I complaint National Consumer Helpline with Docket No.[protected] on 10/02/2016 at 3:40 p.m. stating my harassment for repairing my Samsung Handset.
Next day on 11/02/2016 being Samsung staff call from above No. [protected] came to me and told me to refund my money and request me to send my bank account no to the above mail Samsung.[protected]@india.com . He also request me to close the complaint in Consumer Forum after receiving money. I did send my a/c no. In the evening he again called me and told me that he has created one transaction id no. [protected] from where I have to transfer my money and advised me to go the ATM counter and he will tell the steps of transferring process.
I go the ATM Counter and follow his instruction of transferring process. Ultimately my account is debited Rs. 5000.00. I asked him what happened why my account is deducted Rs. 5000/-, he answered me I have acted wrong step and he advised to send my ATM slip to the above mail and he will transfer all amounts to my account directly. I send my ATM slip to his mail and phoned him. Now It now becomes a switched off phone.
Today on 12.02.2016 I go to my home bank Axis Bank, Contai branch office with the ATM slip and found that someone named “PREETI, Axis Bank A/c. No. [protected] Address – Room No. 4, 4th Floor, Sec-27, Ram Market, NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN-201301, Mobile No. [protected]” has credited my money.
Now I feel cheated, dejected and pray for justice.
Please help me out.
