SUBJECT - PROBLEM NOT YET RESOLVED PERTAINING TO REPAIR OF REFRIGERATOR FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS BY SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AT VISAKHAPATNAM, AP

Dear Manager.

1. Commensurate to previous complaint forwarded on the subject ‘Copy of the same is also attached’, the service was monitored by a rep from Gurgaon i.e. Mr Nitin. The service engineer came and replaced another part.

2. The problem remains the same, in fact it has deteriorated. The cooling has literally stopped in the refrigerator. Following need consideration:-

(i) Mr Nitin had asked me to give the feedback, though two emails have
been forwarded on the same at email given by
him ‘nitin.[protected]@partner.samsung.com’ but no reply to the same has
been recd.

(ii) A call came from Chennai customer care on ‘26th Feb 16’ to take a
feedback on service provided. I clearly gave out my dissatisfaction and
requested them to resolve my problem but to no avail. No action or call
has been received from Service centre at Vishakhapatnam or Mr Nitin
of Gurgaon.

3. It is more than three months and the problem is not yet resolved, even after intervention of main service headquarter at Gurgaon. I, as a customer is suffering for the last three months due to incompetence of the services provided by the company, even after expending Rs 1500/- in changing parts as advised by your service representative.

4. It seems that the service expertise existing is very poor as the so called service engineers are unable to do the repairs properly or understand the core problem. It is requested to take necessary remedial measures at the earliest or clarify to me that your Service Centre does not have required competence in handing the problem and accordingly, refund my money so that I go to better local service center for getting the issue resolved.

5. Higher management need to look into the matter and reply to the said problem at the earliest.

SUBJECT - PROBLEM FACED IN GETTING THE SERVICE OF SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE FOR REPAIR OF REFRIGERATOR AT VISAKHAPATNAM, AP

Dear Manager,

1. I felt it appropriate to bring it to your notice the standard of Service being provided by your Service Centre at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Service provided by your service centre that is personally experienced is unprofessional, lethargic and in fact a classic example of cheating/looting its customers.

2. I purchased the product with a premise that the same is from a good company having standing in the market to provide post sale services of a standard, befitting the standards maintained by reputed firms like IFB, Sony etc etc.

3. Details Pertaining to Complaint.

(a) Refrigerator Model. SRWG1/XTL, Double Door, Yr of Purchase 2000.

(b) Problem. Cooling is not proper. The Refrigerator needs to be put off
for approx 3 to 4 hrs for refrigeration to resume, wherein only after it
sheds out water as in defrosting, the cooling starts.

(c) Problem Handled by the Unworthy Mechanic and the Service Staff of
your Service Station at Vishakhapatnam.

(i) First Complaint was lodged on 12 Dec 2015 and we received a
complaint docketing message on 12 Dec 2015 where your firm
provided Complaint Reference No as [protected] on Ph No
[protected]. Thereafter, sequence of events that followed are
as under:-

(aa) Mr Rajesh visited our house on 15th Dec 2015 and
performed a minimal service i.e. cleaning of defrosting pipe
wherein we paid a Service Charge of Rs 342/- (Bill Receipt
No 1113 dated 15th Dec 2015). The same did not solve the
problem and we again contacted the customer care on 19
Dec 2015 and a Customer Complaint Registration No
[protected] was issued to us. The same individual came
and informed that the Refrigerator need replacement of DF
Timer. The DF timer was replaced on 26th Dec 2015. An
amount of Rs 646/- was paid for the same.

(ab) Replacement of DF Timer did not resolve the problem. It is
inferred that a working and a healthy part was replaced as
the problem remained the same. It clearly shows the
professional and technical skill as also the quality of
training imparted by the reputed firms like Samsung to their
service providers. The unprofessional skill and lack of
commitment has led to wasteful expenditure where in, we
had to pay approx Rs 1000/-, but to no avail.

(ac) Again we contacted on 30th Dec as also 06th Jan 16, but
the same remained a correspondence only and the firm kept
on fwd messages that the problem is resolved. The same
did not happen on ground and we again contacted the
customer care wherein, we urged to either resolve the
problem or refund the amount that had been wastefully
expended by us due to unprofessional skills of your Service
Engineer. At this time, it was again committed by the Toll
Free Service Centre that Mr Arun Kumar will be visiting but
no one came and a message was again received that our
complaint has been resolved. It was totally contrary to the
same as no one visited on ground.

(ad) We again contacted on 11th and 20th Jan 2016 and got the
assurance that Supervisor will be contacting you. The same
is not yet resolved even after contact with the customer care
or the area supervisor.

(ae) One more time Mr Rajesh had visited and he said that
another part is reqd to be changed.

(af) Based on our call on 11th Jan 2016, a call was received from
Smita from Chennai on[protected]. She gave an assurance
that soon an engineer will visit and rectify the problem. No
one came.

(ag) Thereafter we again rang up on 20th Jan 2016. No action or
call came thereafter.

4. The problem still remains. It is indeed a question on the service engineers employed by Samsung who are incapable to understand the problem and rectify it OR the company is unable to have a check on the local service stations on whether they have good engineers or technicians with them. Since, we as customers are affected by the wrong commitment by your firm, it is recommended to take necessary step at your end to resolve my problem or clarify if the same cannot be resolved by your service centre and accordingly refund my money that has been wastefully expended by lack of technical skill with your service centre.

5. Please take necessary remedial steps at the earliest as the lackadaisical and unprofessional attitude is not befitting a reputed firm like Samsung. The name of the firm has already started sinking vis-à-vis other firms and the same will be detrimental to the futuristic goals of the Company. We have already started thinking that .it would have been better if we would have called a local mechanic as also you are forcing to make us decide to go for another brand in the future that is having better and honest service commitment.

6. It is requested to kindly take appropriate step at the earliest and honestly reply to my problem.

          Received a call back from Sahil from tel Ph No[protected] who gave me no of Imran Installation Head of samsung cel No +91 [protected] he wanted details about the dealer so that he can get the request for wall mount stand in writing from the dealer, he called Milan Enterprises and got the confirmation, Imran called back and told me that some will come to install the television on 24th since i was working on 24th so i requested him to come on 25th

          25th Feb 2016
          Installation engineer visited and unpacked the television and found out that the Panel is damaged, they asked me to call Milan Enterprises which i did immediately and made the samsung team talk to Mr Jigar of Milan, Samsung Installation team asked Milan to Register the complaint which he did and i got a message from Samsung Customer care with new case registration with the ref no [protected]

          25th Feb 2016
          i called Samsung Customer Care to reconfirm the complaint and spoke to Mr Deep & Quality Controller Mr Harpreet, they told me that if we had the complaint within 30 days then replacement could have been possible. i told them that my first installation request was raised on 22nd Feb which was well in the stipulated period of 30 days for replacement so should get the replacement.

          26th Feb 2016
          Did not received any call from Samsuang so called back to Samsung Customer care and spoke to Ms Aakanksha, subsequently received a call and visit from Satish who came and made a report that the Panel is damaged and point blank refused to replace it.

          This is to request you to guide your team to pls look into the matter and get my television replaced as soon as they can.

            Submiited all relevant docs still ur not doing anythin about my complain.i mentiioned it was stolen i dont know what the error the typist i was to upset and busy getting documents sorted out for claim process.really upset n sad. Never purchased ins for any of my handsets.

              I m mukul jain from surat and I purchased Samsung A8 mob..reference no [protected]..Samsung A8 purchased on 21 jan and after purchase within 2 days I return to havmour mob..havmour mob given to Samsung service station varacha surat..the smart phone not working they shown me very very small scratch which can't be seen my from microscope..such a small scratch not seen from naked eyes and Samsung company told it's a case of display damaged..they told u better take insurance don't give to service station and ur problem will be solved and havmour person also suggested me to go for insurance so by hearing them I had given the mob to havmour for insurance...After 20 days when I done a call they told insurance not possible in ur smart phone..the time of insurance gone and also ur mob is closed so it's not getting active..so havmour is not taken any responsibility and told go to Samsung service varacha surat station...I gone there they told u better contact customer care we can't do anything..I told Samsung service station person I don't want new display..my display is OK a small scratch which is not seeing by naked eyes..u better start my mob with same display but they deny and they told u better talk to customer care..I talked many times to customer care they told ur case is genuine but we will do call to you..but no call came..my mob is still in same condition..I am requesting to you I am not a rich person who wrongly give display money without any fault I also ask they if company not taking any liability than where will customer go..I can give 50 percent of display but kindly charge 50 percent to display..it's a solution I think will be better for both o[censored]s..As is know company won't give full discount of display so I asked for 50 percent discount of display..

                Arvind rathore at delhi said to deposit 120000 for cot and conversion code.
                Now he is telling to deposit another 8lakhs 40 thousand for tax code.

                  Hi Sir,

                  We had bought Samsung LED 46" EH 5000 from singapore against the invoice no. 11890 on 9th Jan 2016. We reside in India, MUMBAI. We just opened the LED TV on 24th Feb 2016, as our house was under renovation, and found that the screen has crack.

                  We want you help to get the same repaired. can you please help us. We are ready to give the repairing charges, as here in India the Samsung company is not ready to help us.


                  I am awaiting genuine response from your end. As a Accenture brand we have been associated with Samsung for quite long. I except good customer care from your end.

                  I had called up at customer care and realized that they charge 5700 Rs for just visiting. Being such a big brand we expect the customer service to be free. Yes later on if we need to pay repairing cost than that’s the different case.

                    I have purchased a 32 inch LED in Mar 2014 at 30000 Rs. In Feb 2016 it had a problem of display so I raised a service request through Samsung Custer care. After 3 days the engineer came and he told that the issue is with the display so the entire pannel will be changed and this would take another 4-5 days. He also told that there is no gurantee that after changing the display pannrl this would not have any issue again in near furture. If any issue happens again, I would need to pay Rs15000 as my warranty period would close by that time ..I am surprised to see that this kind of reputed company has such type of casual and non-responsible attitude to the customer's complain and this also means for small repairing purpose also i have to change the whole panel because Samsung is not ready to do that . This is ridiculous to hear that. .. from now onwards I would never like to go for samsung. My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo on 9/21/2014 from Samsung estore at an option of 12 months EMI. To which the confirmation I received is mentioned below:

                      Your Order ID is: 1304829. We have now started processing your order. The details of your order are as follows:

                      However, starting from that date till today an amount of more than 20, 000 Rs. I've already paid and the cost of phone is left to be paid - around 24k and all because Samsung never converted the amount to EMI and left me paying the interest every month and not a single time the actual Principal for the commodity.

                      The question I have here is please explain what exactly happened ? According to simple mathematics I suppose after 12 months I should have been free of all the EMI's. While today, after one and a half year is the situation that I'm stil payable to bank credit, I have almost lost my whole reputation with my bank fighting with them from past 1 year and most of it I have a **** phone being costed me double its actual amount.

                      Even after trying to reach out to Samsung multiple times no resolution has been established.

                      I really need help. This thing has actually costed me financially (way too much) and mentally.

                        Dear sir / Madam,
                        I have bought Samsung galaxy A7 in the month of June 2015 after using for six months it's started giving problems like slow function, getting hang & display issues. I had been to Raj teleservices Mulund service center and complaint about the phone and they have rectified the same by changing LED panel of handset and ensured me that the problem has been rectified but after a week again the handset was having display issues. Hence again I had been to same service center and complaint, this time they had done some checking at their end and rectified the issues. This rectification did not last even for a week and same problem starting troubling me.
                        This time I went to same service centre and requested to replace the handset but they have denied and upgraded the handset with latest software stating your handset will not have any problem now.

                        I am sorry to say this problem not rectified so far as my phone display keeps blinking and I need to reset the phone every now and then.

                        I want some senior person to look into this and take corrective steps to avoid major escalation.

                            Hi i have bought Split AC Inverter Model on March 2015 with Model NO.AR18JV5HBWKNNA on the name of mohana krishna. S. Now i facing problems with this.

                            1)Initially it is not getting cool, when i raise a complaint, they said it is due to gas leakage and it has taken 5 -7 days to resolve. Actually gas will come for 4 years but it was empty for 10months. Technician didn't set it properly.

                            2) After one week we are getting much noise from outside unit, when i raised a complaint technician said it is due to compressor problem. Unit was taken to service centre after 5 days.

                            If iam getting these many problems with in a year how can i believe the product from samsung brand. all these are getting free of service due to that it is in warranty. if warranty completes what is my situation.

                            My request is please change the unit and allot new one.
                            Last but not the least when technician visit to take the unit to change compressor they said just opposite to this unit, your neighbors one is also there. Due to that you got this problem. What the technician did while fixing the unit.

                              I bought Samsung Galaxy E7 on March 2015..
                              And due to overheating on charging, it's display got damaged, on 20th May.
                              {this was the Manufacturing fault as it was heating alot since starting (Charger also), i also complained about that in the service centre on April}
                              Then, they said that you have to pay because display need to replaced.
                              The owner of service centre ask me to pay 7100 for new display...
                              He returned my mobile on 7th june 2015 (working condition)
                              but the display is not properly instaleed by service centre, so i called him...
                              he said me that i will take it to jaipur to fix this problem...
                              But again the problem is not solved(the display is moving from the corrners) then after few day, the mobile stopped working..
                              i take it to service centre, The service centre owner again ask me to pay...
                              Why i pay again and again...

                              Now the day of submission to srvice centre was 10th July...
                              Till now He has not returned my mobile,
                              Its about 7-8 months...
                              I want my mobile back in working condtition...

                              I already filed a compaint in consumer court, 9 months ago...
                              But when there is no responce from there ..
                              so i paid fir new display...

                                Hello,
                                Bought a SAMSUNG phone on 24/09/2015.
                                1st service on Nov 17.
                                2nd service on was on Jan.
                                I phone has been in the service center for more than a month. The device is a faulty one. Samsung has denied giving me a refund after much debate with the service center the response is less than good.
                                The 1st time it whet to service i asked for a refund but they denied and i informed the person who called me saying next time i need a refund as its a new phone and should not happen. The 2nd time the service center dint even contact me for more than a week with the status of the phone. Then i called asking for a status and found no refund. I am not happy with a device as it has been in service more than i have got it. Please help me get a refund.

                                    I have purchased a 32 inch LED in 2013 at 28000 Rs. In Jan 2015 it had a problem of display so i repaired it through Samsung itself which costed me 11000 Rs. & now again feb 2016 it having a display problem & service technician is suggesting to change LED panel which is of cost 14000 Rs.They are saying they will not do the repairing by part they will change the panel only ..it means for small repairing purpose also i have to change the whole panel because Samsung is not ready to do that . This is ridiculous to hear that. .. from now onwards i will not go for samsung.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that the split ac purchased from you on 1-4-2015 is not upto the mark. Since the time we have purchased the cv we are faiing numbers issues and we are hardly able to use the ac.
                                        The ac is nosey and cooling is bad.

                                        We have faced major cooling problem.
                                        3 time there was gas leakage in the outdoor unit.
                                        Now the 1 year warranty is going to end in 31 march and the samsung team says it will not be extended. There can only be limited warranty which will not cover most of the defects.

                                        Kindly take the ac back and refund us the money asap.

                                        In continuity to the above menace the Mr. Avdhesh Patel came from the Extended Warranty team of Samsung. Since I was in a meeting the agent refused to wait for even 10 Min and left in hurry saying we have many customers to attend so can not wait. I really hope not to but any products of Samsung specially AC.
