Material delivery denied by safe express representative...

My shipment has been stuck in the delivery city for a week and has not been delivered yet. I raised a complaint 3 days ago and it has not been escalated. The response is always that they will get back regarding my case and no-one calls back...

I got a very bad experience from safe express, kannur, they have given a local party to deliver, and he just delivered two boxes in my house and balance 6 boxes in my far neighbour house for his sake. Is this the service safe express providing for customers, pls find a solution for this issue. Hope you will do the needful....

Its been 2 weeks since my order has been dispatched from Chennai and it is supposed to reach a place near Ananthapur which is 68kms away from the same.
