Hi team,

I am considering this to be legal complaint, else i would be looking for legal case, as i had ordered the mobile via corporate offer and also with upgrade offer for my old phone. Now since samsung is cheating and not accepting the old phone.

I need to check with legal case as my old phone is in very good condition and samsung just wants to cheat and does not accept old phone giving excuses and since they do not want to get the customer discount. They are cheating customer.

SAMSUNG IS CHEATING COMPANY, THEY REJECTED THE PHONE STATING DAMAGE WITH THE BELOW IMAGE AS I ORDERED CORPORATE OFFER AND SINCE IT WAS HUGE DISCOUNT, THEY CANCELLED WITH ### ANSWER.

Hi this is tanveer Rashid and my Phone Samsung j6 has been also blocked by TVS credit services without my permission, I have brought this phone in and is still blocked. Please suggest way forward as Amazon is not doing any kind of help and suggesting to Go Samsung store and is technical snag.

    I want to replace my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) battery.So I visited service center and asked them to replace it. But they told me that the battery isn't available in the company. Also they asked me to call them every week to check the availability of battery. I called them so many times and got the same answer that it isn't available in the company yet. .Also why can't Samsung provide a battery for a flagship model which is only 4 years old.The phone battery got swollen and due to this the back panel of phone got detached from it.The battery is in a very critical condition and can damage the device if not replaced. I want battery for my phone as soon as possible.I believe Samsung would give me a positive reply and provide me a battery.

      The pcb of the said washing machine is not available and they are simply not responding any more. Where as on motor the warranty was for 10 year.
      So what i will do. It is one type of cheating by the company cleverly.
      Regarding this i talked with customer service people and after so many conversion they informed they can settle the matter with 10% of the buying cost. But i told them if they will provide minimum 40-50%, then it will be ok. But as it looks the matter is not solved by them and now the same i am complaining at your end and hoping the best solution or replacement of the product.

        I bought samsung a30s. The fingerprint sensor was not working properly so i went to the customer care in chirawa rajasthan in 5 days of bought only. Like policy of company in 10 days they can replace the mobile if their is any problem but the costumer care reset the mobile and give it to me, then the mobile work properly for some and again that mistake happened. Went to the jhunjhunu rajasthan customer support then they ask to submit the mobile and now i have waited for more than 7 days now they are saying that the part of mobile is not available there.

          Our new samsung frost free fridge 54k 6558 sl does not cool per specification and food is getting stale. The fridge is set to -19 dec cent on freezer and 3 deg on bottom compartment. Fridge cooling is way above the specification temperatures and food is getting stale/spoiled. Repeated chasers with samsung not yielding any constructive results. They send a non standard engineer mr palani who cheats my aged mother and closes the case for last 10 months.

                Final escalation legal notice before filling consumer case against samsung, samsung service center & staff.

                Hello samsung, consumer affairs,
                I am sameer chand bhukta. I purchased samsung gear smart watch on 03 jan, 2019 from online.
                I have given my samsung gear watch for repair (Under warranty) to the samsung care, rayagada on 21st oct, 2019. After conversation with the service center agent, "name - umesh chandra palai - +91-[protected]" he informed me that, "the watch won't be repaired, it will be replaced with a new watch within 7 days. After 7 days when i've asked to that agent he said that, the process hasn't started yet & said another 7 days after you will get the new watch. When i've asked the agent on 1st nov, 2019 about that process, at that time he had given me another job-sheet and said me again 7-10 days will take this process for repair ("not replacement"). When i've asked that agent," why so much of delay is there for this process, he replied me very rudely and used very bad languages. (Don't ask me repeatedly, i'll do this at my own interest, who are you to ask me this — like that the agent had behaved with me. Then i've called to customer care for this, the cce said me to wait for the final time)". Again i went the service center on 13th nov, 2019. Again that agent said that he cancelled the previous job-sheet without my permission and he told me again 7-10 days will take this process and given me a new job-sheet. The agent is harassing me mentally.
                I want proper resolution asap by replacing watch with new one as its manufacture fault.

                I will complain the same to consumer affairs portal and highlight on social media against the samsung company.

                Raised consumer affairs complain no - 1736779.
                The watch is brand new and under warranty with manufacturing fault.

                This issue can also lead to legal case under consumer act at consumer court if not resolved in 72 hours sa manufacturing faulty watch.

                  I have bought samsung ua48h5100 for 73000 rupees about 3 years ago. It is now showing double image effect. I called samsung services they told me that it will cost me more than 40000 rupees which is totally unreasonable.
                  So i filed a complaint here on consumer complains. I got a call from samsung telling me that they can give me the new same tv model for 15000. They sent me an email from "[protected]@gmail.com" asking for my number to discussed. But after this i have not get any callback to discuss about it. Also the number they called me is not in use now.
                  They also marked as my complaint has been resolved here on consumer complaints which is not solved yet.

                  Requesting you to please help me out in my issue.

                      I purchased a samsung fridge on 7th oct 2019 and installation happened next day on 8th by samsung service center engineer. Installation was done and we were told that cooling would start after few hours. Until next day there was no cooling and items that we kept begin to rotten. We thought that because the fridge is new it might take time to start cooling but even after 2 more days of waiting it didn’t happen, instead the fridge started developing water droplets on the items kept in the fridge and the whole plastic body of the fridge. After seeing this i complained to the shop i purchased this fridge from but unfortunately they straight away denied any kind of help and told us to contact samsung service centre directly. I felt so bad and helpless by this type of customer service given by the shopkeeper. I complained to the samsung service centre and they assured me to look in to this matter. The samsung service guy came on 11th oct’19 and looked in to complaint and agreed that the fridge is not cooling and he went away without my feedback or signature on his feedback form. Then nothing happened i complained again and again and service guys came 5 to 6 times and went away with the same reply and no feedback from me. They accepted that the fridge was not cooling. Then one fine day i got a call from a guy named "jitender" (Ph no. [protected]) he said all the guys who came earlier to you were from authorized samsung service centre and not from samsung co. And i am calling from samsung co. Directly, he said to send some executive and after two days, but no one came in fact i called him again and he said “sir there is no need to send someone, your complaint has been registered and if you want to get you fridge replaced you keep on calling to our service centre since your complaint is with senior members and once it would get resolved i would get a coupon from samsung for the replacement of fridge”. Then next day jitender call me up and said that one final time a senior executive will look in to the matter. The guy came to my house without informing and checked the fridge and left without telling anything then surprisingly i got a message from the customer care that the query has been resolved and the fridge is working fine. I feel so devastated and harassed that every single point of contact associated to samsung has just given false statements and misleaded me; i own a small business and have a small family with a child. I purchased this fridge after many years of saving hard earned money. I have nowhere else left to complain about this issue and it’s my earnest request to you to please help me in this matter.

                        This is in reference to service order # [protected], we have purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rt65k7058bs from vijay sales on dt 22/7/2019. (Invoice attached)

                        As our main door was little small refrigerator door opened by technician and taken into home. During the installation we realized refrigerator door handle was little tight in opening the refrigerator door. Same we asked technician and he updated as refrigerator is new it will settle in some time.

                        One 29th sept 2019 refrigerator door handle came out and we raise the request to vijay sales/samsung to fix the issue. Rather fixing our issue on 4th nov. 2019 samsung cancelled the service order. As our refrigerator is under warranty. Please look into and get the issue resolved immdly.

                          Sir, previously given mail to the company, 'on 2nd october'19 i registered a complaint about my washing machine, that the washing machine water not desposing and drum shaking more than normal, and error message showing as 5d, technician visited and told that there was no problem on it. Without opening physically cleaned the filter and go away after collecting service charges rs.600, within 10 days repeated the same problem, again i registered a complaint on 24th october'19, and technician visit on 1st september'19, i inform him that if there is any problem i agree to take to service center, but as per him there is no problem in washing machine and no need to take to service center, but now, within 2 days drum of the washing machine is brocken up. I think technician are responsible for this, hence requesting you to to take necessary action immediately'.
                          As per company instructions 6 days gone. Still no body attend to see the problem. I am very very surprised that world's biggest company and brand giving cheapest quality of service to the customer. Yesterday a message came to me about the technician, i tried to call him but not responding. Person name d suresh, who already attend on 2nd october, and wrongly guided us, so, i am requesting you to look out and take necessary action immediately, because we are facing lot of problems.                                 about warranty extension of washing machine

                                I buy a frontload 8kg washing machine model num: 80j5410gx on 06/10/2016 and its warranty expired on 06/10/2019.. So i called samsung customer care before date on august, they are saying we will send the corresponding man for the extension.. But till now noboday came.. I almost called 11times but there is no response from them.. I already spoken to supervisor 2times for this, he is saying by the next day we will send him but no one is coming.....

                                Do consider my request and this is how you treat a customer.

                                Yesterday i bought one refrigerator from your Samsung authorized dealer,
                                Today i received a delivery and your engineer was visited at my place and
                                open it, after that we saw there is dents on body, and we inform to your engineer
                                as well as your call centre support .

                                Please do find the related proofs connecting with the concerned people at my case.

                                Because the service engineer took the photos and he itself told it's really got issues. Now I'm finding that games are being played. Do consider this as a serious issue. No customer would simply waste their time by sending emails. Just go through it deep and I hope my request won't be ignored.

                                Don't lose customers by just ignoring. We'll be waiting for the proper solution for the photos you going to watch when you retrieve it from your service team.

                                I had booked the Samsung M30S mobile order from Samsung Mobile Company but I did not get the mobile on the due date and the date for receiving the mobile was 9th November, so I request Mr. G to get the mobile tomorrow in Sunday.I do not have a mobile on the due date.                                   My phone display was faulty went to customer service centre Durgapur ambuja branch. One person told me to not to deposit the mobile but come back in three days to get it done under warranty. While I spoke to them they said after three days that no parts ordered I had to deposit the phone then they will proceed. I did the same on 1st nov'19 but they are keep on delaying. One screen to replace take so much time.
                                  They were least bothered about customer and irresponsible.

                                  I wanted a resolution in next 24 hrs else will put up on higher level
                                  Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have not receive m30s mobile on delivery time I am not satisfy your delivery my order number[protected]

                                    Samsung launched corporate special offer which is started on 14th december and ended at 28th december. I have confirmed with team that samsung a7 is eligible for corporate cash offer using hdfc credit card and with registration of corporate email.

                                    Then i have purchased samsung galaxy a7 with order id :[protected] in corporate special offer with cashback. And my mobile has been successfully delivered on 22-dec-18. I spoke to one of samsung customer representative team regards cash back. They said that i will getting back in month of april. Again i contacted that support team in the month of may, now they are saying that it is not eligible. I have raised complaint on this issue again. They have promised that your issue will be fixed soon. The still i haven't received my eligible cashback. I am really disappointed with their service. Please consider this issue and it's been seven months almost over.

                                    I don't want to disclose my mobile no and email address. Please trace my order item with given order id to see my mobile no and email address. I have attached proof of screenshot where you are able to see offers list in the complain. I have bought it for rs.19855 in that corporate offer now it is availabe for rs.15719 over. Even i am not happy with mobile samsung galaxy a7 which is not performing well. I have attached reference bill with orderid. Samsung support team suggested me to use my corporate email to avail that service. So as they said i have used my corporate email and hdfc credit card to avail that service. But team has failed to providing better service.

                                    Acknowledge me on this issue and kindly do the needful at the earliest

                                      Hello team,

                                      Hope someone at samsung is hearing about the way the samsung is supporting their customers now a days. I am writing this to every samsung higher management email address that i got on google. Not sure, if i get someone contact me on this.

                                      I am surprised to see how samsung is showing unwillingness to help the the customers for the biggest mistake that one has done purchasing the complete home appliances.

                                      Samsung is really torturing the customer to get the support under warranty. This is the second time i am writing this email after reaching the channel "[protected]@sea. Samsung.com" and now after talking to this channel, i felt samsung should really feel sorry about how they are supporting the customer.. Very dissapointing... After reaching this channel, i have really felt of making a biggest mistake of my life purchasing samsung. It made me so frustrated and at this moment, i just want to dump the [censored] i purchased at any nearest samsung showroom and give a big clappp on samsung for providing the greatest support ever.

                                      Yes, you heard me right.. I have experienced the worst customer support ever by any support in the market even after escalating to the head office india. And if someone read this with customer's shoes should also accept the fact, how i have been tortured in the name of support by every person i have talked to till now.

                                      The headoffice escalation point has given me an offer now which is not called as a offer, for repairing my monitor higher than the price i purchased. (Which it should be covered under warranty)

                                      Interestingly, your samsung employee (Escalation point at headoffice), does know the price i purchased the product and what is the current price of the product in the market? And giving me a discount price to repair which is 2k indian rupees higher than the price i purchased, which in-fact it should be repaired free of cost under warranty.

                                      I was told, the quality team has made a thorough check of looking at the picture that the service engineer who has visited my place had taken while monitor is on and they now decided that this is a physical damage. Great quality team of samsung.

                                      I asked the lady at headoffice to have a look at the pics when the monitor was off and then confirm if there is any physical damage, this is was never looked till this time. The below is the pic and highlighted is the place where it has the internal damage.

                                      I wan to put this again, the quality team has just checked the above pic and confirmed that that is a physical damage which is not. The picture will definitely give that impression, but it is actually damaged from inside.

                                      If you look the picture when powered off, you will see the physical appearance of the monitor is not having any scratch or breakage on the panel. How this is is confirmed as a physical damage?

                                      I am also attaching the high definition photos and also the video of the appearance.

                                      I was expecting someone at this level should be the voice of the customer talking to quality team, service center to understand what offer we can make to the customer. The repair quote was 15k indian rupees and now they give me a great discount offer of 14711/- indian rupees. Great!! Super great... A discount of 221 indian rupees.

                                      Samsung just decided not to provide the free of cost support as this is a big cost and can push it on customer to make money. Cheap... Very cheap...

                                      I now challenge samsung to visit my place and prove me wrong by making the similar internal damage without breaking anything physically from outside panel. If this can happen, i'll agree that samsung quality is so delicate and cheap that it can damage anything inside without physical damage and i'll go quite and will keep away from samsung and spread this word to friends and family.

                                      Samsung now claim that, this is happened due to false handling of monitor from customer, which was kept a side and handled with extensive case and used only when connecting to my laptop through hdmi. Is samsung products so sensitive, it can damage internally with this kind o[censored]se..???

                                      I now demand samsung to prove me wrong and also compensate the level of torture and frustration i had to go through to get the support under warranty.

                                      I also demand samsung my right to get my monitor repaired free of cost. Because, this is not a physical damage at all. If samsung can prove this is a physical damage, i will agree and say sorry and i will keep my word unlike samsung..

                                      The case history goes as below:

                                      I have purchased a samsung curved monitor 27' on 18th nov, 2018 and now 10 days ago the monitor got a internal damage (Not a physical damage)

                                      I have raised a service support ticket # [protected] to fix this as the monitor is still under warranty.

                                      On 14th of oct, i have someone from service centre visited my place @ india bangalore and checked the damage and confirmed that this is not a physical damage and should cover under warranty and also asked to get the purchase documents ready to check the purchase date.

                                      On 15th of oct, i have received a sms mentioned as below:

                                      "dear customer, your service order [protected] part has been ordered, engineer will re-visit in 3 to 5 days"

                                      Please note: till now my product was in warranty and service engineer was supposed to come to my place and repair / fix the monitor free of cost.

                                      I have contacted the support again on 18th oct, as there was no update from samsung. So one of the support engineer has informed that the part will be deliver date is 18th oct and the service tech will come to your place tomorrow (19 oct, 2019) and repair the monitor free of cost.

                                      And, i have waited all day on 19th and no one visited, so called the support again and the support engineer has mentioned that the service centre is now closed and as sunday (20th oct, 2019) is a holiday and the engineer will visit on monday (21 oct, 2019) early hours.

                                      No one called me, so i have to callback the support again on 21 oct, 2019 and explained the complete story again and talked to the floor supervisor 'prashanth' and he has told that he will be talking to the service centre and i would receive a call back in 10 minutes. This never happened.

                                      I waited for the call and let go.

                                      I waited for the call again on 22nd oct, as no one contacted me, i called the support gain, and explained the complete story to the engineer and had me connect to the floor supervisor "mukesh" and he told me that he will callback the service centre and have them callback on 30 minutes, this again never happened and no one contacted me the whole day.

                                      And then, i have called back the support again on 23rd oct, and explained the complete story and talked to floor supervisor "indrajeet" and he was able to contact the service centre and had "area service supervisor" call me in the afternoon and she has kindly checked my case and told that the part is order and still not received and will be delivered latest by thursday (24th oct, 2019) and will arrange an engineer to visit your place on 25th oct, 2019 and have it repaired.

                                      I was so happy that this is going to end soon.

                                      But, the great twist in the story... Ta da... The service area supervisor by name "aruna" called me today (24th oct, 2019) and mentioned that part is received and asked me below question.

                                      "did the service engineer mentioned you about the quote of the price involved to replace the screen panel on the monitor?"

                                      I asked her, what quote?.. She replied that i have seen the pictures of the damage and it is not covered under warranty.

                                      I have said, that this is not a physical damage as the service engineer who visited my place has already confirmed and on the receipt during the visit, he mentioned that "internal damage" and it will be replaced free of cost.

                                      She said, looking at the pictures, it is a physical damage and it is a cost involved, if you are not agreeing to the cost, we cannot repair and said she will send back this request to support and asked me to contact samsung support bluntly.

                                      Now, i called the support and they mentioned that the repair request is now "cancelled" that i have refused to pay the cost involved to repair and hence cancelling the request.

                                      I would like to ask few questions nowt to samsung.
                                      Why was the part ordered at first place, if this is not covered under warranty?
                                      Why did i receive a sms from samsung mentioning that the service engineer will visit my place in 3 to 5 days to repair the monitor?
                                      Why there is no quote and the out of warranty information mentioned anytime during my call nor the case?
                                      How can a area service manager decide and cancel the repair request by only checking the pics, while the service engineer has already visited my place and confirmed that this is not a physical damage?
                                      Why did this information came only at the last minute after 13 days since the service request was raised? And cancelled the visit of the engineer to fix my monitor.

                                      I now came to know that the quote is 15k indian rupees to repair the monitor.

                                      Funniest part is, i have purchased this monitor for 12k indian rupees an 10 months ago. And the current price of this monitor online is 11k.

                                      I lost any hope in sumsung now. Anyways, i am at loss. I would love to see samsung's approach in this case, so that i can spread this to atleast my friends and families to make them know how they will get the support from samsung under warranty.

                                      I lost any hope this will be fixed.

                                      I wonder, how samsung is sustaining in the market with this kind of support. If someone is really seeing this, please explain.

                                      Note, being received very good support in the past, i have purchased my complete home appliances of samsung in my new home and i am now so worried about the support i receive on them until the warranty expires.

                                      I am still hoping some one from samsung understand the level of disappointment i have faced with the support (Mostly from the service center end and all other channels) to fix my monitor costing less than other appliances i purchased.

                                      I am not sure, if someone has real time to read this complete email, but if you are reading this until, hope to hear some positive approach to this and fix this.
