    I couriered my brand new Cycle through your courier and today I received it. the condition of my cycle was not good many parts broken. I am really disappointed as it was a gift from my papa and now if you look at the cycle it seems old. Brakes are broken, lock chain is cut .

    Thank you for your response. My Phone number is [protected] and waybill number is 83376096. Not only my cycle my table lamp was also damaged. Even though I told them I have delicate things in my bag, still the over all luggage handling was poor. Bags torn from below seemed like someone torn it from knife or scissors.

        My delivery with way bill number[protected] from Allahabad to Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) was shipped on 3-2-2021 and arrived on[protected] as per the tracking record but it has not been delivered to the concerned address yet, it’s been 4 days from the day of arrival. No calls have been received, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              I used the safeexpress service for moving my luggage from Mumbai (tilaknagar, chembur) to Bangalore ( Jaynagar) on Saturday (7th Feb 2021).

              I had 4 boxes and one suitcase. I wanted
              the suitcase to be bubble wrapped properly, but the team suggested I could get the safeexpress boxes fully wrapped / packed too apart from the green tape which is used.

              I liked the idea because I wanted to make sure my things are properly secured as the tape packing seemed to be very minimal.

              They charged me 150 per piece extra I.e about 750 Rs.
              And informed that the packing will only be done at the warehouse as it is difficult to carry the packing material to our houses.

              But unfortunately there was no packing done when I received it in Bangalore on 11th feb 2021.

              When I called the person who did my booking, he behaved in a very bad manner on the call and refused to acknowledge my complaint.

              He never answered my call again.

              I chose safeexpress over other movers and packers because I believe such things would never happen with your company atleast.

              I am highly disappointed with the service and would never use it again. I am also planning to post this on social media so that others remain aware and think once before using safeexpress.

              I would appreciate if I could get a refund for the same.

              I hope you find my concern genuine and take strict actions against such people .Afterall it's not just about the money but ethics and company's image.

                        Hi, I am Malsawmtluanga owner of RALTE TRADERS from Aizawl, Mizoram. One of the package i got from Delhi on 25 january 2021 was charged excess due to incorrect pincode. Actually there is only one branch in Aizawl and the package was usually collected from the godown by me. I was charged safextension charge of Rupees 1500 only because pincode 796012 was written instead of 796001. I am writing this to the person concern to please reconsider the bill they have charged me. I ran a small farm with a low budget materials so for me 1500 is a very high price to pay. I am begging you to reconsider the safextension charge of Rupees 1500.

                            Package contained urgent allopathic medicine sent by pure & cure health care pvt ltd from haridwar on[protected], as per way bill no: 68799139, promising the delivery on[protected]. it had reached the cochin godown on[protected], they never informed us nor none was picking up the calls, finally we went to their office on[protected] at muppathadom office, met Mr. Ajay who said they had lost the bill from their hand and admitted that it is their fault not to inform us. we were then informed to pay the amount of Rs 4862 immediately so that he will deliver the same within 2 hours. Now he is not picking up the phone nor the medicine is delivered. medicines to hospitals are already delayed by the safe express.

                                    I got a very bad experience from safe express, kannur, they have given a local party to deliver, and he just delivered two boxes in my house and balance 6 boxes in my far neighbour house for his sake. Is this the service safe express providing for customers, pls find a solution for this issue. Hope you will do the needful.

                                      Its been 2 weeks since my order has been dispatched from Chennai and it is supposed to reach a place near Ananthapur which is 68kms away from the same. It has landed at Ananthapur and is stuck there for more than a week. When I enquired customer care, they say it is an extended area and they are not able to reach the concerned person. They keep asking for 1 business day each time. I have called them up thrice already and they kept saying the same. I would need a resolution to this at the earliest possible

                                        My way bill number is 90605749 i had generated gst invoice on 12/12/2020 and i got gst invoive that time and they said you will get gst invoice in 24 hours and from then i am calling reglarly to custmer care they only say i will take action but nothing happen yet and the time of delivery even no one taking responce i got my parcel 2 day late but they are saying i cant do anything if you dont want then dont book any parcel from next time...My number is [protected] you can contact me on this
