I purchased samsung a50s 2 months ago and i just 2 months the charging point had an issue. We went to the samsung care at vadodara and the customer executive rakshita made my senior citizen parents for 1 hour. After that she said the phone will be ready next day.in the evening she called and said that the phone is ready. When the next day when we went to collect the phone they said it’s still not ready. There is so much communication gap here and because of this they are harrasing customers. Please look into in and take immediate action.

    I bought this on 13 october 2018, the incident that happened last week, i believed i put inside my belt phone pouch, i just dropped from that height and my phone has fallen to the ground facing display and got broken (The accidental drop hight was less than 3.5 feet) and i didn't expect such a shortfall can do this level of damage to really good display. I checked with samsung support and heard that display cost is over rs. 17200.

    1. Either the fix was loose
    2. Or this display strength wasn't good enough to handle such a shortfall,
    I got pinch now with a broken display, i am expressing my grievances against this display quality.

    I am a samsung customer, having many products with is the name at home and relations, like my tv, fridge, ac, dishwasher and all family members with samsung phone. Now i need a reasonable solution for this display issue.

    Thanks for the support, and little discount on this after the long wait. But the pointed issue was the quality of display strength, within shortfall (less than 3 feet) it got broke and I get in the situation of the paid customer.

    I need help here, this display strength wasn't good enough to handle such a shortfall, I got pinch now with a broken display, I am expressing my grievances against this display quality and now I got in the situation to change display because of the incident, at a reasonable price, or get another better one where I will not have same quality issue.

      Samsung Galaxy M40 bought by me on Amazon in July 2019 for Rs.19, 999.00 has been switching off randomly whenever I use any application. The problem was reported to Samsung Customer Care as phone is still in warranty. First Occasion the service centre reset the phone to Factory settings and informed me that they have upgraded the software, now the problem is resolved. with in about three days the phone started experiencing similar problem and was deposited in Samsung Service Centre again. Again, they told be the software has been updated and phone will not switch off randomly.

      On 25 Nov, I again started facing same issues, when phone started switching off on powering on and while in use, I have again submitted the phone with customer service centre with a request to management to change the handset with a new handset

          The Samsung Wash/Dry 8/6K-WD80J6410 was not drying properly. If initially during the first 6 months of purchase it did in 3 hours, it was not drying completely even after 5 hours. A complaint was logged in for inspecting the same during mid October 2019. A technician named Harischandra from Ashtavinayak service center Mumbai visited and said it is working fine and no issues and this was the way. We called up helpline again and complained. Then they assigned the same technician along with an other technician. They visited. The new guy who came with Harischandra asked him to open up the pipes connected to the driers and found there was lot of dirt accumulated and which is expected as part of drying. They cleared it and drier started performing fine.

          After they went we figured out huge steam coming out of the machine. And moisture is appearing on the LCD screen. And the machine keeps beeping in between. The buttons (time setting buttons after drying process) does not respond at times after. This happens during drying.

          We called the Samsung again and raised compliant for both the above 4 issues. The same technician again visited and opened the entire machine and went saying it should work now. After he went we observed the same issue coming again.

          We called again the helpline for the same. Another technician visited and he observed one of the pipes was open and due to which the excess steam was coming. This was not fitted properly after the last technician's visit. Then this technician also left saying he has no clue about issue.

          We again called the helpline. They sent that Harsichandra again. He came back stating some PCB/thermostat/display etc. to be replaced. We clearly told them that does not seem to be the issue. This could be some assembling issue/temperature setting.

          He replaced the parts he got. We dint sign the paper he got and we told him to wait and test it before he leaves. He waited and same problem appears.

          He said like before he is clueless. If he is clueless why do the agency send him again and again. The weird part is after each of the technician visit, Samsung just closes the ticket without even confirming with us.

          We again called the helpline again and agency contacted us stating it will be picked up and fixed in their workshop and will be returned to us in 2 days time. The Ashtavinayak agency said they will pick it up on Wednesday, Nov 20. They dint come. I again called up helpline. Then the agency called and told will pick up on Thursday, Nov 22nd. This just went on until they picked it up on Nov 23rd.

          Today is November 26th, we haven't received any updates on the issue. Again called up Croma & Samsung helplines.. I wonder what they are fixing even without having a word with me. They have status updated as technician will visit. That Samsung agency who is servicing is a non competent agency.Their technicians do not know how to fix these machines. Instead they messed up our product and we are in deep trouble.

          This product is still under manufacturer warranty and I believe the harassment that the technicians made us go through is horrible and I do not want any replacement of Samsung machine instead want the money to be refunded.

          The machine is still under warranty and this is what we have to go through. Imagine it goes out of warranty, I would have ended up paying and without any benefit and sheer frustration.

          I do not want any replacement of Samsung machine instead want the money to be refunded. I would instead go and buy a Bosch or IFB washer/drier instead. I would never suggest this kind of washing machine to any users.

            One of worst service provider ever i have seen. Samsung will see all possibilities to avoid warranty repair. Best reason to escape is that water log, water entry and so cannot be covered under warranty! Only, we will receive regret mail from them.

            I did lot of correspondence with samsung thru mail (Mail ref: [protected]). They are not bothered to sort out my problem other than to send regret mail.
            Corresponded with local mysore service centre [protected]- revanna`s care, mysore-23, bill no[protected] dtd 19/9/19. They are not even interested to provide repair quotation.

            1) how to get my mobile service under warranty basis?
            2) can i go to local consumer court and indicate whether my complaint to be on service centre or on samsung?

As per the discussion, again I am handing over my defective M30 mobile hand set to our local Samsung authorised service centre for checking and fresh report. I am expecting my mobile to be repaired under warranty.Please intimate your service person in Mysore also for further process ( Revanna's care)

              We faced display issue with samsung led tv model "49mu6470". As the tv is under warranty samsung replaced it with new display panel with bar code id: vn09bn9502654es405k310035 on 21-october, and the installed new display panel has the same issue. So here samsung installed a faulty new display.

              From 21-oct i called samsung customer care multiple times may be 40 times, escalated the issue with customer care supervisor 3-4 times.

              Please check the complaints raised.

              In this one month period of calling the customer care...

              1) few of my complaints were closed by service centre people without consulting me by simply updating "customer not at home" kinda messages. Service engineer not visited our home but closed the comaplint.
              2) there is no coordination between service centre and customer service.

              After following repeatedly, today 25-nov samsung installed one more new display with ever bigger display problem. Newly installed disiplay bar code : vn09bn9502654es406m720036.

              Few points to consider..
              1) samsung installed faulty display panels 2 times. Is this way samsung mnc works?.
              2) samsung service centre closing the tickets without resolving the issues. Is this correct?

                  Please click some pictures of your device before handover your device to service engineer. Because some part of device may be break at the time of repairing, like back panel and screen, if anything break by them then they don't accept their fault. Rather they say your device was already broken. I vist to replace s7 edge display, my mobile back panel was not broken, when mobile was delivered to me from samsung care "shri kundan enterprises" pincode -301701, i found back panel of mobile was broken, then i ask from engineer about back panel they said your mobile back panel was already broken. Lier people low rating service center fraud people. I will never purchase samsung mobile

                    A refurbished handset comes faulty and is now with service centre waiting my authorization for repair.

                    Why should I authorize a repair when I didn't use the phone for the fault to develop at the 1st place.

                      I have bought a new level u headset on 28.08.2019. On 23.11.2019 the head suddenly get off and not charging. Today on 25.11.2019 I have come to Samsung service center at guwahati for some solution, but they are saying that it has physical damage so we couldn't do any thing. The damage was happen automacally the gum from the rubber get automatically out so, what can I do about that, Samsung not making reliable product that it couldn't last just 3months. Please do something about it otherwise my 2500 rupees will be waste.

                        I had given m30 samsung mobile for repair to authorised samsung mobile service centre in mysore. It was under warranty since it failed just 4 months after purchase.
                        Service centre refused to service it on warranty basis stating that there is a water log inside mobile. Later on i corresponded with customer care, samsung also. They also repled in same way.

                        My compliant is that they can link everything to their convenient and can refuse to repair it on warranty basis, because all terms and conditions are one sided and all in favours of samsung.

                            I had sent email to service head of samsung regarding display issues. They are insisting that there is physical damage whereas the mobile is intact and no scratch is visible on the display glass. Seems there was a worksmanship issue which later caused the display crack when in use. My first email sent to service head is as following.

                            Sir,

                            I had purchased samsung note 9 on 08/01/2019. The phone was working nicely but three months back the display started flickering intermittently. Since me and my wife both are working, could not go to service center. About two months back, the display had a black spot on the left side of the screen and a horizontal line from the dot to right side and the display would not start easily. We tried going to service center but we had no idea of closing time in the evening and holiday and hence four visits to virar service center were invain. We ultimately visited again this saturday and met with the service head there. After showing the phone, they could not find any physical damage or a scratch on the glass or anywhere but they were insistent that it was a physical damage. I tried convincing them that the phone is not having any evidence of a fall or any sign that would prove pressure but they still would not listen.

                            Sir, purchasing such an expensive phone and if issue with workmanship shows up or causes issues after some time, does that mean samsung would put all the blame on customer and would charge them.

                            I expect that the company would either replace the phone or the display free of cost keeping in mind the brand image it has.

                            Expecting a prompt reply and resolution to this matter.

                            Sadly, two days back Samsung contacted me informing they regret that the handset display needs to be replaced and cost has to be paid by me. This is not agreeable. Below is the email received.

                              I am jignesh chaudhary residence of mehsana, gujarat. I purchased samsung galaxy s10 plus sm-g975f on 8th march 2019 from samsung smart phone cafe located at joyes hub town, mehsana, gujarat-384001.
                              On 13th november i feel my phone's display color slightly changed to yellow shade, so i wisited samsung authorized service center (Bhavya enterprise) located at ahmedabad - palanpur highway rd, mahesana gidc, mehsana, gujarat 384002 on 14th november for diagnose my problem but samsung care representative tell me that your problem is not covered under warranty as your mobile phone's left side normal dent appears, as per my knowledge that dent was present on phone since last few months and on my device no any other damage or scratch, so i humbly request you to study my case personally and get me the best solution possible, so i don't need to proceed with consumer court.

                                Recently i purchased a samsung led tv online... But i found some issue related to sound... Whenever i called to samsung customer end...
                                They just raise a complaint and assure me you get a call from our side...
                                Our sound technical advisor called you in 24 hrs... Till date i'm not receiving any call from samsung side... Really disappointed about the service... Not resolving my concern..

                                  I bought Samsung RT50H5809SL - 495LT refrigerator 5 years back spening my hard earned money Rs. 51000. At many occasions in past i logged complaints about water sweating and leakage and they corrected. now suddenly there was drop in cooling. Technician told its design flaw as due to water seepage MS pipe got rusted and Gas leakage started. Now even Samsung is not able to repair it and asked us to scrap it. Neither they are replacing it nor giving me refund.

                                    I complained earlier also about the same problems that was coming in the phone samsung note 9.

                                    Earlier Samsung employee asked me to submit the phone and assured me that now no problem will come in the phone.

                                    They repaired the phone and gave back and i got the extended warranty too.

                                    Now again, within 30 days of receiving the repaired phone the same problems has started again. Its getting hanged, Screen is flickering again and again.

                                    Now, i emailed to samsung about the issue and they are saying that i have to submit the handset again.
                                    Its a defective piece. Becausw even after all the repairs done, still the problems are coming.

                                    But i cannot submit the handset again and again. I want full refund of the handset value.
                                    The service center employees are not at all helpful. They assured quality check and quality repair. But all problems are coming in the phone again.

                                    samsung is not giving proper resolution to this complaint and is asking me to visit the service centre again and again. Still my problem is not getting solved. This is not the way samsung should work.

                                    I want full refund of the phone. And this time i will not settle for anything else. Previous time i did all that samsung told me.

                                    Help me on this matter as i want full refund.
                                    I am highly dissatisfied with samsung.
                                    This is not the right way to deal with samsung's customers.

                                        Our samsung refrigerator rt31gcpr1/ctl/2011 model had a part change by a previous service attendant couple of months ago as the problem was even at a low setting everthing in regular section would freeze. The same problem is recurring again. The samung service center sent a person who is saying he will send the other guy ramesh who changed the part. It has been at least a week and there is no help from the samsung service center in chennai.
