I bought ac from samsung on 14/04/2013. After the installation, i found the leakage of water, i have complained about it and got the answer that it is normal in monsoon time but the leakage didn't stop. I got 3 free services in first year and every time the servicing guy come, i asked him to fix the issues then he told me its installation issue, we cant help it. After one year, when i started my ac in 2014 than i got to know that some part is defected and that is not under warranty also and i paid 7000 for that and service centre guy made fool o[censored]s for 2 days and wasted our time also. He told us the guy who came earlier did something wrong. Now, this year before starting my ac, i called the service centre for the servicing and now he is telling us this time compressor is gone and though the compressor is under warranty but when they change it gas will be out and we have to pay again for the gas and that is 2200 plus 500. Even without doing the servicing, he even asked for the money. Now my point is whenever in summers i will start my ac i have to pay money each and every time. Samsung delivered the 3rd class and defected product, so that every time you can ask for money. I thought, samsung is a good company but this type of product and service you guys are providing. Very much disappointed with samsung product and services. Will never buy and suggest anybody to buy anything from samsung. From last week i am following up with them, asking for better solution and what i am getting back mental harassment and wastage of time. Even i have been told this time you guys will be sending some senior engineer, so that i will not face such type of issues again and again.
I want samsung to change this product or get it fixed without any charges.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still complain is in same stage. Samsung company is not co-operating is a positive manner. They are again repeating the same thing that product is okay according to them and they cannot replace or refund for this product.
