It has been over 20 days when I booked my luggage with Safeexpress. The status for the past 5 days shows that it has reached my location but is still not delivered.
One of the luggage is yet to reach the final destination

    I packed my luggage on 28th Oct 2021, It took almost 20 days, to deliver which the first very dissapointing thing.

    When i recieved the delivery I was shocked to see my Induction stove got damaged nearly 60 %.

    I am not understanding where to submit my complaint.
    I found this site helpfull and hope my issue gets resovled soon.

        The customer care executives don't have details. The customer has to call time and again to ask where the consignment is. Even after that, the executives don't provide clarity on the delivery of the consignment. The tracking service shows out for delivery at 10 am, but even then you cannot expect that they will deliver it on that day. The time they mention is 5 days, but it's been more than 10 days and I haven't yet received my consignment. Safexpress should basically shut its service if it can't provide a resolution to information asymmetry.

            This is Suryanarayana Mummana from Visakhapatnam. My waybill number is 97798744. The courier was dispatched by my colleague from tinsukia (Assam) on 30 sep 2021, It’s been two months I have not received the item which are very valuable like documents etc.. and even spoken to the concern person from where the courier was dispatched. I got the reply from your staff that the courier is in Hyderabad and the package was not traceable by the staff due to more number of packages. So it’s kindly requested to treat the matter as urgent and deliver my courier as early as possible

            Dear sir, I have spoken to your customer support. I got the reply that my issue will be resolved in three to four days, if not so your agency will process a claim regarding my package till now there is no intimation from your side
            Please resolve the issue early important items are kept in that package

              I have an courier from jabalpur, it is shipped from there on 1-nov-2021.till now i did'nt get it, i tracked on shipping on 5th nov it shows item in banglore, i tryed to contact on customer care number for sevral times, they put me on waitng for 6-9 mintets then finally they told customer executive is unavilable and they will call back...but i didnt get any call back...safe express is waisting my valuble times.i really fedup with the services...kindly do the needfull.

                Sir, I am a defence officer. I have booked house hold items on transfer from Gangtok to Rangreth (Srinagar J&K) vide way Bill no. 99134503 and an other from Gangtok to Kurukshetra vide way bill no. 99134504 both dated 21.10 .2921. On 05 Oct 2021 a delivery van came to my home for delivery of items, it is seen that the items despatched for Rangreth, Srinagar sent to Kurukshetra for delivery where as the items booked for Kurukshetra sent to Rangreth, Srinagar.
                It is a blender mistake done by the staff of your company. It is marriage function at my home . I am waiting for the luggage. But to the luggage were came for delivery totally wrong.
                Kindly look in to the matter and ensure for quickly delivery. It is very bad experience for me. Regards

                  I have submitted my two bag on 23rd September 2021 vide way bill no. 99005293 in Leh but one bag out of two has not been delivered till date. It is also stated that only one bag has been mentioned in builty/bill paper while I have submitted two bag mentioned in my way bill receiving. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                    Refer to Safexpress way waybill number[protected]. It was regarding my household items delivered from Johrat, Assam to Shahjhanpur, UP. During the delivery of items it was found severely damaged which is not acceptable from company. If you people can't deliver it safely than stop or either close this company because there is nothing safe, even a iron trunk. See photos att. I want you people to look into this matter. As it is not acceptable from a reputed firm.

                      Parcel dispatched from Udaipur to Bikaner through jaipur route on 27.10.2021 but parcel was not forwarded to Bikaner from Jaipur hub

                      And no satisfactory answered by the Bikaner courier person

                      This is regarding my consignment with way bill no. 98438047, I shipped it from Hyderabad on 8th October and I got my consignment on 29 October, after 20 days. Although the agent told me that it will reach destination in one week but it didn't, they were simply making fool out of me that your consignment got stuck here and there and fooling me, telling all the nonsense reason. Also the agent at Hyderabad told me that he will wrap my trolly bag nicely and will ship it but he didn't do that.. just took money and shipped it without wrapping. My trolly is fully destroyed now.. it was a new bag when I gave them and now it got scratches all over, it got some bend bcoz to throwing it here and there, I purchased it for 4000₹. I just want my money back anyhow bcoz that bag is fully destroyed and now I can't carry it anywhere. Also when it reached to destination place after 20 days... The agent here in Shillong called me and told that my address is very far, he can't deliver and you have to come and take otherwise he won't bring to my place, so I only have to go and receive my consignment myself, this is really ridiculous. I just want compensation of 4000₹ as my luggage is fully destroyed, you guys also fooled me. I am going to put an FIR on safe express and all those agents, who took my luggage as I am really fed-up, also contact me and give me full compensation as soon as possible. Although bcoz u fooled me I am going to do an FIR. I am also uploading pics of my luggage which I received in very bad condition.

                        My waybill 99944116 parcel reached hyderabad hub on 25th oct and this is not delivered yet to my address. I contacted customer care and they never got back to me with the update.

                            My waybill number is 97835149. My parcel arrived at its destination in imphal l, 5 days back but they are not delivering. I spoke to their costumer care but they said they will pass on the msg. From last 3 days i was speaking to the in charge of safexpress in imphal Mr. Sri Ram, but he is saying he had told the workers but they are not delivering. Now whom should I contact. My husband is in army and he needs his uniform urgently.

                                Way Bill No 99070510
                                My shipment, as per the tracking ID, has reached Nagoan Assam on 11.10.2021, the actual destination is Haflong NC Hills, pin 788819. It's already 16 days But, Safex express has not yet delivered it to my home. I have been calling its Nagoan branch relentlessly for days and nobody answers my call. I also filed a complaint through their customer care service more then six time, yet nobody has emailed or messaged me regarding the status of my complaint. I am worried about whether my shipment is safe and secure. I urgently want Safex express to get my shipment delivered from their warehouse in Nagoan to my home address.

                                  There were 3 items(20kg carton) that were parceled from Bangalore to Jamshedpur.

                                  My waybill number : 97859874

                                  Out of three, I received one correct and two wrong parcels containing clothes and other items.
