I have bought a Samsung double door Refrigerator in 2013 August. The exterior of the product was good except most of the parts inside are made of glass. In January this year, my kid broke one of the easy slide shelf. No surprise, it was waiting to happen with the glass quality they have provided anyway. Since then, I have made so many visits to near by showrooms, calls to dealers, service centers and to Samsung support number to get a shelf. Its simply not available. They all are saying it will be available here and there, but no one provides the replacement accessory. Now my fridge is effectively a two shelf one which reduces the space inside to great extend.
The only possible solutions seems to be buying a new Refrigerator altogether. I think that is what Samsung wants it seems.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
