Dear Sir/Madam,
I Jitendra Kumar Ray booked my house hold items in good condition from Kota, Rajasthan to Air force station, Thanjavu, Tamilnadu with Waybill number[protected] on 09/04/2022. Items are delivered to me on 21/04/2022. During delivery I found items are damaged. Details of damages are:-
1. Side table two legs are broken out and one leg is missing.
2. Fridge bottom paking is damage and missing.
3. Wooden bed leg is broken out and beading are damaged.

Most careless and non serious. No assurance is fulfilled. Charged for Air cargo and sent the shipment by surface. Assured the delivery in two day by Air cargo but not yet delivered though 4 days have already elapsed. Help line telecalls not responding and fleshing message " Our help line executives busy, shall attend you shortly, Your call is important to us" for more than 30 minutes. No tracking system working. The company don"t care even if perishable goods.

          I have booked a scooter on 2nd April from Dabolim, Goa to Nainital, Uttarakhand. The tracking shows scooter has reached destination on 10th April. However even four days later I am yet to receive the scooter. It is learnt that my scooter is in Ranibagh office for the last four days and the office incharge Mr. Rajkumar has been making false promises to us about delivery of the same. Not only is he extremely discourteous and untruthful but he has also stopped picking up our phone calls. In this regard I have had repeated conversations with Mr. Pankaj Kadam of the Goa office who initiated the booking. This entire episode not only drags down the name of your company but leaves a bad taste in the mouth and I request that immediate action be initiated for delivery of my scooter.

            On 1st April 2022, I sent 2 Trolley Bags from Whitefield Bangalore to Kondapur Hyderabad.

            I paid all the amount in advance. They told me that they will wrap my 2 trolley bags before dispatch to Hyderabad.

            Yesterday(6th April 2022) I received my 2 trolley Bags in Hyderabad but the condition of my trolleys are purely worst.

            Both my bags are full of scratches. 1 of my bag is purchased before one week but now the condition is very worst.

            AT the time of receiving my products in Hyderabad there is no wrap on my both the trolleys.

            I want my trolley bag back in good condition or else please refund all my amounts that you have taken from me.

                Waybill# 89827752

                The consignment was booked from Ahmedabad on 29th March, and was told to be delivered by 4th April to Bangalore.
                The consignment reached Bangalore Delivery on 2nd April and Bangalore City on 3rd April.
                i have tried connecting to executives numerous times, sometimes i have to wait in queue for 15 min and sometimes the executive will disconnect or put me on hold.
                one of the executive told me that Bangalore is having a heavy load and hence the delivery wasn't done on time. but how come that's a customer fault.
                some communication should be shared with the customer stating the exact date of delivery.

                i am still waiting for the consignment to get delivered.

                    Our pre-paid shipment was picked up from our place on 25th but they kept it in their warehouse until 28th then we decided to take our shipment back as it seemed they have no intention of dispatching our shipment.

                    After we picked up our shipment from their Safexpress warehouse in Bhagola, Haryana, we requested a refund. We are still awaiting our refund. So far there is no credible response from safexpress and we keep on following them to no avail.

                      On 01/04/2022, I accidentally made the payment twice. And when I asked for a refund, the mover who came to pick up the parcel said that they do not refund money because their system is centralised. He even told me that there is no point in mailing to the support team because it has happened before and never once have people gotten the refund.

                      I would want my refund.

                          Sir,
                          I have booked six trunk boxes of household items from jaisalmer (Rajasthan ) to Bageshwar (Uttarakhand) through safexpress courier service on 12 mar 22 vide waybill no 99044498. While tracking online it is showing that the items are reached at safexpress hub nainital on 21 mar 22, but the delivery of the items is still pending. The items have not been delivered so far at destination place (Bageshwar). I have also spoken to the safexpress courier person three to four times at nainital hub but he is not giving any satisfactory answer and saying that the items are on the way. whereas the destination place(Bageshwar) is approx 130km from Nainital.Please look into my matter and help me to get my items as soon as possible.

                            I have booked my house hold items from Naini prayagraj to peren, Nagaland as per customer ID[protected]. While booking I have been told your complete house hold items will go in one separate truck which will directly drop to your shipping address ie Jalukie town, Peren district of Nagaland.
                            When I have received my items it came in two small trucks and they packed it fully as max as possible without caring the glass items, fridge, sofa, ac and scooty.
                            While I received my house hold stuffs I found my two ACs, Centre glass table, Almirah, Bed, glass of dressing table broken and sofa set was torn. I have spend almost more than Rs 2 lacs to either repair or buy these items.
                            I would also like to info you that I have booked the stuff of more than 15lacs and paid Rs 75000/- for transport however on receipt of bill voucher I found luggage price is mentioned as on Rs 46000/- approx and transport charges are Rs 43200/-
                            You are requested to reimburse the cost of broken items.

                                  I am Sunny Kumar Srivastava, Waybill no.[protected], is out for delivery for 2 days but has not been delivered till now. I called customer care they told me they will deliver the product today but hasn't been delivered and now I am calling them for 1 hour they are busy on a line. Very poor service

                                    A Package sent from Kerala arrived at Kolhapur, Maharashtra on 8th March but unfortunately, this guys did not deliver the same even after 2 days. They charged Rs.8614/-which is Rs.1500/- extra as the delivery is about 30 km from Kolhapur. Even after charging so much(VRL Charges justRs.2100/- from same package(I got it done last week only)

                                      It was first booked from prayagraj to sriganganagar at rupees 998"" after i insisted the execeutive to divert it from sriganganagar to Hyderabad and unfortunately i have been looted and charged 100 rupees per kg more expensive than cargo...i will see u all in court bcoz they didnt give me parcel bcoz they knew i will complaint on overcharge...they delivered it to different person whom i dont know i have faced big loss bcoz neither ot was cheap nor on time...u have to give me penality lets c in court...
                                      And the hyderabad safeexpress delivered the parcel to different person
