We had purchased Washing Machine but looks future should not invest, following are my experience and reason.
.1. We understand from Customer support team that Partner control or decides a warranty period so when we asked mail for the same but Customer support team refused to send mail. As the update received on call that warranty partner will fill and deliver to client and client has agree the same even though delivery delayed or installation delayed.
2. when product opened by Samsung represented person for installation activity, he visited our house and opened boxs and verified but no manual delivered so as per installation check list i have informed installation engineer to untic the not delivered items. latter i understand when i got feedback call from Samsung or ezone team that along with manual there will be warranty card as well.
3. Customer support team says if we ask mail for clarity, they says there is no mail facility but i relay surprised to know that Samsung such big company customer support don't respond, even if you ask customer support email-id the messaged received from customer support representative is login to samsung portal go to contact or about and submit your request, there is no such facility customer support team will handle.
4. Till today no update, even when we ask installation representative for stand and covers no update, customer support team says, client has to find in market if available can buy or noting can be done.I know may be Samsung may not having but installation engineer at least know contact where we get these but it is not they don't know then know, only you have to accept their terms and conditions to get.
5. General warranty period should be from the date of installation.
6. On the machine mentioned 3 years warranty and for motors 10 years warranty but while i was talking to customer support team they are saying warranty is two years, then i have clarified that eZone team confirmed its 3 years warranty for full machine so customer support team representative said he will check and get back but so for no update.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
What action have you taken in last 72 hours and what step is going to take ag as against the service centre?
If it not been taken care by 24 hours...I will complain in consumer forum.
