Its with great disappointment i writing this complaint.I have been using Samsung mobile from past 8 years.Till now i have used at least 6 models .On 23rd February 2016 i have purchased A72016, from 3rd day onward it was giving me trouble. Initially i thought due to some network problem i thought it was getting hanged but later on suddenly it use to turn black.On the 6th day i went to the same shop from where i purchased and asked them to help me out.(Bajaj Electronics Kothapet Hyderabad)He asked me to hand over the mobile so that he can give it at service center.Once it was checked at Malakpet sansung center he handed over back to me.My problem was not sorted out.This is the third time have handed over the mobile.They have confirmed that hard ware is having problem.I have hardly used for 6 days from the day of purchase. After paying an amount of 30, 500/- i purchased the mobile.Also when i went to Samsung service center at Ameerpet near my office they said that its better to give at the same service station, because their is a small dent at the corner.
Why cant you replace my mobile and give me DO.Defect in the mobile is their from beginning onward and more over your Authorized service center has stated that they are changing the Hard ware has the problem is in it.In case after doing all this still the problem persist then what i am suppose to do your persons do not have answers for it.
After being loyal customer and trying to market your products in my group and personally using all your products such has TV, Fridge, AC and now mobile.Why should i go through such a pain.This is the way you all take care of your customers.
Purchased mobile A72016 on Feburary 23rd 2016.Its getting hanged, cant pick up calls, screen turning black and automatic getting switched off.Prior to this twice i have given at service center presently its the third time.Confirmation received from your authorized service center that the hard ware is problem in the mobile.Initally they said its software problem and now they say its a hard ware problem.I have hardly used the phone, from the day of purchse till today i have used it for 6 days.When i asked them to change and give me a new one has the piece it self has some defect they refuse.They state that it can be done only in the first 7 days from the day of purchase.When i gave it on 6th day why didnt they do it.Simply they update software and gave back to me.Why didnt they checked at that because of which iam facing the problem.
I have been using your products from such a long time and i have been promoting your products in my group and my relatives.Today my family members only use Samsung products.I have TV, Fridge, AC, Mobile all are Samsung. After being patronizing with your company this is what i get.
I would like to request that if this is the way customers are treated very soon we would be lossing the faith in your company.I would request to look into the matter and do the needful.

    Sir we purchase a refer on 28-10-08, from last 1 month back we faced a cooling problem. we register a complaint through service number, they given a no and contact person name, we called that person he not respond properly so bad. again we register one more complaint they given same person relay bad. we try to contact but no responds from that person. complaint no-[protected] on[protected] at 19:03(IST), [protected] on[protected] at 20:02 (IST)

      I purchased samsung z3 mobile serial no.- rz1ga26e2sl in the name anita sharma but the same is not working properly since i purchased it. I made the complaints so many times and get it checked it your service center aditya infocom pvt. Ltd. Ashok vihar new delhi, but they failed to rectify the problem, mr deepanshu and mr ravi (F2f engg.) said that there is no problem and it is ok. . The problem of hanging, apps, camera and double screen still is there . Today mr dheeraj from samsung cutomer care advised on phone to go at aditya infocom pvt. Ltd. Again accordingly we went there. We meet ms. Barkha dayal and mr deepanshu (F2f engg.) there but they do not our complain seriously and said this is ok without rectifying the complaint. They also written the word ok on there system and manual report without taking any trouble. I and my wife anita sharma attended this service center at least four times since last two months and we also made complaints from our mobile numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] . We have been harassed from the service center since last two months without taking any efforts to rectify the complaint. I also talked to mr digvijay of customer care today and he has given a reference no. [protected] for further reference .Kindly look into the matter and take it seriously to rectify my problem or replace the same as soon as possible with no further harassment.

      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My phone works on tizen software as it keeps on hanging all the time and apps get closed automatically . As phone is in warranty i show it to samsung service centre 3 or 4 times . According to them this is problem in tizen software and they can not solve this. They always say it will now work proplerly but won'nt. So please kindly try to change my phone or change try to refund my money.

After 2 days of receiving of product i found that this product not work proper so i complain to flipkart customer care no. I complain again and representative request that that please send product again but after some days product return by flipkart. Then i complain again to flipkart bangalore office no.

            Dear sir

            Complaintno [protected] dated 24.3.2016and [protected]on 01.0.16

            My complaint registered with the above reference numbers for repair of ac and it has not been attended by your service engineer .For my previous service requests he used to send some local unauthorized guys for repairing and servicing and those guys damaged my airconditioner and now they are advising us to buy a new ac. Service engineer himself arrogantly told that samsung depended on him for service.He does not want to attend all conplaints. We already spent nearly 10000 on the servicing of this airconditioner.
            Due to this deficiency in your service i am making this complaint. I request for an immediate reply and reddressal, failing which i will be proceeding further in the mattter.

                Dear sir,
                I purchased this refrigerator on15.07.2015 from the authorized dealer ganesh electronics of pondicherry.I got a proplem of ice formation in top freezer cabin on 21st march and contacted customer care- ref - [protected] and verbally they told some remedy, tried and not solved. Again complained on 31st march with ref number [protected]. They allocated a service engineer on the sane day but he has not reported on that day. Again next day on april 1st the same service engineer came and inspected .His finding is atmospheric air is going inside hence ice formations so told us that he will inform to the company and they will contact me for remedial action. According to me this is manufacturing fault .Kindly arrange to replace the refrigerator with a new one without wasting my time on this. I never expected such a poor response and service from a reputed company like samsung. Ian very much disappointed and requesting you to solve immeadiatly .If not solved in 48 hours i regret to inform you that i have no option except to go next level say consumer court. I fact iam using lot of samsung mobiles and accessories and i believe some immediate action will be taken in this case

                  Have bought this A/C from Croma on 5 thnSept.2015. From the time of installation it had problems so we asked them to change the ac. They said they would change only PCB we said no. And after a long fight they accepted to change. It's only 7 months and now again is its not cooling. They r saying to change a part. But my 1 year warranty will expire in 5 months. Then who will support me in case of problem. They have already changed a valve without informing. My unit both indoor and outdoor are at service station since 10 days and they have not bothered to inform us. I have been following up with call centre.

                    Dear sir/madam i had purchased samsung galaxy j7 (Model no sm-j700fzkdins) emei nos [protected]/[protected] on 13 jan 2016 invoice no 4804 from ababa electronics & communication gaurav-path telibandha, raipur. After using for some days the set got hanging issue for resolving the same went to service center address :-mahamaya infotech, b-1, b-2, 1st floor, garchaz complex, raipur-492001. After resolving issue the service center called for collection of the hand set, i found that the set was physically damaged by service center. I refused to collect the same they told that the damaged item will be replaced, but sir/madam kindly solve this issue to get finally new set or the service center should pay me the cost of samsung galaxy j7.

                      I am writing this email in regards to the complain of my double door refrigerator. i have been facing problems with my refrigerator since the past year which i bought around 3 years back! I have to call the company for problems and overtime i have to pay visiting charge for the technician and then i get to know some or the other item or part is faulty and then i have to pay to get that replaced!
                      Besides that i am having water leakage problem since the past year and its still not solved! every month i have to shut down my refrigerator to stop the water leakage and then in 15 days its starts leaking again! so i have to do the same process all over again of turning off the fridge for a day to let it dry and drain out. causing a nuisance and major inconvenience.
                      Apart from all this repeated parts going faulty indicates me nothing but bad build quality and poor customer service from the company! continuous problems with the refrigerator is forcing me to buy ice from market to temporarily preserve food and store injections of elderly persons at my house in ice box but still my food and medicines gets spoilt many a times. when i call your customer care all the reply i get is we can help you solve your problem but all they do is a temporary fix!
                      I have called numerous times regarding my refrigerator to be a faulty piece but no check has been made and always a service is done which is useless and i face cooling problems and water leakage problems and circuit problems as usual! till now i have got compressor problems, compressor switch problems, water leakage problem(fridge went to service station), gas leakage problems with my refrigerator which is not even close to the major problem caused to me in my day to day life! till now i have payed a lot of money for service and extra parts! This feels like a scam where you just keep charging customers for something or other now and then after their warranty is over! now its heights and i either want my money back or a replacement for my refrigerator!
                      My samsung reference number is [protected]. look into my problems as soon as possible and i hope for the best or else i will be forced to take legal actions for my purchase and all the problems faced by me and my family.

                            I bought samsung galaxy a5 on 01-november-2015 from rf mobile center bhayandar.

                            The home button stopped working in 1st week of march. As it was in warranty period, i took it to a service center in mira road on 12th march 2016. The home button was repaired and the handset was delivered. During the initial inspection after repair, i noticed that the second sim was not detected. I pointed that immediately to the service engineer and they again repaired it. That's two times the phone was opened on a single day.

                            Within 3 days, the screen started peeling off. I took it to a aservice center in malad(Vigilant service) and they fitted the screen. Again after inspection, the second sim was not detected. They took the phone(Did not create a job card) and gave me the phone the next day. The phone was not properly fitted. Within 2 days, the screen came off. I went back to service center on 28 march 2016 and also raised a complaint with customer care. Customer care asked the service center to send the phone for quality check, and told me that some higher authority guy will call me within 24 hours. The service center did not send for quality check and repaired the handset. When i went to collect it was poorly fit. I again called customer care and complained about it. On asking, the service center guy told me that it was not sent for quality check. I asked them not to repair untill i get a call from authority. Yet they repaired it again. Its been more than 60 hrs now and i am yet to receive any call from samsung india. My new phone has been opened and repaired 5-6 times and that too because of mishandling and poor service of service center hence affecting its durability and reliability.

                              Hope you are doing well


                              Let me begin by congratulating you on continuous growth of entire Samsung brand all around the world


                              I myself have been a loyal customer of Samsung since past 12 years in India. We in India associate trust with brand Samsung.


                              Now let’s fast forward a bit. Continuing this trust, I purchased a Samsung 3D LED Smart TV (Invoice attached) in October 2014 and was completely satisfied with the execution of entire process by your team in India.


                              The cost of this TV was Rs.[protected].18 Korean Won) and after nearly 1.4 years o[censored]sing this TV, I started seeing some dark spots on TV. Confused with what is happening, contacted Samsung service center, the executive visited the place very next day.


                              He informed that there has been dust collection on panel; we need to replace the entire panel which will cost you around Rs.33000 (Details attached) which is 38% of the value of TV.


                              I asked him “DUST” but this is very common in Indian environment, so does this product comes with any such warning?


                              I asked why not just clean the same, stating the same I got a revert Sir, this is mainly the product issue and I will not take risk of opening the same for cleaning. Only option is to replace the same.


                              Dr. Oh-Hyun & Mr. Park, I admit that I cannot even imagine the pressure you are under to remain ahead in the race to the TOP. Your company works relentlessly to acquire new customers and then creating a brand loyalty and value among the old customers.


                              But while you do this, isn’t someone somewhere losing the plot if while they go after new customers, they lose business from the older ones? I think issues like this hit directly on brand value/loyalty and most important trust.


                              Request you to please intervene in this case and help in faster resolution of the same as this is lot of money to be spent on TV again in 1.4 years.

                              Hi Saurabh! Still a loyal customer! Funny as they say we are rats.. indeed we dont learn that easily. if you want to know and realose the worst of samsung, do own some galaxy phones or double door fridge models or speak to owners for such reallity checks.

                                I have purchased Samsung refrigerator, but compressor fails immediately after the warranty period completed.

                                Is the samsung products are reliable up to the warranty period only.
                                i had selected samsung product cause by hearing that samsung is very good brand.
                                I have made complain on this to customer care but they simply said " Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced. "
                                Which is not acceptable.
                                This is should be taken as a serious complain why products is getting failed immediately after the warranty period.

                                  Bought phone on 18th march...Over heating around the bezzel and back of phone
                                  First service centre visit(21st march)-s7 service not opened
                                  Second visit(24th march)-unable to raise job card
                                  After few days- told that your phone cannot be replaced as you did not raise any issue within 7days of buying the phone(Doa cannot be issued)...Your phone has to checked by our engineers...
                                  They are insulting and treating customers badly...

                                    Tv purchase from your bilaspur dealer m/s leela samsungon dtd 24.09.2014, dt 02.06.2016 i get screen fault black spots on the screen, i complain your customer care and same replaced on dtd 13.6.2015. But same complain again occur same problem i again complain to customer care on dtd 12.3.16. Complain no.[protected], service engineer mr.Varun visited on dtd 23.3.16.We expect positive view.

                                      My samsung smartphone, model SM-G530H/DD had its screen broken recently. I had submitted it to the service center for screen replacement for which they charged me Rs.2800. But since then the touch has not been working properly. I took the phone back and they again submitted the phone saying it needs "auto touch work". Yesterday I was called to collect the phone but when it was handed over to me it still had the same fault. When I pointed it out they sent the phone back in to the engineer who returned it saying it was working fine. This continued for 3 times till I demanded to meet the engineer on which they told me that they need one more day to fix it. Its more than a week now that my phone is at the service center and by the looks of it they haven't even tried to fix it.

                                        I bought your Galaxy cone 2 phone in July, 2015. By December is started giving trouble. Your Service section at Sakher bazar, Kolkata repaired in February, 2016. For last eight days it has stopped working. a) No memory 2) Heating up 3) Loses power quickly even without use.
                                        This is a defective product, Kindly arrange to replace it urgently.
