My 2 tonne split ac has had a gas leakage after 3 1/2 months of repair for same complaint. Yesterday the service engineer came and dismantled the unit. It's in the second day but no phone calls yet and my ac still has not been collected even after repeated complaints. It's a mistake to buy SAMSUNG. We had purchased a Samsung TV 60" serial no 20983ZEB00045V model number UA60D8000YRMXL . It is not under warranty any more as 3 years have already passed. The TV is demanding a new panel which the service engineer quotes to cost 1.4 Lacs while a new TV is not more than 1.8 lacs . we have had regular issues of complains too on this TV since its purchase.
My cousin too has the same panel problem on his 52''TV...

I got my smasung s6 6 months back and since the day i got it has been in the only and the most pathetic service center in chennai. They have changed the mother board 5 times and every time they change they assure me the problem is fixed and if it occurs next time you can request for replacement. Now when i ask them for replacement they say its not in their hand and i need to call the customer care. The customer care is even more horrible...

Im updated the software with the help of wifi suddenly the display was off and the display is not opening i want konw the problem...

Which i kind of services is this called on customer care they not responding i bought a set 0n 1st of jan galaxy a8 from amazon all of sudden phone not working see its in warranty so repair it or else i will escalate to higher level...

I have visited SAMSUNGcustomer care several times about my Samsung J7. I am facing mainly 2 issues, auto off and slow processing or hang.

Raised the same issue to customer care BHIWANI, HARYANA 4 times but they didn't resolve it even once.

I had bought new Samsung Galaxy ON7 phone in February 2016 from Flipkart that i didn't get enough time to notice problem. But now after one month i have noticed issues with this phone.So now after one i can't replace this phone.I don't know whether it is Flipkart or Samsung problem.

Purchased a samsung mobile on 3-3-2015 from dealer Fusion mobiles and Gadgets Irinjalakuda, Kerala. In june it failed- wrong caller ID. Dealer repaired 5 times, still problem. So finally they told it is beyond repair, they will refund amount. Collected my cancelled cheque in Nov 2015. So far not given refund....

I have bought a 32 inch led tv last year in may through snapdeal.
2 days back, i saw a couple of vertical lines on the screens which are now getting more prominent.
I have registered complaint with their website and through email too. The request number is: [protected]. Today i received a call from number [protected] but could not take it as i was on a different call at that time. I tried calling back but could not....

I purchased a washing machine-{SAMSUNG WA 62H4200HY/6.2 KG TOP LOAD WM} on 30.01.2015 from Great Eastern, Keranitola, Midnapopre, W.B. and the same was delivered on 28.02.2015.Now some digital problems are seen and after setting at a fixed time, it goes again to the starting point after running sometime. When washing ends then it stops rinsing and after the power cut, it again starts rinsing and so on. These types of problems are being faced...
