Order Number, [protected]. Yesterday evening I have received the Samsung power Bank . It has actual capacity is 16000MAH. . When i was received the product Immediately opened. I was surprised, No user manual, no guarantee card. Simply they sent. And charged at 4 hrs. . It was indicate power bank is full, after removed then charged to mobile .
