I have send my parcel through safexpress, , but it has not being delivered even after 2 weeks. The waybill number given to me, , was wrong. It has been delivered to a different person and different address. I have send request to update me, , but to no avail. The safeexpress team is not updating me about my complaint or not acknowledging .. as a customer, , I have the right to know whereabouts of my parcel or the problem with this parcel delivery, as I have paid for this service. Kindly do the needful and update as soon as possible
