    Kindly note i had purchased Samsung microwave oven model number-CE75JD-SB in chennai on 07/08/2015 and warranty expiry date on 06/08/2016.
    Kindly note the product been undergone service problem on first week of december, 2015. based on product issue i have registered my compliant on 14/12/2015 and complaint number-[protected] and problem- "SE" problem
    Kindly note that regarding complaint samsung service person contact via phone and said that" Due to chennai flood problem been occurred and if you will pay 100% parts charge mean we will come rectify the problem",
    Kindly note under warranty product why customer need to pay for problem occurred.

      This is the case which is going on since October 2015 and till date there is no resolution to the complaint raised. I bought a Samsung Refrigerator from a dealer in Krishna Nagar (RAZZLE DAZZLE ELECTRONICS) and when the refrigerator was unpacked, there were scratches on the body of the refrigerator.
      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I m costantly making complaint about my double door fridge which was repqired for thrice for problem in auto defrost system by replacing heater. Lastly in the month of perhaps in May 2015 it was declared by the service centre vadodara engineer that this piece is now not repairable.
      since than i m making complaints and nothing is heared. everytime on call centre i m give reply that representative will call you. they never bother for giving status of the complaint. Is nt there any system to track the compaint staus ? The complaint registration no. is [protected]. (C V Rajani, cell no. [protected], Vadodara.)

      after some time there was a phone from them (true caller read as call from Gajiabad) and they informed me that your comaliants is closed without giving any reason and hearing me further.

      There after i contacted call centre nos of time and infroming everytim e that i hv sent them the undertaking somebody offered me the refund amount of 31 thousnd smthn. everytime they ask me to wait fro the call from mngmnt. they either give thei contact no. not mail ID.


      today i lodged the complaint again as no update was made availabel to me.
      The new wref. is[protected] of 16th feb 2016. Lets hope for the reply.

      To start with Samsung is the pathetic company I have ever dealt with. This is the case which is going on since October 2015 and till date there is no resolution to the complaint raised. I don’t know what kind of service Samsung provides to its customer. I would again start with the complete story. I bought a Samsung Refrigerator from a dealer in Krishna Nagar (RAZZLE DAZZLE ELECTRONICS) and when the refrigerator was unpacked, there were scratches on the body of the refrigerator. I called the dealer at that very moment only and he said that he would get the same replaced within a week. I waited for a week but then there was no update from the dealer’s side. I then raised a complaint with Samsung and there asked me to send the screenshots of the scratches and everything and I provided them with all the requested information. The first person to deal with the complaint was Amit Gautam who was not able to handle the complaint (I don’t know why). He did not provide any update on the complaint raised unless I approach him. I then again escalated the case and then there came another person Karan Madan and he again asked me to send him the pictures of the scratches (which I provided again). After making continuous follow up with him, he told me that Samsung would be compensating me with Rs.8000, however, TILL DATE THERE NO SUCH AMOUNT PROVIDED TO ME. I made regular follow ups with Samsung, tried to call them and also sent the emails to which I always get a copy pasted email from AMIT GAUTAM. There is no different word written in the emails. Every time I was told that the complaint is with the relevant department and they would get back with an update. The last email I wrote was in January 2016 and Amit Gautam called me and gave the confirmation that I have to visit the dealer and sure shot I will get my money which was promised by Samsung. I visited the dealer on 23rd January 2016 morning wherein he asked me to come back on the evening around 7pm. In the evening I visited and the dealer asked me to show the email which states that he will give me Rs8000/-. I don’t understand when he didn’t have the clarification of the amount why he asked me to come in the evening.
      There was another person sitting there at the dealer’s shop MOHD. TARIQ (who calls himself from Samsung). I wonder that Samsung hires such kind of people who don’t know how to talk to the customers. He was addressing me by “YAAR”. Is this the way you guys would talk to your customers. He said that he has to trace the details and I informed him that Amit Gautam informed me that I have to go to the dealer and he will give me the money. To this he replied that Amit Gautam is just the call centre executive and he thinks himself as the CEO of Samsung.
      Today is 15th February 2016 and as per the assurances and commitments given to me, I have still not got my money. I kept on the regular follow ups and Samsung never responds to it. Amit Gautam gave me a person’s mobile number “PRADEEP” and I called him several times wherein he always said that I am looking into it. HOW MUCH TIME YOU GUYS NEED TO LOOK INTO AND WHAT IS THAT U HAVE TO LOOK INTO.. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHEN A RESOLUTION HAS BEEN DECIDED WHY ARE U HARRASSING THE CUSTOMER WITH NO REASONS AT ALL.

          I would like to bring it to readers notice some malpractices followed by some of the Samsung Engineers in Pune. I had raised a complaint for fixing my Samsung Washing Machine with Samsung Support desk. When the engineer visited my place, he was also accompanied by another person who was not wearing Samsung ID-Badge and uniform.

          Trusting the Samsung engineer I was bit reluctant to ask for clarification who the other person was. However later I realized that he was some local engineer doing his own business of repairs of electrical appliance and thet together said that going to Samsung would cost over 6000 Rs whereas he shall be getting it done in just 2000 and further Samsung engineer stated that the components won’t be available any more for repairs and I better get it done thru the local engineer who was ready to do it for lesser cost. I was also instructed that I should call back Samsung and inform them that machine is now working fine and I have no concerns and the complaint can be cancelled!!

          I guess Samsung needs to tighten their processes so that their engineers won’t join hands with local repair engineers and Samsung needs to bring in transparency and credibility in their operations. Samsung may not even realize that such practices are actually happening in the field.

            We were delivered with Samsung Refrigerator RT49H567ESL model today FROM PAI INTERNATIONAL, Bannerghatta Road. After 2hours of switching on and opening the fridge one of the compartment plate with glass is completely broken. Please arrange the replacement immediately. Not a good experience since we were delivered the display product wrapped in bubble sheet without outside carton box or Thermocol packing. Deeply depressed.

                I have purchased one Samsung Galaxy J1 ace mobile set on 11/12/2015 from Amant's Gallery showroom at Kamar para, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, Ph No[protected] . Unfortunately after two months from the date of purchase I saw that the display unit of my mobile was scale off without any reason but not totally removed. In this situation I can't handle the phone properly though it was on action. I went the local service center. They told me this happen due to poor adhesive which used to set up the display unit. But due to unavailability of this kind of adhesive they couldn't repair it. They took my phone no. and advised me for waiting. In this situation I can't use my mobile phone completely and this is a harrowing experience for me.
                I am completely disappointed on the whole matter and I think that it is nothing but a kind of manufacturing defect. So I demand that Company will take necessary action to replace my mobile phone as soon as possible.

                  Sir/Madam, Re: Complaint against supply of defective Mobile Phone & deficiency in services This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a Mobile handset ( Samsung NOTE 3 NEO) in May, 2015 worth Rs. 18, 500/-. But I regret to inform you that the said mobile phone was not working properly the day one. I also visited the service center at Okhla, Delhi many times to get the said mobile handset repaired but despite repairing of the said mobile two times & replacement of major parts, it is still not functioning. It is getting hanged & voice is also not cleared. The problem has not been sorted out till now & it is still persisting. It seems that defective mobile handset was supplied to me, more so, no proper services were provided to me by your service center which tantamount to deficiency in services on your part. Hence, I request you to arrange reverse pick up & provide me the refund of Rs. 18, 500/- i.e cost of mobile handset along with Rs. 5, 000/- towards mental harassment & interest @ 9% from the date of purchase of handset at the earliest otherwise I shall be forced to knock the door of consumer forum to get the justice in the matter entirely at your risk & cost.                     I have complained about the malfunctioning of the Wash timer of my washing machine bearing model No. WT 7300. For that the Technician of Keerthans services, samsung Authorized service center, Mysore had attended my concern and replaced wash timer with new item. For my utter dismay the amount mentioned in the receipt was unreasonable, excessive for the replaced spare. The code No of the replaced spare item is DC45-00001JA, For which he charged Rs.1520 + 221 ( service Tax) amounting to Rs.1741. I had approached aforesaid authorized center but in vain. I even contacted the samsung customer care center to know about the genuineness of spare part amount, even they declined to assist me. By this report i want to know the cost of the said spare and did i paid a right amount or i have been deceived or not.

                      Sir i am using samsung galaxy s4.it got some battery related problems. So i submitted it to service center. But the service center changed my parts with duplicates. They changed my screen my silver bezzel and much more.
                      They are saying then we will change your screen soon soon. But still my problem not resolved.
                      I am very trouble
                      I have visited service center more then 15 times and made calls around 30
                      But they are saying to come today., tomorrow next day and this is going on too.
                      I have submitted my mobile on 4 jan and still problem exist

                        the phone cited under reference No.(i)purchased on 06/01/2016 from the Saravana stores Chennai. Horizontal lines appearing in the display, day by day it is increasing. In this regards I contacted Samsung service centre at Ajmer (Rajasthan) for repairing the defect. But employee in service centre conveyed that its repairing charges is Rs.1250/-. After sending Complaint to CEO Samsung first agreed for replacement or rectification without cost. On behalf of CEO Sanmsung Sri. Amit Tikku&Pankaj Customer Experience Manager Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Requested me over ph( frequently contacted me over ph between 1, 2 week of feb2016) to submit the mobile at Samsung service centre Ajmer (because I am residing in Ajmer)to mr amidth . he will open the hand set in front of you it any liquid or water is entered in the set warranty will not apply. But it was not opened in front of me and no details given by them about fault .after few days he changed his stand .then he sent a mail on demanding 50%reparing charges and made ph in this regard. I didn’t accept this offer & reiterated that mobile is under warranty period . while taking back the mobile I asked the concerned official of Samsung Ajmer service centre to give the details of fault and non-discloser to the customer about opening of defective mobile as per CEO office. He refused to give the details in their letter head and refused to put Samsung service centre stamp. Ignoring my request and insulting me He has given total lies in writing in a waste paper with irrelevant stamp.Therefore sir I request to do needful for replacement of defective mobile from Samsung india electronics pvt. And take necessary action for their fraudulent service.All the papers/copies with me if you need I shall send you by post or scan copy by mail.

                            I bought an s6 edge plus along with clear view cover from chennai aftrr got scratches on screen. Samsung had ordered for such phones to have free change of screen. I visited the service centre and the manager agreed to changing the screen but due to unavailability of the product i was told to wait for 2 days. Insipite of asking for a job sheet i was refused citing reason that after any repairs are done only then a job sheet is given.After 5 working days i tried calling the techno care service centre in tambaram on the mobile number given by them it went unanswered and now even samsung customer care are saying they cannot provide me with the details of the service centre and arrange a call from then as'I dont have a job sheet'. As samsung proclaims it believes in customer satisfaction. They only believe in customer harresment.

                                we just had a chat with samsung call centre placed somewhere around haryana and wish to know the current status about whether the complete TV is getting replaced or refund will be done except repairing.

                                but the executive from samsung forcefully told that it can neither be replaced nor refund will be issued.

                                I am also attaching our telephonic discussion.

                                please take suitable action to either replace the TV or make it refund since we dont want to put us in trouble any more by just repairing it every month.

                                thank you for taking quick action regarding the same.

                                mr. rahul from Samsung called me but problem remains the same.

                                one thing I need to share that, mr. rahul told that even if when we replace the same, then you don't know about whether it is new or old one. company may provide you old TV by just saying it is new one.

                                is this happening in samsung a brand.. I will definitely think100 times to buy any product from samsung. also mr. rahul told that if we provide replacement then we have to do the same for every customer. it certainly show there may be some manufacturing defect which they are trying to hide.

                                please ask samsung to replace or refund as they are not even ready to opt any one of the option except repairing the same.

                                as it repaired once..and same problem occurred then logically and technically problem with the set and not with the screen

                                yesterday when we had a chat with mr. rahul, they told that this time you may repair that but if problem still exist then we may replacing whole TV.

                                today, just now they told that we can cover only warranty irrespective of the problem found in N number.

                                as we are middle class family and I am usually on tour. if problem finds in every alternate month which happens in last four month from the date of purchase, how can we trust in future and my family would unable to make a call all the time and it results frustration and depression

                                please requesting to resolve this problem by just replacing the whole tv or simply refund us.

                                Hello Sir,

                                We have purchased 40inch Samsung led TV at dated around 15 November 2015. It has been using for only 1 month and problem detected as the front screen of the led TV having some black dots which diameter around 15 to 25mm.

                                We called person from where we purchased the same. they told us to execute one engineer for the same and problem will be rectified.

                                Engineer visited our home and told to change the front screen of the tv, as we insist to replace complete setup but they confirmed us not faced such problem in future and since they confirmed us, we agreed to replace the front screen of the TV.

                                But after one month only, same problem occurred and this time black dots getting bigger and in more numbers. again we called the dealer but now they are again changing the front screen of the TV.

                                But instead of this they should replace whole TV to a newer one since when problem occurs second time, it may possible to repeat in every alternate month. but they are not ready to replace the whole TV with its setup.

                                We purchased Samsung because its multinational brand but now we are going through many problems, time, money, depression and what not.

                                please suggest and take certain action for the same.

                                    Dear Concern,

                                    With all due respect, I wish to bring to your notice that I purchased a Mobile A700 Galaxy A-7 Samsung from your authorized vendor on 06.05.2015. I was fully confident about the quality and customer service reputation of highly esteemed brand like Samsung and I am a regular use of your brand.
                                    Further, I regret to say that the experiences I had in recent days were so shocking to me that brand like yours how could have so careless, irresponsible and unsupported service centers. My bitter experiences are as follows:

                                    1. Suddenly second slot of SIM stopped supporting in my phone. I took it to your authorized service centre on 03.02.2016, they opened it in my absence and told me that the slot is broken and this will not be covered in the warranty.

                                    2. When I again approach them to get the problem resolved as my set was in under warranty & I have even not even done any wrong or right practice with the slot section, this time they told that slot pin is not in shape & returned the handset without any acknowledgement. This statement was entirely different then the first one.

                                    3. The way technicians were handling the phone was extremely uncomfortable & objectionable as it was showing that they are incompetent professionals to handle such expensive gadgets. By the time I reached my home the screen of the phone also get dislocated and touch features have stopped working which has happened due to complete negligence and incompetency of the technicians during reassembling of the phone.

                                    4. On 08.02.2016 again, I went to them with my problem this time that service centre head told me to come some other day as his technician was not available. In this process neither they have registered my complained nor given me any kind of receiving.

                                    5. As told by the service centre Head, I visited once again to their venue on 11.02.2016 and similar inconvenience faced over there. In the absence of any technical professional again my gadget got mishandled by him and without any assurance / solution get returned back to me with a piece of paper as an acknowledgement. In this period the touches screen not working properly.

                                    In the context of above mentioned points you are being requested to take necessary action to get the discrepancy resolved by replacing the gadget to avoid inconvenience to one of your esteemed regular customer.


                                    Your stand / revert on the same will be anticipated at the earliest for further plan action.

                                      I have purchased Samsung galaxy 3neo, IMEI. [protected] on 24/04/2015 but chip reader not working due to manufacturing fault. I want to replace my mobile. But at present your service centre at Contai location deny to provide me service. Pls confirm me to availability at contai service centre.
