This time my way bill no is 92534149. It was dispatched on 23/03/21 and as on today that is 14/04/21.. i am being told that it will be delivered. As a business owner, i have lost many orders as the consignment is packaging material.
Same thing has happened in last two shipments....

I have not received my luggage since 31st march 2021 booked at Hyderabad for Bhubaneswar delivery.

The item was mishandled, such a hard material broken.
After given complain too, there is no update actually no one cares seems. Bhagwan bharose raho bhai.. if item receved good u r lucky enough.

I have placed order from SB Sports, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh on 6th april 2021. And the SB sports has booked Safexpress on 7th April 2021 to ship the consignment from Meerut to Aizawl, Mizoram . My consignment weight is only 10 Kgs and the charged weightby safexpress is 20 kg. The Problem is that Safexpress has charged Rs. 3529/- for such small item whose actual weight is only 10 kg. As i am from Aizawl, Mizoram i only came to know the charges...

My cooler's water Tank got broken from bottom durring Transit..Seems some heavy object fall on it..

Even after packing this Damaged Happen...
Kindly do some action. Even after paying u the entire amount such damage happened...

I was book my packages from guwahati to aurangabad bill no is 93915218 but a freez stand is missing when deliver that packages and iron box lockpad is also missing and broken that clips...

Not functioning of Invertor which was packed in wooden box, 02 steel boxes are damaged, damaged of almirah, damaged of Madhur of vehicle, part damaged of one steel box, and one link luck. I m send through safe express on 24 jun 2020. The account clerk Mr Deepak Kumar assuring me my claim will be Ed shortly since jun 2020 but till date there is not any action taken. My waybill no is 91259260. Shipment from panjim to goa availing the campus to home service. I have already paid 3163 Rs but the consignment hasnt reached and in tracker, its still noy showing out for delivery. It is taking so long....

My Self Saurabh Gupta working in Oasis Fabrications Chhachhrauli Dist:-Yamuna Nagar we are following with your staff since 21.03.2021 and in touch with your staff regularly, today(23.03.2021) one of your staff Named as Rajiv Mehta([protected]) has spoken very rudely with me for the shipment booked at Kapurthala vide Docket No:[protected], Dated:-18.03.2021.
Your team is of service providers my request is to train or educate your staff...

Firstly, my parcels reached on 14.03.2021 to Aizawl today is already 19.03.2021 wherein it was guaranteed that it will be delivered within 48-72hours .
Secondly, No information was given to me from Aizawl office that why there was so much delay.
Thirdly, after calling the customer care frequently no valid information was given to me. Very poor coordination among the staff, laid back...

Dear Concern,

Docket no. 92595183 booked by us and not delivered to Noida as of now, as per local guy from Sanganer - Jaipur 302029 branch staff committed to be delivered on 12th march. I am not annoyed just due to non delivery but the way your representative Mr.Muneesh talked in rude manner was rubbish behaviour, it seems you people have earned to much business so dnt require new customers.

Pathetic behaviour...
