Hi,
I used the safeexpress service for moving my luggage from Mumbai (tilaknagar, chembur) to Bangalore ( Jaynagar) on Saturday (7th Feb 2021).
I had 4 boxes and one suitcase. I wanted
the suitcase to be bubble wrapped properly, but the team suggested I could get the safeexpress boxes fully wrapped / packed too apart from the green tape which is used.
I liked the idea because I wanted to make sure my things are properly secured as the tape packing seemed to be very minimal.
They charged me 150 per piece extra I.e about 750 Rs.
And informed that the packing will only be done at the warehouse as it is difficult to carry the packing material to our houses.
But unfortunately there was no packing done when I received it in Bangalore on 11th feb 2021.
When I called the person who did my booking, he behaved in a very bad manner on the call and refused to acknowledge my complaint.
He never answered my call again.
I chose safeexpress over other movers and packers because I believe such things would never happen with your company atleast.
I am highly disappointed with the service and would never use it again. I am also planning to post this on social media so that others remain aware and think once before using safeexpress.
I would appreciate if I could get a refund for the same.
I hope you find my concern genuine and take strict actions against such people .Afterall it's not just about the money but ethics and company's image.
