I have purchased a samsung refrigerator model no. Rt37m5538sl/hl on 20.10.18. On 13.10.19 the cooling stopped as gas has leaked out and as intimated by technician the charging tube, filter needs to be changed as noida climate damages these items frequently. I have bought samsung s9 plus phone on 01.06.2018. Present my mobile is not under warranty.

On 26th nov it stopped cooling and made a loud sound and was smelling in the ice maker compartment.
Raised a complaint on 27nov and waited for the engineer to arrive with no luck. After several follow ups one came on 29th and checked and told that the compressor was not running and will be replaced.
