My name is mahesh and i had bought a brand new samsung double door refrigerator 2 weeks ago however there is some problem with the door. I want this to be checked soon however in spite of calling numerous times there has been no response from any samsung representative till date. This is really frustrating and extremely bad experience i have ever come across. I will have to think 10 time before buying any samsung product henceforth.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I get 16GB chip it is not work. Showing video and mp3 but not play
I have ordered a Samsung 32 Gb memory card.. But o got a used and damaged SD card.. I want refund of my money as soon as possible...I have requested a return Bt I have no response from the website... No calls and no emails... The numbers mentioned on the website are fake nd switched off... I think this website should be fraud
I booked Samsung j5 but the order never delivered to me that’s why i tell U pls returned the money or else we take serious matter

    I purchased a fully automatic Samsung Washing Machine on 18th January 2016 and since the very next day after checking the cleaning abilities of that machine thoroughly, I complained straightaway to the Samsung Customer Care(hereinafter: SCC), that the machine is not cleaning the way it is supposed to i.e, it is leaving stains and the surf as it is on the clothes. They sent their service engineer at our home right away to whom I told all the string of problems regarding the machine. He acknowledged that and told us that You try washing in a different way than you are currently doing and it will solve the problem. I tried the way he told me to, which was no different from the way I was doing it and the result was the same. It was still leaving stains and surf as it is on the clothes. I filed a complaint again and since then I have been filing complaints regularly. They send their mechanic every time who says "'nothing can happen now''. Although they once sent an engineer too who replaced some part of the machine as well which resulted in nothing but it shows the fact that Samsung knows and acknowledges that their product is faulty, otherwise why would they replace a perfectly fine working product. I just want to demonstrate the breach of trust by Samsung India. They said that their product is good and works well but as it turns out, it doesn't. I want to submit this complaint against Samsung India and want either a replacement of their current product or my money back.

      I have purchase samsung mobile from mumbai irla.
      Since i have purchased samsung grand neo around 10, 000 plus.
      I have been getting network issue continuously and since few months back it is getting restart by itself.
      I must given mobile for complaint more than 10 times.
      It is so upsetting that service centre is been trained to format mobile and reinstall software.
      I am business man. I am 10 days out station and 15 days in mumbai in working days.
      If i have to give mobile for repairs i loose 7 days till i come back and like a fool i have to take back up and restore data and phone numbers in which so many data and phone nos has been lost. Who is responsible for that ?
      Still situation is the same.
      I feel there is some problem with instrument.
      You are requested to arrange to change instrument on high priority.
      It is getting difficult to work without mobile.
      Also i have note -3 neo which is defective as talk time is 1/4 of grand as talk time. Battery getting drained down inspite of changing battery by service centre.

        Very Poor Service and No Concern by your Service Team. Complain No [protected] of 10th April 2016
        The Concerned Departments,
        I on 10th April noticed the fridge portion of the Four Door Fridge was at 10 Degree temperature and my complaint was that the cooling is not proper, however all the other three doors including the Freezer was working Absolutely fine.

        On 11th the Service Engineer Mr Hifzau was deputed and on check he concluded that the Fridge needs Defrosting and he sprayed water on to the condensers, Fan and Compressor while the fridge was on and requested us to completely clean the Fridge from inside by using Backing Soda, Vinegar and Lime to be used in Boiling Water and cleaned from inside and kept open for three hours and after cleaning to be closed without load for Three Hours and then place the respective products.

        On 12th April, I personally tried to get connected with the Service Engineer who was not bothered to attend to my calls, tried calling the Service Centre Supervisor Mr Junnad who assured of the Engineer by evening. To get to the Service Supervisor I called up the Service Centre Okhla at least 7 times to speak, I also informed him of the casual attitude of the Service Engineer and to depute a more senior Engineer, he confirmed that he is most Experienced.

        I had informed him of his skills not professional seeing his casual attitude of removing my stabiliser from the Fridge and using the fridge on direct power supply.

        The Engineer visited in the late afternoon and confirmed that the Fan which cools the Compressor has melted and stopped working. He pulled out the fan and in his presence I spoke to the Supervisor at the Service Centre at Okhla and he confirmed that the part would take three days to two days for coming from Chennai Head Office.

        The Service Engineer confirmed that the Fridge would be working fine without Fan and insisted us to switch it on and informed us that we should have patience of waiting for 3/4 hours. I tried calling him in the evening and informed him that there seems to be no improvement and there is a risk of the compressor failure or other complications to happen. He insisted of running the Fridge and I also informed this to the Supervisor on the 13 th April after several attempts. He never picked my mobile calls attempted 17 times on 13th April.

        On 13th no visit made and on 13 th April after informing both these people switched off the Fridge, which was on direct power instead of the Stabiliser which was used by us for safety.

        On 14th April after making 20 calls to both no response was there finally the board operator put me on to the Supervisor who confirmed the availability of part and his visit on the afternoon. The Fan was available and on fitment it was found not proper and hence the Service Engineer informed the Service Centre of the problem and again the Service Engineer switched on the Fridge with the assurance of being normal soon and not to switch off.

        Till late night there was no improvement and the Fridge not responding, on trying to call both these individuals did not respond, the witness is also the Board operator who by now was familiar with me. She also confirmed that he is not responding to calls and to call his mobile.

        In these 4 days I made calls to call centre with reminders to escalate the issue to the Seniors the nos are [protected], [protected] and the other two being late nigh call could not note, however it should be recorded in the call centre. The recording of my conversations are all available with you to certify the status.

        On 15th April I had no option but to speak to the Manager at the Call centre and she is fully aware of the situation including casually being attended by the Service Centre. She assured me to further Escalate to the senior Service Team at Samsung. I was forced to speak to the Assistant Manager Mr ANIL who assured me of follow up. The complaint number [protected] of today is to the escalated Samsung Service at Head Office.

        They are fully apprised on this case.

        I had also confirmed to the Call Centre that the Concerned team is absolutely casual and has no concern of responsibility and their attitude of not responding. This would be confirmed by the call centre Manager as well.

        I got calls from the Head office team Mr Vikas at noon, who said that he is being deputed for monitoring this case and he gave me his mail id refused his telephone number being shared.

        Today at 12.30 Mr Zakir Service Engineer was deputed and I shared with him the casual attitude of the Team including the direct power supply given without stabiliser which he saw and after fixing the Fan for which I was asked to pay Rs 328 which was paid he assured that within 4 to 6 hours it would be OK. I had also informed him of the Fridge not responding and my concern of water being splashed on the compressor, Fan and Condensers without any preventive care during his visit.

        He was informed at 6 pm of the Fridge not responding in spite of his assurances of the fridge being OK in 6 hours, he advised me to switch it off as the compressor was working perfectly. He at 6 pm has now suggested that there would be some one visiting on 16th Morning. However I have no information from either the Head Office or the Call centre as to what the status is.

        In spite of all assurance and confirmation by the respective members visiting no feed back yet from any individual, this clearly shows the careless and casual attitude of the Samsung Organisation.

        I have to put this on record that I have no other alternative but to file a case in the Consumer Court for damages and Mental harassment including the damages of a Fridge which was fully operational now not working due to the negligence and careless handling of the Service Engineers and Service Centre Team including the Supervisors and the Managers of Samsung Service Team including the Managing Director who is finally accountable for every single act of his employees.

        This mail is sent to Vikas as he is coordinating on behalf of Samsung and their Management including MD, who shared his mail id.

        Forward this to MD office, Service Head and Marketing Head as I would be filing a case against them in the consumer Court.

        Kindly treat this as notice being Served on them.

          Hi,

          I bought ac from samsung on 14/04/2013. After the installation, i found the leakage of water, i have complained about it and got the answer that it is normal in monsoon time but the leakage didn't stop. I got 3 free services in first year and every time the servicing guy come, i asked him to fix the issues then he told me its installation issue, we cant help it. After one year, when i started my ac in 2014 than i got to know that some part is defected and that is not under warranty also and i paid 7000 for that and service centre guy made fool o[censored]s for 2 days and wasted our time also. He told us the guy who came earlier did something wrong. Now, this year before starting my ac, i called the service centre for the servicing and now he is telling us this time compressor is gone and though the compressor is under warranty but when they change it gas will be out and we have to pay again for the gas and that is 2200 plus 500. Even without doing the servicing, he even asked for the money. Now my point is whenever in summers i will start my ac i have to pay money each and every time. Samsung delivered the 3rd class and defected product, so that every time you can ask for money. I thought, samsung is a good company but this type of product and service you guys are providing. Very much disappointed with samsung product and services. Will never buy and suggest anybody to buy anything from samsung. From last week i am following up with them, asking for better solution and what i am getting back mental harassment and wastage of time. Even i have been told this time you guys will be sending some senior engineer, so that i will not face such type of issues again and again.
          I want samsung to change this product or get it fixed without any charges.

            Unfortunately I Purchased a samsung washing on 9 April 2016 (fully automatic, worth 16300). After washing the clothes I found that quality is worst in comparison to semi automatic. The shining of the clothes is away. I approach the dealer on 11 April 2016 M/S Ajay sales corporation Palwal for its bad washing quality and requested for exchanging the machine but he flatly shown his unwillingness to do so. I made a complaint on customer care on 12 April 2016 (Ref no :[protected]) Since then engineers are being appointed by the company, visiting my home, washing clothes on machine and justifying the quality but the quality is too much poor.Lastly on 16 April 2016 one my Dogra Sr. engineer visited and he was the opinion that the quality of washing of this machine is not comparable to the washing of semi automatic as it thrashes the clothes highly and give better washing but i cann't fail the quality of washing of this product. Since I have spent more money for better washing quality, this machine may be returned back and my money may be refunded to me. The agency may be penalised for harassment.

            Still complain is in same stage. Samsung company is not co-operating is a positive manner. They are again repeating the same thing that product is okay according to them and they cannot replace or refund for this product.

            As we already showed the washing quality and their team and engineers also agree that the washing quality of fully automatic is not as good as semi automatic then how the product stand out best in terms of quality.
            If this is the situation then why they are charging more money for fully automatic as compared to semi automatic ?
            samsung company is befooling the customers on the name of quality. It has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
            Samsung India company is not serious about the customers, he wants to sell his products whether customer is happy or not with his products.

              I have complained in April and you are se nding acknowledgement in July. This is the Samsung customer support. I have not received any solution from Samsung support due to this I have filed consumer complaint in consumer court.

This product was sent to me on 7th april 2016 via del net express with tracking no. Jpc11026948 not working. It''s backup is nil and is not solving my purpose of buying it.                       Hi,
                      I bought new double door fridge which was installed on 12-april afternoon and on wednesday morning i found its freezer door is not closing and the refridgerator stopped cooling.
                      Even after contacting the customer care twice and informing them about the issue till now haven't received any communication to fix this .

                      Is thsi the quality expected from samsung now ?? Please replace this faulty peice with a new one or give me the full refund immediately.

                      Will file a consumer case if this is not resolved by tomorow.

                        We got an airconditioner two days back from a nearby dealer named Meenakshi fan house in Madurai. It has not been installed yet. We have been contacting the technician for installation and he said he will come and fix it but has nt turned up yet. We feel extremely disappointed in your company s services. We bought your product with a lot of trust and now it is gone. I am sure any other of your competitor would have provided better service

                          I called seven days back for not cooling of my ac.engineer visited and told compressor need to be replaced, as it is under warranty, they told it will take 3 to 4 days. After that I did not receive any update from Samsung people.every time I called customer care and they said sorry, we are escalating.day before yesterday I called service Centre, they said by 14th it will be replaced.
                          Now 4:22 again no update from them.
                          My main complain is, it is not the responsibility of them to update the status to customer.everyday almost I called.why not them?
                          I have shown ac outdoor unit to other person.last year I changed condensor.as per him compressor is not working because of not proper fitting of condenser.as it is in proper kolkata, there is no reason for not working of compressor within 5 years.
                          My question is, it is my fault for not proper installation of condenser?
                          Is this a service of Samsung ?

                              I purchased one samsung split AC last year which is in warranty period. I requested for a servicing which was supposed to be provided by the co. on its own as there are three free services in which i got none. The service request was provided to me but no one came to attend or inform me about non attending the request. I called the service no. again and again my request was lodged but no one came to attend or inform me about not attending. Today I called for third time and they asked me to call again for the fourth time to book a servicing request for two days later. The service is disgusting and I'll never ever prefer a any article of samsung as there are other good competive products of other companies available in the market. This is not the first time with samsung for this poor third class service. Will never use samsung nor will suggest anyone to buy any samsung product. Samsung has degraded its service by tons.

                                Samsung triangular inverter ac outdoor unit wiring is not properly fixed, so there was a short circuit and the outdoor unit is not working. I have raised totally 5 complaints from the month of February. the service engineer with out visiting the place over phone he is estimating a quotation of 10000INR for repairing the unit . my ac is 1+ years old. with in two years as a customer how could i pay a huge amount. all my lodged complaints are automatically cancelled and bringing me huge frustration. my complaint numbers are, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. third party service centre alfa refrigiration is laughing at me everytime. i am also sending you the bill copy, and the photos to you do the needful. the service engineer is pushing us to change the fan motor.

                                I am facing the same problem bought ac almost at the same time as you did. and have been facing the same problem since 2015

                                bought 2 split ac from samsung AR18HV5NFWKNNA . I have been repenting on my decision to remain Loyal to samsung for all my house appliance ranging from Mobile to LED Washing machine refrigerator. I Request you to please take back the Split AC fitted in our house and donate the money to any charity or NGO of your choice in India and send us the Receipt
                                Ever since there have Compressor Failure, circuit failure, water leakages, gods knows what else will be in future.
                                Your Fliter does not fit tight in the given spots every 15 days we have to clean the filter else the performance reduces, now 1 Ac is not working the compressor just starts randomly sudenlt in middle of night ac stops working next day it would well. the other ac there is problem of water leakage third time this is the problem i am facing.
                                I guess the best solution to all this is just take back your product. Show less
                                I bought Samsung triangular inverter ac in March 2014, from dayone i was facing problems such as cooling problem, splitting problem, GAS filling problem, Almost every year am getting problem. Also, changed compressor onetime last year and we hardly used last summer. This year again Circuit problem identified the light was blinking continuously today (09th Aprile 19) and service person told it has to replace and given quotation 9000 around without including some charges. I am totally unhappy this product and kindly discontinue and return our money. I have spent 58, 000 rs to buy this product on belief on brand and also showroom person convinced me saying that this is super product. I am requesting take back this product and provide new one in another series without loosing your bran name. I believe this forum will respond positively.

                                  Samsung a c was purchased on 24.02.2013 from m/s parakh enterprises, nasik. Complain was raised for 'a c not cooling the room'.Subsequently service engineer attended on10.04 2016 and observed that there was hardly any gas in the compressor. Approval for gas filling was given by me. On 12.04.2019 service engineer came to fill up the gas. He observed that the valve key nuts were not there. The compressor was attended this time that too for the first time .It means that while installing the a c, your engineer did not fit the nuts which resulted into the gas leakage and for your engineer's mistake the gas leaked just within three years or may be less than three years as the a c was not used after june, 2015.This compelled me to pay service charge rs 550, gas charges rs. 2500 and nut charges rs 250(Total rs 3300).Since it was the mistake of your engineer, i want that entire amount rs 3300 must be refunded to me immediately.
                                  I have enclosed the purchase bill of a c and the gas & nuts charges for your reference. I am yet to receive the of service charge receipt. Please do the needful immediately.

                                    Raised a complaint last thursday(07/04/2016) at samsung customer care regarding my fridge that has stopped functioning due to current fluctuations. The engineer visited my place in the evening and told me that the mother board has been burnt due to current fluctuations. At the time of buying the product, i have specifically asked them if i should attach a stabiliser to which they told me that the refrigerator comes with an inbuilt stabiliser, while now they agree with me that the damage would not have been done if an external stabiliser would have been attached. Inspite of that i have agreed for replacement at an extra cost. They have told me that the required part is not available in hyderabad and would take four days, upon multiple requests they sent the product on saturday i.E. 09/04/2016 which the engineer came onsite and discovered that the part received was the wrong one. He said that the area supervisor will call me and brief me, whose call i haven't received as of today. I had made multiple calls(Close to 6) to the customer care in chennai, who also told me that the area manager will call me. No calls received yet. How many days does a part take to reach hyderabad from any part of india? What explanation does samsung give? Feel terribly cheated by a mnc like samsung.
