    My courier was booked at safexpress delhi under airway bill no.: 92782779 on[protected]

    Since then i have not received the courier nor there has been any update on it

    It was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days
    I needed it urgently
    Neither did they receive any calls nor update about the courier

      Sir, As per tracking consignment reach on30/4/2021 at calicut, kerala, so far not delivered till date, customer care number is not reachable, no another contact no in my hand, kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest .

        Safextension charged within 20 kms from Safexpress hub

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I booked a consignment from Kanpur (Pincode-208016, UP) to be dispatched to Agarpara (Pincode-700109, West Bengal).
        The recipient address is roughly 15 kms from the Safexpress hub. Still, an additional amount of Rs.1500 has been charged as Safextension charge.
        Please look into it and kindly arrange to refund the additional amount of charged.

        Believing safexpress to be the best logistic solution provider I made a big blunder in my life. There are lots to be done regarding providing better service rather then claiming self to be the best. The awards and certifications became valueless when a customer breaks into tears after receiving a consignment where goods are heavily damaged and even a couple of goods are missing.

        So after i was charged extra bill without informing when i opened my boxes today i saw many items of oil and other things spiiled& damaged all other items. Also my wooden table is broken. I have attached waybill and item pics for reference.Plz look into this at least

                  This time my way bill no is 92534149. It was dispatched on 23/03/21 and as on today that is 14/04/21.. i am being told that it will be delivered. As a business owner, i have lost many orders as the consignment is packaging material.

                      See the way and level of damage .. do you think safe express are professional couriers .. this was thrown from the truck while offloading or they just dump in the truck to make maximum transport.

                        Excessive charging of shipping fees

                        I have placed order from SB Sports, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh on 6th april 2021. And the SB sports has booked Safexpress on 7th April 2021 to ship the consignment from Meerut to Aizawl, Mizoram . My consignment weight is only 10 Kgs and the charged weightby safexpress is 20 kg. The Problem is that Safexpress has charged Rs. 3529/- for such small item whose actual weight is only 10 kg. As i am from Aizawl, Mizoram i only came to know the charges...

                                Firstly, my parcels reached on 14.03.2021 to Aizawl today is already 19.03.2021 wherein it was guaranteed that it will be delivered within 48-72hours .
                                Secondly, No information was given to me from Aizawl office that why there was so much delay.
                                Thirdly, after calling the customer care frequently no valid information was given to me. Very poor coordination among the staff, laid back attitude with no urgency.
                                Fourthly, finally today morning there was update in waybill tracking site that item was already delivered wherein we haven’t received any parcels plus no call from the office asking for the exact location of delivery.

                                Stating the world largest supply chain & logistic, this is insane.
                                Calling customer care doesn’t make sense, from Aizawl branch i am getting lame excuses like no driver, driver work timing is till 5pm, your contact number was missing etc etc. No apologies from the staff, very rude and pathetic customer service from Aizawl branch. I haven’t received my parcel yet even though it is showing DELIVERED in the portal.
