I would say the most pathetic service i had ever encounter, after waiting for almost a month they delivered in a very bad shape, the boxes are torn apart, on the top of that they ask me to pick up the boxes at Imphal wherein i paid them charges from Delhi to Churachandpur including GST, after several conversations they came and delivered with broken boxes, and asking me to tip him(Ayub khan as per the number he used), OMG pathetic...

My suitcase trolley was delivered damaged .I am trying to contact them but their customecare number is unreachable and their mail id doesnt work. my name is shobha kiran and the waybin number for my order is 92924179....

There is shipment to the Nashik on Pin code 422002. Way bill No is 93547237. In shipment track its showing way bill not found please update as soon as possible....

I had booked 7 items for transfering from Mumbai to Durgapur. My waybill number is 89314673.

But I have received only 6 of my bags. Instead of my 7th bag, I have received one item of some other customer with waybill no 95889106...

Booked parcel for patna for the first time from safe express Bulandshahar office. Product value was rs. 1000 on 20 kg. Builty made od 2800 rs and sent in night 11.30pm on whtsapp, since i was not on spot. When i saw i fould something safe extension 1500 rs. I booked various parcel from safe express bulandshahar. I was new to safe express. The personal dealing in bulandshahar office didn't inform me about to pay or paid options. When extra charges above builty was asked from customer than i came to know wht is to pay . After complaining he is giving lame excuse that yaha se sab to pay h jata h. Wht rubbish. First to he sent builty in night 11.30. When I saw it I was shocked.

Its been more than one month my parcel is not delivered yet, the parcel has taken up from Sushant lok III, near boom plaza Gurgaon 122011 and it will delivered to Moirangkhom Bokulmakhong Imphal West Manipur 795001.. When i track its written way bill no.is invalid how is that possible like that......

Pick up request has been done on 22nd march. Req no.[protected].
Till date no pick up has been done. I have contact multiple times with both tollfree number and local service provider but no result. Even local service provider is so uncooperative. It is very poor experience with safe express delivery system...

Tracking number with 91456921 is not yet delivered to the concerned party. The consignment consists of life saving drugs which we have to send to the hospitals very urgently. But the staff pf safe xpress is delaying amd behaving very rude with us. Is this the correct mwthod of behaving with the customers?? no common sense and nothing. If we are calling for delivery they are switching off their mobiles which is not correct. And if it continues...

My trunk and the lock of my trunk has been broken.
I've called the person in-charge of this, he picked my call once..and then later he cut the call..and started ignoring my calls,
This is not at all acceptable.
I strictly want my trunk to get replaced or I need my refund...
Or else I'll be lodging a complaint your service tomorrow and against the person who spoke to me in a rude way and cut my call...

We have not received the courier of above Eway bill no., its in the name of M/s Blueneba Technologies Private Limited.
We have called twice to confirm with the delivery on customer care number, they told it will be delivered by Monday (17th May 21) still not delivered.

It shows on the same location from 7th of May 21.

Please deliver the material ASAP, we required the same on priority,...

Dear sir my track number 95113572. I booked no 12 may 2021 from new Delhi still I didn't not received my order...

I chose Sfexpress to transport my luggage from my college to Bokaro, Jhatkhand,
waybill number is : 93959885
I paid extra Rs 1500 for home delivery but so far tracking sayst that It had reached Bokaro and went undelivered twice. I did not get any call or SMS or anything regarding the delivery of my consignment.

This is pathetic from Safexpress.
Nobody is picking the call also from Customer care neither...

Not received the materials
We have dispatch material as on date 07/05/2021 via Safexpress
