This is regarding my consignment with way bill no. 98438047, I shipped it from Hyderabad on 8th October and I got my consignment on 29 October, after 20 days. Although the agent told me that it will reach destination in one week but it didn't, they were simply making fool out of me that your consignment got stuck here and there and fooling me, telling all the nonsense reason. Also the agent at Hyderabad told me that he will wrap my trolly bag nicely and will ship it but he didn't do that.. just took money and shipped it without wrapping. My trolly is fully destroyed now.. it was a new bag when I gave them and now it got scratches all over, it got some bend bcoz to throwing it here and there, I purchased it for 4000₹. I just want my money back anyhow bcoz that bag is fully destroyed and now I can't carry it anywhere. Also when it reached to destination place after 20 days... The agent here in Shillong called me and told that my address is very far, he can't deliver and you have to come and take otherwise he won't bring to my place, so I only have to go and receive my consignment myself, this is really ridiculous. I just want compensation of 4000₹ as my luggage is fully destroyed, you guys also fooled me. I am going to put an FIR on safe express and all those agents, who took my luggage as I am really fed-up, also contact me and give me full compensation as soon as possible. Although bcoz u fooled me I am going to do an FIR. I am also uploading pics of my luggage which I received in very bad condition.
