The HOME KEY of my phone galaxy A3 was nor working and I took the issue to the service center, the technical person who was attending me check my phone and he was convinced that the key was not working and he replaced the part.
After replacement of part they are saying that your phone is damaged
But when I bring my phone at service center my phone was working absolutely fine even the technical person has ensured the same .

Please look at the issue seriously ASAP.

    I Purchased my Samsung Air conditioner Model No AS183BBFNSTL on 25.02.2012 . Respite having timely servicing done by the company, in April 2015, it has been been told to us that, there is a problem of gas leakage & the machine had to be taken to workshop. It was taken to workshop ( Authorised Service Center Nice Cooling, Kolkata) on 21.04.2015 & the problem diagnosed by them was condenser coil leakage .
    They charged me Rs 7, 463/- & told us that everything has been checked properly & whatever servicing needed was done & it was reinstalled on 28.04.2015
    Yesterday I booked for normal servicing & the engineer from Samsung told us that they will not do the servicing as there is still the problem of gas leakage . I made a compliant at 4.00pm at toll free no (Complaint No [protected] dt 12.03.2016, Ref no - [protected]) It was told to me that the service center will call me by 8 pm. As no call was received yeaterday today morning at 9.50 am I again lodged the compliant & it was again told to me that I will definitely get their call by today. till now ( 5.52 pm ) I have not received any call from company's end.
    My only question is is this a reward Samsung is giving us for choosing their brand to purchase !!!

      As i purchased LED TV model UA46D6000SR for Rs 1.0Lac appox on oct'2012. Now the TV is not working and i had extended warranty thru ResQ and complaint about same to them vide [protected] dt 24.12.2015 and waited for almost a month and they said that the Samsung do not have the part so we would like to compensate it with depreciated value. Can any one throw a TV in 3 years just by telling that part is not available. Than i registered the case with Samsung on [protected] dt 25.01.2016 and they replied that you have pay the service amount and than only we will repair your TV which i agreed to it. and after repeated follow-ups with ResQ and Samsung nothing is resolved and even ResQ has closed the complaint on 12.03.2016 by saying that part is not available with Samsung. Now i donot know what to do. so i'm writing this mail after searching it from google. Hope there will be a resolution to my problem and just not some small amount i have to take from these guys.

        We bought refrigerator ie sep13, 2013.order no [protected].but refrigerator complaint in Frazer box in24th Nov, 2015...and we followed by Samsung customer care and executive came to my home refrigerator took to him he is from m/s Quality engineering...after one week he told to
        Us ur refrigerator problem solved ..you have to pay 3260 rupees (Frazer box, gas charging etc) and take your home ..in that day we paid sir...
        Now again came same problem mar10th, 2016 ...my request is belong service center not cleared problem completely... They did temporarily
        Their response is not going...now again asking money

        Plz rectify this problem as early as possible sir

          Dear sir,

          Subject – complaint no. [protected] dated 4th march 2016 and further complaint vide query number [protected] dated 9th march 2015 regarding gas leak from condenser and display not working

          1. Above mentioned complained regarding split ac model number as125bsdnstl&as125 (125bsdxst2) and outdoor unit number e085ppob400798, bill number 560576 dated 20th may 2011.
          2. Technician from sai enterprise mira road (East), thane-401 107 attend the complaint on 5th march 2016 at 1810 hrs. He has confirmed that gas is leaking from condenser aluminum coil & not working of display unit. Condenser repair job will be done when new display unit received by service center. We paid rs.300/= cash vide receipt number 818 dated 5th march 2016 against rs. 250/= as informed by call center. He agreed rs 300/= will be adjusted with repair bill.
          3. Again technician attend the complaint on 9th march 2016 at 1245 hrs. He and owner of service center was not aware of the gas leak problem as previous technician has not informed them. He came with new display unit which he replaced. After replacing also display unit was not working. He again replaced with old parts and not sure what is the exact problem. He also told us that aluminum condenser repair we don’t do it. Only you have to replace with new condenser and normal life of condenser at mumbai salt air climate is 2 to 3 years. Same thing he has spoken on phone to call center and his owner.
          My questions are –
          A. Why there is no coordination between service technician & your service center?
          B. If service technicians do not have the knowledge of electronic circuit so who is going to rectify the defect of display unit which is not working?
          C. Why samsung is using poor quality aluminum coil condenser in spilt ac which cannot be repaired once leak starts and consumer have to replace full new condenser unit? May be due to cheaper, less electrical consumption and high star rating?
          D. Why u are selling this aluminum coil condenser to coastal area like mumbai having high humidity and salty moisture air? Otherwise you should have informed the customer before buying this product that it cannot be repaired and average life of this product is two to three years.
          E. Is it possible to replaced aluminum condenser unit to copper condenser for above mentioned samsung out door unit?
          F. Now india is no more poor or third world country where reputed foreign brand like samsung can cheat indian customer’s .Hence i request samsung india to take above mentioned issue very seriously and do the needful to resolve.
          I am looking response from you at the earliest. Otherwise i have to approach the appropriate authority in india and south korea. Now day’s social media are also very strong and it should not be happened that indian consumers stop buying samsung products in future as being cheated by you.

              I have filed a complaint in Samsung service centre since my micro by wave (out of warranty)isn't working. Inspite of follow-up my problem isn't resolved. Customer care promises it would be resolved in couple of days whenever I call them.It's been 25 days.The required part of my microwave hasn't yet been sent by company to the local service station.

                We purchased SAMSUNG fridge on 18/4/2015. The details are as follows :
                1. Model : RT50H5809SL/TL

                3. Dealer : Reliance retail, Thiruvanmiyur
                4. Total amount paid : Rs.64049.02

                About 7 weeks ago we found very low cooling in the lower compartment. A complaint was lodged with customer care ( I miss the complaint number). Two days later one service engineer came. After inspection, his advice was that there no problem with the compressor etc and told us that if the fridge is shut down for 2 days and then switched on, the problem will be solved.
                We did that but the problem was not solved. Contacted the CC again on 30/1/2016. Service order No. [protected].
                Service engineer came and found that the fan was not working due to loose contact of some wire (why this defect in this machine?- manufacturing defect). He replaced the same and said that the fan was working and the low cooling problem will be solved.
                We found to our dismay that the low cooling problem was not solved but we had additional problems of water accumulating below the vegetable trays and leaking down to the floor and there was frostinf in the freezer compartment.
                I have contacted CC again. Also sent emails to the CEO 4 times, as detailed below :

                We expected that the Great Samsung Company will take proper action on these mails. Shockingly, IMMEDIATELY after sending the mail, a message is received that ‘trust your query has been resolved”
                The responses to my mails were very irresponsible and shows the DON’T CARE attitude of SAMSUNG system.
                Then some one called and say that a senior engineer will be sent. He visited along the other service engineer Biju. He wanted to take the fridge to the ware house to repair. We did not agree to this and said the following :
                1. We have been using fridge for the last 30 years and we never had any problem with any of the brand/model we had
                2. The last fridge we had was purchased in 2005 and never we complained for service. We disposed of that in Jan 2016.
                3. It was a waste of money to have spent Rs 64000 to buy this Samsung fridge
                4. We could have bought 2-3 fridges of[protected] Rs, instead
                5. We have no faith in the product supplied to us
                6. We want refund of the money paid towards the fridge.
                After that One MS Mohini has been calling us and telling us that the company does not have a refund policy and that the fridge can only be repaired. She is repeatedly saying the same thing. She was a COMPANYCARE EXECUTIVE and not customer executive
                The cooling is very poor in the lower compartment even ONE MONTH AFTER REGISTERING THE COMPLAINT.
                Food items and fruits kept in the fresh compartment, having FUNGAL GROWTH .
                I don’t know who is reading these mails, but MOST CERTAINLY THIS IS A VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE FROM SAMSUNG INDIA.
                I AM REQUESTING FOR REFUND OF THE MONEY PAID FOR THE FRIDGE.
                WE TRUST SAMSUNG (We have Samsung TV, Tablets and mobile phones) IS TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY AND RESPECT THE CUSTOMER VIEWS

                  My front load washing machine having serial no. 031y5pbgb00146 model no. Wa62h4200hb/tl has been purchased from sham lal krishan lal store in sadar bazar, cds delhi cantt (Phone no. [protected]/11). During installation engineer noticed big dents on the sides of the body.
                  He told me to contact dealer so i went with images and invoice but they are not cooperating at all.
                  And after this i called him and told that dealer has become deaf to my grievance. So he told me to contact company.
                  I hope you don't come with deaf ears and replace my ugly looking washing machine with a dent-free product.
                  The dealer was responsible for delivering item to my address. He charged me also for safe delivery but who knew that he will give old product with dents in a new covering to dupe.
                  Now this is your responsibility to order the dealer to replace my washing machine.
                  Else, i have to seek legal help.

                  hello thank you for notifying this to Samsung. But kindly help me to get a solution out of this problem as my mother is not able to use washing machine as it is still under wraps and dents which look ugly.

                    I have purchased 1 ton ac (2016) model on 26th feb and installation was on 27th feb at bangalore. It stopped working from 10th march. When i call up the customer care they say that i need to pay for damaged parts. This is ridiculous. Your guys have come for installation and within 10 days after paying 35 k, the ac stops working and you are asking customer to pay for parts. I strongly beleive either the quality of the acs of samasung are either pathetic or that you have sent me some refurbished piece. Even my details were not properly recorded in your database. I spent 15 mins speaking to customer care answering some stupid questions. I request you guys to quality check the products being manufactured and not trouble customers with poor quality products. I have lg & bluestar acs installed in other rooms and i don't have any problem for last two years. Please help in getting this rectified at the earliest.

                          Let me Narrate a story of an unfateful day...when i purchased a SAMUNG SMART TV...from BAJAJ.

                          I am surprised to find myself hanging for the installation of a SAMSUNG SMART TV...which I purchased on dt...

                          which I was promised to be fixed on the same day of purchase as it was my sentiment to have it done on the MAHA SHIVARATRI Day...

                          Though i am a regular purchaser of SAMSUNG Products...this time they didn't satisfy me...as i chose BAJAJ, whereas i thought the BAJAJ ELECTRONIC (Panja Gutta) will be good place to deal with...

                          Moreover, astonishing was that, when the so called Two persons visited my home, they behaved very mannerlessly, rudely and out of the code of the discipline ...they demanded 150/-rs Transport charges, they collected amount

                          when i visited Dt 9.3.16 Evening 7.00pm that time BAJAJ ELECTRONIC Panja gutta Executives They login my file only.


                          I had a very bad experience with BAJAJ Electronic Executives Panja Gutta Branch this time...
                          I was unable to stop myself putting this mail as my discontent...and hereafter I shall never deal with the BAJAJ.
                          Still now no one has come

                            I have registered complaint on 07.03.2016 vide ref.1241950 now i verified the status of the complaint the company informed it has been solved. it is wrong. nobody has attended the complaint and it is still persisting. i don't understand why a reputed organisation is giving false information to the forum. i request you to reopen the complaint and instruct the company either to rectify the complaint or replace the refrigerator.

                              Dear sir/madam, i have one split A/C model AR18FC3TAURNNA for which i needed servicing for which i called customer care vide complaint no [protected] about 20 days back, one person from local service centre came for inspection on23/2/16 and said the outdoor unit needed to be taken to service centre for repair but for which i will have to arrange for a ladder as i am
                              living on first floor. i told them my inability to arrange ladder. subsequently i called back customer care when they said they will arrange ladder from service centre within 24 hour but there was no call either from service centre or customer care for another 4-5 days. i called them back they arranged a callback from Mr Abhishek Rawat. he told me that I dont have to arrange any ladder and they will arrange(service centre) it on a priority basis. my subsequent complaint no. are [protected] and [protected]. since then iam calling them almost every 48 hours . everytime they said they are assuring me that they will arrange & i donot have to worry. till date they have not done my work. I have so many productcs of samsung, but if this is the state of service I will have to think twice before buying any more samsung product.please do needful at the earliest. thanking you

                                  The mobile was purchased on 1st February, 2016 from Indraprasth Shopping Centre, Borivali. It is barely 28 days and due to some crack the display is not working. We went to the authorised Samsung Centre at Skycell, Kandivali and they are not responding and telling us that the same is not under warranty.

                                  As you may be very well aware that mobile has become very essential we spend our hard earned money to buy the best mobile to avoid facing difficulties. The authorised dealer does not give proper service and just try to avoid talking to us by simply saying that this is not covered under guarantee. Hence I am requesting for help from the consumer complaints cell. Please guide and take this forward.

                                    I bought a Samsung Fridge RT32CDUX on November 05th 2011 and the door has been giving problem since April 2015 I have complaint to the Brand and they cannot replace the door because the part is not available with them They do not want to keep the inventory because it cost them and the customer is facing problem I have ask the brand to make the part available or replace me the product with a new product The brand gave me the solution that they can only pay me 10 percent of the cost and nothing more

                                      When I use to kitkat verson that time my battery working good but now my phone is update nd I got lollipop when my battery is not working good.it is take so more time done the charge so please as soon as possible my problem solve.

                                        Sir i have bought galaxy e7 in may 2015. the handset is working fine. after few times the headset fell from my mobile on the road. even i had applied tempered glass but still it broke, it was my mistake i gave Rs. 7, 472 i make it replace on 13th October 2015. But now 8th march 2016 it fell from my hand on the playground which(very soft in comparison to any road) from the height of just 50-60 cm, still it display got a crack even tempered was applied. I am very upset from the quality of screen u have put on this, and i want compensation on it.As i have never experienced this from any brand even from micromax, if have spend some amount of money on your brand than i must get something from you otherwise why not i just buy a xiaomi phone( at least their screen is less costlier). i don't want to spread bad words about you and hopefully u also don't want too.
