It is quite unfortunate that inspite of several calls after registering a complaint from our end, till now nobody has turned up yet to rectify our damage washing machine problems, though the complaint was made 2 weeks back still nobody came to pick up the damaged washing machine. This would definitely make us think twice before buying any of Samsung Product.

    I am using samsung galaxy a50 since 6 months. Two days ago i observed my mobile phone is not charging properly and mobile got switched off due to low battery. Due to this issue i went to samsung service center - kukatpally hyderabad for repair service. Raised repair request no: [protected]. As basic inspection, the staff tried to on the mobile - it showed logo and again switched off with low battery which is expected. For deeper inspection, they wanted me to leave my mobile with them. The next day they contacted me and informed that mobile display and charging port parts got damaged and charged rs.8, 467 which is not appropriate. When display was quite perfect while handovering mobile, they should be responsible for loss of display but they are not taking responsibility and this kind of issues and behaviour is not expected from samsung authorised center. Kindly look into the issue and please do the needful.

      I am fed up with calling customer care from 20 days. Every day they are telling same story i. E today by sure our technician will visit your place but till 20 days no one visited at least no one called me.
      One of the worst service samsung is providing.
      Dont buy any products from samsung because util warranty complete they will tell same thing like our technician will visit by eod.

        I had bought a 55_quot nu7100 led tv from pai electronic showroom, the purchase took place on 8 sept 2019, in the initial days there was something similar to patch right at the middle of screen, which disappeared within couple of weeks, we overlooked it thinking it was the cover on the tv which is reflecting upon lights contact.

        So now its been less that 40 days and now there is a vertical black line, upon contacting the samsung customer care asking about the issue, i was told that they would replace the panel, but we want the whole unit to be replaced. Just after 40 days and minimal use of the tv if this problem can occur, don't really trust on the product quality.

        When requested for an unit replacement, you're team responded saying as it has crossed 30 days from purchase, replacement is not possible and neither are they providing any guarantee that problem would not repeat in the future nor are they providing better solution other replacing panel for now.

        Just because the issue arrived after 10 days from their 30 days deadline does not really mean they can just cheat their customers and trick them into a temporary solution which is not even trust worthy.

        This was not expected out of samsung, if they themselves cant trust their service and own product to give an definite answer about the repetition of the issue, better to provide the replacement.

        Hope this catches samsung attention and resolved, i would request everyone to help in anyway possible to ensure and prove that consumers do speak up and companies like these are to treat their customers/consumers with utmost importance and respect solve issues with priority.

          I am very disappointed to inform you that i had bought a samsung smart t. V. From krishna associates/ samsung plaza, waidhan, singrauli (M. P.) which is dealer of samsung product., owner/ dealer phone no. Is [protected]. This dealer doesn't provide services to the customer and is very money minded. Without installation, providing information and giving knowledge about the product to the customers he just takes payment and refrains away himself from providing services. Recently i received a message from company about the smart club membership so i thought to share this information with company. Since we are very old costumers of company and our family & friends have bought many electronic items of this company but we feel cheated by such people and now we are not interested in buying samsung products. We highly regret for the same.

            I purchased two samsung note 10 plus, but unfortunately both set have network reception problem. They are unable to get network (No network) where other cheap mobiles get coverage and even internet. I am very frustrated from this company samsung. More than 15 days are over samsung is not able to provide any resolution, their executive use to call occassionally to time pass. First time frustrated in life for buying such expensive product.in short we can say if you want to buy premium product go for apple only.

              I have ordered a smart tv in samsung website on oct 2nd 2019 as per the promise they should deliver the product within 4 working days, due to holiday season samsung said it will delayed. There delivery partner did not delivery even after the 10 working days so i got concerns and called samsung call center more than 10 times but no proper response. Then wrote email to india service head and ceo but they called me and said they will sort out the issue within 24 to 48 hours but not done till day. I am sending reminder very day but i am getting only the automated email but no proper solution for my delivery

                Dear sir,
                I have purchased a double doors 415 ltrs refrigerator from digi 1 shop situated in kharghar, navi mumbai on 20.10.2019 which was delivered same day at around 11 am. Since three days has already been elapsed installation is yet to be done. Only i am getting false promises from your call centre & local stakeholders but nothing happens so far. My two day's leave have also been wasted. Your call centre request no are [protected] & [protected]. I don't except such type of treatment from a company like yours. So, i shall take up the matter with the consumer forum if the installation of my fridge is not done by tomorrow.

                  On tuesday (15th oct'19) there was a power cut in my area. Approx. 10~15 mins after power cut, we just opened the refrigerator to take something from in it.. But while taking out, some quantity of normal plain water has spilled on the toughened glass. The moment the water has spilled over the toughened glass, it has got exploded loudly and the toughened glass has got broken into tiny pieces. With this it clearly depicts it is a manufacturing defects only...

                  See, our refrigerator model is rt34r5538dx/hl/2019 in which the shelf is made up of toughened glass. The major advantage of toughened glass over normal glass is to withstand the sudden temperature variations.. Normal glass will not withstand temperature variations like sudden changes from hot to cool and vice versa where as the toughened glass has the advantage of withstanding such temperature variations.. Even the difference between physical damage and the damage due to manufacturing defects can be identified very well by looking out the damaged glass itself.. This simple logic also not able to identified by both customer care and service centre.

                  The way in which i was handled by both customer care and service centre was extremely horrible. Its really pathetic that such a big firm having very poor customer support and having thirumala enterprise as an authorised service centre was the blunder mistake committed by samsung... The unprofessional
                  Thirumala enterprise service centre doesn't have basic quality of how to treat the customers.. I never faced such horrible experience with any of other home appliances oem and theirs service centres too...

                  I tired in explaining my concern to different agencies. No one ready to listen customer words.. Everyone has their own pre-consumed mindset. With which they are taking decision on their own without understanding the reality of the issue.. Actually this issue pertains to quality problem of the product.. Hence request you to replace the product on warranty basis (Free of cost) as this issue pertains to manufacturing defects of the product.. If you still have any queries, you can very well arrange an technically qualified person from samsung (Not from local service centre team) to visit my home to analysis the issue...

                  I have shared the snapshot of defective parts to ms. Nivedha who is working in samsung head office and her contact details are

                  The bloody suresh simply told that one product comes out from samsung factory is always 100% geniune product and no quality issues arised.. If so then why samsung having many service centers and customer cares..

                  Very pathetic and horrible service rendered by customer care / samsung head office / local service center and no body ready to prove that it is not a qulaity issues..
                  Hope at least this forum should bring solution to my problem...

                    Have purchased samsun 7 series uhd in month of june 19
                    Suddenly when i switched on it on 10th june a broken line was showing on screen. I lodge the complaint immediately to samsung complaint centre. Then your engineer visited at home on 11th june and told that this is due to physical damage and you required to pay the screen cost and it will be replaced within 3-4 days... And pressurized for advance... I will pay him advance, through imps i paid the advance to him...in between 5 days i called him approx 10 times when call them he always said that your advance money is not cleared by a/c department.. Then i call him on wednesday the position was same... Is it possible in current banking scenario that imps will take 6 days to credit. And call centre told me need not worry we contact u in 48 hours,, no one called me
                    Then friday on 18th june he finally came with a broken screen and this screen is also broken.. And said we will order it today and day after tomorrow we will change it... But still no answer received by samsung

                    And when i contacted to call centre on 21.10.2019 they assured me that engineer will visit on 22.10.2019. And today when i call service center they are not able to come today..
                    I want to ask you this your sales after service?

                    How the screen broked, when i wasn’t in the city?

                    Why u people are making fools to customer?

                    When i call to ur toll free no why the assistant are talking rudly and alway saying to wait for 48 hrs

                        Hello team, i bought this tv in the month of jul'17 with 1 (Normal)+2 (Display) years warranty and same was communicated to me verbally and when i call to customer care, it was confirmed from them also. I have started facing the issue in my tv with white lines on the screen from past 3 months and when i got a chance to raise the issue with samsung it was out of warranty and service engineer visited at my place and told it will be on chargeable basis and when i have raised this concern to their higher management, they said they will provide 20% discount on 15725. My point here is how the product can failed within 3 years and that is to be main component of the part is got failed (Display panel) when engineer visited to our place and he said it is got failed because o[censored]sage and when we checked the usage it was showing 1168hrs that means 1 hour a day. This is a mfg defect issue in which tv got failed within 3 years after using only 1 hour a day. I am looking for replacement or refund.

                          I purchased a samsung mobile (Rs.70k) on 25 aug 18. After 10 month a software update given by samsung. After update various type of problem came out in my device. Main issue is suddenly heating issue. I visit samsung care but no resolution found. Finally i submitted my mobile in warranty period 23 aug 2019. The samsung customer care of head office said have to change the motherboard because of motherboard problem and demand money for repairing because out of warranty.. I try to prove that mobile is not out of warranty it's under warranty.. Then i prove it... They are deny to repair.. And my mobile is there since 23aug 2019 till date... When i contacted customer support they told me your mobile is ok... Take your mobile from service center.. Without repair... Now they don't receiving my phone.. Pls help

                            I have got an samsung headset 10days ago. But that headset is not working for long days so i have visited the poorvika show room (Gummidipoondi, chennai). But there is no care of any customers my headset has warranty for 6months so i asked them to change it. They told me that, u only have to go service centre and change we will not responsible for that, they told. This is how poorvika treat their customers like this.

                              I bought samsung u48h5100 model for 70000 rupees in 2015. It suddenly started showing small problem of shaking display. Samsung service person checked it and asked to change the panel wich will cost 40000 rupee.

                              It is extremely high price for the repair and unreasonable. It's been in use only for 3 years and costs more than 50% of its value.

                              Requesting you to help me in this situation.

                                I complaint about washing machine on 23 august engineer came he said wire problem he fixed it washing machine work for once, then i again complaint engineer came said motor is not working then they changed motor. It again worked for once then i again complaint about it they changed the door lock without informing us. It works randomly then they said we need to change the pcv i told them pls confirm me that now that part is only the problem. But they are not ready to take any guaranty for that just forcing us to change pcv pannel i told them so many time please confirm that this is the only part is not working after that no part will be problem. But now the service center is saying first pay us for door lock otherwise they will not change the pcv. And talking badly their ceo desk is also doing same thing. Nobody in compay supporting just forcing us to do as they are saying.

                                  Unfortunately i purchased Samsung M30 from Amazon on 4th June 2019 but few days ago 4th October i found pink spot on lower portion of my display gradually within 3 to 4 hours the whole screen turns pink and from next day the display gone off.
                                  17th October i went to Samsung service centre of Durgapur “Sansung service center, bengal ambuja, city centre, Durgapur” PIN-713215 and told my story, they first took my phone and gone inside their cantre without any form fill up. After sometime that man came and told me that it will be repaired nothing to worry . after sometime he again went inside and after few time he came out and told me that the screen is damaged and its positioned up side than its original position. after sometime they took my signature in the name of jobsheet or something i never heard of. so according to them my phone is damaged without any sign of external accident . no screen crack no phone distortion nothing but they know that my phone is damaged and Samsung is sacred.if its the reality that a phone automatically spoiled within a month and its the service they always told us then Samsung is nothing but a cheater.dont buy sasung phones.                                     My name is jitendra raghav i purchased a samsung smart tv (Ua55nu7090kxxl) on 29/09/2019 worth ₹67800/= today i purchase a bluetooth music system then i try to connect my music system to my smart tv in my tv i don't found bluetooth connectivity option then i call to samsung customer care toll free no. Then i explain my concern to customer care assistant he is check my product and answer sir in your smart tv bluetooth connectivity option is not available in your smart tv.
                                    So sir iam very dissatisfied with this samsung smart tv.
                                    I want proper solution of my problem. Please help me. Uptade my smart hardware or replace my smart tv iam highly dissatisfied with this product i want proper sulution

                                      My name is V V S Prabhakar and I purchased a Samsung inverter refrigerator on[protected] from an authorized Samsung dealer at DD Mall, Gwalior, MP - 474009.

                                      COMPRESSOR NUMBER: 4165C3CF601814

                                      Now on[protected], my refrigerator stopped working; so I called up customer care and i was assigned a service guy who came to my house and checked the refrigerator. first of all the service guy was not properly qualified as he was constantly on phone with his senior. Initially he claimed that there was fault with the PCB then he finally declared that there was an issue with the compressor and that it needs to be replaced. I was however not satisfied with his services and so I raised another complaint with the call center mentioning the incident in full detail. So we had another one of your service professionals visit us for a second opinion. He also declared that the compressor was at fault and that it needed replacement.

                                      Now though my compressor is under a 10 year warranty, I asked for it to be replaced. The service professional refused to replace the same as I had lost my bill. I made the purchase four years ago and misplacing or losing the bill is a strong possibility and moreover the Samsung authorized center from where I bought the refrigerator has now shut shop so I am in no position to give a duplicate bill. However, I made the purchase using my HDFC credit card and the same was converted to EMI at the date of purchase at the merchants end, so all records of merchant and other related information pertaining to the sale will surely be available with Samsung. So my purchase is very much genuine and well accounted for.

                                      We are now stranded without a refrigerator and it is becoming very difficult without one as we used to stash all our daily food requirements in such a equipped refrigerator. it has been over 10 days without a refrigerator now.

                                      I humbly request you to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible and oblige.

                                      Another day goes by and there is no response from samsung side. [protected] this was the reference number given. But no one has come to attend the problem.
                                      I compliant on 01.09.19 but not slove till date. Complaint no [protected].

                                        Sir my samsung m30s smartphone shows very poor network and its data speed is also very low compared to other devices on same place. So i request you to replace my mobile immediately and refund my money. I had bought it on 13.10
                                        2019. I think i am complaining at right time. My mobile nbr is [protected]. Sir take steps immediately to solve issue please. Thanks.
