Hi, I am Malsawmtluanga owner of RALTE TRADERS from Aizawl, Mizoram. One of the package i got from Delhi on 25 january 2021 was charged excess due to incorrect pincode. Actually there is only one branch in Aizawl and the package was usually collected from the godown by me. I was charged safextension charge of Rupees 1500 only because pincode 796012 was written instead of 796001. I am writing this to the person concern to please reconsider the bill they have charged me. I ran a small farm with a low budget materials so for me 1500 is a very high price to pay. I am begging you to reconsider the safextension charge of Rupees 1500.
I have enclosed the way bill receipt number 91425372 below.

      Package contained urgent allopathic medicine sent by pure & cure health care pvt ltd from haridwar on[protected], as per way bill no: 68799139, promising the delivery on[protected]. it had reached the cochin godown on[protected], they never informed us nor none was picking up the calls, finally we went to their office on[protected] at muppathadom office, met Mr. Ajay who said they had lost the bill from their hand and admitted that it is their fault not to inform us. we were then informed to pay the amount of Rs 4862 immediately so that he will deliver the same within 2 hours. Now he is not picking up the phone nor the medicine is delivered. medicines to hospitals are already delayed by the safe express.

            My shipment has been stuck in the delivery city for a week and has not been delivered yet. I raised a complaint 3 days ago and it has not been escalated. The response is always that they will get back regarding my case and no-one calls back

              I got a very bad experience from safe express, kannur, they have given a local party to deliver, and he just delivered two boxes in my house and balance 6 boxes in my far neighbour house for his sake. Is this the service safe express providing for customers, pls find a solution for this issue. Hope you will do the needful.

                Its been 2 weeks since my order has been dispatched from Chennai and it is supposed to reach a place near Ananthapur which is 68kms away from the same. It has landed at Ananthapur and is stuck there for more than a week. When I enquired customer care, they say it is an extended area and they are not able to reach the concerned person. They keep asking for 1 business day each time. I have called them up thrice already and they kept saying the same. I would need a resolution to this at the earliest possible

                  My way bill number is 90605749 i had generated gst invoice on 12/12/2020 and i got gst invoive that time and they said you will get gst invoice in 24 hours and from then i am calling reglarly to custmer care they only say i will take action but nothing happen yet and the time of delivery even no one taking responce i got my parcel 2 day late but they are saying i cant do anything if you dont want then dont book any parcel from next time...My number is [protected] you can contact me on this

                    As per tracking consignment, my packages reached Vijayanagaram in November. And they haven't been transported to Bobbili till today. When I called the Vijayanagaram branch, they said that they can only find one bag and the other one is missing.

                      M/s Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited, Pallipalayam, Erode is the one of the leading Paper Manufacturer in India 1600 Cr turnover public listed company.

                      We have booked a urgent testing equipment from Saharanpur District o[censored]ttarpradesh to Erode district of Tamilnadu on 13.11.2020 for Rs.2, 129 delivered to Erode ( Complete address provided with Pin code) vide LR No : 89930640 Dt : 13.11.2020 the same was received at Salem Branch 03.12.20 (after 20 days) .

                      Now after receipt of material at Salem Godown they prepared another duplicate LR with Higher rate of Rs.4, 135 which is Rs.2006/- more than the booking charges.

                      Saharanpur, UP to Salem, TN distance -2500 Km
                      Booking Charges - Rs.2129/-

                      Salem, TN to Erode, TN distance - 60 Km
                      Delivery Charges - Rs.2006/-

                      Totally they Charging Rs.4135/- as against the original LR of Rs.2, 129/- .

                      Transporter have given wrong information that the material booked on delivery basis and claimed additional Rs.2006/- even after explaining the transporter to handover the material to Erode Godown he refused to accept the terms mentioned the SAFE EXPRESS LR.

                      They took the material to our plant after raising our queries. They took back the material and they refused to supply the material
                      and asked us to pay Rs.2006/- additional charges.

                      There is a poor response and they refuse to supply the material.

                      Please note that booked material is testing equipment for our QAD Department which meant for Quality Testing of our end product.

                      If any customer complaint arises due to non availability of this material we may have legal proceedings on safe express for compensation.

                      We need your swift reply.

                        I believed on your service despite much more charges than others even just double.
                        Your company have delayed my package more than three days it was above from promise date to be delivered even you did not book my persol for three days and it got just to be swayed (in your booking office in Kanpur Chunni Ganj)

                        So now I want my expenses that fully gone to be lost because of your poor service and going to against your own promise as you made for me to be delivered.

                        Now I have a lot regrate to making business relations with you, I will give my hundred one per sent of it not to be any further dealing with you.

                                I have booked my bike from Palakkad to Lucknow on 28 Oct 20. Way bill No. 88796362. I received it on 17 Nov 20 at Lucknow. When I removed the package bike was in very bad condition. Windshield has been crumpled into several pieces, handle bar came down as some heavy weight kept on it, side mirror kept inside the seat cover became broken. Indicators broken ( it's ok because I have been told that it may break). The horrible thing is that I lost my bike key. The parcel guy told that he kept the key inside the pack. But it couldn't find. I talked to the safexpress office about the claim they denied. Very bad experience.

                                      My name is Rohit Raj. I had not received my package yet which is delivered from Dehradun, dated: 7th Nov'2020. I am in contact with one of your employees at Patna but after talking with him for the past 20days, I am still not able to find when will I receive the package.

                                      He told me that one of my boxes is delivered in Ranchi so the new waybill number will generate, but after 40days I am still not getting any info of my package.
