The company charged air freight to transport the mango consignment vide way bill no.[protected] dt. 24/5/2022 assuring the delivery with 2 days by air cargo. Till date there is no where about of the shipment. Complaint is -

1- The shipment is not delivered in schedule time
2- The shipment tracking system is not working
3- The help line/Customer Care Nos. of the company safexpress are not responding despite holding for more than 30 minutes.

    A consignment of Mangoes is shipped from Kudal to Meerut vide Way Bill no.[protected] dt 24/05/2022. Air freight is paid. But there is no trace of the shipment till 27/5/2022.
    1- Neither your tracking system is operating.
    2- Not your customer help lines are responding. I waited on phone for more than 30 minutes, listening that the "Customer Care executive is busy"
    3- It appears that the company has charged for Air freight but sent it by road.

    This is not expected from a company of repute like yours.

        We have shipped 8 Boxes on 2 May 2022, from our Location Divide By Zero Technologies, Mahape Pin Code - 400710. to Mathura Pin Code - 281406, Shipment waybill AWB[protected], But we received only 6 boxes at Mathura. 2 Boxes are missing from your side. We raise complaint with safexpress team "Vaibhav Kadam ", "Sunil Rao ",
        "sachin.[protected]@safexpress.com" . They said 2 Boxes 2 box not found in our Indor hub due to hub congestion. and this answer repeated since week.

        And there is already too late for this delivery and customer charge us for late delivery. Also my team is waiting there for installation of this machine materia sind last friday. How can we handle this. this is very serious concern from my side. Please look into it and give me urgent solution.

          I have sent the package from Odisha to Pune and received completely damaged product. My monitor screen is broken. I was assured that the product will be delivered safely and in good condition but the reversed happened. I want the compensation for this that is my money back asap. If this doesn't happen I will file the complain in the consumers court and make sure that nobody use your courier services henceforth.

                Docket No.[protected] booked on 30th April 2022, now we stand on 11th May after a gap of 12 days still we have not received this shipment.
                Kindly advise, where is the issue regarding delivery, as we are unable to give proper answer to our valuable customer.

                Pls look into the same and arrange to delivery the shipment by today without fail.

                  Hi,

                  I sent a shipment from Kanpur (pin code 208016) to Trichy (pin code 620018) on 5th May. The shipment contained:

                  5 carton boxes (Safe-express boxes)

                  1 dining table

                  Total number of items is 6

                  Waybill No:[protected]

                  Earlier today, your employee arrived at the destination address to complete the delivery. He brought 4 carton boxes (safe-express boxes) and 1 dining table. The 5th carton box that he attempted to deliver is not the same box that was dispatched from my house in Kanpur.

                  There has been a mistake, due to which ONE carton box is missing. The items are marked in serial designation as 1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 and 6/6. The carton box that is missing is labeled 2/6. In place of the original box
                  that was shipped, safe express team has replaced it with a smaller box.

                  All the boxes have been returned to the Trichy office, until the missing box is found. Until then, we will not be taking delivery of the remaining items as well.

                  I request Safe-express team to look into this, to find the missing box and have it delivered along with the other boxes at the earliest possible.

                  After a lot of back and forth, they finally asked me to get in touch with the local booking hub, asking them to initiate return of the box that was eventually found. Once I contacted and informed the local hub in Kanpur, they quickly booked the box and dispatched it to the destination. I am still curious why this was not automatically done by the Safexpress customer care team...and they had to wait until I contacted safexpress local hub and get it resolved.

                  I received a call from the Trichy area manager stating that they found the box. The box had reached Gorakhpur by mistake and was on its way back to Trichy. I am not sure how the box traveled in opposite direction. Also, I am shocked that the box was opened without prior consent from me, the customer. They claim that the box will be opened under these circumstances to confirm whether the box really belongs to the customer.

                  I received the pictures of the open box on 14th May 2022. I was also promised that the boxes will arrive in Trichy within a weeks time. It has been 12 days since I received the pictures of the opened boxes, which were in Gorakhpur. No updates from anyone in Safexpress team.

                  Lesson learnt, do not bulk booking or send multiple boxes in the same waybill number when using Safexpress. Insist on separate waybill number and receipt for each individual box. Then it is easier to track the boxes and such mistakes will not happen, causing the customer to wait endlessly, hoping that all the boxes will arrive safely.

                      Shipment delivery delayed

                      My courier was picked up on 30th April 2022 from Ranchi to Bangalore under waybill[protected]. Delivery estimated on 6th May.However the items are arrived in Bangalore on 5th may but it’s not getting delivered for last 5 days. Any call to customer care goes on waiting for infinite time and other times it does not even connect. I have not been contacted even one time since I requested for return call from customer care.                         It is submitted that my house hold goods were transferred from Imphal to Palasa through safe express vide way bill No[protected] dated 20 Mar 2022. It has been observed that when items received at destination station, packing box of mine & some items in the packing box have been fully damaged.                           I was shipping an induction cooktop from Kolkata to Gujarat through Safexpress. The packaging was done very carefully with plastic bubble wrap over each item separately. However, the cooktop was broken completely when I received the item. I tried calling the customer care of Safexpress several times, but there was no response. This is an utterly disgusting experience.

                            this order has not yet been delivered to me.
                            After that i contacted customer care. But we could not get in touch with the customer care.Unable to connect even after staying in line for an hour. Disconnecting call.
                            Then somehow i juggled the number of safe expreess office.
                            After talking to him, he provided me the number of the area manager.
                            Then the area manager tell me that ytour item hasn't arrived with us yet, so it hasn't been delivered.
                            Then after talking to them, i realized that they too cannot support me.
                            Please kindly request you where is my product as soon as possible try tracking and delivery to m e otherwisw iu can action you company.

                              I have purchased a elliptical trainer from Cockatooindia.com.They said they sent the product with safexpress and provided waybill no 88636094. The product reached the nearest station yesterday itself. From the destination to my delivery address it is half an hour travel of 20kms. Since it is been not out for delivery yet. On reading so many complaints and reviews I’m making my complaint here as i don’t know what happen if I didn’t take action immediately. I kindly request you to resolve it. Thank you.

                                      I Rashmi Kushwaha, booked my household items in good condition from Noida to Hyderabad with Waybill number[protected] on 15/04/2022. Items are delivered to me on 19/04/2022. During delivery, I found items are damaged. Details of damages are:-
