I have bought a Samsung double door Refrigerator in 2013 August. The exterior of the product was good except most of the parts inside are made of glass. In January this year, my kid broke one of the easy slide shelf. No surprise, it was waiting to happen with the glass quality they have provided anyway. Since then, I have made so many visits to near by showrooms, calls to dealers, service centers and to Samsung support number to get a shelf. Its simply not available. They all are saying it will be available here and there, but no one provides the replacement accessory. Now my fridge is effectively a two shelf one which reduces the space inside to great extend.

The only possible solutions seems to be buying a new Refrigerator altogether. I think that is what Samsung wants it seems.

Pathetic, fist you guys are selling defective products and now updating the wrong feedback. shame on you.       I purchased one air condition 25/03/2016. But not yet installation people came. I approached local service people on[protected] call centre, at least they are not lifting the phone, and so approached[protected] on 28th and 29th of this month. With their words i did not find result. I think careless people are working in that organisation. For installation they are not responding. If service problems come they can not do.

          I bought a samsung phone "grand prime 4g" imei no rendering [protected] on 20.8.2015 from guwahati . aftr 15 days of my purchase i started facing issues like while tryin to cal d phn automatically restarts n it became slow.i enquired to samsung but they said after i update my phone will b ok.i did so but aftr few month or so again the phone became slow internal storage also shows full, ven though its empty and it re starts while makin any call. i consulted samsung again they said that motherboard has to b replaced. thus i gave my phone to the customer care, guwahati, aidc centre on 10.3.2016 for replacement. d very day they replaced my motherboard and gave it to me by eveng. but after i re checked my phone arriving home i found my camera cant b opened.again immedately i took to the service centre to bring it to notice but they said the motherboard which they replaced was itself faulty so i nid to wait a day or two for a new set of motherboard.but unfortunately they are not payin ne heed to my prblm till date inspite of reminding again and again through phone calls .they always give me lame excuses that the part is not available. now i wonder samsung as a reputed company is degrading and the services they are providing is v poor. i m personally v harrased n i m fed up of their lame and casual behaviour towards me. even though my phone is within warranty period y m i not geeting the service on time

                M using note 3 m facing heating problem in my note. I had even given it for service and board & front glass was also changed (As told by service person) but i think noting was changed as m still facing the same problem.
                Even the service person told me that note 3 will have heating issue. I wana know why the phone will heat and if it heats its a manufacturing defect.
                I am not even able to play games, cannot use gps or google maps cant even talk on phone for more than 3-4 min it heats so much that i cant even keep it near my ears and it gives burning smell from the inside. Even after telling all the same problem and after so called repair problem still continue.
                Its my sincere request to please get it repair or change my handset or i have to go through legal procedure as this was not even told at the time of selling.
                Why you guys think that customer is & you did not understand customer service is important.

                  1. My tv led samsung model:-40h 5100 joy plus is having problem of not switching on after power on.

                  2. On 7 mar 16, service engineer of vadodara, gujarat visited to my resident, he found one of component of my tv circuit is malfunctioning and need replacement of a component. Accordingly he has demanded for new circuit from delhi ho.

                  3. Engineer received the circuit from samsung delhi ho after a waiting period of almost 10 days. Now the new circuit received from samsung delhi ho found unserviceable.
                  4. Again new defected circuit send back to ho samsung tv delhi. Samsung ho taken another 05 days to send with a new circuit to vadodara gujarat on 18 mar 16.By this time my warranty was over for only 02 days.. In this process of servicing my tv,
                  5.I have gone through your customer care as well as servicing centre several times but no body bother to intimate me that my warranty is over or going to over and a new process of further renewal is needed / available.​ service engg mr joginder just say last day to check whether i am eligible or not for warranty.
                  6.Still my tv position is as it is and new complaint no raised to charge again by stating out of warranty.

                  Reply to customer is very quick.But big thing to talk .How a faulty store item send from delhi to vadodar for servicing aTV, when it is passing through so many so called quality check by brand name samsung and consuming my warranty and keeping me dark.Now my position is what?.                     I deepali mahajan facing issue with my samsung tv(Ua32h5100armxl) from last 2 weeks.
                    I bought this tv model on 28 jan 2015. After 4 months, i noticed few black spots on led panel and informed the same to customer care. Engineer replaced led panel to new one in august-2015. Tv worked perfect.

                    Now once again after 7 months, my tv screen goes dark, i raised an issue to customer care on 22 march 2016 and asked for engineer visit. Engineer informed us to replace smps as a solution. But that didn't helped.
                    Now he is telling us that led panel display has failed and needs to change. It will cost us 16500/-.

                    In a year, 2 times my led panel failed. I refused to pay for new panel, because it was changed july 2015 when tv was in insurance.
                    I raised a request on samsung ceo helpdesk for help. Helpdesk people are asking me to buy a new led panel which cost rs 16500/- and we will give you 1 year insurance free of cost as a solution.

                    This is unacceptable. This means samsung supplied faulty led panel first time, which failed in 7 months. (Actual life of led panel is 6-7 years).

                    Please help us to resolve this issue asap.

                        Already complaint ticket locked for Samsung mobile A7 replacement same has been closed without completion of the task.
                        Communicated through email that after 2 time of servicing of the cell problem didn't get resolve.hence replacement needed for the same as the cell already in warranty period.

                          Even after so many months after the release of marshmallow release by google it is not yet available for note 5. This is shame on samsung . Even the entry level models are now released with marshmallow. I checked with samsung on 26th and the told me to go to their service centre .. when I went there the service person took my mobile and asked me to wait for 45 minutes.

                          He completely reset my mobile to factory reset, and came back and told that marshmallow update has not been released by Samsung. . This is completely disappointing.

She said that u can collect ur parsal from local post office just pay rs 3500. I called samsung call centre and they said that we dont hav this type of offer. I know this is fraud call.                               My name is mahesh Kumar and my mobile number is [protected], I bought samsung grand max 7202 before 6 month, few days back some problem in my mobile charger so i went to service center, they asked me the mobile even that was working very well but they asked so i hand over to them, they changed the motherboard and 2-3 days later the mobile starts restarting again and again, so i went again and now they are saying that the motherboard is not working and will not be counted in warranty, I have 6 month warranty with me on bill. The kept out the original motherboard and insert the local that is why the phone is not working and now they dont want to lisent anything, pls solve my problem.

                              I was using micromax earlier and the service was very very good but samsung is not providing good service and also doing 420 with customers. Very bad experience for me.

                                  Dear reputed brand of the world,

                                  I am quite disappointed with product and services given by the samsung. Issue was from very beginning when croma gave the tv that was placed in display section. Within six months of purchasing, shadows started coming on the screen and it gradually increases. When i spoke to the croma guys, they told me this is normal issue with led tv. After 9 months of purchasing, video started disappearing for few second, again i spoke to croma guys, they told me this may be due to dth issue. I also spoke to the dth customer care center, they told me there is no issue with dth services. Video started disappearing again after 13-14 month of purchasing and ultimately it completely disappeared during march 2016. I called the customer care center, guy came and directly told me that your tv is out of warranty so it would cost rs 16000 and panel have to be changed and he also disappeared from scene never called me back.

                                  I have few query, need to answered from your side quite clearly:
                                  1. Samsung is such reputed brand of the world, why product and service quality is so pathetic
                                  2. Since tv started troubling within 6 months of purchasing, why it is not called a manufacturing issue and why not covered guarantee
                                  3. Please resolve this urgent basis and my led tv should be covered under warranty and should be repaired by samsung without charging anything.

                                  Reputation of samsung at stake because any one purchase a product with highest price in the market with having lowest quality of product and services.

                                  Depending upon your clear response, i will decide further course action. If required, i will go to the last available remedy in india for a customer.

                                  Despite various reminder, no one has responded over email. So that i take further course of action.

                                        We bought samsung tv model no. Samsung ua32f5100armxl in june 2013 from vijay sales, prabhadevi, mumbai. We didn't take extended warranty since we were under impression that they have good products. That was a major mistake on our part. In 2016 feb, tv was not starting with remote as well as main switch. We registered a complaint and they said that motherboard will have to be replaced. That costed us rs. 5130 and then after one month i. E. On 25th march display was gone. Again we registered complaint([protected]) regarding this. This time we faced real difficulty with customer care. After lot of phone calls they sent some engineer(One of the engineer didn't receive the call and when he picked the call he didn't answer) engineer said display is gone. This will cost approx. Rs. 15430 which is insane. Any sensible person will put in more amount and buy new tv. This experience has lost our faith in samsung. Very bad product quality and bad customer care. When i was going through the reviews about this product lot of defective pieces of the same model are already there. Samsung should either refund us back or repair the product.

                                        Got a call from Samsung customer care yesterday. They said they will talk to the management team about the issue. Now Samsung is sending engineer again from HCL Services Limited(Vile Parle, Mumbai). for the same issue. Why are they sending engineers again and again when we already know the problem? What is he going to do when we know the issue? I can't pay them visiting charges again and again. I have already paid them visiting charges for the same. When I asked him why are u sending the engineer again he asked whether I am ready to pay for repair, I said no. Then he said quiet rudely that he will cancel my complaint. I have already asked for refund or repair from Samsung.
                                        So Samsung called me on 29th March to give solution for this issue. I said I have already demanded refund or repair from Samsung. I am not going to pay any money. After calling me for 2 days they have said they are not going to refund me. But they will repair if I pay them. That solution I already knew. Why are they wasting my time by telling me same thing again? Then they called me yesterday that Samsung will send an engineer to find out the cause of display malfunctioning. Then what did the engineer do on last visit? Still haven't got call from Samsung about the engineer's visit. And I am sure they will come with new ideas to cover their fault.
                                        Engineer from Samsung came and said the same thing that display is gone. He clearly said they can't find out the cause of this. He asked whether I am ready to pay for the repair. I said no and he left. On 2nd April, I got call from Samsung team asking the same thing whether I am ready to pay for the repair. I clearly told them if you know my answer then what's the point in calling me for the same thing again and again? If I was ready to pay I would have given money for the repair on the first day itself. Please stop calling me and wasting my time. After this I hope they will stop calling me. Samsung has failed to solve this issue really badly and from now on I will never buy any Samsung product. Also I will not recommend Samsung to anybody.
