Samsung service center is not responding ...they took my mobile for screen replacing which is in warranty period of two months and they keep me on wondering around service center till the warranty period is over .Now they give my unrepaired mobile and told your mobile screen warranty period is over .What should I do???...

Bought a 32" Samsung television on April 2013 with an extended warranty of 2 years. It started showing horizontal lines after completion of 2 years and broke down completely soon afterwards. When complained the technician came, saw and told that the panel needs to be changed and it will cost 17k.
