Hi this is mallesh i bought samsung a80 my headphones is not working and i have warranty also. I went samsung service center n they told me every time come tomorrow after 3 visits they told me to give your mobile n come back after three day then we will replace my headphones. I spent 1200 rupees for cab to replace my headphones which one cost 1000 n yet they're calling me after three days

        Hi, i wish to complain about the service done for the samsung washingmachine, initially the service request ([protected]) raised on march 10th 2020 andthe issue was while washing after 1 hour 9minutes the washing machine stopsthis was the concern hence raised the request. The service executive mr. Balu ([protected]) was assigned to take care of the request.

        Name of product - samsung wm ww60m204kma/tlserial number -03ud5dbj900266a that i purchased on 30thsept 2017, which is still under warranty period (I do have the bill) i received my product on 21st may 2020, after repetitiverequests (To be noted product was taken from my home on march 10th2020).

        I am complaining because, the service was not done properly thewashing machine functions are working in reverse way (The control panel) forexample:- if i turn the knob to ‘daily wash’ washing machine does notfunction/work if i change to ‘denim’ thenonly it works, apart from this none other functions of the control panel work. Addedto it, the timer timing also got increased for about 35 minutes initially ifloaded and the time limit will estimate to 1 hour 15 minutes, now it haschanged to 1 hour 55 minutes for the same amount of load. Being a samsung customersince a long time, i never this kind of service.

        Service executive mr. Balu ([protected]) was their whiledelivering the product, above mentioned issues was explained to him and hesimply said he will get back in two days added to it he hasn’t given the invoiceas well, he has taken 5500 rupees from me promising he will be handing over theinvoice for the amount incurred for service on 21st may 2020. Today is 25thmay 2020, still i haven’t received any information from him. He isn’t pickingup the call when ranged him to his number ([protected]).

        This is totally unacceptable and frustrating; i never expectedsuch an awful service from your end. Therefore, i am done with this drama. I request you to replacethe washing machine with the new one. I request you to look this issue seriously. If no steps taken to provide me the support, i am going to raise consumercomplaint and will sue who all involved int this. Looking forward to your response.

        Despite the requests raised, same executive Mr.Balu([protected]) was assigned to take care of the request and he called me around 5:45PM IST on 27-May-2020. He is telling mall function has happened and that's the reason it is not working and it will continue to work in future as well. He is not accepting to sort out the issue.
        This is what service center is there to tell an irresponsible answer.?
        This is totally unacceptable and I need replacement for the washing machine. My machine was dismantled and it is totally worthless now, it is working with only one function.
        I require your immediate attention to it. This isn't going to work. I require replacement of the machine.

            I cancelled my order following much delay in delivery bt got no msg of refund. Even sent emails to the estoresupport team bt they didn't respond. Pls look into this matter asap

              A week ago the left freezer stopped working. A technician came opened it up and said the valve has stopped functioning and needs changing. He did not fix it and the next day the right freezer stopped working. Another technician came and took a look and said this was not his department. By late evening the main compartment of the fridge stopped cooling. Yesterday a technician from samsung came and replaced the valve and gas. This morning i noticed to my horror neither of the freezers were working. And we paid for the service and parts.
              Now we bought the fridge on september 2018. I have never heard of a fridge dying on the consumer in less than 2 years. We have been trying to reach out to samsung india with absolutely no luck. Even the agency adishwar, in ramagondanahali whitefield where we bought this fridge from is unresponsive and unhelpful. The samsung service center person is also not responding. This comes to us as a shock. Such an expensive fridge and absolutely no help from any of the above mentioned. Disgusted by samsung’s absolute lack of response or responsibility. We are convinced this is a faulty piece that has been sold to us.

                Hi there, my name is prtik and i am from mumbai. I bought samsung galaxy note 10 in october which was stolen after 24 days. I complaint fir and also kept my phone on lock mode when connected to internet on samsung's official lost phone website. Few days after the website is showing you don't had any phone... Before tht there was an option to see mobile linked to the account, imei, loction tracking, ring the phone and now it's showing you don't hve any phone connected to samsung account... I want to ask samsung why people trust your company? I was a kind of person who use to tell people tht how good samsung is and compare with other companies and i lost my phone and samsung isn't helping me but removing phone from my account...

                  I have purchased samsung spt ac inv it ar 12rv3hfwk in the month of february 2020. With a week after installation, noice was coming out of ac and service person informed the noice would stop with usage. But it didnot stop completely. By the end of march there is no cooling from ac and only fan worked. Complaint given to customercare care and after lockdown relaxation in chennai after may 5th 2020 serrvice engineers checked the unit and informed board to be replaced. It has been two weeks since they visited and no information yet. I want the defective unit to be replaced or refund of the bill amount. Never expected such an awful experience from samsung.

                    I was delivered a cancelled product without my knowledge. After cancelling order online and on customer care no. The executive assured me your order is cancelled and gave me a ticket id. Then also it was delivered and now that i am complaining about return pickup and my refund i am getting the run around from them

                      Every1 should be careful while purchasing a samsung mobile.

                      I have purchased a @samsung mobile (S10plus 1tb) on march 16, 2019, which costs around rs. 1, 17, 500/- it comes under premium segment. From the date of purchase i faced problems of overheating, charging, display blinking, restarting automatically and shutting down suddenly. When i visited samsung service center with this problem they said we don't have policy to exchange the set we can only repair the set. So as the problem persists day by day and more during nov 2019 the phone was shut dead so i got to service center and they repaired it. And again this problem persists and on march 10th my phone got dead, so as my warranty was about to expire on march 16th and due to covid19 i could not reach the service center in time. I contacted them over phone and they said me u visit service center after lockdown gets over. There was only a 3 days gap where my warranty expired and samsung extends warranty from march 20th. When i moved to service center they kept my phone for 2days and said u will be charged rs. 42, 000 for the same. I repeatedly complained that the phone was under manufacturing defect but they don't care for the same. Now they mailed me that we will give u 50% discount on the above price that is rs.21, 000, nw every1 see can a company give 50% discount for its services after warranty, the fact is that they knew that there is trouble in phone so they want customers to face the problem and bear the loss and the company will generate its profit. Is it fair,
                      Plz ever1 share as much as u can. I have filed a case in consumer court bearing no. 2011738. They r playing with customers sentiments and emotions. We r paying means we want value for our hard earned money. Its truely a cheating upon customers. I said i will never pay a single amount for repairing, they said company don't have policy. Then how can u charge money from customers, don't we have rights to ask value for the money spent. This is truely a rubbish act, i want this message to be shared and reach all possible corners.

                          I had purchased a samsung a51 model and within 2 days of purchase it started hanging. Therefor i submitted it in the service center after which it got replaced with a new a51. However the new phone is also having the same problem.
                          I wish to change my model.

                            I ordered a mobile phone from samsung.com/in on the 19th may 2020 for delivery on the 7th june. However, my travel arrangement changed, which meant that i have to take delivery of the phone before june 1st 2020. As per samsung's policy, one can modify or cancel the order as long as it has not been packaged. My order was not packaged and is still not packaged at the time of writing this complaint. I tried to modify the delivery dates on the 20 may beause the nearest delivery date was for 29th may, which was ok with me. However, i couldn't. I tried to cancel the order, still i couldn't. Everytime i tried to hit the "cancel" button alongside the order the system gave me a message that "request for cancellation has been rejected". I still don't understand why and i believe this is unfair pratice. I am a non indian resident and my experience with samsung sets a really bad precedence. I paid for this order and i have the right to cancel or modify as long as it is within the stipulated terms and conditions. I wrote and email to samsung order division on the 20th, but i have not received any response yet. I reminded them on three occassions. Still nothing. I would like samsung to stop the unfair practice and let me exercise my privilage of cancelling or modfying my order.

                              During the year of purchase there were various problems like over heat, shutting down, display blinking, when i asked them that there is a manufacturing problem so kindly change it they said we can only repair, during the warranty period of nov 2019 the ph got dead and they repaired it then the same problem occurred during march. But my warranty expired on march 16 and there was lockdown declared from 20th. Now they r charging me around rs.21000/-. I want them to repair my ph as it was under manufacturing defect, they r trying to cheat upon customers emotions. Today they sent the above email.

Told this machine is required chemical washing...in the month of december complaint register and handed over machine to service center... That means since 6 months no one responding here about this problem..

                                    My split ac’s were installed by samsung team few years back. Now i had cooling issue with both the ac’s though last year i had got gas filled by samsung team. Now they have repaired one ac and for other ac they are asking money to be paid to thier personal account as they need to put safety belt to repair it as it is installed on 3rd floor.
                                    I have complained about it so many times but no action is taken. They say u cannot get ac repaired by anyone else in samsung as sarita vihar is there area.
                                    Please help me and get me ac repaired. I will pay the genuine amount for part and service.

                                      Hi we purchased a samsung refrigerator from muvattupuzha nandilath g mart on 11/aug/2016 for an amount of rs.75000, one month before its gets complainted and i got a reply from samsung service after 1 month and they said the complaint won't rectify and company will give 20% for the old model,
                                      We shocked by that reply and won't accept it in any case,
                                      I am writing this letter to company to get a good reply from samsung company we trust this bat and that's why purchased it but really we disappointed with your service, i need a reply from your side otherwise we will move to consumers court for it's settlement.

                                        We have ordered our refrigerator from flipkart on 25th February 2019, within 2 months the refrigerator light has stopped working.
