Hi Dear sir, I have a same UA32F5100 model LED TV and purchased in 2013 for 33k. And before two days in running condition its video output / display stopped working and only audio is working. After checking at Samsung service center, they said its LED panel damaged so you have to replace it & it will cost me for 17000/- & also they offer me other panel with cost of 8000/- Rs . Its very harsh to know that Samsung will not releasing latest mashmallow updates for its Flagship Device Galaxy note 3. Today i feel that i have wasted 45K on this Samsung Device.
