I received my scooty in damaged condition. I didnt expected this service from your side. You are charging for the safety and this is what you are delivering

I have been having the most inconvenient experience with getting my packages delivered. One of them is by surface from Mumbai which was picked up on the 15th but only shipped on the 22nd and has still not reached despite multiple calls and complaints. The other is from Kolkata which was by Air and urgently required but it's been over a week and has still not been delivered. I don't understand how terrible the service is. I have paid a lot of money for both these shipments and the service has been abysmal. I will be taking legal action against Safex for the same.

I have booked my household through safexpress from Jamnagar, Gujrat vide waybill number 89168764 on 18 Feb 21 and received the consignment on 23 Feb 21 at my residence H.No. 223, Gali No. 10, Hans Enclave, Gurgaon, Haryana, Pin 122001.
On opening the packing of fridge, I found that door handle was broken and door was not closing properly. Some dents were also there on door.
Items were properly packed and damage could not be seen from outside at the time of delivery.

Booked my materials from new delhi on 4 feb 21 and I'm very upset for delay in delivery, I need it urgent for my business. No response from the safe express customer care. Please delever my materials as soon as possible. My way bill number Is 87435044.

This is absolutely ridiculous services. The package was picked up on Tuesday 16th feb from Bangalore to mumbai delivery. And till now i have no update about my package. The contact person name Pawan is so rude and disrespectful that has been delaying saying the vehicle has breakdown from past 2 days. I need update of my pacakge else i will file a police complaint

I sent 2 cartoons provided by them, from Pune to Guwahati.

My waybill is 92056466.

I don't know how they deliver the cartoons.

But when my family received the cartoons, both of them were completely cracked and teared from oit sides.

Really dissatisfied with the way they might be handling the cartoons. C'mon they aren't bags you play volleyball with.

Or else improve...

I have send material from Nagpur to Kolkata, they had ensure material safety but my entire furniture reached in broken condition. Entire furniture is useless now & safexpress has done nothing for this.

I couriered my brand new Cycle through your courier and today I received it. the condition of my cycle was not good many parts broken. I am really disappointed as it was a gift from my papa and now if you look at the cycle it seems old. Brakes are broken, lock chain is cut .

MY CONSIGNMENT NO 87435031was booked on 28 Jan 2021 from New Delhi for safe extension even after calling & complaints registered several times at the call center no one has responded & not yet delivered the consignment. which is very much urgent for my Manufacturing unit. Very irresponsible & worst service i have ever come across

I used the safeexpress service for moving my luggage from Mumbai (tilaknagar, chembur) to Bangalore ( Jaynagar) on Saturday (7th Feb 2021).

I had 4 boxes and one suitcase. I wanted
the suitcase to be bubble wrapped properly, but the team suggested I could get the safeexpress boxes fully wrapped / packed too apart from the green tape which is used.

I liked the idea because I wanted to make sure my things are properly secured as the tape packing seemed to be very minimal.

They charged me 150 per piece extra I.e about 750 Rs.
And informed that the packing will only be done at the warehouse as it is difficult to carry the packing material to our houses.

But unfortunately there was no packing done when I received it in Bangalore on 11th feb 2021.

When I called the person who did my booking, he behaved in a very bad manner on the call and refused to acknowledge my complaint.

He never answered my call again.

I chose safeexpress over other movers and packers because I believe such things would never happen with your company atleast.

I am highly disappointed with the service and would never use it again. I am also planning to post this on social media so that others remain aware and think once before using safeexpress.

I would appreciate if I could get a refund for the same.

I hope you find my concern genuine and take strict actions against such people .Afterall it's not just about the money but ethics and company's image.
