Firstly, my parcels reached on 14.03.2021 to Aizawl today is already 19.03.2021 wherein it was guaranteed that it will be delivered within 48-72hours .
Secondly, No information was given to me from Aizawl office that why there was so much delay.
Thirdly, after calling the customer care frequently no valid information was given to me. Very poor coordination among the staff, laid back attitude with no urgency.
Fourthly, finally today morning there was update in waybill tracking site that item was already delivered wherein we haven’t received any parcels plus no call from the office asking for the exact location of delivery.
Stating the world largest supply chain & logistic, this is insane.
Calling customer care doesn’t make sense, from Aizawl branch i am getting lame excuses like no driver, driver work timing is till 5pm, your contact number was missing etc etc. No apologies from the staff, very rude and pathetic customer service from Aizawl branch. I haven’t received my parcel yet even though it is showing DELIVERED in the portal.
Kindly look up to the matter highlighted above.
