          Booked parcel for patna for the first time from safe express Bulandshahar office. Product value was rs. 1000 on 20 kg. Builty made od 2800 rs and sent in night 11.30pm on whtsapp, since i was not on spot. When i saw i fould something safe extension 1500 rs. I ask official wht is this and why incurred on order.Official replied k bhaiya waha delivery nhi hoti to alag se safe extension use karte h. I said him bhaiya you should have told me that since delivery is to be done by extended source, these will be charges. Than i should have denied because who will pay 2800 for 1000 rs product. Bhaiya ye ro sabko.pata rehta h, no.i dont know i m new to this system, you should inform me . Now i requested pls stop parcel from despatch or inform noida office to stop that parcel. I ll collect from there .instead of helping, he said system mai chad gaya h ab kuch nhi ho sakta. Now tell me.system company chalati hai ya insan. I again request to.stop that parcel since it ia deapatch yesterday only.

            I booked various parcel from safe express bulandshahar. I was new to safe express. The personal dealing in bulandshahar office didn't inform me about to pay or paid options. When extra charges above builty was asked from customer than i came to know wht is to pay . After complaining he is giving lame excuse that yaha se sab to pay h jata h. Wht rubbish. First to he sent builty in night 11.30. When I saw it I was shocked.
            300 bill charge, fuel surcharge, gst and it become double of actual freight. Anyways these are regular . Second issue I faced was of safe extension kind of thing. Value of product 1000 rs. Builty charge 2800. When I enquire he said 1500 charge h. Maine kaha bhiya ap batao ge na ek baar ke delivery nhi h safe extension lagega aur 1500 charge lagega. After knowing and seeing builty sent at 11.30 in night, from morning I m in touch with that guy and ulta wo mujhe suna raha k bhiya sabko pata rehta h. How can this assumptions work. It was first time and I don't know. Its ur duty to inform before sending. Now I m telling to stop my parcel at noida I ll pick from there pls don't send forward. But he is so arrogant that he is not responding. System me chad gaya h kuch nhi ho sakta. Are system company chalati h ya insan. Kyu ni ho sakta. Pls stop cheating us pls stop my parcel, I ll not pay any amount for below pod num.

                Till date no pick up has been done. I have contact multiple times with both tollfree number and local service provider but no result. Even local service provider is so uncooperative. It is very poor experience with safe express delivery system

                            Tracking number with 91456921 is not yet delivered to the concerned party. The consignment consists of life saving drugs which we have to send to the hospitals very urgently. But the staff pf safe xpress is delaying amd behaving very rude with us. Is this the correct mwthod of behaving with the customers?? no common sense and nothing. If we are calling for delivery they are switching off their mobiles which is not correct. And if it continues again and again iam gonna give a police complaint and seize your ware house at vishakapatnam immediately. As a delivery agent you should have to deliver our life saving medicines on time instead you are behaving rude with rhe customers and switching off your mobiles doesnt fetch us anything but you are killing patients in the hospitals indirectly. Action to be taken immediately or else i will give complaint to the commissioner of police and seize your ware house.

                            Concerned person of safe xpress is[protected] and his name is ganesh who is doing all the no sense and behaving rude with us and not delivering stocks on time and because of him patients are losing their life’s in the hospitals. Please take immediate action and deliver the stocks urgently.

                                We have not received the courier of above Eway bill no., its in the name of M/s Blueneba Technologies Private Limited.
                                We have called twice to confirm with the delivery on customer care number, they told it will be delivered by Monday (17th May 21) still not delivered.

                                It shows on the same location from 7th of May 21.

                                Please deliver the material ASAP, we required the same on priority,

                                    I chose Sfexpress to transport my luggage from my college to Bokaro, Jhatkhand,
                                    waybill number is : 93959885
                                    I paid extra Rs 1500 for home delivery but so far tracking sayst that It had reached Bokaro and went undelivered twice. I did not get any call or SMS or anything regarding the delivery of my consignment.

                                    This is pathetic from Safexpress.
                                    Nobody is picking the call also from Customer care neither the agent whom I paid.

                                        Received my TVS Scooty from Bhiwani Haryana to Srinagar which was booked vide Bill No 90063440. Absolutely no problem regarding services. Received Scooty without any serious damage except few scratches. But I have not received the Ignition Key with my Scooty which was handed over to booking office while booking. At present I am not able to use my Scooty. Kindly do the needful for Ignition Key.
