My samsung note 5 upgrade to andriod m 4 days ago i installed it but my phone havig too much problem for that andriod m like that s-pen not operating properly and aircommand was fully closed please solve the problem either i complait against u in consumer court when u r not solved my problem is facing this problem since 4 days when u not create the proper supporting software u cannot launch that I requesting u either solve my problem or replace the handset is purchased that set 2 months ago please don't ignore that either I give that issue in public websites do not take samsung galaxy note 5 handsets it's really not working properly and do not purchase samsung phones it is a irresponsible company

    We bought samsung tv model no. Samsung ua32f5100armxl in june 2013 from vijay sales, prabhadevi, mumbai. We didn't take extended warranty since we were under impression that they have good products. That was a major mistake on our part. In 2016 feb, tv was not starting with remote as well as main switch. We registered a complaint and they said that motherboard will have to be replaced. That costed us rs. 5130 and then after one month i. E. On 25th march display was gone. Again we registered complaint([protected]) regarding this. This time we faced real difficulty with customer care. After lot of phone calls they sent some engineer(One of the engineer didn't receive the call and when he picked the call he didn't answer) engineer said display is gone. This will cost approx. Rs. 15430 which is insane. Any sensible person will put in more amount and buy new tv. This experience has lost our faith in samsung. Very bad product quality and bad customer care. When i was going through the reviews about this product lot of defective pieces of the same model are already there. Samsung should either refund us back or repair the product.

    Got a call from Samsung customer care yesterday. They said they will talk to the management team about the issue. Now Samsung is sending engineer again from HCL Services Limited(Vile Parle, Mumbai). for the same issue. Why are they sending engineers again and again when we already know the problem? What is he going to do when we know the issue? I can't pay them visiting charges again and again. I have already paid them visiting charges for the same. When I asked him why are u sending the engineer again he asked whether I am ready to pay for repair, I said no. Then he said quiet rudely that he will cancel my complaint. I have already asked for refund or repair from Samsung.
    So Samsung called me on 29th March to give solution for this issue. I said I have already demanded refund or repair from Samsung. I am not going to pay any money. After calling me for 2 days they have said they are not going to refund me. But they will repair if I pay them. That solution I already knew. Why are they wasting my time by telling me same thing again? Then they called me yesterday that Samsung will send an engineer to find out the cause of display malfunctioning. Then what did the engineer do on last visit? Still haven't got call from Samsung about the engineer's visit. And I am sure they will come with new ideas to cover their fault.
    Engineer from Samsung came and said the same thing that display is gone. He clearly said they can't find out the cause of this. He asked whether I am ready to pay for the repair. I said no and he left. On 2nd April, I got call from Samsung team asking the same thing whether I am ready to pay for the repair. I clearly told them if you know my answer then what's the point in calling me for the same thing again and again? If I was ready to pay I would have given money for the repair on the first day itself. Please stop calling me and wasting my time. After this I hope they will stop calling me. Samsung has failed to solve this issue really badly and from now on I will never buy any Samsung product. Also I will not recommend Samsung to anybody.

      I have purchased samsung smart led tv ua50j5570 on 11th nov 2015 from ganpati plaza vaishali ghaziabad and next day person from samsung was there for installation and demo but he was clear about the demo and gave the demo of tv anyhow, later on i request to customer care to provide complete demo and received call from local service centre that we are sending or engineer tomorrow hence it was weekday i requested the gentle man mr rajat who is the incharge of the engineers that please keep it on weekend saturday or sunday . He was so arrogant and said that we are closing the ticket and will not be able to send on saturday and sunday, please call customer care on saturday, is this this the kind of level of service is there from samsung, secondly i am facing the issue with the tv and dth connection from day with multiple errors arisng,
      The development has been done jointly on tv where in the manufacturer is samsung along with airtel digital tv and i have been struggling to resolve the issues from the time when i came to know that there is some problem with unit and dth as the dth is inbulit in the tv and there is no seperate set up box for the same, i tried to reach airtel and samsung together for resolution of such issue but every time there has been blame game among each other . Samsung communicated to me that the errors which appears do not belong to samsung it need to be fixed by airtel, there is email communication has been made multiple times where in all senior executives of samsung and airtel including mr bd park and mr gopal vittal ( ceo's) is marked in all communication but things are not taken seriously and till date issues are being opened . In last visit ms airtel has communicated that the error belong to ms samsung manufacturer of the hardware in the mail and the same has been forwarded to mr bd park but on 21st march to take care and provide necessary resolution but no response as of now,

      Ms samsung and ms airtel has harrased me mentally and wasted my money and time, time and again,

      Apart from this there are few issues with the tv volume is low . And remote doesn't work
      Request your support and help for refund and compensation for my time, money and mental health pressure,

        Respected all,
        I informed my issues belongs to loose of samsung mobile (Model:- samsung galaxy j5 imei number [protected]) on the consumer complaint online portal service http://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/

        After submitting my complaint online (Consumer complaint forum) with evidence of online fir, there after i received a call from call center (Consumer complaint forum) +91-[protected], i tell him all the matter regarding the lose of mobile, after getting all information from me he did not communicate me properly, how could be my problem resolve. And i also tried several revert call on the same no.+91-[protected] but he never attend or responding.

        Kindly contact me for my mobile lose problem.

          Dear sir,

          my name is bhanu prasadu my mobile number is [protected]. I purchased samsung smart phone bill dated : 12.11.2015 it is under one year waranty. Suddelny my phone was not waroking. ( no physical damage...Or no brakes...) i rang up to service centre . They are told to me it is not cover under waranty please pay 6300/- rupees... My new mobiles present cost in arket 5200/- service centre pay 6300/- we will repair it... My phone is under full warnty...

          Please give me a sugession to i will go for a consumer court agaist service centre.

          I have the same issue. Just on Jan 23, 2016 baught Samsung A8 Galaxy and no event of dropping or any hard hit, all of sudden today the screen has become pink and purple color, initially started on top left corner and spread the whole phone with in 3 hours. The customer center argue it could be a due to physical damage while there is no single scratch, and even to do entry level screening the testing procedure for this model may break the glass and I may have to pay the expenses that comes around 8600 or so, how can I trust their testing procedure, even samsung customer care says the same but they say they can't give written confirmation nor produce proper root cause analysis. What a pathetic story, my bad luck is this is 2nd time i am facing this issue with Samsug, NO MORE SAMSUNG BUYING from me.

            I registered my complaint ref.[protected] on 25th march 2016 . An engineer was detailed, he visited the house and informed that the refrigerator needs to go to the workshop and rough estimate of 2000/- he got signed. He asked us to shut down the refrigerator so that it can be transported, we complied to the requirement yesterday so without refrigerator spent the whole day waiting for collection. yesterday evening we called to ask no one has collected the refrigerator we were told service center is closed call tomorrow, We are totally harassed for not only they did not bother to call even now after 24hrs we have called just to be told that auto is defaulty and we will get it collected on monday .

            All that was required was some one to show concern and coordinate the pickup.Which was handled very well by your main office . They called listened to the complaint then put us on conference call with the local service center, where we could convey our disappointment .That helped and speedy pickup was initiated by the service center.

            I am quite satisfied with the response by the companies head office . The after sale dealings are the major concern of the customer and should be of the company too...unfortunately sometimes the subordinates fail to understand and in return harm their own company. In today's era two good words and a soft tone solves half the problem.

              First complaint filed - mar'2015 resolved - may'2015 issue - gas leakage
              Second complaint filed - july'2015 resolved - aug'2015 issue - gas leakage

              After the above two complaints, the product warranty was extended by 6 months from samsung manager - customer experience, under assurance that the same issue will not rise again and if so, product will be replaced/refunded.

              On 20th march'2016, there was massive internal gas leakage, due to which the house had to vacated. The gas leakage could have proved fatal to the residents.

              The complaint (#[protected]) for the same was raised on 20th march. No urgency was shown to resolve the issue. After repeated followups via customer care, a service engineer visited the house on 23rd march and confirmed internal gas leakage. The resolution offered is refill of gas which is unacceptable to me. There is clearly a manufacturing defect in the product which is leading to repeated gas leakages within 4-5 months o[censored]sage.

              Hence, repair or refill of gas is unacceptable moving forward. Request you to refund or replace the faulty product at the earliest. This complaint has been pending for a week and quick resolution is expected within 48 hours. Failure to do so will push us to seek redressal through legal means.

                I am drafting this mail with lot of disappointment towards my first Samsung brand mobile (Galaxy A7 2016 version) which i brought on 18th February 2016 Evening...
                I was previously using HTC brand and was very much satisfied with it...
                Because of the low battery backup and screen ppi, i decided to move forward to some flagship mobiles that can be affordable to my financial budget and i picked Samsung galaxy A7 2016 version over my other options like Oneplus2, LG Nexus, Huawei 6p etc...
                I was very much impressed with the performance and look of the new device and i boasted very much regarding my choice to pick this as my new mobile...
                Everything was alright till day 2 and then i noticed that while voice calling the recipient of my call was missing about 5 to 15 seconds of my voice in between the call...
                First i thought it was some network issue and it continued the same on every call i make or receive...
                So my first preference was to check the sim card and network issue as my network provider was doing some server update regarding the 4G in my location...
                So i contacted my network provider and registered my complaint regarding the issue... They told me that there is no issue with the network and also advised me to change the my sim card and take a duplicate nano sim for my number as i was using a trim down sim card...
                so on the 5th day i replaced my sim card with a factory nano sized one and i confronted the same issue even after that...
                So i became more curious and tried with my friends another nertwork sim card and found to have the same issue...
                So my troubleshooting narrowed to my new mobile which was very much disappointing...
                So i decided to pay a visit to the near by Samsung care center and i showed my device and explained the issue to them on[protected] morning...
                They first told me that it is some problem with the software and they advised me to update the software through Samsung care center and they did the same from there and returned me the mobile after half an hour...
                After setting up my mobile and tried a few calls it was found that the old issue was still persisting and it was worsened than before...
                Now the voice missing has become more often during the calls..
                so i requested for a full replacement of my device as it was a found to be a factory faulty device and the officials denied my request by saying that i visited the care center after 7 day replacement period...
                So i contacted toll free number on the same day regarding the replacement request and they told me that i visited care center on my 8th day of purchase...
                So the only option in front of me was to surrendered my mobile for a detailed inspection and repair with spare like advised by the officials and logged a complaint on[protected]...
                After 4 - 5 days i received my mobile back from the care center and was informed to me that the problem was with some software side and they resolved the same...
                But after coming home back from care center it was found that the old problem is still the same as bad as before...
                So i contacted the care center again on the next day and told the issues...
                Their 1st respond was that as it was a new model they don't have any technical support available for now and told me to wait for a new software update that will be released in the future from the Samsung side...
                I was very much annoyed by this reply and asked them whether anyone else reported any same issues like i am facing and they told that they received only one another regarding some heating issue only...
                So it was clear that the issue is only with my mobile and not with the entire produced handsets...
                So i again logged a complaint in Samsung care without surrendering my mobile as my medical investigation work entirely depends on spot mailing and claim related online app from my company..
                I also called the toll-free no and explained everything to them and they told that my mother board will be replaced to solve the issue...
                After a few days i got a call from Samsung care and told that my complaint was withdrawn (cancelled) from their side as they were unable to solve the problem...
                So i again contacted the toll free no and requested for a replacement for my faulty mobile and they told that my request will be processed and will get a call back from their side regarding the same...
                so i waited for few weeks for that call and didn't get any...
                in between i got married and was little busy with that all...
                again on last Thursday i contacted the care center in Ernakulam South regarding the replacement request and they told me that they can only repair and wont replace the mobile...

                I am very much disappointed on the response from the support team and care center...
                So I humbly request you to take necessary action to get me a replacement for my faulty Samsung A7 2016 version as early as possible...
                Hope you will consider my situation and do the needful...

                    I bought a mobile handset (A5) from the dealer named spice hot spot kolkata on 18.02.2016 of imei no. 359932/06/447884/6 which has been lost in transit on 18.03.2016, a complain has already been lodged with local police station.

                    Please do the needful at your end so, that i can get information about where it is being used at present. So, that necessary action should be taken by the competent authority.

                    The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
                    We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                    As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 On dec 25th 2015, however yesterday when i removed the phone from my pocket, i see a crack on the camera lens, i kept the phone inside the pocket for less than half an hour and also i have not put any pressure on the phone, when i went to service center they are asking me to pay 4000rs to to repair it, when i have paid 40000rs for the phone, i except the quality of the phone to be very good, the phone is just 4 months old, also i spoke to Samsung head office, even they are denying that there must be some force applied on the phone and know no force was applied and the only thing was i wore jeans and the pant fitting was tight, if the glass can break due to that reason for sure the quality is very poor and i want to raise complaint against Samsung company for providing low quality, i have attached the photo of the phone, so that you can make out if there was any force applied on the phone.

                        Respected Samsung, I have been a loyal customer, especially since the Galaxy S series, i have been using this series since S2, and have never faced anything like this.
                        I preordered s7 edge on 17th march, and received it on 21st night, i started using the phone from 22nd morning and it broke in my pocket on 23rd march, which is only the second day of my use and it is heartbreaking!
                        The phone did not fall or get bended. I kept it in my front jeans pocket, the pocket did not have any sharp tools or keys or coins, rather it only had 2 phones, s6 edge and s7 edge. Within 15 minutes i removed my phone out of my pocket the s6 edge came out fine but the LCD of the s7 edge has spider web breaks. Slowly the display started showing colours and got black. I know that as per Samsung, this is a physical damage and does not come under warranty but as i informed you earlier, the phone did not go through any falling/ throwing/ bending, and since i have been a regular and loyal customer of the galaxy S series i do not expect the phone to cost me 58000 and break in my pocket. This shows extreme weakness and i am shocked. I am not liable to pay the LCD cost which is told me to be 15600 INR by the service centre. Please look into the problem.

                        PS: I have also called the service call centre twice to get in touch with the voice of customer department and that and also visited the nearest samsung service centre and submitted my phone for a repair. Please make sure that i do not have to pay for this. I have innumerable faith in samsung phones and would be glad if it would not be shattered.

                          This is to bring in your notice that I am a Samsung user. I purchased one galaxy S5 mobile. From date one it was troubling me with some problems. So I contacted service centre several times. St last when problems were not resolved I filed a suit in consumer forum yamunanagar haryana India. In that suit legal representative of Samsung given a statement that they will pay Rs 21500 to which I agree and court passed the order accordingly. As per the order I submitted the handset with all accessories and documents to Mr Rajat grover proprietor of Samsung service centre yamunanagar on 13th Feb 2016.
                          But till date I do not got my award amounting Rs 21500. On asking about this from Mr Rajat grover about the same he behaved in a very rude manner and said that don't call again as we have other works to do. This kind of behaviour was unacceptable on part of reputed company like samsung.
                          I humbly request u to see into the issue and resolve as early as possible. Kindly take necessary action against Mr Rajat Grover as that man is spoiling the image of such a reputed company and he is very arrogant.

                            I raised a service request with sansung in august 2015 as my fridge was not cooling and followed whatever they said with blind faith until now when even after changing the bio metric sensor, the condenser, filling gas twice and servicing twice the problem persists. Finally, they say that that i have to replace my compressor costing rs 7000 to 8000 after i have spent close to 5000 rupees on maintenance without problem getting resolved. I asked a refund of money on parts as that did not solve the problem and were unnecessarily replaced and they agreed to return close to rs 1500 charged for bio metric sensor and condensor but the service centre guy has been fooling me around for days trying me to convince me to sell the fridge instead for rs 2000. When we refused to sell for rs 2000, this guy khader mobile number - [protected] of service centre said that he wont return money as fridge was working fine despite he being aware that it was not cooling and no ice was forming. When we said, we will complaint to higher samsung authorities, he said please go ahead and did not seem to be any concerned at all. We have now complained to samsung authorities using the complaint number and waiting for response. If this does not resolve, the only way forward is to move consumer court as even after charging huge amount the complaint remains unresolved. I was happy with the response till now but the end result does not seem to be satisfactory.

                            Got a call yesterday from samsung representative and had a conference discussion with service centre guys. The service centre guy denied everything and finally said he will send technician again. The technician came again today and said what was already known that compressor had to be replaced. This guy khader spoke again and this time accused us of calling an outsider engineer when we have raised all complaints with samsung and we have bills of all the work done till date. When nothing worked he said that we had to replace the compressor and he will not return anything as the pro lem was different each time whereas the engineer very well knows that it was the cooling that was the problem and it is still the case. This time again he said go report to anyone you want when i said i will report to higher management of samsung how he fleeced me. Looks like he is not bothered of any action or the samsung management is already aware and it is just an eye whitewash. Shame is this is the case. Awaiting response from samsung for my next action as khader has made it clear that he won't fix or return money paid for parts unnecessarily replaced.

                              I bought this samsung plasma tv from radionics, kalpetta, wayanad two years back on[protected] at a cost of rs 34000/- and it stopped working after two years. The technician from the samsung authorised service centre after examining it said that one of the boards should be replaced and i advanced an amount of rs 7924/-. They returned the tv serviced after two months but it worked only for five minutes and then it went off. They took it back the following day and informed me that its panel is also defective and i had to pay an amount of rs 13000/- to replace it. I was not ready to pay 21000 as service charges for a tv costing 34000, while i can get a brand new tv in the market for that amount. So i sent a complaint to the company and a person from ghaziabad called me.After some negotiations they agreed to make arrangements for the refund of the service charges within one week. Now one month has passed and i neither got the tv serviced nor got the money refunded.
                              I feel that i have given them sufficient time for the refund of the service charges. Now i want an immediate refund of the charges i paid to them.

                                  On 15th aug 2015 i purchased a new phn. Samsung e7. Within 1 yr my camera started giving me problem. Lining comes when tries to click pix in dark. I m reallyvery fed up with replies given by the customer care n on email. They r nt ready to understand the pain of the customer. I gavemy cell in service center on 3.3.2016 n its nearly 23 days m clueless aboutwats the status of my mobile. Customer care ppl jst replies that wen the part comes we wil do the needful. When u make the phones its ur duty to have back up part for all themobiles. How can one give such an unprofessional reply. My perception of samsungis best has been changed. My n my families future phns wont b samsung thats for sure.

                                    The product and service of samsung is very very poor and shoddy, they even don't give response to their customers after selling products. I bought a Refrigerator ( worth rupees 24000 ) one year ago. But very soon we start facing problems with the cooling. We complained about it on 20/3/2016. They said, they well send a guy with in 24 hours. But didn't get any response yet. I did complain so many times but yet didn't get any response.. Now what I think, they just want to sell there product any how but don't care about customer service.

                                      I'm from Chennai. I've raised the complaint on 21st Mar for the fridge not getting cooled. On 22nd the technician has come and told that it is the problem with the compressor.. and I'm pretty much sure that the compressor is working and the gas inside that might got completed... And I've insisted him .. even though he is told the same that the compressor got failed" My query is if the compressor has failed why the Fridge is working" and there was no answer from the technician. Then he told that to change the compressor and I've accepted..
                                      Again the other technician has come on the following day.. I don't know why he has come with out bringing the compressor.. He told that he has come to tell and confirm that the compressor got failed.. So I've expected the answer from him for my query.. he also don't have answer and told that the compressor changing person will be coming the next day.. I'm surprised why they are taking soo many days for changing the compressor. I've accepted that too and I've requested them to come before 10:00 AM.. they have not turned up till now. Now the time is 12:30 PM. I''ve wasted the time because of them and also I've wasted my 2 days of leave and some other important appointments. and I've bought some vegetable 3 days back too and those vegetables also got rotten. Who will compensate my time and money... So I Sincerely advise the people NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT as their SERVICE is WORST.

                                      Their technicians are coming according to their will and wish... If they like to visit they will visit or else no..

                                      You know in Hyderabad, the technicians will visit prior when will they come with the time as well and also if any part is to be replaced they will come and replace the part on the same day..
                                      But here it is WORST.
