I have purchased a samsung A5 for 19478/ from RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED on 08.08.2015 invoice no.[protected].
It is a matter of shame for your esteemed company to have brought out such product in the market without proper quality cantrol . In last 6 month 5 to 6 time i have given to your service center for HANGING PROBLEM. Every time they format it & back me as it was. It is difficult to believe that such thing happened at your efficient and famous samsung service center .
But today the mobile is completely failure to operat any function, hanging frequently, slow processing, no ap downloaded, ring tone not works.
I hope and feel confident you would replace the mention product immediately .

    Respected Sir,
    I am Poojan Shah, resident of Ahmedabad. I am an owner of Samsung S5 mobile phone. Since last week I am registering my complaint to "Samsung Customer Care" at " Shree Ram Krisha Enterprise" managed my Mr. Rajendra. The Staff claims that they have solved my problem of sound but even the Ahmedabad's head of Samsung service Store Mr. Bipen accepts that the issue is not solved and they are now not ready to take my phone for service and solving the issue.I am mentally frustrated by the service provided to me by the staff and service station. I have asked for providing replacement or refund which they claim that it is not mentioned in their policy but samsung clearly specifies to pay refund to the customers. I still wonder how they provide a phone which gets problems just in a year.

    I request you to take strict actions against "Samsung India and Shree Ram Krishna Enterprise." and providing replacement/refund for my product.Details for the same are as below,

        Hi,
        I have purchase a Samsung E7 6 months back it was having power switch issue since the day one from a out let, they replied since its a new one it a bit hard gradually it will be smooth is what the shop keeper replied .
        now my hand set is switched off and the service center says its liquid damage and it needs 9 K and its out of Warranty :-)

        I was wondering i gave it for issue of Power key, they service center guys were so careless and least bothered of this issue and keep saying we are not way responsible pls talk to the concern department over phone for further assistance and we are help less in this regards .

        Hi,
        I purchased a Tablet (TAB S / SM-T805) on 14.11.2014.
        Three months later the screen got freezed and the TOUCH SCREEN didnt work.Then I took it to the Samsung sevice center and they did something and it worked for few days.
        Again the same problem came and i took it to the service center and they got is it fixed and it worked for few days only. Like wise it happned three times and they didnt tell anything till the warranty period is over.
        Now they say that the TOUCH SCREEN has to be replaced and it would cost Rs 15000.00.
        This is really unfair and I didnt expect this from a company like SAMSUNG.

          Hi,
               this is really very unfortunate that i have to write this mail. On last january i bought a samsung j7 and today suddenly after disconnecting a call the phone got dim and then got off. I tried to charge it but there was no response, so it died i believe.

          I took it to a samsung service centre near to south city mall, kolkata and the executive mr. Ankan das informed me that my phone has got a internal damage due to a external impact hence the screen got damaged due to that, but surprisingly and abviously they failed to show me a single mark or impact on my phone which can justify his logic. They suggested me to submit my phone and as per him they will be dismantling it and would let me know but more funnily if during dismantling or diagnosis my phone gets hurt then i have to shell out for the repairs. I was not at all satisfied with their way of helping their customers as they don't even have basic courtesy to talk with their clients.

          Hence i opted to call customer care and a lady registered my complaint vied no.-[protected]. As per her i was supposed to get a call back with a solution within 24 hrs.

          Today after owning so many samsung products like from tv, fridge, washing machine and 5 different models of smart phones in my family iam feeling cheated.

          They give you warranty but that's just a protocol or a norm with no objective to support their loyal customers.

          Being a loyal samsung owner this show how you will be paid back!!!

          I would request to please come out with a true support and help so that i don't loose my faith from the brand.

          Or else i would be left no option but to go to consumer court for this.

          Waiting for a sharp response.

            My registered service order No for the complaint is [protected] and the service engineer's name alloted for repairing is Mr. Satheesh on[protected].Immediately contacted the service engineer and informed the problem ie a hole in the freezer. Suggested replacement of the freezer unit which will take two three days time. On the third day again contacted the engineer. He informed that person is coming. Again contacted the engineer, then he informed that he has already informed his office to send a person. Since nobody attended the complaint, again contacted the engineer, but so far there is no response also he is not lifting the phone.Contacted your toll free number [protected]. They are also not able to give a proper answer except some sorry and apology etc.
            Am i have the right to know the reason for the delay?
            If this the type of after sale service of your products, hoe the consumers will buy your products.
            I, therefore, request you to arrange to depute another engineer to repair my fridge at the earliest.

                SUB: Poor customer care service

                Sir,
                It is unbelievable that a SAMSUNG TAB model number of which is T705, worth Rs. 34675/- develop functional fault so early only after 8 months of purchase. During last few months, it has been getting frequently restarted whenever it shows “no network service available”. It is so shocking that such a costly product can develop such dysfunction so early. Of course it goes against the good name of SAMSUNG and its promise of being a reputed company. So far, I know SMSUNG gives his customer the assurance of their excellence.
                By the by, I immediately made a contact with the SAMSUNG affiliated SERVICE CENTRE of my town KATWA (Dist. Burdwan, West-Bengal, Pin.713130, India) as it was in the range of service warranty. They informed me that it was the case of software update and they updated the software and advised me to use at least a month. But it did not solve the problem and I again visited the service centre. Again they did something in the name o[censored]pdating the software and again advised me to wait. I waited in vain and in the meantime the warranty period was over. Presently they said that they are unable to fix the problem and advise me to contact another service centre.
                Hence try to feel my upsetting experience. I could buy a tab so costly from another company. But only believing the name of the company I bought from SAMSUNG.
                Now what do you think, I should simply throw it away in the dustbin?
                Please, respond me with all earnest.

                  I have Purchased Samsung Grand 4G IMIE[protected] mobile from Arora Enterprises Hapur U.P. wide sale invoice No. 7934 dated 31/10/2015, from very beginning mobile heated up. I approach to dealer on 5th November 2015 to resolve the problem he says ""use karo software update nahi hone ke karan gram ho raha hai "". No relief still problem as before, again I approach to dealer, dealer says "' jao service center par check kara lo''. I went to service center located in Hapur they says Sorry our services withdrawn by the company We have no spare parts to repair it, there is some type of short circuiting inside your mobile. Our issues with the company will be resolved upto 26 January 2016, do not worry, you use it as it is. But service facilities still not available on his end.
                  Again I went to Arora Enterprises Hapur on 28th January 2016, to revolve the problem he""says 2nd February tak service ka dusra dealer appoint ho jaiga then apka phone teek ho jaiga. But still no service dealer in Hapur, What can I do?
                  I also lodged my complaint on samsung customer care reference No [protected] dated 04/01/2016 and reference no [protected] dated 04/03/2016. But service facilities/service center is still not available in Hapur.
                  Please arrange to resolve the overheating problem in my mobile, My life is in danger it can burst in pocket, Samsung company will be solely responsible for any damage of my body/ life due to overheating of the mobile.
                  I am much fed up with u r service... Worst service...If the problems of my mobile is not rectify till 31th March 2016 I will go local consumer forum, then you will be solely responsible for it.

                        I purchased NOte 5 on 8th March 2016 from Noida, withing 3 days of purchase when i was in Aizwal Mizoram, the phone since then is not working properly .I called Samsung customer care many a times on 11th, 12 th and 13th of Feb but no resolution being provided.They even dont have the authorised service center number in Aizwal!!! . So getting no response from their side i somehow managed to find AUTHORISED service center in Aizwal, but they also couldnt help any.
                        I cam back to NCR on 23rd and called customer care again. they confirmed they will resolve and i will receive a call back in 24hrs...No call received. ON 25th after i got frustated and no options left, I gave the phone to Faridabad authorised service center and since then again no response til date. I have called service centre ...they say its closing going on so cannot comment . I call customer care on 1st March and they say they have escalated the matter and it shall be resolved in 24hrs...more than 48hrs no call from anywhere .

                        I AM TOTALLY FRUSTATED AND FEEL FOOLED

When i was received the product Immediately opened. I was surprised, No user manual, no guarantee card. Simply they sent. And charged at 4 hrs. . It was indicate power bank is full, after removed then charged to mobile . Really I was shocked only 69% (from 40to69) Power bank is empty. please do the needful. customer care phone number is not pick up . Please get back to my money, and take your product.

                              This is in reference to the Refrigerator which i have bought on 15/3/11. Suddenly since day before yesterday it has stopped working. I called on toll free no.

                              I was really impressed with the first call the lady who handled the call. She greeted me with my name, quoted the DOP and communicated that enginer will be visisting tomorrow to check the exact issue.

                              Next day engineer came he charged Rs 400 (apx) for his visit and told us in case you don't have the bill than we will charge you Rs. 9500(apx) and if you are able to find your bill than the charges would be Rs. 2500(apx..

                              I got agreed to whatever he quoted and rush to my dealer (manoj electronis) who communicated on the call that they will issue a duplicate bill by charging Rs. 750/-but when i reached there outlet after all the hassless i got to know that they don't keep the record for more than 2 year. That owner has spoken to me really badly. His delaership should have been cancelled imediatley in case samsung team believe in customer centricity.

                              Again today i have called the customer care team and had a discussion with your another executive and i got surprised to hear that "DOP is manually entered and they enter the date whatever customer says". I found her statement very foolish and requested her to check with your seniors or share there no. She put me on hold for 15 min and after that she hung up the call.

                              I DON"T UNDERSTAND WHAT SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS

                              I want to ask another question here with Samsung Team that when in your record it is already mentioned that i am a customer and Date Of Purchase is also listed in your system than what is the need to hard copy of the bill.

                              Do you think the reason which is quoted is valid to charge me extra amount and that too half of the actual cost of fridge. My fridge is under warranty hence i am not entitled to pay the prices which was quoted by enginer.

                              I would appreciate imediate action on this. Kindly fasten the process as i am facing hassle because of non-availability of fridge as this is a basic need.

                              Mr. jitendra has called me with this commitment that he will be resolving the issue but he also suddenly disappeared.

                              I don't understand whether Samsung team is interested to resolve the issue or not. If they are than than why he is not reverting on the phone no which he has provided and focus on fixing the issue.

                              RESOLVE IT
                              No revert and now some other person has picked up the phone and mention that we don't have any information about parts and all.

                              IS THERE ANYONE IN SAMSUNG TEAM WHO LISTEN TO THE CLIENT.

                                I have purchased a LED TV on 13 NOV 2011.TV suddenly stop working on 1 Feb 2016, I have given the complaint to Samsung and engineer visited to my place and told me the mother board is malfunctioned and need to change and ask for the advance, I have given 3000/- as a advance.
                                after few days I got a call from Samsung saying part wont be available and they can give me some amount back as they are not able to support. I was told that TV is 5 years old to there will be 83% depreciation and I will get only 17% of the TV cost. I denied for that amount as I paid 75K and my TV doesn't last for 5 years. I was told that TV life is at least 10 yrs (i.e. 20000 hrs) when i was buying the TV however the lady who called me from Samsung(she was very rude) told me TV life is only 6 yrs. so my question if Samsung as a brand they are saying TV life is 6 yrs why should we waste or our money to branded TV. and how they are calculating 83% deduction, and i think it should be 60% and I should get 40%. If branded TV doesn't last for 10 yrs then no one will go for branded TV.

                                  This is regarding the service issue of my samsung refrigerator
                                  I had logged a complaint on 13th Feb and the issue is not resolved still. It was regarding gas leakage and it took 10 days for a person to come and fix it after several calls. Either the person is on leave or too busy if we call on the number which we received through SMS ( Receives message like so and so is allocated and this is his number...). In 2 days after fixing the problem the refrigerator is not working again and the same story repeats. We logged complaint on toll free number, called up the person who came to fix it earlier...No use...Yesterday again a person came home and said that the gas is leaking still. Then what is that the other person did a week back? Didnt he check if it is leaking while he filled it? I paid 1400 RS last time and my fridge is not in working condition still. Every other day people call and ask what is the problem and after that no action from their side. in between when I called the toll free number they informed me that that ur service request is already closed. It happened twice and if I ask how can you close it with out any action from your side, they are not aware of it. There is no co-ordination between the service engineers or what? I am scared to buy any more samsung products. Any ways I am just giving the latest complaint reference number here [protected]

                                        I have lodged a complaint regarding my dishwasher on 13th Feb 2016 over telephone to your toll free no.The said complaint was forwarded to m/s cool point, a franchisee of calcutta. The service engineer contacted me and asked me whether I have complained for dvd service as it was shown to their job sheet.When I told them that it is a dishwasher to be serviced, they assured me that a service engineer will visit your home and accordingly a service engineer visited my flat and asked whether my washing machine is faulty or not.Again I have tell them that I have made a complaint for my dishwasher. Some days later they have arranged their personnel to take the dishwasher to their service centre and informed me that they have made necessary indent for spares and as and when it is available they will finish their service job. After almost 15 days, while I enquire about the delivery of dishwasher your call centre staffs replied that they are very much sorry for the inconvenience caused to me and sending some urgent message to the service centre.In repeated occasion I have got similar replies from your call centre end but the fate is same. I am very much annoyed with this kind of false promise made by your customer service as well as the appointed franchise at calcutta. Early solution of the case is expected from a reputed Co like you.
