Bunch of frauds! Booked Safeexpress logistics for safe movement of goods considering the brand. The final bill I received was no where close to the initial quotation provided as they added N number of hidden charges. This should have been informed before loading the goods, but the staff kept claiming that these are mandatory charges. However, while booking they had confirmed that the quoted price + tax would be final amount. The staff was extremely irresponsible and rude to us. We could negotiate very less and had to pay almost 30-40% additional cost than initial quotation. The movement was also delayed. Instead of 5-6 days, they took more than 12 days. Post receiving the goods, several items were damaged, but the staff just hangs up the call without addressing any issues. They also charged us for unloading and unpacking. It was not taken care and now they are not even receiving any of our calls.
