    I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A7 online on Dec 15 now after 3 month accidentally the mobile fell down, due to which the display was damaged. I got it repaired paying 5000/-

    Once again the same issue my display is gone now this time I have not even used the mobile as I was traveling. I have only clicked few pictures after that I cud not evn swipe. I again sent it to the service centre, what I get to find is the LED is damaged and it would cost 8000/- to put it right.

    Sir, I have purchased this onlune on EMI and have yet to pay one more installment. Already spent 5000/- The mobile cost RS.26000 + 5000 now once again to pay 8000/- it is too exorbitant.

    I request your good selves to exchange this mobile with a new one. I would appreciate your kind geature.

    An early response is awaited.

        worst Customer service by Samsung Service Centre.
        respected sir/madam
        i have an samsung A3 mobile which i bought on may 2015 i was facing the issues of hanging camera failure Home Button hardware not working some times and most important it restarts many times automatically after to much of torched by my device i submitted it in Samsung Centre okhla within this 8 months of period i visited there service centres more then 15 times and they submitted my device 3 times 1st time they just update the software of device and told me that device is ok i collected it and checked but problem was still there i submitted again 2nd time then they changed my motherboard and other components in my mobile and told me that now its ok but i still faced that problem because they never did it as they said i visited them again 3rd time i deposit my device on 10/march/2016 and they told me that previously there is some problem in the motherboard they changed so they re-replacing my board again but this time they took 7 days in it and after that i received my phone yesterday on 19/march/2015 and when i checked now its home button and camera still not working i just showed them so they said there is still problem in new board they related and they need to submit it again and gave me an estimate time of 15 days this time.
        i just tired by this behaviour of samsung most important is i take off each time just to visit them because they never pick calls at the centre no given by samsung costumer care. this is a very worst experience by illiterate peoples sitting there just make costumers fools nothing else. they never did any thing else then former it again and gain ever time i submitted a new device must need to run 2 years atleast but my device i just used 2 months and then this company start harassing me mentally by there pathetic costumer service.
        Please help me and do something in my case

I have visited so many times to different service center and complained many times to customer care but no solution is provided till date except to visit again n again to different service center.
          I am totally harassed by its services please help me.

                I shifted my home within Chennai and had used the services of an authorized Samsung Technician for uninstalling & reinstalling my AC (1.5 Ton Inverter Model). For Reinstallation though 2 technicians had come (possibly trainees) and they were struggling for 7 hours for reinstalling the AC.

                These 2 technicians were not trained properly and they kept on referring to the "Electrical Connection instructions" provided on a panel of the Outdoor unit of AC.
                Towards the evening time they gave up saying some screw was not opening and a minor procedure of Gas refilling is to be done for getting the AC to work fine, BUT they wouldn't be doing and another technician would have to do it. I promptly called up the customer care to sort it out and they created a new complaint to address the issue and asked me pay the charges of 1500 as part of reinstallation.
                I understand that the AC is not installed properly and never switch it ON, waiting for the technician to fix it first.

                Next time another technician comes and checks for any fault and says that he needs to come again with a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) as he had not got it at the moment.

                After following up, the technician comes after 2 weeks and straight away puts a new PCB and asks for Rs. 6800/- for the PCB alone (service charges not included). Upon clarifying that I should not be charged for the mishandling by Samsung technicians, he removed the PCB and went back..

                My Question, why should I be bearing the cost, of repairing it? Its been over 2 months without AC and summer is getting unbearable in Chennai. My Complaint with Samsung open since 13th Feb. I managed to talk once with the Team Leader-cum-Manager (of Customer care) named Naveen and also Smita who were unable to resolve the issue. After many days of following I got a call (from another department to which Naveen/Smita might have forwarded my issue), and the lady there took all the details about my problem and then again everything went silent. Everytime now I call the customer care I am never able to talk to anyone senior and just get a consolation that I would get a call back. Even upon reaching the Samsung Service center people they say until Samsung approves they are helpless.

                My point is -
                1. My AC was working perfectly fine before uninstalling it.
                2. Used authorised AC technicians for uninstalling & reinstalling it.
                3. For transportation too I used well known Agarwal Packers & Movers and there was no damage to the AC in anyways. It was nicely packed and transported safely which I personally oversaw.
                4. Since I bought the AC in 2014 I have used a Stabilizer (V-Guard) for any unforeseen power fluctuation problems. The Stabilizer too is working fine as always.
                5. Now after reinstalling the AC, the PCB gets burnt, by the Authorized Servicing technicians from SAMSUNG.

                Just for reinstallation I have been following up for 2 months and all I have after spending around[protected] is a burnt PCB costing another 7000 and a defunct AC during the summers.

                Dont buy Samsung product they are not capable to repair there own product,

                Here is my experience to Samsung product.

                I bought a Samsung inverter AC on 7 Nov-2015 after 1 year and 8 month I complain Samsung service station Ac not cooling and Led continue blinking problem. After 2 days engineer visited the side and checked the AC he is not found problem and he said you have to reached outer unit in our office for problem found. so here I get the charge for gas. And after few hours he said me AC Circuit PCB need to change I agreed all things. After few days I got the call from Samsung service station your AC is completed so they told me please carry your outer unit, Again I agreed so far all things. And when engineer come for installation and when engineer start AC then I got same problem(not cooling and Led continue blinking problem) Engineer open the outer unit and I am shock Circuit PCB installed is old. Here I am not expecting this kind of service from Samsung service Station. They are using Reparable parts.

                My Concern is this if Company policy says that any part goes faulty it would be replace not be repair, so why Samsung engineer using Repairable Part, why he not replace new part.

                Now I don't know what should I do and where I have to go. Please Help me to resolve my Issue, because I frustrated with the support of Samsung.

                And now I registered complain from last 26 days engineer parts order two times and but still they are not resolve my AC problem again they want to carry outer unit at him office

                I already payment for part and service charges but still they are not resolve my AC problem can you help me out?

                If Samsung company not capable to resolve the problem then exchange to me New Outer Unit.

                LAST 21 DAYS WHEN I CAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE GIVE ME SAME ANSWER YOUR COMPLAIN IS IN PROCESS.

                  Thz is to bring yr kind notice abt the performance of d above purchased refrigerator of Samsung make.
                  The SD fridge was delivered to us on 15.8.2015 for 4 months it was performing we'll.Later frm Dec.2015 I, noticed n observed til date the unit is nt performing satisfactorily.
                  The complaint was lodged with customer care, head office n supplier
                  Til date d problem has nt been resolved n d technician/service engineer sent to attend d problem are unable to identify n solve d problem properly
                  Everyday fruits, vegetables, wet dgokla, grind wet batter of idli, dosa, wadas, n other things r getting spoiled n fungus is appearing n black spots n bubbles r appearing on the grinded wet batter n vegetables n fruits r shrink n helplessely everyday I, HV to throw n bear huge losses
                  Thz type of vegetables, n fruits n wet grinded batter I, HV shown to service engineer/technician as they spell n sent n requested them to take videos n picture n when asked why such things r getting spoiled no proper answer is given by the technician n socaled engineer
                  We r nt able to utilize the refrigerator for the purpose it was brought
                  Frm service centre non competent service technician r sent who r unable to understand d problem n HV visited uptil now 8 technician BT no problem is resolved frm them
                  The gas pressure of the compressor is nt checked
                  There is no circulation of cooling air in the refrigerator unit
                  Since d refrigerator is under warranty it was nt tampered n I, was forced to take additional extended warranty also by giving pretty assurances
                  I, hereby humbly request you to arrange replacement of the SD defective refrigerator n do the needful to avoid legal complication
                  Plz treat thz matter as urgent n arrange to do the needful as soon as possible

                      Dear Team,

                      I have brought Samsung A7 from Samsung plaza (address is given below) on 17th Jan 2016.
                      I started using this phone with full fledge from 4th March 2016.as a daily habit of mine I have switched off the phone at the night regularly and restart it morning.
                      On 14th Mar 2016 when I have started the phone it is not getting started, due to same I have submitted the phone to below showroom, where they told me that they will let me know once they got feedback from service centre.
                      After that I got the call from below mention showroom that phone screen is damaged at internal site and same has to replace with cost of 9000/-(nine thousand rupees).
                      I am still not understand the phone didn’t fall from my side or don’t have any physical damage on external site still they are demanding mention amount for repairing for same.
                      There may be manufacturing defect or internal hardware defect while phone was handover to me and it come in picture when I was using it with full fledge.
                      Till date mention showroom having my phone and they even don’t called me once I denied paying mention amount to them.
                      Please look into this as I am frustrated due to same.

                        I have purchase a Samsung gear watch last year after 2 or 3 months Its have lots of problem . I was submit in Samsung service center compliant no [protected] they submit my gear and give me after 1 month now again I was submit my gear on last month on 8th of Feb but till date no update . Every week I revived a call from Samsung service center manager mr RAju and they always says for a time 2 days 3 days and 1 week but today date is 20 and my device still in service center . You guys harassment of customer . I also received a call from CEO desk but they also Irritate me every time. I want to know whats going On with my device ? Why making you guys these type of devices if you people don't handle the device ? I don't want to repair it I want my money back .

                          Samsung Co,

                          I am very very very frustrated from your Product - 40_quot LED Full HD which I bought in Oct''2014 as I am facing a Color fadeness Problem in t his TV. This is super fantastic seriously, that after the Completion of Warranty Period this problem has occured immediately and when I called Samsung Executive, he came on the same day & straight away told me that the Panel needs to be changed and it will cost me 23000 INR.

                          And the most Wonderful part is that he didnt even opened my TV and checked nothing, and he adviced for Pavel change. It means the same problem is happening with other LEDs TV as well.

                          I need to know more about your invention i.e. LED Full HD. What is the prospective life for these TVs. Just 1 and half Year. Thats it.
                          I bought this for Rs 55, 000 and after 1 & half, I am being asked to pay another Rs 23000. Wow what a great idea to earn by Samsung company by inventing a faulty Product as it will obviously happen again even if I spend another Rs 23000 since this problem happens due to Carbon submission as per your Engineer so carbon will get accumulated again and this will repeat and then again the same story.

                          I need to understand if carbon submission can cost me such a huge amount every 6 months then why didnt Samsung do anything for such a small issue.

                          Well the moral from this incidence is that I am not going to spend a single rupee for this stupid product (totally bull).

                          I will sell this faulty product for whatever amount this scrap will yield me and I take the oath that I''ll never ever buy any Samsung Product again. I had bought so many Products of Samsung before thats why trusted this Company for my LED purchase but this has disappointed a lot. My 55000 has got wasted but I''ll bear this thinking that such losses happen once in a life.

                          I would now rather prefer to buy a much Smaller brand than you _quotMICROMAX_quot who are giving 3 years Warranty for their LEDs and that too at very low Price.

                          Shame on you Samsung for this Faulty Product.

                                Hi,

                                This is related to my samsung refrigerator in which the compressor was not pumping in the gas, so after i called up the samsung service center people the so called company engineer came and enacted for an hour as though he is trying to modify things and ultimately said that the compressor is fine but the other parts are not. since the other parts were not in warranty period and then after all this in the end he said that tehre is internal damage in refrigrator and you can dump it now.

                                Is this how samsung values and serves the consumer. i was utterly dissapointed with the complete feedback.

                                    no stock availability
                                    no proper way in business

                                      I had complained in the morning on this platform thinking for a solution, but alas...no solution has been received from Samsung. I have to say their services are worst. An engineer again visited my place saying that yes compressor can't go off so easily but in written complaint he wrote that compressor can go off any time since it is an electronic item. The person who came today was also from the same service center who had given me the feedback yesterday. Please help as I m not convinced.
