Dear sir,
I have purchased samsung 1 ton split ac on 26th feb and was installed on 27th feb. Within a week the ac stopped working. When i contacted the customer care, they said i need to pay for malfunctioning parts. After a lot of tussle, finally their technician has visited my home and said the problem was due to leakage of gas coolant. They filled the coolant and said you start using now. They were not able to even guarantee that the problem doesn't reoccur and not able to identify the source of leakage (Inner unit or outer unit). I got a mail from samsung that they are going to refund my amount but again samsung ceo desk (Nikil, nitin) contacted me saying that they will not refund the amount and i have no other option than to use the substandard ac. They say i got a mail from some fake id.

They have completely cheated me by shipping me a faulty piece. I have a 2 year old kid and the scientific community understands the dangers of inhaling the coolant gas. Unfortunately the mnc doesn't understand their responsibility towards society.

They are not ready to help me in any way. The customer care are so arrogant and unresponsive. I have spent 35k of my hard earned money to buy their product. They cannot dump substandard products into indian market and later abuse the customers.

    I bought a Samsung tv from a showroom. 10 months after the warranty period, the TV picture began to dim and it was impossible to view the screen.

    Samsung TV Engineer visited my home and prescribed replacement of ENTIRE PANEL for Rs.16, 000 which is half the price of tv.

    I searched the net for samsung tv reviews. It was anything but good. Almost all the cases were for panel replacement for every kind of repair with 3 months warranty for such replaced panel. In some cases, the owners were told to go for a new tv for non-availability of spares.

    I decided to be patiet. I first enquired private good tv mechanics in town. It took some considerable time - a fortnight. I entrusted the repair works to him. He diagnosed the tv to be one chip in power unit being busted.

    Within a day of diagnosis, he repaired the tv and my tv is back home running at a cost of Rs.1, 200/-.

    I don't know why SAMSUNG service engineers invariably go for replacement of panel at half the price of tv. Are they dumb or cheats or is it the policy of SAMSUNG to fleece customers?

    If SAMSUNG service doesnt help you, enquire for a good private tv mechanic and entrust the job to him. After all the goods were purchased with hard earned money. May be in foreign countries, the cost of the tv would be fraction of their salary. But for us it is sometimes twice the take home pay. It pays to be patience because by the time the tv was back in my home running, nearly one and a half months had elapsed.

      I purchased a samsung grand prime mobile, which was running properly, but at month no 10 the problem occur and they repair that.After 1 month it again problem and motherboard changed after 6 days.After repair 10 days it problem again. So i asked for replace/refund they took all the documents for refund.After warranty they refuse to do.Mobile was in svc from 18 days warranty period.I purchached on 18th feb 2015 .I gave third time in service center on 30th jan 2016.In last two months i have contact and mail the company repeadly but they agree for refund and behave us good but after 18th feb they play with me.On 29th feb 2016 they confirm me that not to replace/refund the set.They said that it will be repair.I recieve mobile on 18th march 2016 from service center.Model and serial no

        I have a double door fridge from Samsung. on 14/3/2016, I lodged a complaint with Samsung that my fridge is getting very cold and everything in the fridge is also getting freezed. The engineer came, switched off the fridge for 24 hours and told us that there is no problem in the fridge, only the cooling was the issue and he has rectified the problem. He told us to start using the fridge from 17/3/2016. We did the same. Again, on 18/3/2016 we discovered that now no cooling was happening either in the fridge or the freezer. We again lodged the complaint and the same engineer visited us. Yesterday i.e. on 18/3/2016, he told us that compressor is not working and it has to be replaced. We were in shock!!! When we asked him that 2 days back there was no problem and now suddenly there is compressor problem, very casually he said, it can go wrong anytime. I m in a fix and completely feel that to increase their sales, this has been done!!! Please help.

          its creating the issue from the first month, facing hanging issue continuously, but now set has been dead.
          now i am fed up with this phone and dont want to use the same, so pl refund my money, i am going to surrender this phone at service center

          Complaint is not resolved, today have visited at service center and surrender my mobile phone to service center and wants to refund back as its not working, as per the your executive motherboard is defective, within 6 month mother board has been defective means they had provided me a defective set, it was creating the issue from day 1, now i don't wants to use this defective product. i wants to my money back or replace with other model.

            Respected sir/madam,

            I purchased a Samsung curved UHD tv from Croma store in Pacific mall, Anand Vihar in the end of July 2015 worth 1.8 lakhs. Within 3 months the tv screen had issue as it started to flicker. Contacted the Samsung customer care and they sent an Engineer to check and found there was some hardware issue. They said that it was company policy to fix it and if the issue still persists they will replace. They changed a part and the tv worked fine for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the same issue came up. Contacted again and they sent another engineer to check. This time again they did the same thing. This time changed two parts and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. After the second repair the to worked fine for 3 weeks.

            After 3 weeks the same issue exsists. I logged a complaint in the month of January 2016 to give me a one time solution. They put up a request for replacement/refund. Got a call in the month of February that it the toe pavement request been approved and will take 15 days for the replacement. It's been over a month a they haven't. Every time I call the customer care they say that someone will call later that day but no one has. I have called the customer care everyday in the past 2 weeks and no one has got back to me regarding the replacement. They are avoiding my calls and the request for replacement. Please take the appropriate step for the redressal of my complaint with Samsung!

                I am hoping that the intended recipient should spent some time and work for the issue that i and many others facing.

                This is a kind of observation that i would like to share with you as i use samsung product from some years.

                I bought a samsung color led tv ua40h5000 on 13-nov-2014 with a big expectation in terms of product quality, brand and service. During that time i felt samsung is really good in these areas and one can really rely on this without much thinking.

                I started using the product and i really loving it. Approx 4-5 months after i saw some black spots coming up in display area. I was bit worried thinking that it''''s a brand new one and how come this happened but accepted that electronics good can have such thing. I called customer care and the issue was resolved by replacing display panel of the tv.

                I was not sure that time why this has happened but was happy that it was resolved. Now after 7-8 months same thing happened with bigger no of dark spots coming up.

                Now it forced me to think about the quality of the product. Because this issue happened with the new parts just after 6-7 months uses(Approx 3 hours a day).

                Now situation is like that i do not have warranty anymore and to resolve this issue i have to replace the display panel what was done earlier.

                But question raised here that samsung is making product which is not lasting for at least one year! What kind of quality assurance done for samsung product then? I really doubt whether this happens at all? Or it could be a company strategy to built a product with a bug and charge money back to customer again and again for rectifying the same issue.

                I understand that no one can give guarantee about electronics product but at least they assure about the quality for three years.

                One who spent 50k for a led tv, at least he should get a 3 years hassle free experience.

                This might be your company marketing strategy but i would say due to this company is losing customer faith. And the day will come when people will not purchase product from samsung because of quality issue.

                I do feel that samsung is still one of the market leader today but yes to hold that position it should work on customer satisfaction in terms of product quality, service, etc.

                Hope you should work on these area.

                After this email i got a call from samsung and got assurance that they will work on this issue and arranged a engineer visit to see exact problem. But with my surprise engineer gave me an estimate of 22k to rectify this issue. I am not sure whether samsung understand what i wanted to mean in my earlier email but fact is that it''s not getting into right forum. At least ceo''s office should mean kind of having visibility to higher management instead it goes to regular customer care service. I don''t even got a clear answer why same issue happening again and again. One funny thing engineer said this is happening due to dust getting inside tv. I said there are other tv in my house and they are not allowing dust to come inside.

                This is the communication that I have made with Samsung so called CEO office but no further assurance. Just wanted to say we should ban these companies when minimum quality assurance is not done, Otherwise these people will continue to cheat US.

                  I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on 3rd October 2015 and at that there was an offer of free wireless charger with that but till date I have not received the charger and nor there is any adequate reply from the dealer I purchased the phone from. Samyak Sales at Lalbaug Mumbai I have visited this place 5 to 6 times every time a new excuse for the charger.

                      Purchased a note 5 from top ten shop, mulund, mumbai on 9th feb 2016. Initially the phone worked fine for a couple of days but later it started restarting and mobile network started to deteriorating. I ignored as i thought it would be a service provider issue as i was travelling to native place.But after coming back to mumbai, i faced the same problem so i went to samsung service center to find out the issue.
                      I gave the mobile to raj teleservices authorized dealer for samsung on 03-mar-2016


                      1. Purchased a note 5 from top ten shop, mulund, mumbai on 09-feb-2016.
                      2. Motherboard on 5-march-2016 the network issue persisted
                      3. So gave the phone again to service center on 08-mar-2016.
                      4. Network antenna cable replaced on 14-mar-2016
                      5. 18-mar-2016 got a call from service center to test my sim with other phone whether network issues persists.(Pls stop kidding, i'm not a kid)


                      Its my sincere request to samsung, can you pls replace or refund the money for god's sake coz after shelling out 50k and within a months time i'm unable to use the phone.

                        I replied my details and and next day I got another message of arriving a diplomat named SCOTT RICHARD at IGI Airport new Delhi.
                        After the telephonic conversation with SCOTT RICHARD I was instructed to pay Rs. 17500 as an amount of charge of clearing the customs at the airport.

                          I have purchase samsung mobile model no j7 against invoice no. 11474 dated 10/01/2016 from registered dealer emotions gallery, metro plaza delhi road meerut. After that problem is coming in date cable. Date cable is not working. Then i go to service center in service center i am waiting our number with 2 hrs after two hrs number is coming the technician is tell me you have to surrender your handset 2 to 3 hrs i told him why problem is in date cable . He told me new rule has come from 1january 2016 .Please take your totatly backup of the phone because the date will be lost. I come back from the service station & purchase a new date cable of .Rs 250 from the shopkeeper .

                              Very poor service at service centre.Instead of resolving my problem, created new issue.And asking the customer to pay the amount rs 6500 is reducunless.Technicians behave like road side mechanics.
                              And they are not bothered with customer complaints.Themselves asked to raise a complaint to senior management.
                              Why should I roam around the service centre and customer care by wasting my time.Buying Samsung products is crime which I have done.
                              I need my mobile back in good condition.
                              Since four days you people are testing my patiency.
                              If I am not getting my phone back in next 24 house will suit against samsung.

                                For the 20 days, i have been following the samsung customer care but i am not getting any proper response for when this will be getting resolved. I am totally frustrated with this kind of support. I have already paid more than 50 thousand for this tv but still i am not getting the proper service.

                                I am doing regular follow up with samsung customer service through call, online chat and email but i am always getting same reply as "wait for some time". I have been waiting for more than 22 days still they are not providing the service.

                                Please do the the needful to resolve the issue asap

                                  This is regarding the Samsung mobile I have purchased on 10th March 2015. I have bought it in Poorvika Mobiles, Chennai. Currently I transferred to Patna, Bihar. Now I’m started getting SIM Not detected complaint on 12th March’16. Even I was changed my SIM Card also but that’s also not working. Hence I reached to nearby Authorized Service Center. So on 14th March I approached them but they didn''t agree for replacing the piece ans also they agreed that it’s the issue with in hardware and manufacturing fault.
                                  Now they are returning with replacement of mother board. I spent 38000 Rs to get a quality mobile. After spending that much I didn''t even use it for 11 Months also and I need to now adjust with a repaired phone. It is like Samsung is leaving the customers to their fate. Is it the fate and luck of the customer to get a proper product???

                                  How can I agree for a repaired product after spending so much money? The life of a mobile itself is 3-4 years, in that I need to adjust with repaired product.

                                  It is as good as buying a beggar''s dress with lot many patches and stitches to it. Hope you understand my pain.
                                  Please provide me a new piece and do justification.

                                    My 2 tonne split ac has had a gas leakage after 3 1/2 months of repair for same complaint. Yesterday the service engineer came and dismantled the unit. It's in the second day but no phone calls yet and my ac still has not been collected even after repeated complaints. It's a mistake to buy SAMSUNG. I[censored] check my records...u wud find me to be spending quite a bit on ur products. Ref no [protected]. The engineers from Taj services had said it would be picked up yesterday

                                      Respected sir,
                                      We had purchased a Samsung TV 60" serial no 20983ZEB00045V model number UA60D8000YRMXL . It is not under warranty any more as 3 years have already passed. The TV is demanding a new panel which the service engineer quotes to cost 1.4 Lacs while a new TV is not more than 1.8 lacs . we have had regular issues of complains too on this TV since its purchase.
                                      My cousin too has the same panel problem on his 52''TV guess there is some manufacturing defect which we request to be covered under goodwill account and not at the cost o[censored]s customers.

                                        I got my smasung s6 6 months back and since the day i got it has been in the only and the most pathetic service center in chennai. They have changed the mother board 5 times and every time they change they assure me the problem is fixed and if it occurs next time you can request for replacement. Now when i ask them for replacement they say its not in their hand and i need to call the customer care. The customer care is even more horrible who keep telling the complain is open we will get back to you. I was told to mail the CEO from the samsung website theyll get back to me immediately. That also didn't work out. It is a shame for an reputed company like samsung to provide such service to their customers.
