    Sir..I have registered a complaint about Refrigerator service by Samsung service provider at Theni and also through online. It had been done 15 days back. As the samsung service provider couldn't do the service and directed the third party to attend the defect. He also came and changed the compressor and still it is not working. Is this the way to deal with the customers?

    Sir. I am using Samsung s6 from last 10 months. Before 10 to 15 days on front panel of top left side my phone white portion below the screen is shifted. No body from service Center give me service properly.

          I have bought refrigerator(convertible double door) from CHD six months
          Ago.We are facing Moisture issue in 2nd Bucket from starting.
          I have booked complaint two times but still issue is not resolved.Er.
          Anand has visited, He behaved very rudely.I have also Samsung member but i
          am very dissatisfy from services of samsung.I have also this escalated to CEO desk of samsung but nobody responding.Our vegetable & fruits get effected dut to mositure.

            I had a problem in refrigerator so i called samsung customer care for which they have send aan engineer whoes name is shiv dayal verma who handles complain for firozabad district ...That person was drunk and came to house and misbehaved with us...He was talking rude and was abusive...He called us and said he was coming...But never came...Then agin next day he called us and said he was coming...But never came...
            He was so rude that he bluntly say to us that he will not come...
            I want a serious action to be taken against this person...As soon as possible

            Company representatives are not customer friendly. Unnecessary troubling customers. Asking for money.
            Pathetic service they don't deserved stars

                Purchased tv on 12-jan-14 - cost 3400/- (1yr warranty)
                Panel replaced on 18-feb-15 - cost 12600/- (1 yr warranty)

                Again after 13months the panel got faulty, i don't understand how such a big company make the products, which product lasting is just to cover the warranty period.
                Now i raised this complaint to take out the garbage from my home and dispose it off.

                Advise to other customer also not buy any samsung tv.

                Received a call from bull guy from samsung, he doesn't know what is the problem and telling me to refund the amount.
                When i said how you will refund with out any bank account no, he disconnected the call.

                Very poor staff... Doesn't know how to talk with customer.

                Big promises has given by Samsung, let's see what happens.
                Purchased tv on 12-jan-14 - cost 34000/- (1yr warranty)
                Panel replaced on 18-feb-15 - cost 12600/- (1 yr warranty)

                Engg visited my home today, again same story repeated that panel is faulty.
                New panel cost would be around approx. 16000/-.

                Still waiting a call from the Samsung management to take a decision on this.

                Now Samsung team has cancelled this complaint no.[protected].

                Till now no calls from the management, but still customer care is saying you receive a call from Priyanka or Rajesh.
                Received a call from Samsung with 50% off on the panel but only 3months warranty.

                Finally I decided not to go with any new thing better I should through this tv and buy a new either from Sony or LG.

                But during the search I found a technician, who repaired the panel in front of me at my home and charged 2500/- with at least 6 month warranty.

                Final conclusion :- Samsung is looting their customer like any thing and their technicians are also not capable enough to repair their products.

                    1.Ref my invoice no kmp/15/8746 dt 20 aug 2015, purchage of refrigerator rt50h5809sl.
                    2.I have made 5 complaints till now, last one no [protected] latest on 8th april 16 for sudden change in cooling specially freezing all vegetables upto lowest busket.
                    3. As it is in warranty pl rectify as all ur service engineer keep on delaying sayiny, change temp levels every time but no solution come to an end.

                      i have purchase new samsung galaxy a5 on 18 october 2015, and after some time my handfree create problem and i am going to samsung service centren they can cheat me and give me another phone handfree and i dint know that hanfree of other phone. now my handfree again create problem and cannot work then i go to another samsung service centre and they refuse my complaint to exachange the handfree on ground of that reason that is this handfree of another phone. plese help me as soon as possible.

                        Samsung being a brand, I have bought the double door refrigerator (318 litres - model RT34K3983RZ /HL /2016) and it stopped working after 2 weeks. I have paid approximate 32 K for the red useless box.

                        Amount paid via: cheque
                        Bank : Bank of India
                        Cheque date: 23 Mar 2016
                        Total paid : 43, 000 but it includes one washing machine cost of which is (11300)
                        I lodged a complaint using the samsung helpline number and they created a request and the engineer visited after 2 days (after so many calls). He checked few thing and then concluded the PCB board is non functional and he said I will request Samsung to provide a new PCB board and then we will see if that works out.
                        Now It’s almost 2 weeks that they have done nothing to get it repaired and it is under warranty.
                        I called up the distributor distributor Radhika sales (in pimpri) and he even is not helping on that front. He said we have lodged the complaint and they will resolve the issue in next 2 days. But 2*5 days are passed and they have not responded back. We are following up over the phone daily but they are not taking any action. They are harassing people by not giving a proper response.
                        The main issue is, it is not cooling at all and I also had huge food wastage.
                        The request has been assigned to Francis and the sales man from the Radhika sales, was Bobby.
                        Their numbers are [protected] and [protected] respectively.
                        The guy francis is asking to talk to his supervisor because they don’t have parts to replace it.
                        On the same lines, the sales man from Radhika Sales is saying that talk to my boss.
                        They are just asking us to move round the table.
                        But there is no outcome of all the conversation happened so far but rather I am increasing my mobile bill.

                        Desired Resolution: I want it to be replaced because repairing it will not guarantee a proper issue resolution...Once repaired, we might be facing the same issue again. So only replacement will work out in such cases.

                                  I bought one samsung air condition from your dealer on august 2015. It got complaint on 12/3/16. I registered the complaint with your dealer, then i get registration number only on 16/3/16 ([protected]).                                         I have purchased samsung led 3d tv on[protected] i made the complaints so many times [protected] on[protected],[protected] on[protected], [protected] on[protected] and get it checked it your service center hcl services ltd, samsung authorised services centre, gi -5, lawrence road industrial area, delhi 110035 and mr. Mohd., service engineer, visited and told me to deposit rs. 5000/- as advance for change of panel led 3d ) and balance amount will be charged when panel will be installed. The engineer brought tv panel but that panel could not install as not fitable in my tv. After few days the engineer returned rs.5000/- and explained that panel was not available.

                                        . Your customer care centre when contacted and told me that whenever panel will be available we will provide you. But more than fours month has been completed and no response has been received from your side. The model is if not available please change my led smart 3d tv with other model . As i have purchased the tv on[protected] and it is quite strange that less than two years of purchase the part /panel is not available in company and the life expectancy of tv is just two years and now it is very difficult for me to spend too much amount on purchasing new tv within two years.
