I have purchased samsung tv from matoshree electronics nashik. On sale receipt it's written thatvi will get cash back within 90 days on my credit card. 90 days over still my cash back isn't creditted on icici credit card.

    Dear team

    I have purchased my samsung a50s on 04.11.2109 and faces icon software issue (Showing black in color), so submitted my a50s mobile handset in authorised samsung care centre situated in dehradun named qdigi service's limited on 07.12.2019 having bill no.- [protected], but till not solved my problem yet. I don't know what kind of guy's they are?? They changed my motherboard and now they said that we are updating your binary and also said that this kind of problem is in every samsung a50s.

    I request samsung india to take strict action and take appropriate action.

      We purchased a samsung 32 inches led tv on 5/5/2019, priced rs 17000/- with a warranty period of 2 years, but the tv worked well for about 6 months and suddenly we observed lines on the tv screen without picture.in this regard complained the samsung india tech support. They have sent a technician who inspected the tv and said that the picture panel need to be replaced at our cost of rs 12000/-, because he found some insects inside the tv.
      This is not an edible item for insects to damage the tv. Just on some pretext they are trying to avoid the free warranty replacement.
      Please kindly take action against them or please help me

        I have received a mail from eablip to my mail. How can i know whether its fake or real.. I have the confusion regarding thai the mail i received was, i think from not the company domain.           I have bought samsung s9 plus phone on 01.06.2018. Present my mobile is not under warranty.
          And samsung has released software update on november 1st 2019. As a samsung company update i have updated the software in my s9 plus device.
          From that time my mobile display is flickering and green lines are coming as attached image.
          For this i have visited 3 differnet samsung service centers in bangalore. Simply they were telling to change display instead of checking with engineer.
          That will cost me around 18000 rupees.
          So finally i have complained to samsung head office. They told me to check with any samsung enginner in any samsung service center.
          So i have visited marathahalli samsung service center. Here one guy checked and confirmed this display issue is coming after samsung software update.
          Because he has seen this kind of cases already before. So he has updated software but still not working.

          So i told the samething to samsung head office. They asked me to give some time to investigate properly. After 3 days they were informing me,
          This issue is not problem with software update. There is some hardware problem and informing to me to pay 17051 will change the display.
          But they were not telling the reason for this issue.

          But i didn't face any issue until software update. After software update only i am facing display issue.
          I can confirm it was neither dropped nor physically damaged. Purely after software update this issue came.

              Sub: (Samsung not honoring in warranty repairs for a defective unit a20 smartphone which showed its true colours within 6 months o[censored]se and blaming it on customer for mishandling inside the pocket and demanding a ransom for repair)
              Made a bad choice of buying a samsung a20 smartphone from a reputed brand with minor compromise on spec sheet hoping to last longer, when market out there had much better offerings for the same cost, now turning out to be an utter blunder.
              This is a gentle reminder for people out there to not fall prey for mere brand name as the components these devices are made of are very fragile and can fail any time without reasoning. Big brands like samsung had built their business empire and guidelines to solely to suit them which you will understand from my story. Warranty is just a gimmick for samsung to sell off their stock and play business malpractices everywhere and money money everywhere. Dont care for consumer complaints any more. You will happen to see their real face when something goes wrong and you visit their service centre. They look at you like cash machines and demand whatever they feel like for repairs and give you back an activated bomb that can blow up any time.
              Don't forget, samsung just had to call back a whole lot of samsung flagship samsung galaxy note 7 back in 2016 from all markets as it literally turned out to be a bomb, unsafe to be operated due to risk of explosion. So whatever justification you had about rigorous quality checks is just proven false by your own flagship and you are just mending your own ways to blame the customer.
              Samsung as customers we also have rights and it can go extreme sometimes, as we are the one paying you and getting you richer.. So don't forget that. If you don't care about my hard earned money and shows no signs of responsibility to a defective product you sold me then i have to react.
              I complained to samsung as my samsung a20 in its pristine state. Just decided to stop showing any display one fine day morning within its 6 months life. On taking it to the samsung authorised service centre. Service person and the call centre representative and the complaints resolution centre blamed me of keeping the phone inside my pocket and some pressure that may have come on the display made the display to die and not their quality standards and defective part that may have showed its true state. The device had not fallen on the ground or any moisture damage or any external wear and tear they could detect. They decided that they have a money making option and belittle me and talk over me and not listen to a word i was saying. Demanding money for their defective display repair under warranty that unfortunately landed on me. When i wrote to samsung that if they don't repair as they are meant to then i will have to take it further. They replied as below.
              Reply from samsung : ”this is in regards to the complaint of your samsung bearing model serial rz8m4140vkj
              It is our best endeavor to provide you with impeccable product experience at samsung. Our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, samsung products stand out as best as compared to other products in the same category.
              Having said that, we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Therefore, we take every feedback with an assurance of improvement with every passing day.
              The feedback shared by you regarding the product quality is appreciated. We would like to mention that samsung provides a free of cost repair during the warranty period to ensure equated performance of your product. This warranty is considered void if the product is tampered within the warranty period or due to improper usage.
              This is in line with the terms and conditions mentioned in our warranty card provided with every product at the time of sale.in this case, the consumer has to bear the expenses of the repair as once the product is tampered with, samsung can not assure the equated performance of the same product.
              Therefore, we request you to bare with our efforts to serve you better by allowing us to repair your unit on a chargeable basis. As such the total cost of repair would be rs.3931.97
              In conclusion, based on our discussion, we would not be able to cater your request free of cost repair of your product.
              Hence keeping customer satisfaction as a goodwill gesture proposed 20% discount on repair estimate with a better quality repair.
              Please confirm your decision to avail this offer in 7days from the date of mail.
              Rest assured that we are taking all possible measures to ensure resolution in the shortest possible time to your utmost satisfaction.

              So before raising a consumer rights action against them i had shown my protest at their service centre, at their call centre and via email and calls to their top tier team called some resolution team. I have not threatened them or anything just showed my concern on blaming me guilty of mishandeling the device inside pocket. We all know we boys keep phones in the pocket. And this is the first time i am hearing that we cannot keep the phone in pocket and their warranty guidelines dont state that you need to carry the phone on your head in some soft cotton case. Look at the way they have written the email blaming me and demanding money from me when the phone had not had no signs of mishandeling.
              When i asked them to show the point where they see a damage that i possibly could have made. They are out of answers and considers the technicians words as god's words and would not entertain any input from the end user. These people should be fired and fined for misrepresenting company policy to make personal profits at customers cost and no sensible reasoning why they should decline me service free of cost.
              I would like to expose this and get my device repaired free of cost and an apology from samsung and a compensation for what they had done to me and wasting my time and others time as this has been going on for almost a month. I had not the time for this but they seem to be very demanding and get on my nerves instead of admitting their mistake and repairing my device and returning. Below attached is a copy of the job card and device.

                      Dear samsung,

                      On 13/10/2019 i purchased samsung m30s mobile through amazon and its worked fine until on 20/11/2019.
                      On 21/11/2019 morning i saw my (M30s) mobile and mobile screen shows fully blank.
                      Mobile as not a single scratch, dealt and break. Still you touch mobile feel its new box pics.
                      On 21/10/2019 i connected services center in mysore and also given my mobile (M30s) to services but initial they said its not under warranty and also they suggest to speak with customer call center, after long conversation with customer call canter and also decision making team they given approval for free of cost services on 28/11/2019.
                      After that i connected services center in mysore to collect my mobile but they telling still they (Service center) didn't get confirmation from samsung persons.

                      I am total disappointment with services and also i lost trust on samsung brand.

                      Definitely next time i will not any product samsung and you people are do not know what is customer satisfaction and values.

                      From past 15 days you people are making fool to me sorry to say this.

                      For reasons i decided to take legal action against samsung.

                        Hi,
                        I bought a samsung double door refrigerator model no rt34m5518s8 321 ltr on[protected]
                        On 26th nov it stopped cooling and made a loud sound and was smelling in the ice maker compartment.
                        Raised a complaint on 27nov and waited for the engineer to arrive with no luck. After several follow ups one came on 29th and checked and told that the compressor was not running and will be replaced.

                        Another engineer came on 30 nov with the compressor and started to change it but found something strange and opened the fridger compartment and found there was internal leakage due to which moisture was going to the compressor and made it stop working.

                        He made videos and sent to his senior and called and informed that there was some issue and will need to check and will take 6-7 hours as it leaking internally. I was looking at all this standing beside him.
                        That’s when i could make out looking at the condition that there was manufacturing defect and i can not allow you to tear it down and repair and hand it over to me anyhow.
                        I have spent my hard earned money on this and wanted it to last atleast 5-10 years but it seems that a refurbished product been handed over to me because within 2-3 months it broke with major faults. Since then its been more than a week now and i have just to call you multiple times and listen to rude answers and a big no from your officials.

                        I am stressed and anxious too, i have never been so stressed because of such issues which you all have put me into. I feel
                        Ignored and been hearing to rude answers without resolution

                        I have a simple request that you get me a replacement refrigerator or else you can get the product back and do whatever you want to do. I am going to do whatever i can to make people aware about this. I will make consumers complaints and will
                        Post it on social media too. I know it won’t do any problems to you because samsung doesn’t care about their customers. All i wanted was a fix but a new refrigerator have such major faults hence, i am unable to accept repair and will request for a replacement.

                        I cannot get the fridge repaired every other day and when the warranty is over you are not going to help and will have to pay same like a new refrigerator. It is a complete new refrigerator and will only request a replacement.

                        I am looking forward for a positive outcome from you.

                          Hi,

                          Yesterday i received my invoice in kuwait from their old system, and after i checked it, i shocked from what i saw

                          My tv model number have been changed by a mistake from the old seller
                          He adds ua55js9000k (Cost 999.900kd) instead of what i bought ua65js9000k (1999.900 kd)

                          I told them i want a solution for that mistake, but no one helped me...

                          I'm mad from how they treated me... They don’t want to help me because they don’t want to pay me for my tv

                          Is that how a big company like samsung work???

                            Dear Sir, we bought a 1.5 Ton Samsung AC in March 2019. Recently we relocated to a new place and installed the AC here. within 1 month the AC stopped working. when we complained, they set a technician to resolve the issue. that person came and saw that rats bit the control wires. he told us that the wires need to be replaced and the hole in the wall needs to be closed, none of which are covered under warranty. He charged us Rs. 1000 for the new wires, replaced them and closed the hole. he left without giving any bill for the amount we paid. After 1 hour we started hearing screeching noises from the AC unit, and the unit started leaking water and then stopped completely. we complained again and they sent another technician. when that person opened the unit, we saw that there was a rat's nest inside with 8 - 9 little rats along with a big rat. they have bitten off lots of parts inside and the new technician said that we have to pay Rs. 1500 for the new parts. we complained to the customer service of Samsung regarding this matter of how the technician left rats inside the unit damaging it. but Samsung customer care supervisor refused saying rat damage has to be paid by the customer alone. After our complaint, they raised the amount to be paid to Rs. 2500. In addition, they are closing my complaint without resolving it. I have put up repair request to them 4 times till now. They agree that it was their negligence as to leaving rats inside the AC, but they have the policy that rat damage must be paid by the customer. We compromised and asked them to at least replace the wires for which we paid on the first day, and we will bear the cost of other parts. Even this request was refused. The issue is not resolved and we are suffering a lot regarding this matter. Please help me resolve this issue.

                              I have purchased tv, washing machine, refrigerator, ac in same day. After 2years one by one getting fault. My television is in queue now. When i called the service center they simply told me to change the display which is cost around 9000. I spent one lakh rupees hard earned money. The samsung service center told me to exchange the product in worth of 500 rupees. # service and worthless product from samsung.

                              Don't buy anything from samsung.

                              Here the next waste product from samsung. Washing machine. Just 3 years old. I installed the chip board November 2019. Now again started showing the error. Soooooper company samsung. Irresponsive customer care.

                                I have complained about my washing machine repair on dated 15.11.2019. But till now there is no engineer who came to my home. Also, a local man sent by berhampur, samsung service center. He is not a qualified engineer. I[censored] had not good service then why you opened a service center. My case ref no-[protected]. So be quick i need a better experience engineer. I think all i going to post my issue on every social media.

                                    I recenlty purchased the above samsung tv model from croma (October 2019), i found 2 features announced by samsung and mentioned as key features even on their website for this very mdoel are missing from actual tv delivered.

                                    Upon complaint, past 3 weeks samsung is non respinsive and giving various excuses and seeking more tiem every day but not reaching any resolution.

                                        Dear team, it's hardly been three months since we bought an ac from samsung. It won't cool anymore, when called a tech for the first free service he says that its coil is dead. We of course picked this brand for it's name. We aren't happy with the technician taking the unit to replace it with new coils. We trust a brand and purchase products. This is definitely not a solution. I want you to provide a replacement with new warranty period. It's very disappointing, was just a waste of time having the technician
