    Regarding Network Problem complain number [protected] and also you can
    track my complain by registered check how many i called customer care and how many times i visited customer
    care.
    sir i'm facing network problem i visited service center more than 10
    times but still my problem not solve even you can check my complain v
    followup by Shaveta from Senior Executive, Customer Experience, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. from 22 march 2016 but i'm
    facing problem from date of purchase even the samsung service center
    update and installed new software and also they replaced the
    motherboard but still my problem is not solve .. Even many times i
    raised complain and followup but finally i decided to send legal notice
    to samsung, Provide My phone REPLACEMENT or Else Give DOA certificate
    as you failed to provide Sales after service ...--THIS IS WARNING
    EMAIL TO SAMSUNG -- You are not solving my problem your are having 2
    days after that I am sending LEGAL NOTICE through CONSUMER COURT...

      I baught samsung 24 inches led tv on feb 2016. That tv panel is repair on yesterday. I complain to customer they send service man.he say it is a physical damage so warranty is not claim you pay 8700 rs to change a panel.sir now only we baught tv then suddenly how to pay this eexcessive amount please try to claim my warranty. Or give 60 percent offer.or replace my tv as soonly sir

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is to bring to your notice that I purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus in May'2015 from Reliance Digital in Kolkata located at 14 NS Road, Kolkata - 700001. Bill Copy attached.

        Since then some or the other problem was arising like Power Back Up, Slow in response, Application getting stuck, Phone getting Hot and Laggy. Even the phone stopped vibrating for which I got that serviced at Samsung Service Centre named Sabsonic located at 12 Loudon Street, Maruti Building, Kolkata - 700017 as I showed the same to the people of Reliance Digital but they paid very less attentions.

        Post repair also, there were few more problems as suddenly Mobile Network of both Vodafone & Airtel going off. Call getting dropped in mid of a call. I suffered a lot from the very first day of purchasing the handset, which I feel completely cheated by Samsung.

        I went and serviced my mobile more than many times at the same Service Centre.

        When I was totally upset, I was assisted by Indrajit Yadav of the Service Centre and he asked me to handover the handset along with all accessories to them and also Bank Account details as he told me that Samsung has decided to refund me Rs. 9990 which I paid for purchase of the handset.

        On 28.03.2016, I handed over handset along with all accessories, original purchase Bill and also photocopy of Bank Passbook. I was told that there will be a verification from Samsung and they will parallelly process my refund. Handover copy attached..

        Post clarification on refund from Indrajit Yadav, I purchased Samsung J2 on 28.03.2016 as I was without mobile. Invoice of the purchase attached.

        All of a sudden, I received a call from Samsung and I was told that refund won't be done but replacement will be done. It took me by surprise as I already have purchased handset by paying a good amount. I immediately called up Indrajit Yadav and to my utter surprise he objected refund and said he never told me that refund will happen. He insisted me to take replacement. This is very cheap from Samsung and Service Centre.

        I purchased the handset just because I was committed refund. Had I been told of replacement, I would have never purchased new handset.

        Please grant me relief by way of refund as people of Samsung is at wrong end as they violated commitment, trust and promise...

          Dear sir,
          The above said mobile was immediately dead before 4 days. It was under warranty period, so the next day submitted to your kollam service center vadayatukotta road, muthoot building[protected]for repair. Next day They telepathically inform me that the display screen and board was damaged so the warranty is not cover for the mobile and they said amount of Rs.3000+4000 for repair - we refuse their service and collect our set from your service center put a signature in the form. then we gave the mobile to outside private service center due to their negligence., That service center immediately check and told us IC is complaint only 350 /- is charged, they repair it immediately...So it is very clearly understand that your service center have no knowledge about the mechanism of the mobile otherwise they purposely screwing me for money... This is reticulated for Samsung mobiles
          I put this matter to my friends family, , , members, , , etc...that never choose Samsung and their service in future...We dont expect such f...ing service from any other mobile company...the amount variation is 6500/-...what a f...k...
          pls dont do this cheeting things for money...we are also indians...

            I have purchased Split AC from Kondapur bajaj Electronics on 2nd April 2016.Initially the store person committed to us that installation will be done by Tuesday but it was nt done.We both r working so no one will be there at home.We took leave on Tuesday to get done installation but it was nt done again service engineer called us today it will be done today so we came from office immediately and later service engineer didn''t even pick our call.And many times we called to customer care also.
            Today also its 3:15 Now. But No one called me for installation.Its been total 5 days for device purchasing.I think, after paying 30.000/- for AC.We are facing lot of issues from Samsung side for installation.ls help us to get it done today itself as tomorrow festival is there in Hyderabad and i know no one will come tomorrow also.

              We have booked one side by side refrigerator of 600 litres of samsung make through their dealer m/s sales corner during the month of oct 2015. There was a sales promotion scheme prevailing - free bee of samsung tab of mrp 19900 with every purchase of the sbs600 ltr freeze.
              While we seek for the delivery of the booked goods by diwali dealer kept it delayed saying there are shortages of supplies and hence it will be delivered to you as soon as we receive the same. It was also confirmed that the free bie would be given as the freeze has been booked during the scheme period.
              We kept on following up with the vendor for the delivery during the hindu new year days but did not get it. Finally we got the delivery of the booked freeze on 1st jan 2016. Which was not accompanied by the free bee on inquiring sales corner people said it would be directly dispatched by samsung india to our address by courier. We kept on following up with them for the same even asking for the contact deatils of samsung india whom we should be talking about the delivery of free bee samsung tab worth mrp of 19900 but they did not give us the contact details. When we personally visited their shop / show room on 5th jan 2016. We were said that the free bee of the same has been sold by my perosn gopal to some one else. After a very hot discussions and arguments we were given one tab 3 of mrp 12000 and that too 3 years old and when we asked for the promised one they replied "this is the only one item available with us if you want to take it take it other wise we shall not give you any thing - if you want to approach company you may ".
              The issue has been bought to the notice of samsung for more than 10 times by the way of registering complaints / sending emails to ceo link but till date no positive response / replacement of wrong poor quality and old item has been done.

                I have purchased samsung refrigerator model no rt36fdjfasl/tl two years ago . On 21 march refrigerator stop working. I called customer care on same day. They advised to defrost for 12 hours and the start . I have done so. Since colling was not there i requested for engineer call. On 24th two boys came and checked the same and started asking for 450 rupees as visit fees.And informed that relays need to be replaced. I asked for receipt and id card they refused to give. Immediately i called customer care and informed, they told me that tell them to replace the part and take money. After 2 days same boys came with relay but brought wrong part. After this i complained to customer care again & explained the problem. They sent another person who informed us that compressor is gone & need to be replaced. My refrigerator has 10 years waranty oncompressor. When compressor is under warranty they are asking me 700/- as labour charges to shift refrigerator + gas filling and repair charges. Distance between my house & repair centre is hardly two kms. Every day i am calling customer care & live chat but no solution.
                My query is they don't have proper service centre in my area . No receipts are given while taking product to service centre. They are sending local rick show drivers to collect product without giving any authority lettter on behalf of the company. Nearly 15 days have passed when i spoke to them today they informed me that it will be resolved by saturday that is 9th april one cannot expect to be without refrigerator for 20 days

                After sale service is very bad. They only sell the products

                in continuation of my complain i would like to state that today 25 days have been completed still my problem is not solved. on 9th they have taken refrigerator to service centre as they said they cant repair it at home till today it is not delivered . service engineer is saying if the compressor is damaged and since it is invertor compressor inverter ccp also gets damed & needs to be changed. he is waiting for approval to replace inverter ccp under waranty. but company is saying that i have to pay to this part.

                finally on 16th they have given me estimate. attach copy for your reference. hope service centre will deliver my refrigerator duly repaired. now i think they are taking my revange since i have complained to customer care. but this is not a healthy trend for business like where in consumer products are involved. your service provider is taking consumers for granted . they are even not ready to talk to me . all the communication is happening through reception. company should look in to this matter.
                on 18th April samsung special desk executive RITU RAWAT. promised me that refrigerator will be delivered by evening 5 pm. she told me not to call service centre not service engineer. neither refrigerator was delivered nor i have received a call or reply to my mail which i have written on 16th April. to service centre.

                today morning again RITU RAWAT called up on my mobile and was trying to make a conference call to service centre but no one answered her call.

                as company can't manage service by themselves they are at the mercy of outsourced service centre who are looting customers . Indian Government should take some stern action against these all MNC which are taking innocent indians for granted and loot them with their hart earned money.

                in my case i am literate and contineously following up with customercare and also with company trrough live chat and also calling company rep. still my proplems are not solved for one month you may imagine the state of common man .

                  Samsung has been pushing a defective 71.77mb security update to sm-910g which is causing the device to malfunction. Their customer service and executive management have chosen to remain quiet on the matter despite raising several complaints and sending several mails right from the management to the Ceo desk.This is a blunder from their end and they have not bothered to resolve it

                    My name is suraj. I have ordered for samsung power bank 16800-mah from book my offer wesite in 599/- but i have received it then it was mentioned costing of 848 rs. According to me it should be 749 becasuse of 99rs of shipping chages & 50 rs. Cash on delivery charges. But i wonder how it could be of 848/- rs.
                    However i have paid 848/- for samsung power bank16800-mah . But when i have checked it out then i found it gives only 2min. Of charging backup. I again done a full charge and then i used it, i found it same only 2 min. Of charging backup.
                    The next working day 4th april i complaint to book my offer website about it then one of their executive replied that send us mail then we will provide you resolution. But till next 60hrs i have not receied any call/sms/e-mail about my complaint, i am waiting for resolution so that i can receive a new samsung power bank 16800 mah and use it.

                    I think on name of discount it was a kind of robbery. That company shows a heavy discount on samsung branded power bank of 16800 mah and send a fully defective piece.

                      In India we don't have any type of sefty?? They deliver faulty device they how can we use it??
                      Last time I submitted it on 12/3/16 and since it is in service center they told me now ur devise is complete but I gave it 6 times for repair in service center then how can I use it...

                        My phone have not any of group play music app which is generally present in every phone of S-serie of samsung.
                        My phone also don't support this type of any app. Pl bring this app in my phone. And also having a bad feauture that only one option out of a memory card nd sim we can insert in the second slot. Please fix it as soon as possible.

                          I am nipun jain from ambala city.I purchased a samsung refrigerator in 25 feb2016 last 3-4 days the refrigerator not cooling properly then i contact samsung service center and service boy come next day.I tell the problem of cooling they check the refrigerator they tell there is a leakage in fridge compartment i told him to replace the refrigerator.Service boy told me they will only repair.They fill the gas but i said no to service boy because only one month goes refrigerator giving problem and there has not guaranty that next time there is not a leakage problem ..

                              Recently on 25 th march i bought samsung t-355y tab -A from s.s.communication, sangli but it is not functioning well. The tab is auto switch off while using any app or calling or receiving the calls, network access is not proper, mobile network option mostly disappears, also message displayed like ur process system is not responding, etc. I also talked with service provider or dealer but he cant solve my problem. Then i called to toll free, he (Mr.Ashwini Gupta )checked my tab by activating smart tutor & said there is both hardware & software problems. Yesterday i visited to customer service center is sangli, but they cant solve the issue. And I think no one is taking responsibility to solve the problem. from my busy schedule of working it is not possible to go service center daily & keep tab in service center for any good result . so plz look in the matter & replace the tab.

                                I purchased samsung inverter ac in may 2014.
                                This has 10 years warranty. It stopped working in less than 2 years.
                                I complained to samsung customer care on 22nd feb 2016. I mentioned that it is giving error signal of power not available for outdoor unit.
                                The service providing agency for samsung in pune (Supra enterprises) sent their man 2 times & charged money for servicing. They did not repair it.
                                The first man told your relay is defective inside the indoor unit, which he removed & tried to repair for 2500 rs. Ultimately it did not work. He then admitted that there is no relay in the indoor unit.
                                The second man from the same agency told your outdoor unit power pcb card & main pcb card is defective & you need to renew them both. It would cost around 10, 000 rs.
                                The power is not available from pcb card, but he mentioned that the other card may also be damaged & you have to renew it without knowing whether it is actually defective or not. This 2nd card costs around 7000 rs.
                                I asked him to change them.
                                This samsung company is doing so much business in india but, they are not providing the spares.
                                I am waiting for these spare card for last 1.5 months.
                                Half of the summer i spent without ac. Still on the hope that this useless & cheating agency of samsung so called supra enterprises would provide the service & repair it.
                                I had lot of faith on samsung brand. I bought another ac one year back of samsung brand only. I also have led tv from samsung. I always used samsung mobiles, but now i realized it is not a trust worthy brand.
                                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Its with great disappointment i writing this complaint.I have been using Samsung mobile from past 8 years.Till now i have used at least 6 models .On 23rd February 2016 i have purchased A72016, from 3rd day onward it was giving me trouble. Initially i thought due to some network problem i thought it was getting hanged but later on suddenly it use to turn black.On the 6th day i went to the same shop from where i purchased and asked them to help me out.(Bajaj Electronics Kothapet Hyderabad)He asked me to hand over the mobile so that he can give it at service center.Once it was checked at Malakpet sansung center he handed over back to me.My problem was not sorted out.This is the third time have handed over the mobile.They have confirmed that hard ware is having problem.I have hardly used for 6 days from the day of purchase. After paying an amount of 30, 500/- i purchased the mobile.Also when i went to Samsung service center at Ameerpet near my office they said that its better to give at the same service station, because their is a small dent at the corner.
                                      Why cant you replace my mobile and give me DO.Defect in the mobile is their from beginning onward and more over your Authorized service center has stated that they are changing the Hard ware has the problem is in it.In case after doing all this still the problem persist then what i am suppose to do your persons do not have answers for it.
                                      After being loyal customer and trying to market your products in my group and personally using all your products such has TV, Fridge, AC and now mobile.Why should i go through such a pain.This is the way you all take care of your customers.
                                      Purchased mobile A72016 on Feburary 23rd 2016.Its getting hanged, cant pick up calls, screen turning black and automatic getting switched off.Prior to this twice i have given at service center presently its the third time.Confirmation received from your authorized service center that the hard ware is problem in the mobile.Initally they said its software problem and now they say its a hard ware problem.I have hardly used the phone, from the day of purchse till today i have used it for 6 days.When i asked them to change and give me a new one has the piece it self has some defect they refuse.They state that it can be done only in the first 7 days from the day of purchase.When i gave it on 6th day why didnt they do it.Simply they update software and gave back to me.Why didnt they checked at that because of which iam facing the problem.
                                      I have been using your products from such a long time and i have been promoting your products in my group and my relatives.Today my family members only use Samsung products.I have TV, Fridge, AC, Mobile all are Samsung. After being patronizing with your company this is what i get.
                                      I would like to request that if this is the way customers are treated very soon we would be lossing the faith in your company.I would request to look into the matter and do the needful.
