        We have worked on holiday to get the material ready at our Ankleshwar plant as we needed to send to customer urgently.
        Safex being fast we payed more and booked consignment through safe however to my surprise I find that still consignment is lying at Baroda.

        Pathetic service
        From vasai we have booked a parcel on 17/02/2022 to indore today is 21/02/2022 I don’t get the delivery yet at my place and the person of safe express indore contact no is [protected] He is saying we will try to deliver it by today are you people kidding If you are not capable to give the delivery in 4 days so why you take the booking of material

          Sir I brijesh kumar singh booked my household item from Tinsukia to Jaisalmer on 15 Se 21 which was delivered on time but my washing machine was damaged.Further I complain the same through mail to [protected]@safexpress.com I got complain number which is COM[protected] but still I did not get any solution plz do needful

              Household items

              My waybill no is 99955438. I received my household items in pune on 6 December which sent from Srinagar. While receiving I didn't opened my items and next day I went for office work for 4 weeks in out of station. Yesterday after arriving I opened my packing items and saw that my fridge was broken my scooty was also cracked my steel box was broken and seems smashed. I am sharing the photos of the same. It's a very bad service from safexpess....

                Ur team has not yet called me nor there is any follow up in the process. Been waiting for three days to get my packages picked up from my address. Have already waste my three days. Please look into this as soon as possible... i m really upset with process. If in case o[censored]r inability to serve, the customer must be acknowledged regarding the same so that he/she can look for an alternative. You are not supposed to make false promises to the customers. It costs much.

                  Dear Sir,

                  We are the dealers of the scientific instruments and chemicals and located in Ladwa (Haryana). One of our company sent the material through safexpress having Tracking No.[protected].

                  The material is lying with safexpress from 25/12/2021.

                  Till now we did not recived our material.

                  And if we call to your representative in Kurukshetra, he is not ready to answer the things and did not tel about the location and even about the Delivery.

                  We never expect this type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from Safexpress.

                  Material is very urgenly required as it belong to some emergency, but safexpress is not bothered about the same, and even after 3 days, we did not get the material.

                    This is regarding the WAYBILL NUMBER:[protected] and[protected].

                    I and my friend had to get our belongings couriered from our hostel (IIT Roorkee to Home, Kolkata). I had called up the nearby Safexpress center (+[protected] to inquire about the charges (Roorkee to Kolkata) for the campus to home service with carton boxes provided by the company. I was told it will be Rs. 590/- per box+300+ 18% tax.

                    Later when the pickup boys arrived they charged us Rs.690/- per box+300+18% tax and on objection, they reduced a slight amount of about Rs. 300 on each bill. To our surprise when the boxes were delivered to our doorstep we found that the S.N.S.D. copy (carbon copy) had no amount mentioned. It was just written "Paid".

                    To cross confirm I made a fresh online request for the pickup for the same location and the Safexpress agent called me up. He too told me that the charges are 590/- per box+300+18%tax.

                    It clearly shows that I have been overcharged by the staff. It is a clear case of cheating and fraud within the company as well as with the customer. I have attached the picture of the CONSIGNOR COPY and S.N.S.D. copy for both the WayBill.

                    I also found that two of my belongings (wall painting and a candy jar) were broken during the transportation (image attached).

                        I book my parcel from patiala punjab on 16 12 2021 about 13 box n 103kg per kg the charge they told rs 20 so total amout they told me includ all the charge it will be 3500 or max 4000 thts y i send ths by safe xpress now the parcel reched here (kerala) the asking amount 8585 tht mns per kg about rs 85 this realy a costumer cheeting ma bill no is[protected] i[censored] are chrging this much amout u should inform early .                                     Hi, We placed a shipment pickup request on 27th November 2021 which got delivered on 2nd December 2021. My waybill no was[protected]. which was delivered from Delhi to Kolkata.

                                    When delivered i checked the condition of the carton which was completely torn from the sides.
                                    The value of the package was 30k .
                                    when i opened the box i found two items were missing in which 1 item was valuable product and it was not found inside the box.
                                    1. Saree cost- Rs.7000/-
                                    2. Sleeper cost- Rs-500/-

                                    Carefully noticing the box was torn off deliberately from the sides. It appeared like whatever items were easily accessible was taken without disturbing the upper part of the box.

                                    There cannot be any incident where things were fallen from the box as it is very clear items were stolen deliberately without disturbing the upper and lower deck of the box.
                                    Kindly look into the matter asap. i never expected this from safexpress doing such a thing beaking there customer trust. its so unacceptable.
                                    I would like to have refund for the items lots and a proper explanation to the situation
