Hi this is viraj from the gujarat india . i just purchase samsung a 7 on 23000 from sales india . now its gone only 15 to 20 day and now the back camera its not work i will just ask to samsung customer service then they reply me to repaired the camera of your handset . now i already given 23000 rs/- for the mobile a7 . and i its only 15 days happen this thing .. i m paid the money for this thing . i need replacement of this cellphone . because its oly 15 to 20 day happen then y ??? they just repaired ??? y they not provide me new one ??? my contact no :- +[protected] my email id :- [protected]@gmail.com from :- gujarat, india .

    The display of my mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY E7 was half off . The executives of samsung service center are putting blame on me that its broken by me. the outer screen of touch is not broken, neither u can see a crack on screen. LCD is broken due to falling of mobile phone according to them. if the cell would have fall down the outer must have been broken or scratches would have been visible on cell..         I bought this tv paying 73990/- in june 2013 . Warrenty is expired. Today, after two and half years there is no display . The service engineer gives an expense of 30000/- for changing the panel i cannot afford to spend 30000/- for repairs. This a huge expense. I want the company to do it free of cost or give me heavy discount. My complaint number with samsung :[protected] sumsung being a branded company which spends crores of rupees on advertisements should compensate or offer a discount, when the repair expenses are huge, instead they say -as i am not ready to spend, your complaint is closed. How can they get away simply by saying that it is an electronic item and as the warrenty is expired i cannot expect any compensation from the company. The service eng. Certified that we have used the tv as per standard specifications like using the stabilizer etc. Even after taking so much care, if the tv breaks down within three years the consumer is not at fault. I request you to guide me in this matter or takeup my case with the company for compensation

        yesterday i received a call from SAMSUNG saying that they cannot consider my request.

        i cannot spend 30000/- for repairs.

        it is purely " MANUFACTURING DEFECT" because the main part i.e the panel is to be replaced.

        the should pay for this.

          I bought a Samsung TV 20 months back and now it needs some major

          service (panel replacement) which costs around 60% of the original

          price. As this is out of warranty (even though it's less than 2 years

          old), i need to bare the total cost.

          I understand that in these days you really cannot expect the

          electronic good to work forever. But, less than 2 years is too much.

          That to Samsung??

          I was believing that Samsung is one of the trusted brands.

          1. I didn't expect this major problem within 2 yrs of the purchase. I

          know this will definitely be a manufacturing defect.

          2. I was not aware of the extended warranty scheme. Samsung people can

          take some steps to inform the customers about this.

          3. Customer care is senseless (repeating the same dialogues) and

          irresponsible. The way they talk is you will never buy a Samsung

          product again. They even give you all false and unclear info (that you

          dont have any other way to reach customer care except phone)

          4. I'm totally dissatisfied with this Samsung experience.

          You say that you respect customers... But i don't see it in practice. If you really care for customer satisfaction, please look into this complaint: [protected]

            I bought Samsung J2 and 4g airtel sim was given free to me.I recharged 4G net pack 2 times wasting 1000 rupees but 4g is not working I complained airtel customercare they answered me that J2 is below 2300MhZ thus not supports 4g in punjab In this way I have been looted by famous Samsung Brand they are selling J2 by false promises.they wasted my 10000rupees as shopkeeper is not ready to replace it.

              I got a plan from virgin mobile with two samsung galaxy s4 cell phones...both have screen problem...my wife phone got repaired once..still has problem...after a year there is no warranty and i should bear with this problem till the end of my plan..the second issue which is ridiculous is i bought another samsung product!!!5 months ago...a samsung galaxy tab A 9.7 inch screen (SM-P550 Model)...it had a GPS problem...the samsung technicians could not realize the problem which was a hardware problem..after two months arguing with them they introduced me to certified repair centers!!!when i got there i explained everything and they told me within 6 days the issue will be fixes and the tablet would be ready..after 7 days i went to pick up my Fixed tablet...they told me it was a software glitch now its fixed...i told them the problem is hardware..not software...after again arguing and installing an app which shows the GPS is whether connected or not...they sent my tablet as level three services requirement...
              now my tablet does not have GPS problem because the mainboard is replaced!!! IT HAS A SCREEN ISSUE...when they changed the mainboard they left hollow on the screen!!!
              i am so depressed and i do not know what to do...i want refund..i don't wanna use anything with samsung brand anymore...!!!they told me the won't refund...its against the samsung policy, isn't it ridiculous ? the policy which does not care about the customer !!!..they even accused me of damaging the tablet which has no scratch on it!!!
              i am so upset...i wasted $487 on this tablet..i used to have iPad 2...i never had any issue with it...no more samsung in future...

                Hi, My name Tamal Chatterjee_tamal7 and I have Samsung AA5 phone. From the beginning there was a pop up coming and showing an error massage that "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped". I ignore that, thinking it is a temporary issue and would going to resolve once update my phone from kit kat to lollipop. I did the update of android but still the pop up was coming. So visit the service centre in Baruipur, kolkata--700144. They said that it is software issue and they can fixed that by updating the software. After one hour that gave back phone saying that problem got resolved. But later I found thathat not only problem not resolved they have changed my android version to the lower version i.i.e. 4.4. How ridiculous! I need my phone to be corrected and also with the latest android version so it was. Thanks, Tamal Chatterjee [protected] Kolkata

                      My microwave bought in Sept 2012 was not heating for last 7 days. After complaint was registered Engineer came and said interior is rusted so cannot be repaired. A famous brand like Samsung within 3 years becomes a scrap! I would like a refund of the entire amount used to buy the microwave. A defective microwave was sold to me. Warranty card is not required as all details about warranty is available with you. I have attached pictures of the "Acknowledgement of service request form" as well as the rusted interior. Alternately I would like a new replacement of microwave with the same specifications. I do not want a depreciated amount on submission of the warranty card and bill since you have sold a defective product and I am not at fault for the same.I expect a brand new product as my right as a customer. I am unable to buy a new microwave of the same specifications with the depreciated amount which you will give me. Hence please look into the matter.

                            Hello We had purchased Washing Machine but looks future should not invest, following are my experience and reason. .1. We understand from Customer support team that Partner control or decides a warranty period so when we asked mail for the same but Customer support team refused to send mail. As the update received on call that warranty partner will fill and deliver to client and client has agree the same even though delivery delayed or installation delayed. 2. when product opened by Samsung represented person for installation activity, he visited our house and opened boxs and verified but no manual delivered so as per installation check list i have informed installation engineer to untic the not delivered items. latter i understand when i got feedback call from Samsung or ezone team that along with manual there will be warranty card as well. 3. Customer support team says if we ask mail for clarity, they says there is no mail facility but i relay surprised to know that Samsung such big company customer support don't respond, even if you ask customer support email-id the messaged received from customer support representative is login to samsung portal go to contact or about and submit your request, there is no such facility customer support team will handle. 4. Till today no update, even when we ask installation representative for stand and covers no update, customer support team says, client has to find in market if available can buy or noting can be done.I know may be Samsung may not having but installation engineer at least know contact where we get these but it is not they don't know then know, only you have to accept their terms and conditions to get. 5. General warranty period should be from the date of installation. 6. On the machine mentioned 3 years warranty and for motors 10 years warranty but while i was talking to customer support team they are saying warranty is two years, then i have clarified that eZone team confirmed its 3 years warranty for full machine so customer support team representative said he will check and get back but so for no update.                               Their are various Scrathes on the Back cover of the phone. The paint on the back cover is also scratched at some points.Back cover is not properly fit to the body, it is lossen from some parts.Loseness is because of the slighly tilted bands of the pannel, which does not attach properly to the jaws on the backside of the phone.This results in looseen joints of cover at some specific points.

                                I purchased my samsung fridge on Jun.03, 2012 as clear from the bill attached. The fridge started having problem of not cooling at all. I register a complain wide complain no.[protected] in their customer care. There engineer and technician visited on Oct.16, 2015 and diagnosed the problem of "INTERNAL LEAKAGE" which is not repairable. The company is refunding me after deduction of 66% of the bill amount as my fridge is more than 3 years old. I talked to Mr. Vishal (Branch Manager) and he said me that there is some global rules of the company for deduction. Its really surprising that a company is looking in its benefits and a consumer has to suffer at no fault of his. I want the company to refund at least 50% of the Invoice Value.

                                    My Samsung laptop was having speaker problem and I went to this service center on 10th Oct. They kept the laptop and said that they will call next week and tell me about the problem and estimate amount. Next week for 3 days they didn't call me. When I called them, they said that the estimate is Rs 2000 for replacing the speaker. I asked them why they didn't called me which they skipped somehow. However, they said that I will get my laptop by weekend with the speaker replaced. That week passed and no one called me up. On Sat, I went to the service center and asked them about the update. They said that the speaker to be replaced has not been arrived yet and it will take another one week. They are following up. I requested them to give me a delivery date (approximate). They said they will call me on Monday to tell me the expected date. On Monday I didn't received any call and the entire week passed away. 1 Week gone and I called them on last Monday and again they said that the speaker is not delivered yet. For the last 19 days (10th Oct to 29th Oct), they are not taking any responsibilities and making false promises. They even do not bother to call and provide an update. It is not clear that what is going on because a small speaker replacement cannot take this much of time for a Service Center of a Samsung Brand. Even a local mechanic can do it within 1 week. They said the speaker is getting delivered from Noida to Kolkata. 19 days and still the speaker is not delivered is not acceptable. Moreover, the staffs behavior is very weird and rude as if I am doing mistakes and crime by asking them to deliver my laptop on time. I think this service center is a crap which do not takes any ownership and responsibility to provide any kind of service (and taking Rs 675 service charge). Not a single staff is paying any kind of attention or taking prompt action after we called them 3-4 times and also visited there. They are in no mood to do any kind of service. Really going through tough times as because o[censored]navailability of my laptop, I have been unable to do any kind of work and missed couple of Job interviews (through Skype). The pain area is that the staffs of this service center are unable to realize the problems which I gone through.

                                      Panel quality is very poor for this costly TV panel. Care support told me this will not covered under warranty. so pay 32750 rs + ser charge to fix it. I doubt their panel quality because it was broken due to plastic spoon thown on the TV by child which I paying EMI now. TV cost 92k bought from viveks OMR. TV is under warranty period but no use

                                        I have purchased samsung 6edge on 8th june 2015 . I was sold insurance from samsung dealer only stating theft is covered.


                                        my mobile was stolen on 21st oct in a crowded place and FIR was filed .


                                        My claim is cancelled stating it is a case of simple theft which means in this case there was no force applied so it is not claimed.


                                        I just want to ask who has given defination if type of thefts ? For me anything which is stolen is a theft .


                                        I contacted iffco tokyo they are saying policy is at the name of vendor Gadget cop who has madr customised policy so we cant help you .


                                        My question is i got the policy in which iffco tokyo is mentioned so why this fraud is going on that iffco tokyo is allowing local agents to use there name to misguide clients.


                                        Pls show me where my signatures are taken where terms and condtions are mentioned .


                                        My signatures are taken where it is mentioned theft and damages are covered.


                                        My policy number is 55016603


                                        I have tried to speak to gadget cop and iffco tokyo grivience cell both and i have recordings for both but still as per them it is a theft but not to be claimed. 


                                        Then why Rs 6300 was charged to me for this as premium.

                                        Policy was sold to me in samsung cafe by a samsung employee so i would assume it has been sold via samsung a brand which i trust .


                                        I hope a resolution would come else i would be forced to file a FIR as this is a case of fraud and misguiding a client.
