Dear reputed brand of the world,
I am quite disappointed with product and services given by the samsung. Issue was from very beginning when croma gave the tv that was placed in display section. Within six months of purchasing, shadows started coming on the screen and it gradually increases. When i spoke to the croma guys, they told me this is normal issue with led tv. After 9 months of purchasing, video started disappearing for few second, again i spoke to croma guys, they told me this may be due to dth issue. I also spoke to the dth customer care center, they told me there is no issue with dth services. Video started disappearing again after 13-14 month of purchasing and ultimately it completely disappeared during march 2016. I called the customer care center, guy came and directly told me that your tv is out of warranty so it would cost rs 16000 and panel have to be changed and he also disappeared from scene never called me back.
I have few query, need to answered from your side quite clearly:
1. Samsung is such reputed brand of the world, why product and service quality is so pathetic
2. Since tv started troubling within 6 months of purchasing, why it is not called a manufacturing issue and why not covered guarantee
3. Please resolve this urgent basis and my led tv should be covered under warranty and should be repaired by samsung without charging anything.
Reputation of samsung at stake because any one purchase a product with highest price in the market with having lowest quality of product and services.
Depending upon your clear response, i will decide further course action. If required, i will go to the last available remedy in india for a customer.
Despite various reminder, no one has responded over email. So that i take further course of action.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is in reference to your complaint wherein you had enquired about the fake email / SMS received by your good selves in the name of Samsung.
In this regard we would like to inform you that Samsung is not connected with such activities in any manner.
Further any response to such communications where personal details are being sought could result in access and misuse of your personal identity/ information.
In some instances they may try to convince and allure you to deposit cash (may be once and / or on repeated occasions) in certain specified bank(s).
They may also call upon you to visit links and/or provide your communication address and/or contact details to release the non-existent prizes.
We hereby inform and caution you, that you should not be acting upon such fraudulent and misleading communications, which are being solely sent with the intent to cheat and defraud you.
You may kindly note that any person who deals with such fraudulent entities shall be doing so at his own risk and that Samsung shall not be responsible and liable for any loss or damages and/or consequences arising there from.
You may also kindly note that we have already published caution notice on our website to give information with respect to such activities to the public at large.
In the event of you being allured to release any amount or information about yourself, the same is done at your own cost and peril.
