Respected sir
I was booked my important household items on 28 November 2021 from Hooghly (WB) to Jodhpur (Raj).
Rep of Safeexpress confirmed me that the goods will reached at Jodhpur on 2nd Dec 2021 in any condition. But I haven't recd my goods till date where's I have pay full amount of rent.
You are requested to trace out my important goods so that I can be saved from heavy loss

    I hv ordered 5 boxes from Khurja ceramic, UP, my waybill number is[protected]..
    i hv got only 2 boxes of mine. Another 3 boxes i have received are wrong parcel belongs to some another customer of Same seller Khurja ceramics only.. All 3 wrong parcel have my waybill number[protected].. That means some staff of safeexpress has done this gross mistake of putting my waybill number on another wrong parcel.. I hv already paid full amount. I hv ordered ceramic pots to gift on 8th decrmber predecided function.. My whole plan has got disturbed coz of this mistake done byb safeexpress. Please give my parcel back as soon as possible..

        MISSING, LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED WAY BILL NO.99090629 BY SAFEXPRESS ON 29 NOV 21. AT 1435 HRS.
        This is very unpleasent to inform you that my several items including boxes damaged, furnitures damaged, locking divices of boxes broken, items were stolen.

        (i) Boxes big total two broken..and items such as sarees, electronic watches, gift sets, wall clocks were missing ...
        (i) Fridge is also received in damaged condition..and us not working..rear machinery parts are compressed and damaged...
        (ii) My Usha RO system kept in those damaged and locking divices missing box has been severaly damaged.

        All the said missing, damaged items are intimated by me to your representative Mr. Vimal of Jambagar and Mr. Davendra Yadav of Gurugram .
        Toral loss assement done by me is more than Rs.20000/- .

          Dear sir/mam
          My luggage arrived at solan himachal pradesh on 26/11/2021 from mumbai.i want to know when it will reach to its exact delivery location i.e kunihar himachal pradesh..It's been 4 days already.Why this much delay ..And moreover no body is taking responsibility now... The company named gurukripa movers and packers telling me to contact through toll free numbers. I tried that also..but either numbers are wrong or no one is picking the phone.
          Kindly do the needful .
          I need my luggage on urgent basis

              As I submitted my complaint earlier I have got the call from your customer support that we are again keep on searching my package .. I got reply from your side that if my package was not traceable within three days it will process for claim … nothing has done by your side nor claim nor I received my package it’s the worse situation I had faced till now as I missing lot of memorable items held on that courier plzz do needful

                The staff at Baddi branch refuse to share the way bill copy of goods sent to Coimbatore. Me and my colleague were on call for more than 5 hours requesting for one.

                The staff was careless and irresponsible about their acts and behaviour.

                I expected better from Safexpress.

                    This is to bring you the kind notice / escalation that our consignment has reached the Hyderabad Hub on 18th and it is almost 5 days since your local team not able to find my material which is inside your local Hub.
                    This material is most urgent and we are unable to answer our customer...
                    Because of this material almost 40Lakh worth of Diesel Generator is not working and we are helpless.
                    Secondly, pls see the chain of mails my team has sent to your team but no revert from none...
                    Requesting herewith kindly look into and resolve my concern by today itself...

                            I packed my luggage on 28th Oct 2021, It took almost 20 days, to deliver which the first very dissapointing thing.

                            When i recieved the delivery I was shocked to see my Induction stove got damaged nearly 60 %.

                            I am not understanding where to submit my complaint.
                            I found this site helpfull and hope my issue gets resovled soon.

                                The customer care executives don't have details. The customer has to call time and again to ask where the consignment is. Even after that, the executives don't provide clarity on the delivery of the consignment. The tracking service shows out for delivery at 10 am, but even then you cannot expect that they will deliver it on that day. The time they mention is 5 days, but it's been more than 10 days and I haven't yet received my consignment. Safexpress should basically shut its service if it can't provide a resolution to information asymmetry.

The courier was dispatched by my colleague from tinsukia (Assam) on 30 sep 2021, It’s been two months I have not received the item which are very valuable like documents etc.. and even spoken to the concern person from where the courier was dispatched. I got the reply from your staff that the courier is in Hyderabad and the package was not traceable by the staff due to more number of packages. So it’s kindly requested to treat the matter as urgent and deliver my courier as early as possible

                                      I have an courier from jabalpur, it is shipped from there on 1-nov-2021.till now i did'nt get it, i tracked on shipping on 5th nov it shows item in banglore, i tryed to contact on customer care number for sevral times, they put me on waitng for 6-9 mintets then finally they told customer executive is unavilable and they will call back...but i didnt get any call back...safe express is waisting my valuble times.i really fedup with the services...kindly do the needfull.

                                        Sir, I am a defence officer. I have booked house hold items on transfer from Gangtok to Rangreth (Srinagar J&K) vide way Bill no. 99134503 and an other from Gangtok to Kurukshetra vide way bill no. 99134504 both dated 21.10 .2921. On 05 Oct 2021 a delivery van came to my home for delivery of items, it is seen that the items despatched for Rangreth, Srinagar sent to Kurukshetra for delivery where as the items booked for Kurukshetra sent to Rangreth, Srinagar.
                                        It is a blender mistake done by the staff of your company. It is marriage function at my home . I am waiting for the luggage. But to the luggage were came for delivery totally wrong.
                                        Kindly look in to the matter and ensure for quickly delivery. It is very bad experience for me. Regards
