Sir i have bought galaxy e7 in may 2015. the handset is working fine. after few times the headset fell from my mobile on the road. even i had applied tempered glass but still it broke, it was my mistake i gave Rs. 7, 472 i make it replace on 13th October 2015. But now 8th march 2016 it fell from my hand on the playground which(very soft in comparison to any road) from the height of just 50-60 cm, still it display got a crack even tempered...

I have ordered samsung memory card of 64gb capacity .. but the product is not working ... my order number was [protected]... i need to replace it as soon as possible.. That will be your most kindness.. otherwise i have to register a case.....

I have purchased a smsung refrigerator model number rt36jsrzesp (345 litre) on 02.05.2015 from qrs, kannur road, calicut, kerala. I purchased a Samsung Mobile Car Adapter from an authorized shop at Jaipur on 10/09/2015. The product was under six months warranty. This Car Adapter is not working properly since last three months. I tried to contact to the company and also registered a complaint (complaint number is [protected]). But there is no action has been taken from the company so far.

It is a matter of shame for your esteemed company to have brought out such product in the market without proper quality cantrol . I have purchase a Samsung E7 6 months back it was having power switch issue since the day one from a out let, they replied since its a new one it a bit hard gradually it will be smooth is what the shop keeper replied .
now my hand set is switched off and the service center says its liquid damage and it needs 9 K and its out of Warranty :-)
