I have registered a complaint regarding non-repair of my Front load washing machine vide cancellation of service order no. [protected] dt. 2.2.2016.The service engineer told me over phone that they are coming in 3 days to repair the same. but till date they have not turned up. It has already been nearly one month that we are deprived of getting the job done and suffering a lot due to non functioning of the machine.It is very unfortunate that a reputed company is cheating with its valued costumer like this. Please do needful or I shall knock the door of legal house.

    Hi,

    this is Manoj Kumar from Hyderabad. recently my samsung A5 mobile got damaged and phone is not working. However, i have visited customer service center in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Prior to this damage, i have visited same customer service center twice as mobile head phone jock is not working. They wants me to keep the date back up and then submit the mobile for check. with in 3 to 4 days i visited and show room and had given m mobile. But from same day mobile is not working. Customer service center people was told me its water damaged and need to change the display which is worth of around 7000 Rs/-.
    i had called customer center and wanted to escalate my issue to Samsung. But did not get any proper response.
    Even the customer center people was told me they cont do any thing.

    So if i want to discuss on my issue with whom i have to discuss. There is no single person in Samsung to discuss on customer issues.

    i really disappointed with this kind of response from Samsung.

    I request to escalate this to Samsung and arrange a call or reply back to this email.
    on calls i will be available on [protected], Time : 1.30 PM to 2.00 PM and post 6.30 PM any time.

      I complaint National Consumer Helpline with Docket No.[protected] on 10/02/2016 at 3:40 p.m. stating my harassment for repairing my Samsung Handset.
      Next day on 11/02/2016 being Samsung staff call from above No. [protected] came to me and told me to refund my money and request me to send my bank account no to the above mail Samsung.[protected]@india.com . He also request me to close the complaint in Consumer Forum after receiving money. I did send my a/c no. In the evening he again called me and told me that he has created one transaction id no. [protected] from where I have to transfer my money and advised me to go the ATM counter and he will tell the steps of transferring process.
      I go the ATM Counter and follow his instruction of transferring process. Ultimately my account is debited Rs. 5000.00. I asked him what happened why my account is deducted Rs. 5000/-, he answered me I have acted wrong step and he advised to send my ATM slip to the above mail and he will transfer all amounts to my account directly. I send my ATM slip to his mail and phoned him. Now It now becomes a switched off phone.
      Today on 12.02.2016 I go to my home bank Axis Bank, Contai branch office with the ATM slip and found that someone named “PREETI, Axis Bank A/c. No. [protected] Address – Room No. 4, 4th Floor, Sec-27, Ram Market, NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN-201301, Mobile No. [protected]” has credited my money.
      Now I feel cheated, dejected and pray for justice.
      Please help me out.

              Registered a complaint on January 28, 2016. They checked the TV and took the amount telling they would contact when the part to be fixed is available. Nobody reached out and even after repeatedly reaching out to them they never respond. My Rs 40000 is at stake. Request you to please take action to repair on an urgent basis.

                Hi,

                I have bought Samsung double door refrigerator 2 years back and just after 6 month of its usage, I am facing issues with it till date.
                I made a complaint at its customer care many times and every time they charge me money to resolve the issue and again after a month, it starts giving me problem for not maintaining the freezing temperature.
                Please look into this.
                I do not know why Samsung has given warranty of 10 years, if every time i have to pay their charges.

                    Sir/Madam, Regarding Complaint against supply of defective Mobile Phone & deficiency & pathetic in services. This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a Mobile handset (Samsung core prime) in July, 2015 worth Rs. 8000/-. But I regret to inform you that the said mobile phone was not working properly the day one and I also visited your Samsung service who is in model town (king ways camp). They replace motherboard two times due to hanging issue after the replace of Motherboard there is same issue and we update this situation to your executive’s so many time but no response from anybody. After replace the parts, it is still not functioning. It is getting hanged & voice is also not cleared. The problem has not been sorted...please look this matter otherwise I approach to customer court and your CEO.

                      I have purchased one refrigerator on[protected] from Vijay sales Andheri West branch, some some time i started facing problem in the water condenser the water was not evaporating, so i contacted Samsung customer care they had send the technician to my home they retfied the problem and said that it defective and we need to replace it but i had said that i want the refund for it, but nothing have been done till now.                       Instead of providing refund of 52000/- samsung people have taken money of rs 5999.63/- in form of IMPS to transfer in net banking to [protected] account number, UTIB0000392 NEFT details, Samsung electronics co. ltd. in name of,
                      saying its a dormant account and funds wont get transferred,

                      I want to fill a harassment case against samsung, because this people does not provide cheque to clients, In the name of NEFT and RTGS they just bulgar the client, want a strick action to be taken against them, and put a proper system so that again a person like me does not get forged, Would request consumer forum people how to go about this and recover my money i.e 52, 000/- + 5, 999.63 with interest and harassment done by them, how can i lodge a complaint

                        This to inform that i lost my samsung galaxy j7 black in colour with EMI no .[protected] and [protected] while recharging my metro card in new delhi metro station ...it was pick pocketed and was captured in the camera but the photo of the thiefs were not clear ...kindly track my phone

                              Please don't purchase samsung mobiles or any product of samsung because I have purchased a mobile phone on 4 Feb 2015 there after 5 or 6 months after my mobile phone body cover colour is peeling on right top but it's not a issues to me when my mobile screen is blinking and mobile getting highly heating when you make or receive call just 5 minutes then I go to samsung service centre in belgaum on 1 Feb 2016 my mobile is under warranty ha. I told my problem to service engineer in service centre he is given me a one job sheet it's number is [protected]... service centre return my mobile on 2 Feb 2016 and told me ur problem is sold and take my sign on job sheet when I check my mobile he isn't sol my problem then I call service centre he told me come here I will check again I am go's on 3 Feb 2016 he recive my mobile and give me a one manually job sheet not a online there after he told me on 4 Feb 2016 it's cover in under warranty you have paid aprox 8000 to 9000 I asked him why isn't coming in under warranty He told me ur mobile body colour is peeling ur mobile screen coming with including handset ring but I am not tell him change my ring I want solutions my scree blinking and heating problem in warranty base Samsung company manufacturer very cheap products and cheating customers when customers goes service center to warranty clame samsung blame on customer is miss use products but any one purchase ur products give money not a free ones again to all indian people please don't buy any samsung products

                                I have purchased online a MICRO SD CARD 32 GB SAMSUNG EVO from paytm website through invoice no.[protected] on 07/11/2015 but after 3.5 months after use the memory card was not readable by my mobile. I have checked my mobile the mobile was working properly as the other memory card is working properly in my mobile. There after I have contacted paytm regarding waranty of memory card I have purchased the paytm has suggested to contact samsung service centre. I have contacted service centre of samsung in bhopal the service centre has informed that there is no service centre regarding repairing of memory card though they have informed that the service centre regarding repairing of memory card is in indore. I live in bhopal it is not feasible for me to go to indore for repairing of memory card. Kindly suggest me what can I do. of samsung

                                    This is kris([protected]).went to the service center was informed that my hanset was opened so was unable to help bt as informed to them that it wasnt and had fixed a charging issue.which didnt need the opening of hanset. Moreover when I needed a written document abt the same they took my signature and then mentioned that it was open which wasnt right. And Samsung isn't taking my complaint.please contact at earliest
                                    Still not resolved. .. was promissed would get the amount today no1 from ur team answers the phone I wasted 3 hours in calling

                                      This is regarding the Samsung refrigerator model no RT35BDPR1/XTL/2010 .recently our frigdge door came out separately, we complained the Samsung customer care they told us to contact service centre after prolonged request this service centre people came and told us to we cannot fix the door you have to replace the door but the company stopped manufacturing for this type of model.

                                      We shocked and asked them what to do he said contact customer care from that day onwards customer centre will ask us to contact service centre and vice versa .

                                      Why this type of companies will cheat the middle class people like this why the government is allowing to sell this type of products, why can't they ban these Samsung products.

                                      They won't clear the problem or give solution what to do with this refrigerator, please go through this Andy do needful

                                        I visited Valsad Service centre 4 repair my old mobile. They not solved my problem, told me for a costly repair, collected Services charges from me. Isn't it a cheat for charging fees without solve the issue? Why your hardware is so costly one has better to through a phone in dustbeen rather than repair. They didn't given me receipt for fees pay
