I parceled my bike on 03 Jul 21 from jorhat to Haldwani. I have paid 800 rs for packaging of my bike. I received the bike on 14 Jul 21 but after removing the package, I found that my fuel tank cover was broken.

    The goods delivered are in damaged condition. This is very poor, unprofessional service.

    The delivery guys were so careless and unprofessional, they literally badly handled the courier. All I saw after opening the packed carton boxes with broken items.

    Please resolve this issue ASAP.

      This company has got its name wrong. They should change it to Unsafexpress. If you want your goods to be delivered in bad shape, damaged, use Safexpress.

      My goods worth 75, 000/- got damaged by their poor, unprofessional service.

      The delivery boys were so lazy to lift the boxes from their truck but rolled them on the ground which ultimately led to the damage. All I saw after opening the packed carton boxes were broken items (Attaching few pictures).

      I had a tough time getting the contact details of the local manager/POC and had to make multiple calls to get reverse pick-up done to get the damages fixed by my seller.

      This company is highly unprofessional with a bunch of idiots and has to take full responsibility for the damages made. Never ever consider their service.

        The courier person called me and said like product will be deliver at 8PM on 7th July 2021. But still it was not delivered. I tried calling them, but they are not responding. It was too bad and and worst service. Please help to deliver product intime as tracking status showing in potal.

        Suggestion: Commitment is most important as safeexpress called and said deliver time mentioned particular time. If not delivered due to some reason, need to inform customer, since he is awaiting for the product as you committed the delivery time.

          My household items we're dispatched from Pratapgarh on 25 June 2021 and reached Patiala 4 days ago. However the local office at Patiala are not delivering my luggage to my home.
          I have already reached Patiala on 27 June and I am suffering because of your delay in delivering my essentials.
          This is highly unprofessional attitude on your side.

            I have recently used safexpress as courier service and my experience was worst. My package was received open, all the seals were broken and then on the top of it, it was wet. All my belongings have been spoiled due to water.

                    Beg to state a few following line for your kind consideration and favourable action. I am lieutenant Rupendra Singh Rathore serving in in Indian army. I transferred 30 items ( 16- army iron boxes with fully locked, 6-suitcase, other items) from Dehradun, Uttarakhand to jaipur, rajasthan but when i recieved these items at jaipur they were broken and locked was also broken. I complaint about the case to the authority but there is no action from last six month. So kindly look into the case i will be very thankful to you

                      The delivery person delivered wrong product and when is asked to replace the right one. He is talking rude and refused to replace..Then after some time he called he told he ll come by only after 1 week if i need to replace.

                        Booked on 12/06/2021 and still not received even after 12 days, consignment hold at Jammu for 7 days, then it came into transit for 4 days and still haven't reached a distance of 200km.

                        Everyday i have to call customer service they give same lame excuse that it is in transit.

                        My business is has affected by their unprofessional way of working.

                        Worst service, worst customer support.

                            Dear Team,

                            I have raised the pickup request with request ID - REQ[protected].
                            It was confirmed that I will get a door to door pickup and drop (i.e.- from second floor to second floor). However, the person who came to deliver the cartoon box for packing didn't come to the second floor and I had to collect the box from the main gate.

                            He also informed me that even during pickup of the carton box he will not be coming to the second floor for pickup and I have to handover the cartoons at the main gate.

                            Request to kindly intervene and sort this out.

                                    Hello,
                                    I used your service to deliver 3 safexpress boxes. One of them is damaged and sized half of the original box with only 7 clothes. Please find attached images. Minimum 20 cloth items are missing. Also, the box was covered with safexpress tape, so it must be done under the company's supervision.
                                    The items missing, as I recall are:
                                    1park avenue blazer (black)
                                    2 sarees and, around 20 more clothes.

                                      I have booked campus to home service which is a door to door service. My pincode 562125 is avaliable for pick up still the concerned people told me that they cannot come for pick up. Instead, they asked me to drop my lugagge near kudlu gate office which is 30 km from my place. I booked my pick up on 17th and i didnt get confirmation of anything until 18th evening if someone has received the request or not.

                                      Tracking status says "Waybill Undelivered" for last 2 updates

                                      My waybill number is 92222328 and it is shows "Waybill Undelivered" for the last 2 tracking updates.
                                      I was at home the entire day and there was no notification about a delivery from the security gate.

                                      I didn't even receive a call when the shipment was undelivered.

                                      What is the problem? Can you please try to deliver it? You should atleast call/email/message me if you have any problems....
