I shipped my bike from Safexpress Chandigarh on 2 June 2022 to Pune (Receipt No: [protected]). For better safety of my vehicle I didn't negotiated also paid packing charges Rs 1000/- too. Today I got my bike but my left indicator is broken and AUX light mount is damaged. Its been clearly seen that vehicle is not handled correctly either at the time of loading and unloading. Same thing I observed at Amritsar Safexpress, although there was a ramp to unload the vehicle but taking an shortcut but not using it, they pulled the vehicle out of the truck directly on to the road, resulting impact on the lower end of the motorcycle and bad impact on the suspensions.

My Bike is KTM Adventure 390 and yes spares are too expensive, I need the compensation for the same

    Our two invoices whose docket no is[protected],[protected] both are emergency order which was billed at Nagpur pdc and it reached Kanpur on 05/07/2022 but those invoices are not delivered yet Our dealership distance is only 60 less and we are trying to contact but no answer

        My shipment started from source location on Monday 27th June 2022 and was supposed to reach destination max by 2nd July 2022, today is 4th July, I still haven't received my shipment also not getting proper response from the customer care.
        Please refund my amount for the delay and inconvenience caused.

          I have registered to transfer my bike through safexpress, and they told me it will get delivered in 4-5 days. It has been 9 days now and I haven't yet received any update on this, on tracking. it shows it is in transit.
          Please deliver it as soon as possible, or update me with the exact status.

          Their helpline number is always busy, never picked the call, so much frustrated by this, not expected this from safexpress.

            I am New Dar Drug Deal Budgam Kashmir sir I have a consignment pending at Srinagar office from last two days I have contacted one Mr Umer bearing cell no.+[protected] yesterday but as per govt. order my office was closed. Mr Umer argued with me a lot .now today I called him again now he is asking me to receive consignment on my own .it's unfortunate I have already paid for my services.why i was treated like this .if you suggest me to stop believing in saafxpress then it's okay I will manage thing from other transporter

              Missing item and open box

              Dear sir,
              I have booked parcel from bodh gaya and bangalore. But even after reaching to bangalore my parcel was not delivered to me on time it took 4 days extra for delivery as the driver was on leave what i was told.

              Refer to the image attached. I called up safexpress delivery @[protected] (or I was directed to this number by some safexpress employee). Now, this person is committing everyday to deliver and has delaying it since last 10 days. I have booked on 14th June but still parcel is not received in bangalore. Would request you to help us in the delivery of the luggage

                I have made a pick up request to safe express. This person from Express courier and cargo came to pick up saying that its from safexpress. Now they have not sent it through safexpress, , and my parcel has not yet been delivered even after 2 weeks, , even though they took the charge saying it'll be delivered within 1 week.
                Please get back on how a pick up request made to Safexpress, given to someone other courier without the customer consent.

                    I have send my parcel through safexpress, , but it has not being delivered even after 2 weeks. The waybill number given to me, , was wrong. It has been delivered to a different person and different address. I have send request to update me, , but to no avail. The safeexpress team is not updating me about my complaint or not acknowledging .. as a customer, , I have the right to know whereabouts of my parcel or the problem with this parcel delivery, as I have paid for this service. Kindly do the needful and update as soon as possible

                      I have an order with waybill no[protected], when tracked it shows that the order has been delivered by 25th June, but I haven't received any such order, nor I got any intimation message for out of delivery.

                      Please look into this matter seriously, as I haven't received anything yet and also the customer care number is not answering my calls.

                        My scooty and trunk was booked from Lucknow to Chabua Assam through safeexpress. Waybill no. is 91478130. I have received my scooty fully damaged and battery being stolen from it. Also, there are dents allover the trunk (fully damaged). Kindly compensate me with the amount of damaged and stolen items. Also, take necessary action against your safeexpress staff for damaging and stealing.

                                Booked a shipment on 5th may from Gaya, Bihar to Hisar, Haryana
                                received the package well in time but one of the 4 boxes did not belong to me
                                have been trying to complain about this for past 45 days or so
                                no rly from safexpress customer care over mail, phone or even the local safexpress office individual.

                                everytime i send a mail to safeexpress mail id, i get a new complaint token number. the difference between my 1dt and last token number is almost 16000.
                                have been kept on hold for more than an hr without any conclusion or rly

                                  I had taken logistic service of Safexpress to deliver my household items from Silchar (Assam) to Uttarpara (West Bengal) on 2nd May 2022 (Way Bill no:[protected]. I've received the consignment on 10th May 2022. During the time of the delivery I have found that my water purifier's cartoon was partially opened & the outer portion was severely damaged. I have mentioned the damage details in the challan copy on that day & also shared the details via whatsapp to Mr Javed Asrar Ahmed (Area Manager) on 19th May 2022. I have also lodged a complaint in your toll free no ([protected]) on 07th June 2022. But it's very unfortunate that no response has been received from their end.

                                      The estimated delivery date is 7th June, 2022. But the courier isn't arrived till now. We have contacted and they are giving excuses that they would delivery the next day. If we talked seriously, they told they won't deliver it and warned us to do whatever we want to do
