from last 2 days I'm follow up for urgent delivery, but your service contact person is not provide proper answer & each are tell tomorrow arrived tomorrow arrived, we don't have time for the follow up with them on regular basis... but still it was provide delivery tomorrow...

request you to provide the delivery of below doc number on urgent basis.. .& all call is busy in daily basis... but not response properly & if we discussion so half conversation he will cut the calls.

    Shipment delivery delayed

    My courier was picked up on 30th April 2022 from Ranchi to Bangalore under waybill[protected]. Delivery estimated on 6th May.However the items are arrived in Bangalore on 5th may but it’s not getting delivered for last 5 days. Any call to customer care goes on waiting for infinite time and other times it does not even connect. I have not been contacted even one time since I requested for return call from customer care. Clearly the service...

    I have booked Luggage from Jabalpur to Bangalore (From Pincode- 482001 to 560076), Waybill Number: 97892616. I have received my large suitcase in a damaged condition.

      It is submitted that my house hold goods were transferred from Imphal to Palasa through safe express vide way bill No[protected] dated 20 Mar 2022. It has been observed that when items received at destination station, packing box of mine & some items in the packing box have been fully damaged. Therefore, it is kindly requested to recovery my loss at the earliest. Photographs for the same available with me.

        I was shipping an induction cooktop from Kolkata to Gujarat through Safexpress. The packaging was done very carefully with plastic bubble wrap over each item separately. However, the cooktop was broken completely when I received the item. I tried calling the customer care of Safexpress several times, but there was no response. This is an utterly disgusting experience.

          and order date-09/04/2022 &2nd of 16/04/2022
          this order has not yet been delivered to me.
          After that i contacted customer care. But we could not get in touch with the customer care.Unable to connect even after staying in line for an hour. Disconnecting call.
          Then somehow i juggled the number of safe expreess office.
          After talking to him, he provided me the number of the area manager.
          Then the area manager tell me that ytour item hasn't arrived with us yet, so it hasn't been delivered.
          Then after talking to them, i realized that they too cannot support me.
          Please kindly request you where is my product as soon as possible try tracking and delivery to m e otherwisw iu can action you company.

            Hello sir,
            I have purchased a elliptical trainer from Cockatooindia.com.They said they sent the product with safexpress and provided waybill no 88636094. The product reached the nearest station yesterday itself. From the destination to my delivery address it is half an hour travel of 20kms. Since it is been not out for delivery yet. On reading so many complaints and reviews I’m making my complaint here as i don’t know what happen if I didn’t take action immediately. I kindly request you to resolve it. Thank you.

                  I have ordered cycle from 91 outdoors on 16th April 2022, there it is stated expected arrival as 25th April 2022, in safexpress the consignment reached to kanchipuram which is just 1hr away from the delivery location on 23rd April it self but still i didn't receive my package and I also submitted query several times, i didn't get any response from them.

                      Most careless and non serious. No assurance is fulfilled. Charged for Air cargo and sent the shipment by surface. Assured the delivery in two day by Air cargo but not yet delivered though 4 days have already elapsed. Help line telecalls not responding and fleshing message " Our help line executives busy, shall attend you shortly, Your call is important to us" for more than 30 minutes. No tracking system working. The company don"t care even if perishable goods.

                              I have booked a scooter on 2nd April from Dabolim, Goa to Nainital, Uttarakhand. The tracking shows scooter has reached destination on 10th April. However even four days later I am yet to receive the scooter. It is learnt that my scooter is in Ranibagh office for the last four days and the office incharge Mr. Rajkumar has been making false promises to us about delivery of the same. Not only is he extremely discourteous and untruthful but he has also stopped picking up our phone calls. In this regard I have had repeated conversations with Mr. Pankaj Kadam of the Goa office who initiated the booking. This entire episode not only drags down the name of your company but leaves a bad taste in the mouth and I request that immediate action be initiated for delivery of my scooter.

                                On 1st April 2022, I sent 2 Trolley Bags from Whitefield Bangalore to Kondapur Hyderabad.

                                I paid all the amount in advance. They told me that they will wrap my 2 trolley bags before dispatch to Hyderabad.

                                Yesterday(6th April 2022) I received my 2 trolley Bags in Hyderabad but the condition of my trolleys are purely worst.

                                Both my bags are full of scratches. 1 of my bag is purchased before one week but now the condition is very worst.

                                AT the time of receiving my products in Hyderabad there is no wrap on my both the trolleys.

                                I want my trolley bag back in good condition or else please refund all my amounts that you have taken from me.

                                    The consignment was booked from Ahmedabad on 29th March, and was told to be delivered by 4th April to Bangalore.
                                    The consignment reached Bangalore Delivery on 2nd April and Bangalore City on 3rd April.
                                    i have tried connecting to executives numerous times, sometimes i have to wait in queue for 15 min and sometimes the executive will disconnect or put me on hold.
                                    one of the executive told me that Bangalore is having a heavy load and hence the delivery wasn't done on time. but how come that's a customer fault.
                                    some communication should be shared with the customer stating the exact date of delivery.

                                    i am still waiting for the consignment to get delivered.
