I have purchased air conditioner unit from samsung india ltd in 17/03/2013 - 2 tonnes for domestic use. I have been facing problems with the air conditioner since the day of installation and from time to time i have informed samsung and their service technician attended the problem and i observed the problems are not rectified from the grass root level. Samsung india was able to drag the problem till the warranty and after warranty all major parts were replaced and charged me for each component
1. Refergerant gas - rs.1600 * 2
2. Cooling fins - rs.4400
3. Compressor - rs.5500

Incurred rs.13100 paid by me for all parts replacement and everytime they cite warranty period is over. Now i would like my complete replacement of the airconditioner - new one or repay the amount paid for all component changes.

Details are given below:-

With regard to the service complaint made for air conditioner unit ar24fc2tavr and the details are listed below:-

On 11/02/2020 service techinican cam and informed me there is problem with the compressor and it has to be replaced.

Others complaints made since the date of purchase

12/10/2013. - its complaint on non performance - attended. On 13/10/2013 and immediately send mail performance not good to reattend. Some cleaning and filters washed. Performance not satisfactory.

24/02/2014- complaints on non performance lodged and refrigerant gas recharged and for some time performance ok and problems reoccur.

26/04/2016 - complaints on non-performance lodged and technicians made visit ad performance not satisfactory and yr people not commented.

01/05/2016 - complaints made and service person made visits during my absence and hence not attended.

01/04/2019- repeated complaints on non performance made and yr office said the fins to be replaced and cost is rs.4800 and labour charges waived off.

I have not used the air conditioner after your replacement other than demonstration. During feb 2020 i have switched on the ac and some blast sound came from the airconditioner and i have requested my electrician to look in to the all power lines leading to the room and no abnormalities found.

On 08/02/2020 your technician came and attended and said capacitor has gone bad and will replace the capacitor and check again

On 11/02/2020 they changed the capacitor and then checked and informed me there is the problem with the compressor.

As compressor being the major part of the air conditioner which i felt there is the problem since installation which has been repeatedly informed which completely affects the performance. During the last 6 years from billing hardly it has been used for cumulative 100 hours and from the installation compressor has been the issue.
Your technician only dragged on till the warranty thus by ensuring the denial of replacement indirectly.

My humble submission and plea sir please make the unit workable to the satisfaction and this deserves replacement with the new one as significant defects notified since installation.

    We purchased the product in the month of 29/05/2013 with the warranty period of one year but the warranty of compressor was of 10 years. We already have tried repairing the defect of compressor around six times but all in vain and samsung customer service is not co-operating. Therefore, we need to have the paid amount back including all the expenses which we have paid in the reparation of this product.

      I own Samsung N750 phone. I purchased it in 2015. The phone has now become quite slow now. When i click dial button it thinks a lot and takes time to load. This is cheap dirty trick followed by Samsung for purposely slowing down old phones in the hope customers will buy their new phones, copying the similar trick done by Apple earlier. We need full speed back on all old phones or we will go even to supreme court.

        Hi,

        I have bought samsung m30 mobile 5 months back. Now it's not getting charged. I have visited samsung customer service, they are claiming water/moisture contents in mobile charging point and warranty can't be claimed.

        Infact my mobile is not involved with water contents. But i can't prove it.

        Please give me justice.

          Made complaint against low cooling of refrigerator with samsung service centre on 15/2/2020. Confirm that problem will resolve on next day 16/2 sunday positively. No phone call recd from sevice engineer later on contact samsung service centre told engineer will come on 17/2 between 2/3 pm. At 0315pm informed engineer will come between 05/06 pm on 17/ 2 positively. But nobody from service centre or service engineer contacted me. Big size samsung refrigerator have large capacity and articles / fruits and vegetables and many items need low temperature to maintain freshness.
          Kindly resolve problems.

            Hi
            I bought new note 10 lite from smart cafe but i received faulty handset. I visited service center on 10th feb.
            I received doa certificate from service center and handed it over to dealer on 11th feb. But its 4 days now and still i dont have replaced handset.
            No one is replying on emails or call backs.
            Please help me get the handset on priority.

              All of sudden cooling function of refrigerator which is under warranty period stopped on dated 20/01/2020. As per complaint to customer care with complaint no. [protected] registered to the local Samsung service station at Baramati. Mechanic visited on 24/01/2020 and gave examination report having problem in compressor and PCB and service pipe line. Compressor was demanded to company is said but till today 10/02/2020 failed to deliver and repair. Service station is not taking any cognizance. No follow up is taken no information is given and still no repair is done. Repairing should be done ASAP. Its been so long and nothing is done. ASAP repair should be done.

                Hi team,

                The purpose of this email is to bring to your notice an example of poor customer service handed down to me at the hands of master care services, borivali west.

                I currently own a samsung s9+ purchased on 15th october 2019. I was facing an issue with the mobile charger where it would no longer fast charge my phone. I managed my way by slow charging the phone as i have been busy with an important project for my organization and haven’t had the time to visit any service center since the problem occurred. I have been so busy that i have literally had to be on the phone/email throughout the last few weekends with my colleagues down in sydney, australia who are working with me. Now i may not be a technical expert, however in my line of work we basically deal in selling mobile phones & mobile plans to an esteemed telecom client in australia and i am pretty well versed with some of the mobile device troubleshooting techniques. I did conduct an isolation test myself only to realize that the problem was with the usb cord that came with the fast charger. Again, as i said, i am not a technical expert so i will leave this judgement to your capable teams to diagnose what the root cause is.

                Yesterday i. E. 08th feb’20, as the fast charger had become a huge problem by now i decided to walk into samsung’s authorized service center i. E. Master care services in borivali west. I stepped in at around 02:30pm and was quickly attended to by the front desk executive. She conducted an isolation test and figured that the issue was with the usb cord (Just like i did) and advised that this can get covered within warranty. I was told that this would take approx. 45 mins and i could pick up the charger the same day. I was also asked to surrender my mobile phone and was advised that they will have the charger port in the mobile phone checked. Now i was a little puzzled and unsure around why would they need my phone when the isolation test proved that the usb cord is faulty. However, i was told that they might as well get a quality check done to ensure there is nothing wrong with the charging port. While i was uncomfortable in handing over my phone (Along with my data in it), i thought to myself that is just 45 mins without the phone so that was okay and i could manage my life without a phone for 45 mins. Because i had time and the service center categorically advised that they would remain open until 8pm i decided to grab some lunch and then return.

                When i returned between 03:45pm and 04:00pm (I am certain there is cctv footage to verify this), i was told that there was a power issue and there was no electricity. I asked if my issue was fixed and if i could get my charger and phone and i get told that yes it is fixed however they still need to run a quality check. I was then advised that i will get a call to come and pick up my phone and let me tell you, they had my number as well as an alternate number (My wife’s contact number to let me know what the update is). I gave them a chance again (Which is shouldn’t have and i now regret) thinking the service center closes at 8pm so i still had 4 hours where they would return my valuables back so i decide to come back home. Just so you know i live approx.. 5 kms away from this place. Just so you know that my service has been completed as per my samsung website but i have not been handed over the phone.

                Until 7pm, i do not receive a call (Neither on my number nor on my wife’s number which was the alternate number provided), so i decide to drive down again to the service center and guess what, they have shut shop for the day and have left a message outside stating they will now open on monday afternoon (Attachment number 1 for your reference, i am not sure why there is an address of a store in kandivali. There was scope to provide some communication. I mean what does one make out of that notice?) i. E. On 10th feb and ‘any inconvenience caused is regretted’. No you are not regretful of the inconvenience caused to me because if you were you would have called to let me know that you are shutting shop and will not be able to give me my phone. Now below are my problems and i am not sure how you are going to help or address these:
                1. Why was my phone asked to be surrendered when the isolation test proved that the problem was with the usb cord?
                2. How can the service center keep my phone with them with all my data in it? Why isn’t this a privacy concern to your organization? Is there no guidance/process or governance on how to mange customer sensitive data in such situations? Why was i not given options to back up my phone etc.?
                3. Why was i not provided with a loan/spare/supplementary phone?
                4. Why was i not contacted to let me know that the i will not have my phone for 2 full days?
                5. Who will compensate for my time spent on this?
                6. I am using my wife’s personal mobile number (Just because this was the alternate number provided to the service center and i am hoping they call me soon) to ensure i am contactable which means she cannot attend her personal calls. I have had to answer all her personal calls and ask them to call her on her business number. Who is going to regret for this inconvenience?
                7. Lastly, in this world of advanced technology i am using a nokia x2. Do you remember what that phone looks like? (Check attachment number 3 and you will feel sorry for me)

                All of the above has been a terrible experience for me with the lapse in effective communication by the staff at master care services in borivali west.

                Look, i have been an ardent samsung fan and a proud owner of samsung note 2, samsung c9 pro and now the samsung s9+ and i still love the brand. I am just absolutely appalled at this shoddy experience that i have been provided by master care services and i hope there is a process put in place or some kind of governance to ensure customers do not end up in a state like me. Let me be absolutely clear that i am not comfortable in paying the rs. 175/- labour charges due to the inconvenience caused to me. This is not about the money infact this is about the time i have spent in writing this complaint which wouldn’t have been the case had your staff communicated effectively to me.

                Waiting in anticipation that this issue will be looked into at the earliest.

                  Sir,
                  I have lodged complaint with your customer care on 6.2.2020 and one techncian from m/ s omega techno service came and replaced the outlet pipe. From the time he came to attend he informed and repeatedly insisted for chemical cleaning which will cost around rs.8000/-and informed that the total machine will be dismantled and reassembled after chemical cleaning. Which we have not agreed and then he poured some chemical packet and asked to wait for 12 hours which will clean all the dust. T my surprise he has not even cleaned the machine nor the chemical which he droppred in the machine has cleaned the dust bag. He has also charged rs.1350/-including service charge. I do not understand what service he rendered to me. Rather he made another problem to me.
                  One more thing i have never seen in your advertisements about chemical cleaing. Is there any such thing.

                    I bought samsung a30s in the month of november for my mother. Generally she uses the speaker option for dialling and picking up the phone. Just day before yesterday we noticed that there is no volume while dialling through phone (Without speaker) could be hear the ongoing ringing of another phone. I want the product to be replaced. I have never experienced any issue in any other brand’s phones this early. It’s just 3 months and the basic thing is not working in this phone. Really disappointed of samsung products specially phones!!

                      My name is nitin wadhwa and on 01/feb/2020, have purchased a samsung phone, however, there was some manufacturing fault in that phone and when i went to samsung dealer he said to go to our samsung service centre and there they will replace your mobile with the new one, i have done all the possible things still my phone is not working fine and now i will go for another company's phone as my samsung experience is really very bad and i will not recommend samsung to anyone.

                      I have bought this phone on 01/feb/2020 and in samsung service centre it says that mobile phone has been activated on 31/jan/2020, i am wondering how it can be possible, it means samsung dealers are selling fake or fraud or used phone by resealing that phone again, might be some unknown person or might be criminals or terrorist used that phone on 31/jan/2020 and after that retailer again resold that phone to me.

                      Its high-security threat to the country as well and also it's against indian law to sell these kinds of phones to the customers.

                      I don't want any phone from samsung so i please request you to refund my money (Bills and samsung acknowledgement of service request attached, also check with customer service, i have already registered the same.

                        I had request on customer care number to repair my washing machine on 1st feb2020. Customer care assign a mechanic mr. Ajay for the same.
                        On monday 32d feb 2020 he visited my house and check machine and confirm that washing motor is not working and need to change. One day later he came with new motor and start fitting the same. During fitting the motor he broke base part of machine. Then he temporally past the same and said if you face trouble then call me. At the same day i register my complaint (Complaint no. [protected]) to call centre also. Now water is passing from the machine. So i need to change the particular part of my machine. I have the same in hand written by mechanic.

                        Please resolve this issue on urgent priority else i will move to consumer court.

                          Existing complain about my TV is not resolved neither any response from Samsung. I have been receiving many calls and email and Samsung tried to dilute my issue by giving some obstacle to me but even i have filled their last request of providing Invoice (which was not a easy task) there is no reply from Samsung. Refer attachments for more detail.

                          Please read attachments in series 01, 02, 03&04 to understand how Samsung is avoiding to answer.

                            We have purchased samsung refrigerator in november 2015 and fridge is not working properly from december 2017. We have informed samsung service providers in 2018 and they came to check so many times but problem in not solved instead they suggested to change parts we have paid money for that also. We have wasted nearly 10000 rupees by listening to them but no improvment in fridge.

                              My fridge become faulty and called Samsung customer service. Their repair man came and replaced thermostat. The next day the fridge have no cutoff and was
                              Again called the service centre. Next day they replaced TIMER . Again next day no cut off and very little cooling. The following day again called service people then they came and replaced BYMETEL.
                              After four hours the fridge went off and completely dead. So I asked the customer care don't need any more repair and asked them to take back replaced parts and pay whatever I paid to them.
                              The total amount is Rs 2400.
                              They refused.

                                My fridge become faulty and i called samsung service. First they changed timer.
                                There was no cutoff. It was running through out. So i again called 0481/2577182. Then the service man changed thermostat. Again i found it doesn't cut of and the cooling was not satisfactory. Then i called third time and
                                They replaced bymetel.
                                For all the parts i paid 2400 rs.
                                But now it doesn't work at all.
                                So i would like to get my money back

                                  I bought my mobile mobile on november 3rd 2019, on december 2nd weak my mobile was dead, in service center they replaced motherboard, after changing mother board, i'm started facing network issues, i'm daily running to the service center, they don't have proper response, still the issues not yet fixed, now february started, still i'm not using that mobile, please need hlep for ur side, i need to fix this issue or need refund

                                  I got a call from samsung, they told me that i am lucky and won a samsung a50
                                  but i m not sure if, they are fraud or genuine.
                                  The employee sent me his id card as a gurantee of IKYA can you please verify it??

                                    I have purchased samsung m30s 6gb+128 fbon 29/12/2019 from amazon at a price of16999.
                                    But the original price of product is14999 they had charged be 2000 rupees extra. The phone which i recieved is incompatible with many samsung app like
                                    Samsung pay mini, samsung flow, samsung side sync and many samsung apps dont support the device. And in the advertisement there is no info about this so i want my money back from samsung and for this cheating i am going to file a complaint against samsung in consumer forum if samsung did not provide me a satisfactory answer

                                      I went to TVS Electronics Limited, Ramphal Chowk, New Delhi 110077 to get my phone repaired.Phone was getting hang, apps getting closed & Phone restarting.
                                      I requested them to re-install software(OS) also.
                                      I gave them the phone on Saturday at around 3pm till Monday afternoon service centre didn't tell me the exact problem with the phone after calling twice on Monday evening they said its a motheboard issue replacing will cost 7000rs. I requesting them not to change the motherboard but re-install the software(OS) and charge accordingly.
                                      When I went there to collect my Phone(GALAXY ON7) they simply lied and said that software has been reinstalled, I came back home and saw that they didn't re-install software !!!All the apps were intact even Wi fi configuration, Email login, Whatsapp etc. was there only.
                                      They simply didn't do anything to repair the phone !!! ONE THING I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW CAN MOTHERBOARD GET FAULTY IN 1.5 YEAR ONLY. SAMSUNG IS KNOWN FOR THE RELIABLE AND STURDY PHONES
                                      I have the bill of the service centre and all calls are recorded, I will raise this issue further and move to consumer court also.

                                        I had purchased samsung galaxy a30 (Sm-a305f) mobile phone on 1st april 2019. After sometime i noticed a small hairline crack near fingerprint sensor on the back panel/housing. I contacted samsung service center but they advised that it is a very thin and small hair line and will not increase. Now after few months i noticed that hairline crack increased. My phone neither physically damaged/impact damaged nor has cosmetic part issue. It has manufacturing defactive/bad quality housing/back panel, faulty product. I claim my warranty, either replace or repair the defective part.
