Hi,
My name is V V S Prabhakar and I purchased a Samsung inverter refrigerator on[protected] from an authorized Samsung dealer at DD Mall, Gwalior, MP - 474009.

The Serial number of my refrigerator is : 0BSR4DBF800143Y
Model no: RT47H567ESL/2014
COMPRESSOR NUMBER: 4165C3CF601814

Now on[protected], my refrigerator stopped working; so I called up customer care and i was assigned a service guy who came to my house and checked the refrigerator. first of all the service guy was not properly qualified as he was constantly on phone with his senior. Initially he claimed that there was fault with the PCB then he finally declared that there was an issue with the compressor and that it needs to be replaced. I was however not satisfied with his services and so I raised another complaint with the call center mentioning the incident in full detail. So we had another one of your service professionals visit us for a second opinion. He also declared that the compressor was at fault and that it needed replacement.

Now though my compressor is under a 10 year warranty, I asked for it to be replaced. The service professional refused to replace the same as I had lost my bill. I made the purchase four years ago and misplacing or losing the bill is a strong possibility and moreover the Samsung authorized center from where I bought the refrigerator has now shut shop so I am in no position to give a duplicate bill. However, I made the purchase using my HDFC credit card and the same was converted to EMI at the date of purchase at the merchants end, so all records of merchant and other related information pertaining to the sale will surely be available with Samsung. So my purchase is very much genuine and well accounted for.

We are now stranded without a refrigerator and it is becoming very difficult without one as we used to stash all our daily food requirements in such a equipped refrigerator. it has been over 10 days without a refrigerator now.

I humbly request you to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible and oblige.

Another day goes by and there is no response from samsung side. [protected] this was the reference number given. But no one has come to attend the problem.
I compliant on 01.09.19 but not slove till date. Complaint no [protected].

    Sir my samsung m30s smartphone shows very poor network and its data speed is also very low compared to other devices on same place. So i request you to replace my mobile immediately and refund my money. I had bought it on 13.10
    2019. I think i am complaining at right time. My mobile nbr is [protected]. Sir take steps immediately to solve issue please. Thanks.

      Dear Sir /Mam,

      I Mr Partha Sarathi Mishra, S/o- Mr Prahallad Mishra serve you this Notice that I had purchased a Mobile Phone of brand and model of Samsung A30 vide their Retail invoice bearing no. PD/63/19-20 dated: 3rd April 2019 for Rs. 16990/-. That I choose the Samsung because it is a renounced brand and having a good reputation in the Mobile World. That i used only three months but thereafter it is not working and since then I was running from pillar to post to repair/exchange my set. The phone was dead every time, as such mother board was exchanged by your good company. Then touch paid & finger print sensor not working & it was locked automatically . I appraises the details facts to the concerned dealer and who assured me to repair the set but finally he harassed me by saying that it is a manufacturing defect. It is not expected from your authorized dealer who without solve the issue send me to contact your local Samsung Care. I being a benevolent consumer immediately visited to Samsung Care situated at Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar.

      But they also not entertain my grievance. Then I ran to dealer of Samsung Care several times for exchange of my mobile but my all attempts became vain. The attitude of the both the parities is deficiency of service and illegal trade practice.

      That my mobile is now under warranty coverage and the said defect is also a Manufacturing defect. As per the Consumer Law it is mandatory that any manufacturing defect within the warranty period is replaceable. That Samsung being esteem International Brand and having good reputation in cellular market, i could not expect this type negligence and deficiency of service from your dealer and Samsung Care.

      That being a corporate employee, mobile is my basic need but after purchasing mobile from a esteem brand i suffered huge financial loss and mental agony which is unlawful and illegal trade practice.

      Under the circumstances I would request you kindly exchange my mobile Samsung A30 for avoiding any litigation, failing which I will be bound to take further necessary action under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 1986, in the competent court of law at your risk and cost. This is without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies available to me.

        I ordered a samsung mobile worth 14k with exchange offer. However, since my exchange phone screen was broken, i contacted their customer service & askd them to cancel the order. They informed me that order is cancelled & it will take 7 to 21 days for refund on 04-oct-19. Later since i didnt receive any message or email for cancellation i again called but they said it will take 2-3 days since it was shipped on the same day of cancellation. However, after 15 days also i am not getting my refund status. Highly disappointed with the service of samsung.

          I am sushil chandran, residing at 709, sunny palace, edapally, cochin 24.
          After retirement in 2017, i had replaced some consumer durables like 43"led tv (From lulu connect, cochin) and a fridge of samsung make (This based on my earlier experience with a 32" tv, mobile phone, tablet and fridge.)

          The tv (43k 5002 43) was working fine till we saw "bar code" like lines at bottom of display on 30 sept. I complained to lulu connect where the customer care took details and told me that samsung service people will call me back. (Complaint no [protected]).

          When no call came, as advised by lulu connect, i contacted your customer care and spoke to the agent and his supervisor balanarasu, who gave me local service center head mobile number.

          After i called the service head, the service person did turn up but he said the complaint is with "panel" that needs to be replaced since company policy is not to repair. He further said, the replacement will cost me rs 18000.00.

          Since the replacement is too costly for a retired person living on limited budget, i once again talked to samsung call centre to escalate complaint. I spoke to the agent and her lady supervisor (Asha) who said though she is bound by policies and cant talk on escalation matter, i can expect a call from samsung higher ups.

          I waited for days and the call finally came 3 days ago and though the lady did collect my email, the email from samsung took two days to come. As expected it says

          “we assure you that we are doing our best to give you a perfect resolution for query and thus it is taking longer than usual time to resolve this issue.
          We hope that you will appreciate the fact that we want to give you the best resolution; therefore, we request you to bear with our efforts to serve you better. We will get back to you shortly with an update".

          I also had few people calling me from samsung to enquire whether complaint has been attended to, just like that.

          I am sure you will appreciate that it was faith in your brand that made me choose samsung while there were brands that cost just about half the price.
          Forty thousand nine hundred rupees that i paid is a big sum for a retiree and i had justified it to my family saying it is for a “consumer durable” from a “well-known” brand. Little did i know it is going to breakdown in two years.

          For the faith i have reposed on samsung, i surely deserve a favourable consideration.

          I want samsung india to arrange free replacement.

          I expect an early reply.

            Hello! (Loss of money and technology problems with samsung a50) i have purchased a samsung a50 only before 15days i had a problem with network connection when am inserting a sim it shows me that mobile number not registered but i have used that for 3 days after that only i had that problem when i visited the samsung service centre the agent who is working there doesn't gave me a proper answer or a solution to my problem he is in lack of knowledge is it a response to a customer? Am totally disappointed with samsung service centre in madurai and i need a new phone or my compensation

              On 28 may 2019, I had cooling issue in my Samsung refrigerators so i call the toll free number and register complaint, next day serviceman came and examine and found that the parts name "relay" is not working so they replaced the product then I ask for bill they call their office and provide me bill through WhatsApp with 6 month warranty.
              Then again the same problem arises on 13 oct 2019 then I continue the same process as I done before, servicemen examine and told that the same "relay" is again not working and told that this "relay" is a duplicate product and not an genuine Samsung parts.
              So I want to file against the company for providing duplicate product.
              Bill amount paid on 29 may 2019 is 1084/-

                Purchased a M30s phone on 14.10.2019.It was mentioned that it has 48mp camera along with two other cameras.After taking the picture there was a big disappointment that the picture quality says it's just 13 or lower than that mp camera.I spent Rs.17000 only for the camera.I need a solution for this.Just can't take it light.Most of our friends recommended to buy Redmi phones for its camera.But we trusted Samsung and realizing it was a big mistake .Even it was purchased in an EMI option.I need a replacement or else do something. I am ready to go any extreme for my hard earned money.

                  Dear sir/madam
                  I purchased my hand set in the month of march 2019. I am facing the network problem with the set. I visited service centre, they said there is no issue with the set. But the problem was not resolved. Next time when i visited they asked me to change the sim. I changed the sim but still i am not getting proper network and my set is not working properly.

                  I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    Our 8 year old refrigerator wasn't cooling.

                    1. Registered complaint on wednesday, 9th October.
                    2. Service person came home, checked and said, gas needs to be replaced. Will send someone on Thursday to do so.
                    3. Thursday: Waited all of Thursday, no one turned up and no communication either.
                    4. Friday: Called up the local nos from which they'd called on wednesday, repeatedly, but no answer.br...

                    This is regarding the fridge model - rt2935tnbbl/2012.

                    We purchased a double door model refrigerator in samsung. It was working fine till march 2019, after which we are facing the issue of freezing and leaking issue in the non freezer section of the fridge. We contacted the customer care, a representative came to our house and inspected the issue. He said we need to buy a new fridge since the thermocol inside broke. Reason of breakage - it can happen for no reason. Faulty thermocol. Compressor and every other part is fine. Due to the thermocol break, there is a leakage of water and the freezing is caused in the lower section of the fridge. Also, the customer representative mentioned that in few months the cooling will be stopped and the fridge will be of no use.

                    We have used the fridge for nearly 7 years now.

                    As i researched looks like the samsung company sold many refrigerators promising the customer that this fridge will last long since the warranty on compressor is 10 years, but many people are reporting regarding the faulty thermocol which breaks within a few years of purchase.

                    I have spent 27000 on the fridge, which was the best fridge within my budget. I was promised a good after sale service, 10 years compressor warranty, no frosting issues, fridge life will be more than 15 years. And now here i am with a faulty fridge within 7 years o[censored]se. I didnt expect this from a brand like samsung. It is very disheartening to see samsung fridge does not last long as much as their competitors does.

                    Since this is clearly a defective thermocol issue, i am seeking a replacement of the product or a refund. But all i hear from the customer care is that they cannot fix it and i need to buy a new fridge. I spent 27000 rs on this fridge expecting it to last long and i hope i dont have to buy a new fridge wherein my compressor still holds good. My complaint number with samsung is - [protected]. And this is my second complaint regarding this freezing and leaking issue.

                    I hope this forum can help me get a solution on my issue. I need a replacement or refund of my amount. Kindly help me on this.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have purchased samsung a30 from a recognized store named "roy telecom', baghajatin, kolkata. The purchase was on an emi scheme. The emi was of 8 months. The emi amount should be deducted from my account on 5 th of every month.
                        They installed an app named samsung sure and all the above information are mentioned there. But, unfortunately this month (October) we had puja. Due to that, the bank was closed and the amount was not deducted even if i had balance in my account.
                        After the failing of emi amount, none of the apps were working. I couldnt even call or message anybody i firmly complaint against samsung and i think strict actions should be taken against this. This should not repeat in future. I had an emergency and was unnable to contact anyone. This is not done at all. This is not all, people from samsung have been calling more than 4 times a day and were saying about the money not cleared. Thats completely their fault. I faced a lot of problem and harrasment. This should not repeat in future. The purchase was on dmi finance scheme.

                            I have gone to samsung service center at manas complex, satellite, ahmedabad and i have talked with ms roshni soni (Customer care officer) but she has misbehaved with me and asked rs. 240 (Two hundreds and forty) for just doing in entry evenif my mobile is under warranty. After that i have complained to mrs hiral (Manager) but she also talked very roughly with me and not given proper response to me. She has also asked money for just taking my mobile in for checking.

                                I have purchased an led tv from samsung website directly and it had been delivered on time. For installation have been following up with customer care innumerable times...in vain!!

                                Followed up many times with customer care placed request, raised a complaint to get an idea what time engr would be visiting and till now just wondering whom should i contact as their customer care is itself not in position to tell me who would be visiting and at what time.

                                  My name is Kshitiz, a resident of Patna (Bihar). I had purchased a Samsung A50 smartphone from an authorised Samsung showroom in Patna on March 11, 2019. Recently in August, my mobile's screen showed colour patches on left bottom of the screen. The phone was also having heating problem while charging and during phone calls from the very beginning. I visited the customer service centre here at Ashiana-Digha Road on August 22, as my phone is in warranty period. The service engineer there said that the repair will not cover under warranty just after having a look. First he told me that the screen has been pressed. Then I lodged a online complaint to Samsung service head. Then I was directed to visit the same service centre again on August 23 and deposited the handset. After two days, I was again told that it will not cover warranty as the phone's bracket is broken. But there was no sign of wear and tear on the phone. On August 26, I e-mailed to Samsung CEO for the same issue. But keeping the handset for one week, I received no service. They said the phone was inspected by the their technical team, but I don't think so. As from the first day they repeated the same thing that it will not cover warranty. I was told by the service centre to deposit Rs 8475 cash as repairing cost in advance. When talked to the customer care executive about the issue, then she replied that the service centre has uploaded the photos of mobile which show a minor scratch on the body so it will not cover warranty. I didn't saw any wear and tear on the handset. I am also unable to understand if any scratch is also there as said by them, then also it can't be termed as damaged. They kept the phone for a week and when I got back my phone, there were few scratches on the back panel which was received there. Now my handset got completely blank screen. I am a journalist working in an English daily here in Patna and I had suffered a lot due to the inappropriate services of the company. My work had suffered a lot due to phone. Most of the contact numbers were deleted from the phone. I am unable to understand what should I do as a Rs 19, 990 handset is not covered under warranty. Please look into the matter and help me.

                                    In dec 2011 i bought a samsung refrigerator - rt31gcrr1/ctl/2011 from snehanjali - mumbai. From the very 2nd year i found water inside the veg tray inside the fridge, and this started happening more oftenly from dec 2015 in jan 2016 i'd complained to samsung customer care about the issue, but at that time the customer care executive transferred my call to the technical team and they suggest me to keep the fridge switched off for 3 to 5 hrs and it worked.

                                    Now in 23rd feb 2019 when there was a cooling issue in my fridge, i'd complaint on[protected] and they assigned an engineer visit on site. The engineer checked and said there was heater tube and sensor replacement to be done and on 26th of feb 2019 he came again and replaced the parts. Then i asked him again for the water leakage issue he said that this is manufacturing issue as he cleaned the drainage pipe and checked. Now as the model is discontinued you'll have commercial solution for the product. Then mr mouazam hakim from samsung called me and asked for invoice copy and assured me for the solution. After some days ms silveria seelan was in follow up for the issue.

                                    The officials of samsung india are offering me 15% commercial solution for the faulty product, and the fault is manufacturing defect. Instead of passing defrosted water through the pipe and to water tray mounted on compressor the water leakages through the side walls, duct and light switch inside the fridge. They says that warranty of the fridge is expired but it is not warranty issue, as long as puff which is inside the side walls of fridge was absorbing the leakage water it did, but once the puff had started passing water it started leaking inside and outside of the fridge. (This issue is the feedback from samsung service center engineer - ahmedabad).

                                    My desire is to get my product without any manufacturing defect, if the model is discontinued and parts are not available with the company they should refund my full amount of the invoice.

                                    There is no update on my complaint, not even any communication done from your side so far. This is highly disappointing that where shall we as a customer go for justice??? As per the process I've provided couple of vids and images also but still no action taken against the company!

                                      I bought a new samsung uhd ru7100 smarttv from vijay sales, fatima nagar, pune on 06/10/2019, the delivery representative told me while delivering that a technician will visit by 07/10/2019 for demo and installation, however no technician came, called the samsung customer care on 07/10/2019, the agent said that they will take the request now and send a technician by 08/10/2019 or maximum delay will be by 09/10/2019, gave my name, address, phone number alternate and primary, sr no. : [protected], reference no.: [protected], a technician was assigned for the installation: name: rajiv contact number: [protected], called the technician he said he only works at a specific pincode and my pincode is not under his serviceable area, so called back the samsung customer service gave the details to the agent they canceled the old service request and build up a new sr. No. : [protected], and was promised that a technician will visit for sure by 9/10/2019 before 8pm, asked for the technician number the agent ignored and said that will be sent by sms text, waited whole day, no technician number was shared no call came through called back the samsung customer service gave the details of the issue, asked for the technicians number, gave the following numbers: [protected]/[protected], called on the 1st number no one receiving the call tried multiple times still no luck, rang the second number and it was wrong number as it was someone from tamil nadu and now at 5pm of 9/10/2019 when i called the samsung customer service, the agent said that no technician was assigned on today's date, a technician will get assigned tomorrow that is 10/10/2019 asked for the reason they said no technician was available in your area nothing more, pathetic after sales service and pathetic customer support, aaked for the technicians number again the agent said that cannot provide any information as it will be updated tomorrow and a sms will be sent to me for the same, ridiculous, explained the whole thing still didn't shared the technicians number. Really frustrating, pathetic service by samsung feels like a 3rd class company like any chinese or non registered brand will do, please take an action on this issue.

                                      None, I had to call the customer service multiple times, spoke to manager got the service center number, the customer service manager did really helped me wonderfully kept follow-up, called the service center multiple times then a new technician was assigned and called the new technician he said he also doesn't serve the area but he gave the name and number of a technician who does so service center also is shit assigns anyone to anywhere, at last the technician came and resolved the issue.
