This is in reference to our samsung split ac under smart warranty.

We were given service request #[protected] and others.

We have been pursing about repairs to our air conditioner for over a month and samsung is unable or unwilling to replace our ac which has been giving constant problems for past 3 and half years.

Instead we were offered 40 percent of invoice value as compensation or 50 % worth...

I have been following up since but no resolution.
7 oct 2019, now part is not available and fridge cannot be repaired. Samsung is not responsible. There is not going to be any resolution.
Techs all have worst manner of speaking. They disconnect...

I had purchased led tv 5 yrs back from samsung... Just before 7 days back, there was electricity problem and mother-board of this tv got danaged... I have called proper samsung executive from samsung-showroom... That executive advised me to sell this samsung tv in scrap & purchase new samsung tv...
