I purchased a samsung mobile (Rs.70k) on 25 aug 18. After 10 month a software update given by samsung. After update various type of problem came out in my device. Main issue is suddenly heating issue. I visit samsung care but no resolution found. Finally i submitted my mobile in warranty period 23 aug 2019. The samsung customer care of head office said have to change the motherboard because of motherboard problem and demand money for repairing...

I have got an samsung headset 10days ago. But that headset is not working for long days so i have visited the poorvika show room (Gummidipoondi, chennai). But there is no care of any customers my headset has warranty for 6months so i asked them to change it. They told me that, u only have to go service centre and change we will not responsible for that, they told. This is how poorvika treat their customers like this....

I bought samsung u48h5100 model for 70000 rupees in 2015. It suddenly started showing small problem of shaking display. Samsung service person checked it and asked to change the panel wich will cost 40000 rupee.

It is extremely high price for the repair and unreasonable. It's been in use only for 3 years and costs more than 50% of its value.

Requesting you to help me in this situation....

I complaint about washing machine on 23 august engineer came he said wire problem he fixed it washing machine work for once, then i again complaint engineer came said motor is not working then they changed motor. It again worked for once then i again complaint about it they changed the door lock without informing us. It works randomly then they said we need to change the pcv i told them pls confirm me that now that part is only the problem....

Unfortunately i purchased Samsung M30 from Amazon on 4th June 2019 but few days ago 4th October i found pink spot on lower portion of my display gradually within 3 to 4 hours the whole screen turns pink and from next day the display gone off.

(Loss of money and technology problems with samsung a50) i have purchased a samsung a50 only before 15days i had a problem with network connection when am inserting a sim it shows me that mobile number not registered but i have used that for 3 days after that only i had that problem when i visited the samsung service centre the agent who is working there doesn't gave me a proper answer or a solution to my problem he is in lack of knowledge...

On 28 may 2019, I had cooling issue in my Samsung refrigerators so i call the toll free number and register complaint, next day serviceman came and examine and found that the parts name "relay" is not working so they replaced the product then I ask for bill they call their office and provide me bill through WhatsApp with 6 month warranty.

Purchased a M30s phone on 14.10.2019.It was mentioned that it has 48mp camera along with two other cameras.After taking the picture there was a big disappointment that the picture quality says it's just 13 or lower than that mp camera.I spent Rs.17000 only for the camera.I need a solution for this.Just can't take it light.Most of our friends recommended to buy Redmi phones for its camera.But we trusted Samsung and realizing it was a big mistake...

I purchased my hand set in the month of march 2019. I am facing the network problem with the set. I visited service centre, they said there is no issue with the set. But the problem was not resolved. Next time when i visited they asked me to change the sim. I changed the sim but still i am not getting proper network and my set is not working properly.
