My wife was alone at home and the neighbors rushed n helped douse the fire and remove the plug from the socket
Unbelievable that a product from such a reputed company can fail
I am a regular consumer of samsung’s products

    I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy M30s phone on 22.10.2019. The phone is not working now due to product failure.
    Visited the service center at Kharghar but they informed about motherboard issues.

    Please help to resolve this issue. The product is under warranty. Attaching the invoice for your reference.

    Please help to resolve this issue either with a replacement or refund or repair

      I visited here in samsung service center c-34 rdc rajnagar ghaziabad
      (India) for change my samsung earphones which is in gauranteed period
      And there 2 person has sitting here and while checking deepak has
      Breacked the earphones and said it is already broken
      Than i started shouting then guys came i will check it,
      I told him, i also came yesterday and your cooling mr tyagi has checked
      It also but yesterday i doesn't carry my phone so that it was
      Not replaced. Than he take earphones goes to back room came few minutes
      Later and said you had used fevistick. And it is not in warranty and in directly than want bribe.

      Kindly look into the matter and take serious action against him and give
      Me resolution for the same,

              refrigerator not working

              I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on 8th june 2019 from sales india store at waghodia road vadodara in 40500 inr, model rt39m5538s8.
              In just six month i. E. On 8th dec-19 the fridge stop cooling completely, after visit of technician i got to know that its a major issue in fridge, actually some leakage in some part and complete gas leaked, before this incident since last few days fridge was making unusual noise but i thought it may be normal in such big fridge.
              Actually its a poor quality product supplied to me by samsung and i am looking for replacement of this, where samsung wants to repair it and give it back to me, how can i trust that such poor quality product will not have such issue again after few months and at that time product will not be in warranty, at that time i will have to bear the cost of this poor quality product.
              My question is why a customer pay for poor quality product?
              Requesting samsung to take these kind of issues seriously and protect there reputation in market which is most important thing for a organisation.
              Please replace it immediately.

                I faced a technical issue with samsung pay once on 26-oct-2019 and again on 24-dec-2019. Unsatisfactory resolution was given for the 1st complaint and the 2nd is pending.

                Samsung pay agents and supervisors are arrogant and disconnect calls when i follow up. This behavior hasn't changed despite complaints to next levels.

                After escalation, communication from internal teams is assumed to be true without checking the facts. The same set of people who were unable to give satisfactory resolution give an update to their next level saying the complaint is already resolved.

                Samsung Pay has a dedicated customer support and they don't share reference ID like the regular support. When asked for it, I was informed that my complaint is identified based on registered mail ID and mobile number.

                    I purchased samsung galaxy m40 mobile on 16 july 2019 and delivered on 19 july 2019. The problem start within 10 day and now the problem is continuing.
                    I am giving the sequence

                    1) it was not take charge from 29 july 2019 so i deposit it samsung customer service on 30 july 2019. The bill no of service centre bokaro is [protected]. I am requesting for replace my mobile because it is not work within 10 days. As per samsung policy if mobile has hardware problem within the 14 days of purchase than samsung will replacement mobile. I send mail for replacement but they denied for replacement and the samsung service team repaired and they repaired and return this mobile to me on 13 august.

                    2) further it face problem in the mobile is hanging problem and again i deposit it to samsung care on 05/09/2019 and the bill no are [protected] and again it repaired by 12/09/2019. I want replacement but they gave 6 month additional warranty and give assurance if further problem face they will take up and help me.
                    3) once again on 29/09/2019 this mobile could not take charge. I deposited my mobile to bokaro service team. The bill no: [protected]. This time once again i requested to samsung team to replacement of this faulty mobile but they reply you want repaired mobile not replacement. I am share copy of mail for proof that i want replacement not repair but they are adamant and samsung care team told me your mobile quality is improve please take your phone from service center. I am taken my mobile on 17 october 19. After 2- 3 days is i deposit this mobile to service center, bill no [protected] for hanging problem. But they said this phone is ok and return back. But problem remain continue i share the video of mobile hanging problem and screen freezing to samsung service team but they denied and reply when we check it is work fine.
                    4) once again 14.12.2019 this mobile could not take charge and the charging problem appears third time i complain to samsung care no. They reply deposit it service center but 14 december was sunday and 16 december the service center was closed due to election in bokaro so again i deposit it at service center on 17.12.2019, bill no [protected]. But once again they repair and return back to me this mobile. Continuously it has problem charging and hanging but samsung always said we repaired next time you will not face problem but problem repeat and repeat. I lost my rs 19999 and mental peace to samsung.
                    As per their policy this mobile will replace on the first instance of the problem but they are not listening
                    Please help me.

                      I purchased a samsung galaxy m30s phone from amazon.in in first week of october 2019. After 2-3 days o[censored]sage the phone began to experience network drop issues after the phone was kept on stand by for more than 3-4 hours. The phone used to show full network bars but if i tried to call anyone or if anyone tried to call me, it was not going through. I visited the service centre carezone, in kirti nagar, new delhi and they updated the software but the issue didn't get resolved. I visited the service centre again and then they replaced the mother board. The phone worked fine for the next day but after another day same problem started happening again. I visited the service centre again and they said they could not do anything else and said that the problem cannot come up again and asked me to complain to samsung customer care. The samsung customer care team asked me to visit the service centre again since they wanted to have a word with the manager. The customer care team after having word with the service centre told that since motherboard had been replaced, hence there was no possibility of the same issue arising again. When i looked online, i noticed that in the amazon reviews too and youtube too, the phone faced severe network issues and my phone was not the only one. They were not ready to accept that the replaced motherboard can also be a faulty one just like the one which came with the phone.

                        I had purchased a samsung galaxy note 8, ordered on amazon on 20th january 2019 by paying an amount of rs.38, 500/-. Within 1 month of purchase my phone started getting green screen abruptly. It had a light bleeding issue from left side of panel which is a known issue. This green screen issue was again seen few times intermittently. Again after 7 months of purchase, green straps and sometimes full green screen was seen intermittently and this remained constant for few days after which i lodged a complaint with samsung customer care on 5th september 2019.
                        I was told by customer care that a service center person would visit my place for inspecting and collecting the phone on 7th september 2019. But that did not happen. I waited for entire day but no service center person visited. After few days, i called the customer care it was lied to me that the service center person visited my place which actually did not happen. Clearly this was manipulated. I have a call recording of this. Again i waited for so many days but there was no communication from the service center.
                        I again lodged a complaint with the customer care after which they said that service center person will contact me and then they sms the service center number to me. At first service center was unaware of the complaint but they listen to my issue. I get a call from the service center (Mobile technology, goregaon, mumbai). Again, service center person did not come to collect phone for inspection at my place but instead one lady named mrs. Mekha called me to send photographs of the issue via whatsapp. After i sent the photographs, she acknowledged that there was a green screen issue and asked me to visit the service center after the display part was received. (It was their duty to visit my place but they didn’t.)
                        It was told to me by mrs. Mekha to take backup on 14th september 2019 as the display part arrived and on 15th september around 2 am, when i was taking the backup, i had kept the phone on table. Unfortunately, the phone fell from the table which was less than 2 ft. The screen got cracks inspite of being gorilla glass 5. Clearly this was a faulty gorilla glass which was on my phone as even phones without gorilla glass doesn’t crack like this at such a short height. The display issue still remains with the phone functioning properly with green screen coming intermittently, but when i called mrs. Mekha and told her this, she said they will not accept phone with crack. I then visited their service center at goregaon on 15th september 2019 (They called on a sunday) around 12:30pm, they weren't accepting my phone. I had sent mrs. Mekha both pics, before pic (Display issue without crack on screen) and after pics (Display issue with crack on screen). This indicates display issue was already in existence even before phone drop. I was clearly sold a phone having defective display with faulty gorilla glass and now samsung is hiding its fault.
                        Before the drop, the samsung service center (Mobile technology, goregaon, mumbai) had acknowledged that there was a display issue but because of the crack, they aren’t accepting now and demanding repair charge of around rs.20000 inspite of being under warranty. They are giving vague reply that even though the defective display issue was there before the screen crack, it is not covered under warranty as now its cracked and to talk to customer care. After listening to this, i refused to take their expensive service. It was their duty to visit my place much earlier on 7th september 2019. Had the facts of their visiting not been manipulated, my phone would have been repaired. Also they kept on closing tickets without doing any work by saying documents not received but the truth was that they did not ask for any documents and one more vague reply by their customer care was, to close the tickets they put any reason and not to pay attention to the sms which states documents not submitted. Even the invoice was asked to me much later which i had provided and they had acknowledged this. Also, the customer care hasn’t given any proper resolution, mails of mine are hardly answered, invoice is already sent by me to them and the complaint sent to their ceo’s desk (Link given on their web page) with all the photos hasn’t been answered since months. I had contacted samsung customer care so many times but always the same assurance was given to me that she will be contacted. The above said act on your part has caused me a great loss and damage besides mental tension and inconvenience.
                        Due to all this, a legal notice was sent to samsung on 16th november 2019 after which they reply that they did not find a need to give para wise reply (Clearly as the manipulations were done from their side and their service center side, they did not give a para wise reply, the green screen defect which actually exists in many note 8 handsets, to hide the fact that they gave me a defective display). Instead i got the reply on letter dated 29th november (Got few days later) that i will only get a 20% discount on the repair cost but i want the full display repair for free as it was a manufacturing defect. Also the lady on call said that they do understand that there was a defect prior to the drop and that they checked images but they can't do anything now. This is a case of completely fooling the customers by first not acting on the complaint, then many days go by, then manipulate the facts and then tell the customers, many days have passed by so now we can't accept the handset (Because anything can happen to the handset in the meanwhile). Anyone's phone can survive with a cracked screen but cannot survive with a defective display. Still my phone's functionality works fine but green screen issues do occur frequently.
                        Also i am attaching the entire phone conversation which happened on 26th september from samsung customer care which proves that they had lied to me (If the service center person had come to my place, then he would have inspected my phone at my home so that means my phone was in good condition as they had ordered replacement part under warranty because if phone was in bad condition, why would they order the defective part but the visit at my home did not happen by their service center person, clearly samsung customer care along with their service centers are playing games to extract money from customers even if phones are under warranty)

                        I want my phone's display to be repaired under warranty for free or refund my full amount back.

                          I had placed an order for samsung m30s and after receiving it, within a few days it was registered as doa and hence i was qualified for a replacement. The new piece that was delivered again turned out to be defective and had to be submitted to the service center.in a span of 1 and a half months, i've visited the service center 5 times and had 2 phones of the same model, both defective. I would like to return the phone and get my money refunded.

                            I have placed initial complaint with ref. No. [protected] on 12-dec-19. The complaint was placed only after consultation with your customer support. An engineer visited on 13-dec-19 and said that "the front door was malfunctioned because of detergent and needs to be replaced. The cost will be shared by way of call". There was no call received until 16-dec-19, but received a message that the said reference number "was cancelled due to estimate not approved".

                            By gods sake, how can the ticket be closed without calling the customer? Called the customer support on 17-dec-19; the call was transferred to escalation team (Mr. Prasad). Had explained everything in detailed and he has arranged for a con-call with service team. He has arranged for a fresh visit and raised a fresh ticket with ref. No. [protected] on 14-dec-19. An engineer visited my home only on 19-dec-19, that too after raising my voice with ms. Sangeetha. He had said the same issue and said that it will take 2 days for replacement of the door. Again on 22-dec-19 i have received a message that the said service order has been cancelled with the same reason.

                            I am just wondering, is your service team trying to fool us?

                            Do they even know the meaning of customer service? Or understand the concept of tat for any calls placed?

                            I still don't know if this email reaches someone who is really feels the pain of customers like me.

                            Need an appropriate response for my complaint.

                              I wanted to order a phone on the samsung website. Before i make my purchasing decision, i wanted to know the exact manufacturing of the phone. However the details on the website say it could be manufactured in any of the four countries - china, india, vietnam or korea. A consumer who wants to make a decision has all rights to know the exact origin of the product and even upon calling samsung customer care, i was pushed around people and kept waiting for over 20 minutes without a clear answer to my query. I am not even sure if the detail mentioned on the previous phone i purchased which said it is "manufactured in india" is true or not. As a consumer who does not buy any products made in china, i should be entitled to know if i am given a product truly made in india or am i being cheated.

                                    I am very sorry to inform you that i am using above subject samsung galaxy a30 mobile from march-2019. Starting three months mobile working good.

                                    After three months this mobile not getting network signals properly.

                                    Even city center also i am getting 1 or 2 points only.

                                    I have givened this mobile to your customer service center, chittoor. They replaced my mobile moard. And next day it was not opened (Touch problem) again i have returned my device to service center after one weak they have givened back to me. They are damaged my back case also for this device.

                                    Problem not solved so many times i have informed them about this issue but they are not taking it seriously.

                                    I am requesting you to please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                                      I have purchased a samsung refrigerator model no. Rt37m5538sl/hl on 20.10.18. On 13.10.19 the cooling stopped as gas has leaked out and as intimated by technician the charging tube, filter needs to be changed as noida climate damages these items frequently. The repair cost charged is rs 1640/- on 16.12.19. Receipt no. 37073 dated 16.12.19 refers.
                                      In this connection i would request samsung to provide good quality parts specially filter, charging tube with rust proof coating so that consumers are not forced to shell out money every year. Also one year is too short a warranty and this refrigerator is going to be very costly if i have to shell out money for replacement of substandard part provided in refrigerator.
                                      I would also request you to refund rs 1640/- paid on 16.12.19 for replacement of charging tube, filter and gas charging. Regards
