packet has been dumped look like damaged one (minimum 10-12 bags). Contact several person of Safexpress. They didn’t respond well.
              Also payment done in advance. Safexpress need to pay for this damages. Photos has been attached.

                      The company charged air freight to transport the mango consignment vide way bill no.[protected] dt. 24/5/2022 assuring the delivery with 2 days by air cargo. Till date there is no where about of the shipment. Complaint is -

                      1- The shipment is not delivered in schedule time
                      2- The shipment tracking system is not working
                      3- The help line/Customer Care Nos. of the company safexpress are not responding despite holding for more than 30 minutes.

                        A consignment of Mangoes is shipped from Kudal to Meerut vide Way Bill no.[protected] dt 24/05/2022. Air freight is paid. But there is no trace of the shipment till 27/5/2022.
                        1- Neither your tracking system is operating.
                        2- Not your customer help lines are responding. I waited on phone for more than 30 minutes, listening that the "Customer Care executive is busy"
                        3- It appears that the company has charged for Air freight but sent it by road.

                        This is not expected from a company of repute like yours.

                            We have shipped 8 Boxes on 2 May 2022, from our Location Divide By Zero Technologies, Mahape Pin Code - 400710. to Mathura Pin Code - 281406, Shipment waybill AWB[protected], But we received only 6 boxes at Mathura. 2 Boxes are missing from your side. We raise complaint with safexpress team "Vaibhav Kadam ", "Sunil Rao ",
                            "sachin.[protected]@safexpress.com" . They said 2 Boxes 2 box not found in our Indor hub due to hub congestion. and this answer repeated since week.

                            And there is already too late for this delivery and customer charge us for late delivery. Also my team is waiting there for installation of this machine materia sind last friday. How can we handle this. this is very serious concern from my side. Please look into it and give me urgent solution.

                              I have sent the package from Odisha to Pune and received completely damaged product. My monitor screen is broken. I was assured that the product will be delivered safely and in good condition but the reversed happened. I want the compensation for this that is my money back asap. If this doesn't happen I will file the complain in the consumers court and make sure that nobody use your courier services henceforth.

                                      Hi,

                                      I sent a shipment from Kanpur (pin code 208016) to Trichy (pin code 620018) on 5th May. The shipment contained:

                                      5 carton boxes (Safe-express boxes)

                                      1 dining table

                                      Total number of items is 6

                                      Waybill No:[protected]

                                      Earlier today, your employee arrived at the destination address to complete the delivery. He brought 4 carton boxes (safe-express boxes) and 1 dining table. The 5th carton box that he attempted to deliver is not the same box that was dispatched from my house in Kanpur.

                                      There has been a mistake, due to which ONE carton box is missing. The items are marked in serial designation as 1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 and 6/6. The carton box that is missing is labeled 2/6. In place of the original box
                                      that was shipped, safe express team has replaced it with a smaller box.

                                      All the boxes have been returned to the Trichy office, until the missing box is found. Until then, we will not be taking delivery of the remaining items as well.

                                      I request Safe-express team to look into this, to find the missing box and have it delivered along with the other boxes at the earliest possible.

                                      After a lot of back and forth, they finally asked me to get in touch with the local booking hub, asking them to initiate return of the box that was eventually found. Once I contacted and informed the local hub in Kanpur, they quickly booked the box and dispatched it to the destination. I am still curious why this was not automatically done by the Safexpress customer care team...and they had to wait until I contacted safexpress local hub and get it resolved.

                                      I received a call from the Trichy area manager stating that they found the box. The box had reached Gorakhpur by mistake and was on its way back to Trichy. I am not sure how the box traveled in opposite direction. Also, I am shocked that the box was opened without prior consent from me, the customer. They claim that the box will be opened under these circumstances to confirm whether the box really belongs to the customer.

                                      I received the pictures of the open box on 14th May 2022. I was also promised that the boxes will arrive in Trichy within a weeks time. It has been 12 days since I received the pictures of the opened boxes, which were in Gorakhpur. No updates from anyone in Safexpress team.

                                      Lesson learnt, do not bulk booking or send multiple boxes in the same waybill number when using Safexpress. Insist on separate waybill number and receipt for each individual box. Then it is easier to track the boxes and such mistakes will not happen, causing the customer to wait endlessly, hoping that all the boxes will arrive safely.
