My Samsung LED 40" TV is currently under Extended Warranty valid till January 2017, last week there was some problem with the Display Panel and I registered a complaint with Samsung Customer Care Reference No. [protected] on 22nd Oct'2015. A service engineer came on 24th Oct'2015 and after inspection said my TV display panel has damaged and got to be replaced. He gave an estimation quote of Rs.32000/- approx. for replacing the display panel. When I said my TV is under extended warranty, he said the problem with display panel is due to physical damage and so the cost will not be covered by extended warranty. I argued with him saying there is no possibility of any physical damage from my end, but he refused take my word. Also, Samsung charged Rs.171/- as inspection fee and I paid the same. Once again I called up Samsung Customer Care and spoke to them regarding this issue, I was told a senior customer care executive will get in touch with me soon. The same day a senior executive called my from the Telephone No.+[protected] and spoke to me regarding this issue. I explained him everything once again clearly and he promised to send a senior engineer for inspection on 26th Oct'2015. Meanwhile the complaint that I registered for this issue on 22nd Oct'2015 automatically got closed on 26th Oct'2015. So, once again I raised a new complaint explaining everything and said the issue is still pending and asked them to re-open the support ticket. Finally, they registered a new complaint with Reference No.[protected] on 26th Oct'2015. Still waiting for the senior engineer to inspect my TV as I am writing this on 27th Oct'2015... never expected this kind of support from a global brand like Samsung. I hope at least after this message someone from Samsung customer support would get in touch with me or I am planning to take this issue to the next level. - Balaji.

    Sir I had purchased a samsung mobile battery from Mymoon mobiles and fancy centre RS Road palakkad near municipal bus station palakkad worth 800.on 25 th August 2015. The shop keeper hadnt furnished any proper cash bills on my purchase the they wrote the six months varrenty and promised me replacement when any complaint happens in this varrenty peiod. After two months the battery become functionless and i agian aproached the shop for replacement. They refused my request and humiliated me and threatened me in public. As to enquiry the battery was duplicate one and not samsung original battery. They are copying the brandname and eblem and making fraud on innocent people.

      For TV - Even if you take extended warranty, it will be not valid, you need 2 weeks to follow-up with Samsung to get certificate first then repair if they will. Torturing after taking money. I am a live example - ref. number [protected]. What's the harassment samsung, I am suffering for your mistake and also daily fighting in my family. Noida people be aware of this please

      Taken extended warranty: 5 Sept 2015 by same executive of HCL-Samsung who had come for installation too. Handed over only cash memo for 1797 for 3years warranty of my 23 inch Samsung colour TV.

      Still no repair, no certificates as they say.
      Positively waiting for everyone's promised word daily, feel like they lieing and bullying me daily

          I bought my samsang j 2 after 4 days the display got blank .when i submit my mobile at gallery they told me wait at least 15 days then we will give u mobile bt now almost 20 days is over bt till my mobile is not got me...plz solve it fast becuse i m only used 4 days of my mobile plzzz solved it

            The Overheating and No Sim display.The s4 motherboard failure after the lollipop update and when contacted the customer care and service centers several times and informed them that the unit is out of warranty only by two months and I can't expect a product to fail within 14 months after spending 43000 rupees. At first they said that it is due to lollipop update and the hardware is just fine and then they said that the motherboard failure and hence the overheating issues. At the end of several hours of phone talk and several visits to service center, Samsung said that the unit is out of warranty and so I will have to buy the motherboard for another 9000 rupees.

              This is a complain regarding my tab . I purchased tab from carefour city center in September 2014 . In October I went for my vacation and later I saw a defect auto restart all the time I was not able to use tab I came back from my country in December 2014 I went to carrefour in Jan 2015 and told them this issue. they asked me to go to service center directly. as I was busy with my daughter school admission I was not able to go in the same month . However I went in March I told them the issue they took the tab for service and they even did the service and gave me back again there was the same issue. I went back in April they again did the service and gave me back the tab . Again in May same issue I went to them told that it's auto restarting without stop and there is no network even. they told me to change my sim I did that as wel but still same issue I was not able to go back again, as it was Ramadan. in August wen I went and told the supervisor that I don't need this tab I can't use it always there is a same issue.I need my money back or I need a new tab . Supervisor replied he can't do anything, he has done the service again and it my mistake that I'm not using properly and even he told me that I have 2 yrs of warranty and come do the service, wen I told him i can't come every time and its not working even for 15/30 days again and again I can't come am a working women. he replied that I'm also working man and most of the people are working for that I can't do anything. I couldn't tel anything to him after that I went back with disappointment. later again now I saw same issue I went back and told them to log a complain that I don't need that tab after two days I received a msg telling I need to pay wen I called them and asked y I need to pay and I don't need my tab. they tel me that there is a liquid found inside the tab coz of that I need to pay. wowwwww. What a service . Y are u guys lying ? Y are u guys making me run here and their? Y u guys don't see this issue befor ? I[censored] saw this issue now ? Y I saw the same issue which I faced it since a year ? Such a lie ...such a lie ... such a bad service ever experienced. Will I get back Wat I need or I need to suffer and like this for the tab???
              I need my right I have suffered from year...

                MY MOB IS SAMSUNG GT_18262 have problem for charging and submitted in kalyan samsung authorised center kalyan srvoday mall. they told me some wotk in mother board replace charging plate and replace battery i do it and pain Rs 2200
                they told me mob checked they check and used but shocking news is mob not ok same as problem sumitted in gallery so whats check your employee
                please suggest what can i do

                  Hi, I am faced really horrable experience with SAMSUNG. I have purchased AC inverter technology on 18th may 2014, Invoice no:SVM-0949. On June 2015, i have started to face issues in AC, some small issue (Cooling issue i have raised multiple times), that will be partially fixed after multiple engineer visit. I real issue i have faced in august/september 2015, My AC outdoor unit has some noise, so i have raised concern on August, after multipe engineer visit that issue not resolved, after 3rd visit engineer suggested there is an issue in your PCB that need to be chaged, and give me the cost of approx 8000/- and he told me after we chaged this part your problem will be removed. I was really upset and fedup, so i have suggested him to change the part and the part has changed after 2 days, when they have changed this part and ran the AC, the problem still exist . I have asked to the engineer why problem is still there, he told me after some days it will resolved automatically. But after 15 days when issue is not resolved, i have again raised a complaint to SAMSUNG and after multiple visit of engineer, they told me the issue was not PCB, i need to changed the EC WALL and AC GAs They also give me estimate of 3100/-. I have raised a complaint in SAMSUNG again asked why my Ac pcb WAS chaged, when actual issue is different. they told me they will investigate and come back to me within 24 hrs. It almost a week, nobody turned back. I am really mentally disturb from 1 month with lots of followup and complaint and not in situation to invest more. My concern is why i have charged for PCB when actual issue was differnt. SO, please help me to resolve the issue, i am really upset and not sure how i will resolve this issue.                     I Purchased this TV on 27.07.2013 after doing a lot of research and now my TV developed display issue. Samsung technician inspected the product it was not even more than 10minutes, he said panel issue and it costs around 17, 000. When enquired the defect he simply says electronic components usual behaviour and cannot be explained much further, left my home collecting service charge not even doing thorough checkup. Also, he said normally led life span is 10, 000 hours where as mine not even crossed one third of the actual running hours. When I asked Samsung to replace the part at free of cost or provide some discount since my tv life span was too short, they are not even taking ownership nor customer centric to address the issue. Samsung simply says nothing can be done and even further escalation cannot be looked upon by top level management. Samsung is very arrogant in their speech and not even feeling for customers investment on their product Samsung is purely money minded not service minded. What is the use of purchasing higher end models since considering all aspects a)long life span b)quality product c)good features we are investing more but Samsung is cheating their customers charging high prices but delivering poor quality products. Does the life span of a costlier tv lasts only for 2 years ? If so, what kind of material they are using in manufacturing the tv. This should have been told in the beginning at the time of purchasing, Samsung dealer guaranteed minimum durability of my tv is 10 years. I asked Samsung why are they providing false information about the product, they are unanswering and keep repeating product is out of warranty and repair cost have to be beared at my own expenses. There are TV's at less price with high end features merely to Samsung top models with same 1yr warranty. What is the use of choosing Samsung and how they are differentiating their products against rivals ? Samsung manufactures poor quality components and bringing product life to run till warranty period so that any issues comes post 1 yr, they escape claiming as product is out of warranty and we can't do... What kind of trust Samsung is giving to customers ? Samsung sucks... They are very well under the impression that no action can be taken on Samsung regardless of anything... Samsung has done injustice to me...They have closed my complaint without giving remedy

                      I bought samsung s6 on 19 Oct from 1st day of purchase it heats alot almost 40-42 C and company saying this is normal. I my thumb is stiff due to phone heat. Service center is denying to replace my phone as they sayin till phone heats 48 we will not replace.

                        We had purchased two air conditioners from Samsung within the same month . but now both the air conditioner are not working simultaneously.the air conditioner was showing some trouble in the first year. but the Samsung people said it is because of voltage problem. but when asked they are saying it was the condenser leak. if this was told to us before we could have got the claim both the air conditioner are having the same condenser defect. this shows the company is manufacturing faulty products. to repair both the air conditioners i will have to spend almost Rs.20000. we have been calling Samsung people to solve the issue but there has been no help provided. which is why we are here to get justice.

                          We purchased a refrigerator last year the warranty gets over on 18 October 2015 . we made a complaint on 17 October 2015 to the dealer from whom we purchased. now the Samsung is not considering our claim because they are saying we did not make the complaint on time. we have spent our hard earned money a sum of Rs .68500 on the fridge. we hope for justice. its been 1 year the paint is puffed up. so what could happen after two years. we request the consumer complaint forum to ask Samsung to repair our refrigerator and resolve our issue at the earliest. purchase date on 18/10/2015 model no.                               Dear sir This has reference to the problem in my Samsung LED which was purchased on 18.07.13 in Allahabad. After a few months of purchasing the display of LED gone and the problem settled after a lot of conversation to your office. Panel was replaced on 29.04.15 which was on chargeable basis. Now I am relocated to another city named Gola Gokaran Nath from Allahabad. After six months of replacement of Panel again the display of LED is gone. I can not understand what is the problem with my LED. Samsung provides such manufacturing defected LEDs to its customers so as to gain after sales profit.                                 I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 with serial# RZ8G7086WAW on[protected] from Vijay electronics, Old# 142, New# 39, Alagiri Street, Tambaram-Velachery Main Road, Santhosapuram, Chennai -73. When I bought this I did notice some grains on the screen but it was 8:30 PM so, I didn''t get much time to dig it. Since it was a gift to my brother, I didn''t open the phone and notice the display issue. I gave this to my brother and he notice the display issue right after he turn the phone on. We took it to Samsung showroom in Salem(Reliance Market) on 22th of September-2015, they said the display has a problem and take it to store and get it replaced. I called William the sales rep on 23rd of September in Vijay electronics at [protected], he said bring the phone to the shop and let me check. I went to the shop on 28th of September-2015, they had a look and said go to the service center, they will fix the problem. I said the phone is not even a month old and it has a problem from day one and which basis you are asking me to take it to service center. He said, "Once the product is sold the relationship between us is over and who will pay if I replace the phone". I asked for the same in written, he refused to do that insist me to go to service center. I have taken it to service center on[protected] and the bill number is [protected] with defect description β€œLine in display(Right top corner) and sometimes Grains on display though the grains were there always. They replace the display but issue was not fixed fully, I taken it back on 17th of Oct-2015 Morning, first they refused to give ticket number and directly underwent pressing the display but it came out in 2 hours again. I went to service center at 5PM on the same day and got the ticket number [protected] and still it is in service center. Please find the attacked purchase receipt, service center Acknowledgement of service request. Now I don’t have trust on this device., please refund the money back.

                                  I purchased a TV 32" on 8/8/2012 at a cost about Rs.36000.00. Now it is showing total color change and doubling the image, flickering etc. I have shown to authorized repair agency and they have informed me that the display panel to be changed which costs Rs.15000.00. But new Samsung 40"LED TVs are available at a cost of Rs.26000.00. Hence the repairing of this TV at the rate shown above is not economical for me.
                                  Will you able to do anything on this issue?

                                    I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Alpha SM-G850Y mobile on 9th Nov 2014 from Samsung Smart Plaza At Anna Nagar 2nd Avenue. My mobile phone frequently hanging while doing multi task like call conference, contact checking, sliding the top bar . I have contacted Samsung Authorized service center in Chennai Anna Nagar (HI TECH Solutions). They have tried following options but the problem could not be rectified even after 3 attempts - OS installation - LCD checking and OS re installation - Mother board replacement Service Request Date: 10-oct-2015 bill no: [protected] I had visited 4 times to Samsung service center but could not get resolution I am not able to use my smart phone for my professional use.                                       BAWARE & AVOID SAMSUNG LED TVs Hi - I bought a Samsung 40" full HD LED TV (Model: UA40F5500AR | Type: UA40F5500) in Jan-2014. In just 21st month of its operation - I am facing an issue where only Audio is coming from the TV and there is NO video. I connected with Samsung Support (SR# [protected]) - the technician visited next day, spent 5 min. Another technician visited day after and said LED Panel needs a replacement (Without checking any other components) and the cost will be 25, 000. My experience with Samsung raises following issues & questions: 1. What I am wondering for the Technicians second visit is: was there a hurry to declare that entire LED panel is gone? That can possibly be the problem but the amount of time spent on diagnosing the problem is grossly dissatisfactory. β—‹ What if main board has an issue? Or Invertor? or TCON board? Or anything else? β—‹ Why there is a RUSH to declare that the most costly component is the only issue. (By the way there are good number of references on the net where LED panel was declared faulty and later on something else turned out to be an issue) 2. Since customer care did not help - I wrote to their Executive Team for an answer. β—‹ There was NO response 3. Since Executive Team did not help - I wrote to Samsung India CEOs Office. I got 4 calls from CEOs office. All of them focussed on minting more money & NOT AT ALL understanding the concern: β—‹ First call: I explained the situation & I got the same reply as any regular call center. What's the point of raising concern to CEO then??? β—‹ Second call: Just a follow up call to see if I'll replace the panel (Or I'll spend the money !!) β—‹ Third call: Just a follow up call to see if I'll replace the panel (Or I'll spend the money !!) β—‹ Fourth call: Just a follow up call to see if I'll replace the panel (Or I'll spend the money !!) 4. I thought may be it's a rare event & my bad luck. However a simple online search reveals that - almost in every country Samsung TV customers are suffering from the same/similar issue with LED panels where it just stops working immediately or some time after warranty period is over. This is across the product lines. 5. In US there is a Class Action Lawsuit in this regard against Samsung which they lost & had to settle. 6. If we go by Samsung TV customer's bad experience in past 4 years or so - it only concludes that inferior quality product is being sold to the masses and the service for TV products is horrible This incident is shattered "myth" about Samsung product quality.

                                        Hi I am Vishwas from Banagalore, I have purchased S6 handset on 21st June 2015 from Sangeetha mobiles, Marathalli Banaglore . At that time there was a offer from Samsung saying "BLUE FEST" in which phone's physical warranty and liquid warranty has to be covered for one year which inturn tied with Apps Daily. After I purchased the phone immediately the Samsung promoter who was there in the store had downloaded apps daily app and installed and said the registration has been done and insurance is covered for one year. Now on14th Oct 2015 when I was talking over phone somebody pushed me in crowd and mobile fell down and two wheeler went on it and mobile screen and centre body got damaged. Now for claiming my insurance when I checked with Apps daily team they said this handset is not registered itself for insurance only you have downloaded the application, when I checked with Sangeetha mobile store Manager(Syed) he said its covered from Samsung so I should contact Samsung regional Manager(Rudresh), I had discussed trhe situation with Rudresh but he is telling registration not done so its not coming under claiming . On that day Samsung promoter only said registration is done now these people blaming on others and their hands saying nothing can be done and charging 15k for screen and center body replacement. Because of Samsung promoter had not registered my mobile properly on the day purchased this is the issue. So request you to either screen and centre body get it replace or new handset or refund my money . I have paid 42k for mobile and since there was offer from SAMSUNG for physical damage and liquid damage Sangeetha store people denied to take extra insurance from Sangeetha. Vishwas JB [protected]
