My phone display was faulty went to customer service centre Durgapur ambuja branch. One person told me to not to deposit the mobile but come back in three days to get it done under warranty. While I spoke to them they said after three days that no parts ordered I had to deposit the phone then they will proceed. I did the same on 1st nov'19 but they are keep on delaying. One screen to replace take so much time.
They were least bothered about customer and irresponsible.

I wanted a resolution in next 24 hrs else will put up on higher level

    Samsung launched corporate special offer which is started on 14th december and ended at 28th december. I have confirmed with team that samsung a7 is eligible for corporate cash offer using hdfc credit card and with registration of corporate email.

    Then i have purchased samsung galaxy a7 with order id :[protected] in corporate special offer with cashback. And my mobile has been successfully delivered on 22-dec-18. I spoke to one of samsung customer representative team regards cash back. They said that i will getting back in month of april. Again i contacted that support team in the month of may, now they are saying that it is not eligible. I have raised complaint on this issue again. They have promised that your issue will be fixed soon. The still i haven't received my eligible cashback. I am really disappointed with their service. Please consider this issue and it's been seven months almost over.

    I don't want to disclose my mobile no and email address. Please trace my order item with given order id to see my mobile no and email address. I have attached proof of screenshot where you are able to see offers list in the complain. I have bought it for rs.19855 in that corporate offer now it is availabe for rs.15719 over. Even i am not happy with mobile samsung galaxy a7 which is not performing well. I have attached reference bill with orderid. Samsung support team suggested me to use my corporate email to avail that service. So as they said i have used my corporate email and hdfc credit card to avail that service. But team has failed to providing better service.

    Acknowledge me on this issue and kindly do the needful at the earliest

      Hello team,

      Hope someone at samsung is hearing about the way the samsung is supporting their customers now a days. I am writing this to every samsung higher management email address that i got on google. Not sure, if i get someone contact me on this.

      I am surprised to see how samsung is showing unwillingness to help the the customers for the biggest mistake that one has done purchasing the complete home appliances.

      Samsung is really torturing the customer to get the support under warranty. This is the second time i am writing this email after reaching the channel "[protected]@sea. Samsung.com" and now after talking to this channel, i felt samsung should really feel sorry about how they are supporting the customer.. Very dissapointing... After reaching this channel, i have really felt of making a biggest mistake of my life purchasing samsung. It made me so frustrated and at this moment, i just want to dump the [censored] i purchased at any nearest samsung showroom and give a big clappp on samsung for providing the greatest support ever.

      Yes, you heard me right.. I have experienced the worst customer support ever by any support in the market even after escalating to the head office india. And if someone read this with customer's shoes should also accept the fact, how i have been tortured in the name of support by every person i have talked to till now.

      The headoffice escalation point has given me an offer now which is not called as a offer, for repairing my monitor higher than the price i purchased. (Which it should be covered under warranty)

      Interestingly, your samsung employee (Escalation point at headoffice), does know the price i purchased the product and what is the current price of the product in the market? And giving me a discount price to repair which is 2k indian rupees higher than the price i purchased, which in-fact it should be repaired free of cost under warranty.

      I was told, the quality team has made a thorough check of looking at the picture that the service engineer who has visited my place had taken while monitor is on and they now decided that this is a physical damage. Great quality team of samsung.

      I asked the lady at headoffice to have a look at the pics when the monitor was off and then confirm if there is any physical damage, this is was never looked till this time. The below is the pic and highlighted is the place where it has the internal damage.

      I wan to put this again, the quality team has just checked the above pic and confirmed that that is a physical damage which is not. The picture will definitely give that impression, but it is actually damaged from inside.

      If you look the picture when powered off, you will see the physical appearance of the monitor is not having any scratch or breakage on the panel. How this is is confirmed as a physical damage?

      I am also attaching the high definition photos and also the video of the appearance.

      I was expecting someone at this level should be the voice of the customer talking to quality team, service center to understand what offer we can make to the customer. The repair quote was 15k indian rupees and now they give me a great discount offer of 14711/- indian rupees. Great!! Super great... A discount of 221 indian rupees.

      Samsung just decided not to provide the free of cost support as this is a big cost and can push it on customer to make money. Cheap... Very cheap...

      I now challenge samsung to visit my place and prove me wrong by making the similar internal damage without breaking anything physically from outside panel. If this can happen, i'll agree that samsung quality is so delicate and cheap that it can damage anything inside without physical damage and i'll go quite and will keep away from samsung and spread this word to friends and family.

      Samsung now claim that, this is happened due to false handling of monitor from customer, which was kept a side and handled with extensive case and used only when connecting to my laptop through hdmi. Is samsung products so sensitive, it can damage internally with this kind o[censored]se..???

      I now demand samsung to prove me wrong and also compensate the level of torture and frustration i had to go through to get the support under warranty.

      I also demand samsung my right to get my monitor repaired free of cost. Because, this is not a physical damage at all. If samsung can prove this is a physical damage, i will agree and say sorry and i will keep my word unlike samsung..

      The case history goes as below:

      I have purchased a samsung curved monitor 27' on 18th nov, 2018 and now 10 days ago the monitor got a internal damage (Not a physical damage)

      I have raised a service support ticket # [protected] to fix this as the monitor is still under warranty.

      On 14th of oct, i have someone from service centre visited my place @ india bangalore and checked the damage and confirmed that this is not a physical damage and should cover under warranty and also asked to get the purchase documents ready to check the purchase date.

      On 15th of oct, i have received a sms mentioned as below:

      "dear customer, your service order [protected] part has been ordered, engineer will re-visit in 3 to 5 days"

      Please note: till now my product was in warranty and service engineer was supposed to come to my place and repair / fix the monitor free of cost.

      I have contacted the support again on 18th oct, as there was no update from samsung. So one of the support engineer has informed that the part will be deliver date is 18th oct and the service tech will come to your place tomorrow (19 oct, 2019) and repair the monitor free of cost.

      And, i have waited all day on 19th and no one visited, so called the support again and the support engineer has mentioned that the service centre is now closed and as sunday (20th oct, 2019) is a holiday and the engineer will visit on monday (21 oct, 2019) early hours.

      No one called me, so i have to callback the support again on 21 oct, 2019 and explained the complete story again and talked to the floor supervisor 'prashanth' and he has told that he will be talking to the service centre and i would receive a call back in 10 minutes. This never happened.

      I waited for the call and let go.

      I waited for the call again on 22nd oct, as no one contacted me, i called the support gain, and explained the complete story to the engineer and had me connect to the floor supervisor "mukesh" and he told me that he will callback the service centre and have them callback on 30 minutes, this again never happened and no one contacted me the whole day.

      And then, i have called back the support again on 23rd oct, and explained the complete story and talked to floor supervisor "indrajeet" and he was able to contact the service centre and had "area service supervisor" call me in the afternoon and she has kindly checked my case and told that the part is order and still not received and will be delivered latest by thursday (24th oct, 2019) and will arrange an engineer to visit your place on 25th oct, 2019 and have it repaired.

      I was so happy that this is going to end soon.

      But, the great twist in the story... Ta da... The service area supervisor by name "aruna" called me today (24th oct, 2019) and mentioned that part is received and asked me below question.

      "did the service engineer mentioned you about the quote of the price involved to replace the screen panel on the monitor?"

      I asked her, what quote?.. She replied that i have seen the pictures of the damage and it is not covered under warranty.

      I have said, that this is not a physical damage as the service engineer who visited my place has already confirmed and on the receipt during the visit, he mentioned that "internal damage" and it will be replaced free of cost.

      She said, looking at the pictures, it is a physical damage and it is a cost involved, if you are not agreeing to the cost, we cannot repair and said she will send back this request to support and asked me to contact samsung support bluntly.

      Now, i called the support and they mentioned that the repair request is now "cancelled" that i have refused to pay the cost involved to repair and hence cancelling the request.

      I would like to ask few questions nowt to samsung.
      Why was the part ordered at first place, if this is not covered under warranty?
      Why did i receive a sms from samsung mentioning that the service engineer will visit my place in 3 to 5 days to repair the monitor?
      Why there is no quote and the out of warranty information mentioned anytime during my call nor the case?
      How can a area service manager decide and cancel the repair request by only checking the pics, while the service engineer has already visited my place and confirmed that this is not a physical damage?
      Why did this information came only at the last minute after 13 days since the service request was raised? And cancelled the visit of the engineer to fix my monitor.

      I now came to know that the quote is 15k indian rupees to repair the monitor.

      Funniest part is, i have purchased this monitor for 12k indian rupees an 10 months ago. And the current price of this monitor online is 11k.

      I lost any hope in sumsung now. Anyways, i am at loss. I would love to see samsung's approach in this case, so that i can spread this to atleast my friends and families to make them know how they will get the support from samsung under warranty.

      I lost any hope this will be fixed.

      I wonder, how samsung is sustaining in the market with this kind of support. If someone is really seeing this, please explain.

      Note, being received very good support in the past, i have purchased my complete home appliances of samsung in my new home and i am now so worried about the support i receive on them until the warranty expires.

      I am still hoping some one from samsung understand the level of disappointment i have faced with the support (Mostly from the service center end and all other channels) to fix my monitor costing less than other appliances i purchased.

      I am not sure, if someone has real time to read this complete email, but if you are reading this until, hope to hear some positive approach to this and fix this.

        Samsung gave me an assurance that sv electronics will fix my refrigerator by today (6th nov) and deliver by today, their manager sadir told me, they cannot commit, they will tell me only at 6pm.

        Is samsung really serious about solving my problem or just fooling me around?

        How much time will i have to wait for my complaint # [protected], to be resolved?

          Hi i am t r biswal and i gave my cellphone samsung galaxy s7 edge in samsung service centre (Bill no. [protected]), rourkela on 5th oct 2019 as because my display was broken and the technician from the service centre checked my mobile if it is turning on or not, my mobile turned on and they checked the display was broken and still in working condition, after that they disassemble my cellphone in front of me to check whether there is any internal damages or issues in the motherboard as part of their rules before accepting any mobile which is not in warranty and after that they found my mobile is ok and only display needs to be changed and told me the lcd will cost around 13500 and took advance of 8000 rs and told me it will be done in 15 days. But after 7 days they called and informed me that my mother board is dead so i asked how and they replied it was already dead when they took the cellphone from me and i told them it wasn’t dead and they are lying but they didn’t agreed so i complaint this issue in samsung customer support and they told they will check this case and will provide me solution, after i got multiple calls from the customer care, where they asked me explanation each time they called and also i informed them to check the cctv footage of the service centre where the service centre technicians are using my my cellphone infront of me and now they are saying it was already dead when the customer gave the cellphone. They also didn’t used a little common sense that why should i repair my cellphone lcd first if my motherboard is dead. Also the customer support team on 1st nov informed me that they will only support upto 10000 rs and after that i have to pay the rest. But my question is why should i pay the amount, my lcd was broken so i will pay for my lcd and the motherboard was damaged by the service centre guys, so they should bear the cost. Please look into this matter and provide me justice

              Dear sir

              i have purchased samsung galaxy a70 phone at 24th july 2019 from day one i am facing technical problems in this device. Lots of follow ups my phone sub ppa board replaced. After replacing the board the issues is not resolved. After that the service engineer replaced my earphone. My phone back cover is opened almost 7 times for the issue. My phone back cover is not fixed properly. Due to this lots of dust forming in side the phone. I called your chennai head office person and informed the issue but they are not support on this i request you to kindly take this phone back and replace with another phone. I am waiting for your response.

                Had to visit samsung service centre at vasundara ghaziabad for having a software update of a samsung phone bought on 1/11/2019 barely three days in use and the phone developed issues model a 50 samsung mobile bought from reliance degital shipra mall ghaziabad
                Service centre at vasundra poorly maintained stuffy and service staff are rude and non cooperative
                Will think before buying a samsung product in future.
                Not worth this kind of treatment after buying a phone from samsung. Thought this is a reliable company

                  I just purchased a received a damage samsung mobile phone sma207fg galaxy a20s. But i have received mobile as a broken screen. I am regularly doing the compliant on samsung customer care center and team members. But they did not short out my problems.

                  I have received a damage item by samsung.

                  But they didn't give any solution and positive response to me from 10 days.

                  Kindly suggest me for further action for the damage items or poor services by samsung.

                    I have bought Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT26H3000RH/TL on 8.3.2014 From A.S. Communication, 6-7, Royal Akbar Residency Sarkhej Road, Juhapura. At the time of purchase I have been informed that the Warranty of the Compressor of my Freez is about 10 years. Further on 19.10.2019, suddenly compressor of my freez was stopped working and so I made a complaint and in reply to my complaint, Service Engineer of Samsung Replaced the Compressor on 31.10.2019 and the said Service Engineer deployed by B2X Service Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad. After replacing the Compressor, my Refrigerator was not having proper cooling and therefore, immediately, I made a complaint on 1.11.2019 and in response thereto, one Samsung Person came and told me that there was a problem of Gas. I would like to draw Your Attention that at the time of replacement of compressor, Samsung Also Charged Rs. 1880/- for feeling up the gas in new compressor. I was shock and surprised that though the compressor has been replaced and at the same time, the gas was filled up in the said compressor, my Refrigerator didn't provide proper cooling and since the day i.e. on 1.11.2019, I am continuously complaining to get it resolve my Refrigerator Problem, no action has been taken by the samsung and the Samsung Official under one or another pretext avoiding to resolve the same and also informing us that they don't have engineer. The reasons provided by the Samsung is not digesting one and ultimately, I have been compelled to make this complaint. You are requested that now a days Refrigerator is essential Home Appliances and once the same is out of order in the home, the entire family has to suffer. Now, I am going to buy a New Refrigerator and I am making this complaint. So I request You to do the needful at the earliest and I am also praying to that the Loss which I have caused on account of deficiency in service on the part of the Samsung, the same may please be compensated in terms of money i.e. Samsung Should pay the price of my New Refrigerator, which today I am going to buy. This Complaint may please be treated as part and partial of the Legal Action in terms of filing consumer complaint before the Hon'ble Consumer Forum.

                      Samsung has been harassing us by denying to replace our faulty tv by using their crook technician who have agreed at our home that tv is faulty and on conference call he deflected. We have shared enough vedios captured to prove the defect in tv but no resolution still.
                      It's been more than 10 days since we raised complaints but we got only excuse to remain calm.
                      We have sent mail to service head samsung, other customer support email but no solution.
                      They have used our money and i felt cheated. No body will take the pain of replacing a brand new tv if not faulty.
                      Please helpe to get my refund as they are not replacing the tv.

                      I don't know what to reply, but it seems to be fraudulent as company has not called me n I got sms by unknown 5-digit no.

                        I bought note 10 mobile from samsung retailer and from 10 th day on i had a problem with screen with turned on big mode with is very irritating while using the mobile i visited nearest service center i gave my mobile to them they check it said it's working fine but the is clearly visible i argued with them but they start talking arrogant speech unasked for a replacement they said to visit again i had visited around 6 times to service center as they wasted my time and said that the replacement is not possible it's not in their terms and conditions.

                          Its been nearly 10 days since raising the complaint regarding this faulty tv delivered and the issue has not been resolved yet. The technician have been visiting us one by one but just for the sake of formality says that tv is faulty on visit and
                          1. Mr santosh has visited who tried to sell his theory of 4k wire and software update in this brand new tv set. According to him the flickering and color defect was attributable to cable signal and will not happen on other media sources. However we have shared the videos for defect on amazon prime and youtube as well.
                          2. On further mental torture of following up with you guys, another senior technician from samsung ho mr. Yutlal yadav has visited our home and by seeing the defected videos, confirmed to raise the escalation. However on conference call with croma and samsung today i. E. 31/10/2019, he deflected from his statement that tv was faulty.

                          As we are working, just waiting for your technician by taking day off/ coming early is not possible everyday moreover this harassment we have been facing is a lot to handle everyday because we trusted croma and its service. But it is really disappointing that nothing has been concluded yet from your end and even more pathetic customer service of samsung. We had spent quite an amount on purchase of the new tv set and would like croma to either replace it or refund our money.

                          We hope that a positive conclusion can be reached before we are forced to opt for more consumer-centric approaches.

                            Samsung galaxy m30s has quality issues.. I buy the samsung galaxy m 30 s phone 1month before.. I kept in pocket and it bend the display of the phone has hair line crack and due that the display has gone. And they are not ready to cover under warranty.. And it also have heating and network issues.. I have raiseed many complaints but not get proper solution nor responses... It's bad exp with samsung.. Request you to look into the matter...

                              This is joseph from trichy, tamilnadu, india. Last year, we have purchased your product (Samsung w/m jb12 – 65m4020hp) dated 09/12/2018 at vivek private limited, cantonement, trichy, tamilnadu.
                              From the beginning of purchased, we have been facing so many issues with this product like strain and white patches on cloth.
                              Recently while using of machine the cloth were teared and registered complaint, the drum has been replaced.
                              After that, earth shock observed while unloading clothes post washes. Called and registered so many times regarding this, but still no one come and attend the issues.
                              Twice in a month we have registered complaint with this product. Fully frustrated
                              We have spent money and facing so many difficulties and expenses. Because of this we have mentally disturbed a lot and so many conflicts in family.
                              Even if you provide service in this regard, we will not happy with that, because, is a new product and duration o[censored]sage is less than one year. Nobody wants to invest this much of money with the service offered by men instead of machine for the newly purchased machine.
                              We don’t need your frequently free service but need to replace the product, instead of vein our time and money. If the new machine is giving this much problem, then i humble request you to replace the machine.

                              Till now the clothes which are torn by machine, who will pay the loss to me.

                              Initially, i was hesitating to purchase samsung w/m product, and i am not having faith in samsung. But one of my close friend who is working in the same show room only strongly recommended for this product, but failed to prove that..

                              How can i assure and also how i can promote that sasmung is best to my friends and relatives.

                                  I have given mobile for service it's 10days no one responding complaint no [protected] i'm really getting frustrated to follow up with call center and service center i want my money back i don't want any service from samsung worst experience kindly pls do not hurt customers like me i really appreciate if my concern is taken care on top most priority i'm core user of samsung product but first time i'm facing these issue

                                    It is submitted that i had ordered a samsung washing machine model 3200 hl on 23 of oct. 2019. My order no. Is [protected]. Company promised to deliver it in within 1-2 days. But 6 days past i have no information about my order. I call samsung help but all in vain. They did not reply properly always assures that your product will be delivered with 2 days. So kindly submit my complaint and do the needful by fining samsung.

                                    Customer care is 100% useless and has no idea when the issue will be resolved.
                                    They don’t even know the difference between AM and PM.
                                    I am yet to receive the phone I ordered online, I was promised order within 3 day sfrom 17th October, but the order is yet to be delivered.

                                      Requested for TV installation long 25th Oct'19 late night. Committed installation in 24 hours and not responding on it. Whenever I call to customer Care they talk to the service team and says "within 24 hours it will be done. Still, Service Technician not contacted and dialling to the service engineer given in the message but he is not responding to phone calls and not even service team. Wrote to a service head got a single call asking 24 hrs again but not turned back or resolved the concern. Option write to CEO is useless, just to waste time we need to write on it for namesake. If you are installing in a day or 2 do it, else take your TV back and refund my money.

                                        This is in continuation with our earlier males on the subject in which we had brought to your notice the irregularities and partiality with lack of transparencies in the distribution of samsung products at the distributor end the text of first of which is reproduced below

                                        We have adde4d to to the irregularities in the later part of this mail to update u further

                                        • this mail i am writing on behalf of one of the retail outlet of dealing in the sale of samsung mobile phones in rohini delh named gupta telecom sector 8 rohini delhi who was awarded gold medal by samsung, india for the outstanding sales
                                        In case u have left samsung company, kindly do me a favour by forwarding the mail to your present counterparts

                                        We had been getting our stocks from one of the distributor named brtr communication pvt ltd for whom we had complained earlier also for the irregularities and partiality and the distribution issues raised by us which was settled after the persuation by the company executives that it would not happen in future

                                        But now we had refused to take stocks from the present distributor for last two months because the distributor through their sales person has been found indulged in malpractices and selling the stock which is in demand through some of his pet outlets by getting some commission from the outlets

                                        Now let me come to the point by exact issues

                                        The area has a weekly off on monday where as the distributor has its weekly off on sunday creating a problem of getting stocks on sunday which is a working day of the market

                                        The distributor has lack of resources of supply and as such supplies the stocks only on the next day of the order

                                        The distributor or their sales person is indulged in favoring some outlets may be probably getting money or commission from those outlets and it has come to our notice that they have given us some models in less quantity than the other outlets which can be verified by checking the stocks delivered by them for the models of samsung like a2 core and a10 and was sold through these outlets in the other market and the sales man or the distributor seems to have taken money on these models

                                        We had been denied our due share for past six months which was brought to the information of the sales authorities of the company but every time we were assured that it would be taken care of but no action seems to have been taken including the zsm of the company

                                        Even the pre booking stocks of s10 plus - one tb were not delivered to us in time and we had to purchase it from the other outlet at a higher rate and give it to the customer only after 15 days of the launch when the distributor failed to deliver it and the distributor gave it only after that which is still lying with our outlet. All this can be verified from the records

                                        Even the financial position of the distributor in terms of credit facility seems to poorer than other distributors and has been all the time asking for the post dated cheques although last time it was settled that we will not be giving post dated cheques and there was a fifteen days credit facility.

                                        Even our credits for the months are not paid in time and are delayed and credited at a later date.

                                        Although we had not taken any stock from them for last two months and our post dated cheques were cashed by them and our money was kept by them for more than one month for no reason and was transferred to our account only after forcing them to do so

                                        Even we were not supplied the demo phones and dummies of the upcoming phones so that their sales [person could sell them through other outlets by taking money from other shopkeepers

                                        They are billing the stocks in the name of some of the dealers who are in composition and not even paying gst

                                        We had requested for the change of our distributor but zsm even after assuring did not do so may be he seems to have some favours for this distributor for reasons best known to him

                                        Is it compulsory for us to purchase the stocks from a distributor with whom we have so many issues

                                        Zsm mr ankit aggarwal two months back assured me to come with the laptop and clarify the things but he could not keep the promise may be because he would found our complaint as genuine

                                        I hope an independent inquiry would be conducted by the company and the area of this distributor would either be changed or the distributor itself would be changed at least for our outlet to save us from such problems because of which we are not purchasing the samsung mobile phones from this distributor for last two months

                                        Hoping for an early action in the matter

                                        Now let me put up some more issues
                                        • it appears that samsung india seems to be at the mercy and will of some of its sales executives who have the monopoly over the distribution and could force any of the retail outlet to be forced to take any stock and their own nears and dears or the favorable to get seem to be getting the stocks of their choice with all favours to the distributor who is near and dear to them even if the samsung company may incur any loss
                                        • the said distributor has been forcing im proportionate socks through its sales person who in the name of sale in for the target and to get the payout of the target had falsely added stocks to our outlet which has increased to the tune of fifty lacs which can be seen from the record
                                        • even after the intervention of the ceo from korea the samsung india sales wing failed to take appropriate action and even did not bother to conduct an inquiry into the allegations leveled above and still carrying on same practices as was being done by them earlier supposedly to save some of the responsible executives of the company who might be at the helm of affairs
                                        • they did not even bother to find out the reasons for non purchase of any stock for last three months by our outlet even though we had been carrying a business with the company to the tune of 3 crore inr in a year
                                        • rather they withdrew the promoter without withdrawing the samsung mobile phone stocks purchased from this dealer from our outlet even though the outlet where in our outlet despite sales for last three months still withhold your stocks to the tune of more than ten lakhs of inr
                                        We again request to conduct an independent inquiry by your research and r & d staff or some people who are not attached herewith and punish the guilty with appropriate punishment

                                        At least we request u to change the area distributor and see the change or boost in your sales with immediate intervention at your end as promised
