    My name is nobby karikkassery from malipuram, vypeen island, ernakulam district, kerala. I had earlier made a service request [protected] for service of my 2 air conditioners. The request was attended to. The reason for the malfunction was that the service people did not fit the unit piping properly after an earlier service request and both the a/c gas leaked and had to be recharged (Ref: req. No. Above). Now tone of the units has again developed a leak and is not cooling. This is the second time this is happening. Please instruct your service agent to send responsible people to attend to the complaint so that it does not happen again.

        Last year i purchased samsung m30 mobile from amazon and used perfectly, but since last 4 months i’m facing problem with the same phone which is not working properly. The same complaint is reported at service centre bhimavaram and told its working good without any service.
        Still i’m facing the same problem as the phone is frequently hanging up, and runs others apps without my use and runs automatically. Also sends unwanted messages to many people without my notice.
        The same complaint is informed many times to service center at bhimavaram and no action.
        Now the mobile validity completes by 11th april 2020.
        Kindly pursue this issue on priority and solve the problem or replace with the same mobile or other one with price variation.
        As i’m working for government sector, mobile is highly needed.

          Complaint number registered with samsung care :- [protected]

          In the absence of any reliable explanation in writing from samsung india regarding the plasma tv, as described in my email dated 12/18/19, within a reasonable period (More than a month), i will be left with no other option than informing the delhi police & consumer court regarding a suspected fraudulent activity.
          Even after several reminders there is no response towards the explanation asked and that’s the reason i have to write this mail as a dissatisfied consumer.
          Yes it is correct that samsung is a giant but always remember when giant makes mistake they lose customers and their families forever. This is the same case which i am mentioning to you now and there is a strong reason behind it. As a ceo you know how much a brand took time and spent billions to reach at this level and if because of policies or bad/defective quality you are losing customers then it’s a matter of grave concern.
          Now let me give you the background: - this is regarding the plasma tv which i barely used in past 4 years and when i quote barely that means probably 5-6 hours in a month but got the panel changed once and for the second time there is no panel available. I purchased the plasma in feb 2015 and after one year and few months there was a technical problem and samsung changed the entire panel which was a cumbersome activity and harassment too.
          After 3 years, again exactly same problem with the plasma but you don’t have panel as the product is discontinued which was not informed by the brand to their existing consumers via any mode of communication.

          Furthermore, i sent the plasma in november for repair which your team cannot fulfilled and reason is simple that plasma were discontinued and there is no panel to change it.
          I bought this plasma of 51 inches worth inr 66, 000.00 and spend another inr 15, 000.00 towards extended warranty as one of your service engineer pushed me really hard (Le lo sir inke plasma mein problem aata hi aata hai) i didn’t believed that will face exactly the same problem after 3 years.
          Now i demand three things from samsung india, korea.
          1. Root cause analysis of the plasma purchased by me in front of the court for final judgement.
          2. Entire process of quality checks and time duration to check single unit and man hours spent on it.
          3. Samsung product manual/clause which specifically states about such repeated incidents.

          Its been more than a year but till date i have not receive concrete revert and root cause analysis of the plasma. Why Samsung is not sharing the root cause analysis of plasma model number PS51F5500ARLXL bearing serial number #MR3X3PBF900157N unit which is lying at there workshop from past 2 years??
          I am facing the same problem in my Samsung plasma tv, I don't know what is the going on with this company they are always saying that the whole panel has to be changed. In 6 years, 2 panels of my TV has been changed (each of Rs. 35000.00) which is an extra cost for me after paying the purchase amount. But every time I am facing the same problem. If the product was defective then why do they launch it in the market and sale it to us. I am requesting the company to don't play with our money and emotions because this is totally harassments for the customers who are buying your products and also requesting to return the amount of the product because their is a manufacturing defect in your product.

            Freezer is not working, ice cubes are not getting made and vegetables and other items kept for deep freezing have released water even after setting temperature at -23 degree celcius
            Refrigerator cooling is also not proper.

              I have made software update android 10 and One UI version 2 in my device two days ago.. but today twice my phone become stuck with samsung logo during a video call.. phone have been restarted by pressing power button and volume up and down button simultaneously.. this happens 2 times at interval of 2 hours..

                I have purchased Samsung A70 mobile from Opera house brigade road Banglore on 4th June 2019..its not evn a year and I m not to charge the phone... Charger is perfectly alright as other mobiles r getting charged expect mine... I tried calling customer care but no use I have been utterly troubled due to this as my mobile is switched off now

                  I have purchased a refrigerator of samsung ff rt28n3083s9/hl on 18 november 2018, 041d4pbka00872n

                  It is not working its been 3 days, we are facing problem, our stock in the fridge have wasted, it has been a loss,

                  Its been only one year for the fridge, why it is not working

                  I have paid full amount and you people have given me a faulty fridge, it has mentioned that the fridge has a wrranty of 10 years but once i chat with you, you said that we can not help, created a ticket but now nobody is ready to help me. I know the current situation, but is this the way you are helping customers in difficult situation, i want to write complaint to the higher authority regarding this, i have been treated badly with the customer service, you have given me faulty fridge, the most required thing in the lockdown is fridge. People are coming out for service we all know, you can talk to police and come, please help me fix this fridge as soon as possible, or i need refund of my fridge, i choose samsung because its products are reliable, but samsung has failed this time. If a fridge is stopped working in a year so should we buy a new fridge every year, this is injustice to a customer like me, i have tv, washing and a fridge from samsung, please talk to your higher authority and help me as you can, or issue refund as soon as possible. It seems that choosing samsung is a wrong decision. There are thousands of customers out there purchasing your products but can’t you come out and help a customer in a need.                         This is regarding return of s20ultra phone. Within received less than 24 hours i noticed the product is faulty and registered complain ticket #1588048 for return and refund. It is on good faith of samsung reputed company i brought the new s20ultra phone order id

                        1. Heating at its best even normal apps use not able to hold the phone in hand. I feel nervous by seeing the heat generating. I may suffer health issue for this.
                        2. Wifi not working properly. Browsing very slow. I buy the best phone for my extremely busy schedule so that i no need any type of disturbance in work.
                        3. Various many problems, like when the phone connected to pc for usb data tethering all aaps hanged whatsapp.. Ect
                        4. Many time need to scroll to get the pattern visible to unlock the phone.
                        5. When charging phone getting full heated.
                        So i request you to return the product immediately as i registered the issue less than 24 hours of delivery.

                        Otherwise i have to move higher authorities for refund.

                        I simply don't want a defective product by paying 92999/- and wasting my full energy.

                        Kindly open the ticket #1588048 and arrange to return the product immediately.

                        It is reputation of a brand we like. Hope i will get positive response from you soon for arrangement of pickup to return the phone immediately and issue refund.

                        The samsung india harrashing a lot in processing a refund. Is this a reputyed company attutude

                                Its 2020 and as per my knowledge all leading private car companies not even within india but all over the world, keeps working out on proving the better and better customer services till the best is achieved.

                                But, to my astonishment, the scenerio in the samsung india stands totally different. May be they are working on achieving maximum numbers in sales than even focusing a little on quality of after sales customer service.

                                I have been a very regular customer of the samsung electronics india, i have been using samsung refrigerators, samsung air conditioners, samsung lcd's, mobile phones, home theaters etc.
                                Recently i discovered a fault in the samsung home theater and immediately contacted the samsung india customer care service and lodged a complaint for the resolution refer to service request number [protected],
                                An executive from the samsung arrived soon and checked the product and as per his statement there was some minor fault in some part of the home theater and committed for its replacement as early as the part reaches their office from the company.
                                Several days passed but i was not contacted nor any any executive came for the repair of the product. This clearly shows the negligence of the samsung india towards their customers. It is the very first duty of the samsung india to provide the after sales services of the products they are selling to the customers. I am put to great harassment during to the negligence of samsung india, and i expect an immediate resolution to the fault in my samsung home theater or i will be left with no other alternative than knocking the doors of the consumer court for justice.

                                  I have purchased the samsung galaxy s20 ultra for rs 92999/- mobile through samsung website.
                                  I have booked the hand set on 09/03/2020 and got delivered on 19/03/2020 evening on very next morning i starting using the mobile and i noticed that the front camera is not working and shows some error massage.

                                  I visited to samsung service center at marathahalli bangalore at 11:00am and they started to inspect the mobile and finally after 4 hours they stated that their is the issue in the handset and they are offering me the coupons which is lesser worth then the product and they stated that you have brought the handset with discounted price which is rs 84990/-. After lots of discussion they agreed to replace the handset with new one.

                                    Mob ime no-[protected] was purchased online from amazon on 18 mar 2019. Full payment of rs 20900 made by debit card. The mob was blocked on 13 mar 2020 by tvs credit services on account of non payment of emi. They are showing mr srivatson as defaulting customer, i do not know this person. I have lost huge amount in business due to blocking of mob. Tvs credit services have been given complaint but they do not respond now,
                                    How come a third party block mob. Security features are not provided by samsung? My present contact no is [protected].

                                      I am Vivek Sukumar from Thrissur. I had purchased the S20+ on 07 Mar 2020, cosmic grey. Later i faced issues with the camera app, with random glitches on the pictures taken (for the 64MP sensor). Yesterday I had traveled 40 min to the Thrissur Samsung service center and told them this issue and requested the replacement as i am sure the issue would be hardware. They were very unprofessional and told that it may be a software issue (just a software issue for a flagship!!). They were telling to check again after the installation of the software, but this issue is a random one. so if i face the issue after this week, i will be screwed. I request you to replace the PHONE ASAP, else i would be moving back to my Iphone. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

                                        My samsung a30 mobile is not detecting bsnl sim. I approached the authorized service center and they also accepted that there is a problem in the mobile set but they are not raising a complaint to samsung instead asking me to handover my phone for a day to them unofficially with the sim. When i asked for an acknowledgement they returned my phone and asked me to come the next day. For three consecutive days i am travelling 30 km to the authorized service center but they are not providing. I am really embarrassed by the way your service center people treat me. Why can't i approach consumer court for justice.
