I am writing from gachibowli, hyderabad. Through this complaint, i want to state that i have had the worst experience (Compared to my other purchased home appliance products) with samsung india at hyderabad. I purchased my split a/c on 2nd april 2016 and it has been 2 weeks and my ac is not yet
Installed.I have raised a grievance at samsumg customer care (Complaint number- [protected]) and folllowed up daily for the past 5 days and everytime ended up getting lip service that "it will be installed tomorrow".
I urge the samsung authorities in hyderabad, india, to kindly take notice of such lackluster and install my ac at the earliest.
If the product is not installed within 2 days, i am going to go back to bajaj electronics at kondapur, hyderabad and return the product.
