I complain before some days about battery on consumer complaint m then i take a call from samsung but samsung is not solved my complaint... my complaint is I purchased a new Samson s4 mini gt-i9192 battery from Samson care..After two month the battery pack up is low.I go to care and ask for battery change..But the Samsung care employee is not change the battery..I have a bill. my battery has 6 months warrenty. I compliant about the Samsung care.. i go to samsung care but ""again"" care employee not change my battery... my contact no is [protected]

    We purchased a Samsung LED TV from Samsung Plaza Shop, Pimple Saudagar, Pune on 17th Aug, 2013 on loan (Bajaj Finance).
    Model no is UA40F5100ARMXL
    Serial no is 23483ZED800077L. Total TV Bill paid -> 52, 900/-

    Issue: Samsung LED Half screen black display just after 2 Years. We just finished with EMI repayment's and faced this issue.

    We raised service request (Complaint no:-[protected]), the technician came and verified it as LED panel issue and provided repair estimates of 26, 612/- which is more than 50% of TV cost. This was literally SHOCK to us.

    We never expected this kind of QUALITY OF SAMSUNG brand product.

    We have not serviced the TV due to high service cost. We are extremely disappointed and feel like why did we purchased this LED TV if it's not working just beyond 2 years.

    We are expecting Samsung Service Center should understand this situation and at least repair the Panel Issue without any cost.

    We could see many similar complaints and hence we feel it's a manufacturing defect. If this is the case then Samsung should take responsibility of this defect and try to hold customer trust on SAMSUNG product quality and their service.

    No one has replied on this complaint yet...really don't know if anyone at least read this or not...
    Sir, was this issue resolved? Its a pity the Government is not using Goods and Consumer act and is not taking these manufactures seriously.

    The manufacturers are manufacturing faulty design led tv's which are fragile and the internal screeen can be damaged very easily. The technician advised the internal screen could be damaged with a piece of rubber or even a pen.

    And then the manufacturer fleece the customers to pay 80% of the product (Cost Internal Screen/Panel) to replace internal display!!!???
    IMAGINE A PART THAT COSTS 80% OF THE PRODUCT COST DOES NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY!!! Is this a JOKE!
    This is definitely cheating!!

    Don't remember the earlier TV's having these issues. This issue is common with lakhs of customers fallen pray to this issue called "Internal Panel Cracked and hence is a Physical Damage" its all over the internet.

    Why would anyone damage their brand new full hd led tv's, the one bought with hard earned money!?

    Hope someone moves court against such manufactures. Can't fool and take your customers for a ride.

      Please do not buy Samsung products, worst service, Samsung doesn't know how to identify problems in their own products, my personal experience, first time I purchased a Samsung product, refrigerator cost 25k, with in two years this is the second time it's not working 3 months gap of repair, I purchased it for my mom who stays in village, service Center guys didn't come 5-6 months for repair coz of village, after continuous follow up they came and did but worked for 2 months and same problem, they didn't come I brought product to place where I live Hyderabad, now service Center says I have to bring the product to service Center can't repair it my house, reason unable to identify the problem, pls friends never by Samsung products are like " All That Glitters Is Not Gold" worst service worst service words are not sufficient 👞🗡

        Dear authority This is to inform that I had purchased a microwave and 528 lt refrigerator for Srs Samsung showroom for 21 c Faridabad Haryana . The refrigerator is perfectly fine but to my surprise the microwave was delivered unpacked with tampered labels on the box and seems old . I enquired with Mr sagar Jha and he said I will check but no response . Samsung engineer visited for demo and he asked me to give assosories for the same, I asked I have not got any thing with this and I immediately called Mr Jha for the same and he clearly said this model is not supplied with assocories a do you need to pay seperatey for the same in very rude way . I called up Chawla electronics for the verification and he confirmed that sealed pack will have all these things, to confirm the same I callled Samsung customer care and talked to Mr Gaurav and he helped me in excalating the matter . I once again called the dealer and requested him for sealed pack delivery with all assecories but no one is responding .this is clear cut cheating from dealers of Samsung for our hard earned money .           My customer ID no-[protected] . I have a semi-washing machine. The original warranty will be expiring on 11 december 2015. The request was first made over phone on 9 november 2015 for extending the warranty for a further period of 3 years. Request are being made daily since 9 november 2015 except on 11 november (Diwali).               I already had communication via email and phone 4 times to Samsung regarding replacing my broken Samsung S5 screen as per offer launched for Rs 990. I spoke with 4 representatives in regards to this issue and the funny part is all 4 had different thoughts and advises. The first 3 were at least on the same platform that there was no offer launched as such by Samsung and that I am being misled. I had sent all links available on the internet to show them proof of what’s in the market. The 3rd person even tried to deviate by telling that my current communication is in November and the previous one was in October. Then this interesting conversation with the 4th guys happened. So he called me up in a very professional way stating he is from Samsung support and that he is here to assist in all way possible. He admits that YES Samsung had launched an offer for Samsung Galaxy S5 users whose screen got broken. However this was valid only till Aug ’14. To which I had great disagreement and we spoke a lot and finally he asked me whether the shop keeper had explained me the offer. Yes – at the time of sale the shop keeper had mentioned the offer. He dialled his number and we are on conference now. The shop keeper says he had not explained any offer and that it was valid only on pre booking. That was hilarious!! And now both of them jointly on same point that it is valid on pre booking S5 phones only. My point is – so if that’s the case then Samsung was already aware that this series is going to be a flop!! Was it that way? 2 thoughts on this point, if it’s on pre booking S5 phone – it will not for sure have a valid till date because you really can’t foresee when someone’s phones screen is about to break till the time it’s made of low quality material. If it’s not on pre booking S5 phones – the offer launched as a onetime offer for S5 owners, here also you really cannot foresee when someone’s phones screen is about to break till the time it’s made of low quality material. He was arguing that there are no such offers of further high end S6 and Edge then how come on a lower end phone. He was ready to give in writing that the offer was valid till Aug ’14. For someone who is intellectual and running a business this would never be a right thought – since he foresee that his model will / have to be sold till new launch. But someone who is hired to work with customers will not have their thoughts worked well because they just have to play around the customer and save petty busks. Now on to the news on all web links available regarding this news about Samsung S5 screen replacement – this is what I have to say. If this was a pre booking offer, why the offer would be launched in June when phone was available in April. The offer was to sell off as much phones as possible and this is not the only offer launched for S5. S5 saw a huge drop in its price soon after its launch, they tried buy back offers with other galaxy models like S3, and for S5 customer they started free pick and drop facility for phone servicing – addition customer will be provided a phone for using in the mean while. Screen replacement is the next one in queue. When its mentioned screen replacement is available as one time and that too within warranty period – I fail to understand why no one who so ever have dealt with or gone through my communication is not aware of such deals from the same company. These guys who called me may not have studied the news in detail and that’s why they ended up making the same blunder statement again and again. Now if you guys say that Samsung did not launched such an offer – I have attached image available online and also have paper cutting from Hindu paper as an advertisement from Samsung mentioning the same offer. In short – screen replacement for Samsung S5 phone is available as one time for every owner whose phone is on warranty and that’s my point. I am still not clear on the point as to what is stopping you guys from mending my phone as per the offer launched. My rating for the phone is 5star and this being my 1st Samsung device. I had plans for gifting my wife next month with a Note 5, but such conversations are stopping my thoughts. Hope to receive a positive response to my concern and a swift get back as usual.                 Samsung 32 inch TV having Display issue which is under warranty until January 2016. Having issue with the brightness. The Brightness gets extremely dim intermittently. Upon approaching the company (Jaya Agencies, Attingal, Kerala, +[protected] from where the product was bought, claims Rs. 3500 as repair charges after coming for an inspection. Initially "Jaya Agencies" committed to come for an inspection for days long and kept delaying. After these cheaters have claimed for Rs. 3500 and providing misleading information saying the engineer is from samsung service center for replacing the parts, we had to log a support ticket directly with samsung service center. Now a ticket has been raised and we are awaiting service team to come and fix the issue. Be aware of imposters who make such false claims.

                    Hello... I bought the Samsung TV costing 235000 The TV has been giving me problems since the day I bought it.. I changed the panel the first day it was a manufacturing defect, By now I have changed the panel two times and now it is the third time I m changing it. The TV has also voice recognition problem.. The TV is still under warranty during the complaints.. The full TV is defective and I would want the full replacement or money back refund. Their service is also bad as they are not giving any proper satisfying solution. I would want to get a full new replacement for the TV o my money refund..all the complaints I lodged was when the TV was still under warranty

                        Purchased on :- 22 aug. 2015 model : GT-193001 FCC ID :A3LGT193001N SNN : -193001GSMH IMEI : 352607/06/537414/8 IMEI : 352608/06/537414/6 S/N : RZ1G712F0Y Build number : KTU84P.I9300IDDUBOI1 after two days of purchase it restarts automatically even when not in use and SD card gets unmount unexpectedly, after one week I visited serice centre.they return mobile after 3 days and told me that they repaired the problem of auto restart but unexpected removal of SD card is not mobiles issue, my SD card is damaged even I was using that SD card in my old cell of nokia. But the cell didn't shows any change it was showing the same problem then again after 5 days i visited service centre and they told me that when i kept my mobile first time in service centre it didn't gets restart even once in 3 days.and told me to send my mobile to jaipur which is the last process they had..then after 5 days i visit service centre to collect my cell, i asked them that if the problem is not solved yet then ? then they changed mother board of the cell.but even then it is showing the same issue.as they told me i changed my SD card.and one of the person at service centre told me that i asked about your cell to high authority and finally he gave me the answer that it's your sim card's problem. it's the worst service for coustomer. the service centre is at keshavpura circle, Kota (raj.)

                            I have purchased a LED TV on 7.11.2015 from M/s VIVEK. It was informed that we will have an Engineer for Installation 9/11/2015, but till date 12/11/2015 nobody has turned up. Whenever we call the customer service they say it will be done today, but nothing had happened. WORST SERVICE by SAMSUNG. I would advise people buying TV not to buy SAMSUNG PRODUCT because of worst service. In chennai i was told that the service had been outsourced to TVS Electronics, and they also does not care for the customer. They keep giving lame excuses. I SINCERELY SUGGEST NOT TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN FUTURE.

                              Complaint no.[protected] Bill no. [protected] We bought galaxy note 5 on 16 Oct and it had a problem on spen. We already registered complaints via service centre as well as croma. For the past 2 weeks I m using my phone as it is in the service center we are highly dissatisfied and disappointed because of samsung service. No phone calls no follow up. Nothing. They don't bother about our issue. I understand samsung can't solve this issue. And I m telling to everybody as the galaxy note 5 is a failure model and not to buy. As it is a premium model and I spent 53k to buy but there is no value for the customer. and I decided this is the last phone from Samsung to our family as there is no cooperation from Samsung. They don't valuing the customer feedback as it gone repaired with 7 days from the date of purchase. Hope they don't solve my issue by replacing the phone I bought. I am surprised that they are interested in servicing the same phone. How it can be possible to do service within a week. Is it explains the quality and worth of the product. Kasiraman

                                I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy J2 4G mobile of IMEI Nos. 353508/07/243260/7 and 353509/07/243260/5 on just yesterday (11.11.2015) after opening a sealed package from my area local shop. After inserting SIMs (Vodafone & Airtel) I found signals of both the SIMs are frequently going off/drops and when I make any calls (when signals are available) at most of the times there is drop of signals. There is no such problem when I use the same SIMs in other mobiles. Please look into the matter and please replace the mobile by to-day at my residence. I will not accept any repaired or software reloaded mobile or run at your Service Centre for repair or software loading of the mobile. I am surprised Samsung has no Quality Control of their products. Please reply back per return.

                                  My mobile handset display is not working and when I approached an authorized service center, they informed me that display is broken and it does not cover warranty. My grievance is that even though I used the handset with utmost care, the dispaly is not working. The mobile has not fallen from my hands and also there is no physical damage to it. As per the terms of the warranty, there was no misuse or mishandling from me and even then also, the Company is not ready to provide warranty for me.

                                  So, as the last resort, I am going to approach Court to get the legal remedies.

                                    From delhi...This samsung company is the worst company ever I have seen in my life time...This company really don't provide an good service to a coustmer...Calling to a coustmer care since morning to 8 pm...They provide the service centers no. Nd the service centre one provides us some other no.Nd this no. Picks the call listen to the complaint nd says that we will call uh back after 5 mins...that's the bull ...no one calls us waited 2 hour...after waiting, we calls them back nd the no. Goes switch off...is this type of service uh r providing to us...The Sony and Panasonic companies are much much much much much better than uh...ur company is the worst company...never ever will buy the product from ur company in future...Nd I will also aware my relatives to not to buy the product is Samsung...

                                        My phone note 3 is under warranty i purchased it on 31 august 2015 and now samsung not giving me service, my phone is over over heat after starting the phone if i startup my phone for half an hour then it will blast, and if my mobile harm me and my family then samsung and only samsung is responsible for that, i m himanshu from ghaziabad, contact no.
