Hi I am Vishwas from Banagalore, I have purchased S6 handset on 21st June 2015 from Sangeetha mobiles, Marathalli Banaglore . At that time there was a offer from Samsung saying "BLUE FEST" in which phone's physical warranty and liquid warranty has to be covered for one year which inturn tied with Apps Daily. After I purchased the phone immediately the Samsung promoter who was there in the store had downloaded apps daily app and installed and said the registration has been done and insurance is covered for one year. Now on14th Oct 2015 when I was talking over phone somebody pushed me in crowd and mobile fell down and two wheeler went on it and mobile screen and centre body got damaged. Now for claiming my insurance when I checked with Apps daily team they said this handset is not registered itself for insurance only you have downloaded the application, when I checked with Sangeetha mobile store Manager(Syed) he said its covered from Samsung so I should contact Samsung regional Manager(Rudresh), I had discussed trhe situation with Rudresh but he is telling registration not done so its not coming under claiming . On that day Samsung promoter only said registration is done now these people blaming on others and their hands saying nothing can be done and charging 15k for screen and center body replacement. Because of Samsung promoter had not registered my mobile properly on the day purchased this is the issue. So request you to either screen and centre body get it replace or new handset or refund my money . I have paid 42k for mobile and since there was offer from SAMSUNG for physical damage and liquid damage Sangeetha store people denied to take extra insurance from Sangeetha. Vishwas JB [protected]

    ProblemTitle Same problem presisting after repairs
    Complaint/QueryDetails This complaint is against SAMSUNG.My double door invertor refrigerator(just 14 months old) which stopped cooling and a complaint was registered on 6 Oct 15.The technicians visited the next day and without proper inspection they suggested that either the compressor or the PCB was faulty. Next they showed up only on 12 Oct and changed the compressor and charged me for service and gas filling.The fridge was still not working the next day.In the meantime I kept giving calls to their call centre on a daily basis and also wrote to them to send me more experienced technicians. In the mean time the service centre asked me to get my fridge to their service centre in the city (many km away) at own expense.I did not agree to it because I was not happy with the technicians who had come here as they did had not even inspect the machine properly. The company call centres told me that the company would bear the cost for taking it to the service centres then they told me that they would bear 50% cost and some time they will bear no cost. They till date have not sent a senior technician and I was not willing to take my fridge to the service centre as it had not been even attended to properly at my home.The company is in touch with me but it''s 21 Oct today and my fridge is still unserviceable. This is not expected from a company like Samsung which can not give after sales service to costly refrigerators. It''s so difficult for me. My problem should be resolved soon.

      I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator a year back, however I was taken aback when during one service call on cracks appearing in the liner cabinet, the service centre denied to attend the complaint stating that the Serial number in the referigerator did not match that in the Invoice, I went back to the dealer and discussed the issue, their advice was even more shocking they gave me a manual Invoice and asked me to write down the details myself, however finding no way out I decided to write to Samsung believing that I would get a satisfactory response based on the manual Invoice given to me a year later, however five visits by different technicians and several snaps of the crack later, I am told that the solution lies in fixing a liner protector. It felt like a Doctor telling a patient to cover his sore such that it stays away from his line of vision. The defect would not be seen but wouldn't the cracks widen inside whenever we place the vegetable tray loaded. This is my final attempt at seeking redressal and hence I knock at your door pleading to compensate me for the mental harrasment and also to replace the refrigerator at the earliest, because I still believe that the product delivered at my place aws picked up from the seconds store or else why would the serial number mismatch.

        Dear Concern, This is bring into your kind notice that, I gave my Samsung mobile for minor services on dated 12/10/2015 at Samsung Service Center – [protected] ( Advance Computer Service Center ) for the poor network connectivity, means network was being discontinue for a while and comes again later. On same day evening on 12/10/2015, I received a massage that my mobile got serviced and is ready for the delivery. Unfortunately I did not reach service station on same day due to my busy schedule, next day I received a call from foresaid service center that, my mobile does not getting any network connection because of malfunction in its mother board which need to replace to get it repair . After getting this feedback from Services center, it’s really strange for me a night before my mobile was ready for delivery after resolving a problem and very next day I am getting a feedback that my mother board got problem I feel like betrayed by Samsung Services center, I believed this mother board problem has been created by Service team due to their poor working on my mobile . Since problem is created by service center hence they should liable for the repair cost and not me . Such type of services is not expected from a renowned company like Samsung on which I have complete faith and trust from last 4yrs .           Hi I purchased 32 inch samsung led tv in june 2015 and within 3 months there were lot of issues which came up in the tv. We complained around 14th sep and the person who visited (on 16th Sep) told us to whatsapp the video of issue to his boss Mr Rajesh Dubey who is owner of samsung service center in our locality. We did that immediatly and after that the same person came and behaved very rudely with my family and went back without fixing the tv and even the service centre closed the complain without checking with us. and after more than one month nothing has been done to fix the tv. I have lost my earlier complain number but have again raised a new complain on 16th October Complain # [protected] ref #[protected] which also has not been acted on. I called Mr Rajesh Dubey he didnt answer my calls. The service center people are automatically closing my complains without fixing the tv. I also mailed samsung complaining about the same and then got a call from call center saying that someone will visit but nothing happened after that. Already around 2 months have passed with no action from samsung side.

          Today they visited and changed a connector which didnt reslove the problem but they closed the complain just like that

            I have called several time to get the issue taken care of. A service man even was sent out to look at the ice maker. The issue is that when I put the icemaker on cube chips come out most of the time. The answer I got was that is the way it was made. It takes forever for me to get a full glass, even 1/2 of ice and as the ice is dispensing it is shooting out on to my floor. I called within the warranty time and was told that I would just have to deal with it because it was built that way. Sorry for a company to sell a bad product and then tell the consumer to just deal with it 1600.00 dollars later. I will NEVER again buy another Samsung product. I have tried to email them and the model I have is not even on their product list to choose from. What does that tell you. What else can I do. I am so disappointed

              I have ordered(S[protected] combo 2 Micro SD card samsung 32 GB with two memory reader, and i received, but when i create any folder and paste any file in memory card, after some time it automatically disappear, and some time it shows "this is RAW plese change format", when i format it shows . i am very frustrate with this behavior... please help or refund my money...and i also try whaaky customer care number but no one receive my call please help...and write the proper solution

                जब से मैंने अपना फ़ोन lollipop पर update किया है यह सही काम नहीं कर रहा है। इस फ़ोन ने मेरा भरोसा सैमसंग से उठा दिया है।मैंने हर बार samsung मोबाइल ही खरीदा है। और काफी समय से और भी samsung product यूज़ करता आ रहा हूँ। पर S4 ने मुझे सबसे ज्यादा निराश किया है। LOLLIPOP पर यह फ़ोन बहुत बुरी तरह चल रहा है। PLZ कुछ updates या कोई अन्य बदलाव से इसे ठीक करें। ताकि ये भरोसा बना रहे और हम आगे भी samsung का इस्तेमाल करने में कोई दिक्कत ना आये।

                    The mobile phone {Samsung Galaxy A8 32 GB} was purchased on 20.09.2015 (Sunday) from M/s. Moorya Enterprises Mira Road (East). And I have been facing problems like frequent call drops, device freezes and crashes frequently, the recipient or caller cant hear the voice coming from my phone, screen flickering & blank display. Since my sim was cut using Micro sim cutter I had also replaced my sim with a nano sim but all these problem continued. The device was purchased from M/s. Moorya Enterprises & the Invoice details are as follows: In. No.: 04804/1516 Dated: 20.09.15 Amount: Rs. 32, 999.00 The [Consumer Rights Act / Sale of Goods Act 1979] makes it an implied term of the term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you breach in the contract I am entitled to have the phone replaced/refunded since this purchase of Samsung A8 was my first purchase and I have burnt my hands literally. I would request you since the phone is under warranty I want you to replace the instrument/refund. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or you will reimburse me for the cost of returning it. Looking forward to hear from you.                         I had purchased this product last month and from the 1st day it is causing the same problem & i have complaint about this from the very first day when the demo and installation was done. The person one after the other comes for inspection and yet nothing happens, i am fully fed up from calling customer care who suggest me useless ways which is quiet irritating.                           Dear Sir, I have purchased an SAMSUNG LED TV in Jaipur vide following details Model No-UA32F5100ARMXL Date of Purchase-12.04.2014 It’s only one and half year back that i have made this purchase. Now suddenly there is no display in the Television. Although the sounds and the channels can be changed. I have celled upon the customer care wherein the visiting service engineer has told me that I have to pay a charge for Rs. 18000/- in order to overcome this problem. How it is possible that a purchase made so recently can't be solved on FOC basis since the problem seems to be a manufacturing defect. Also I have paid RS 684 against the visiting charge of the service engineer. Every other electronic product in my home is of Samsung & after facing this kind of problem wherein I have to pay for resolving the issues that too against the manufacturing defect, I don't know whether loyalty for a brand has some meaning or not. My last request is to send a service engineer once again to my home & get the issue solved ASAP on FOC . Pls confirm your action on highest priority and revert on my mail.. Ref ID-[protected]

                            Dear Sir, We have purchased a 410 l Premium Segment Fridge which is under warranty. After 6 months we noticed that there is water leakage in the Fridge Section . We lodged a complaint with the Service Center. They visited and advised that the cooling is ok not ready to acknowledge the Water leakage. After that none of the calls we opened were dealt with. They simply closed the calls. We raised this to higher authorities in Noida, they assured us that this will be dealt with. Same thing happened with them also. All the time they are just saying cooling is ok and not saying about the water leakage, They have done all the work with our new fridge, purging with Nitrogen, refilling the gas.. Still not able to resolve the issue. Now they have stop responding to our calls. Please help.

                                I went to the mobile shop (had no name on it.just few posters of network providers.but the shop is easily identifiable since its located near kannanchery p.o kallai. right handside of road when travelling towards beypore) on 18.10.2015 to cut my idea sim to microsim and buy an adapter for the same.i was asked to pay rupees 50 after he cut the sim and the adapter of NOOSY (costs Rs.20 in other shops) was said to be of 90.I asked many times.but they didn't hear me and raised voice.I was afraid so quietly paid 50.I went to another mobile shop opposite to kallai railwaystation and bought the same adapter for 20 rupees.

                                    I Chandrusen Kotai have purchased my Samsung Refrigerator (double door) on dated 17 August 2015, Model No.RT50H5809SL, Serial No OBDW4ABG700018 from M/s Vijay Sales Address: - Shop No Flix Building, Opposite Asian Paints, 3, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai-400078. Maharashtra. I had paid INR 48, 300.00 to Vijay sales on 15th August, the fridge was delivered on the 17th August late night around 10:00 PM. On 18th August 2015, we found that floor around the fridge soaked with water, we realized that there is some problem of water leakage and excessive cooling inside the fridge. Immediately we called up Samsung & Vijay sales as it was the first day, the Fridge was powered up and within a few hours we could face the issue, (please refer the table attached on subsequent key follow-up without resolution), Technician was deputed, he inspected however with trail & error method involving few visits he was not able to fix the problem. I had to make multiple complaints and suggested for escalation to Samsung and Vijay Sales before they could depute the senior technician, by then a week was passed. The senior technician clicked photographs and suggested that he will request for replacement, we asked him to submit a service report (which can be a normal process for attending a service call), he has said, “since its new product and faulty, he will make a consolidated report once the replacement is done”. Again, after the follow-up technician came back and cleaned up the water piper as communicated by him, which was a temporary fix, as a day we could see wet floor. We again reminded Vijay sales & Samsung, they had sent senior most technician, who also clicked photographs & replaced water pipe, and on asking the field service report, he has said it’s not necessary to write a report and assured us that, he has escalated for replacement and after sharing the photographs, in weeks’ time we will get this fridge replaced. We could observe that water leakage was stopped for a week, however fridge has excess water accumulation inside it & the problem for excessive cooling still persist due to which the vegetables kept in the vegetable tray in the refrigerator are getting spoiled. The excessive cooling also leads to water accumulation in the Deli tray, so the bread and other deli items also get spoilt. Now from September onwards, in spite of multiple follow-up calls, and assurance that, engineer/technician will visit to fix the problem, no one has turned so far. To our surprise we have been told that Samsung person has visited on 3rd October, 6th October and we have been attended on 12th October by Samsung, which is absolutely false information, and almost every week we are calling and explain them the issue and requesting them to fix the problem or as suggested by Samsung technician to replace, as faulty fridge has been supplied to us from day one. We could sense the reluctance and false assurances, even Samsung technical support team is reporting false information in their systems, since there are no field report/complaint report prepared by technicians bearing our signature or copies not shared with us. I had requested Samsung support team on toll free numbers, that they can depute technician and ask him to spend three hours to observe the issue and analysis the problem give a report with possible corrective measures, as there is another fridge in my house which is operating for years, has no such problem, this will help technician to compare and resolve the issue. However, after firm commitment & promises given by support center in the last week of September, no one has turned up to resolve issues till date inspite of every week reminder in month of October. Moreover false report is entered in Samsung’s systems and complaint is closed, yesterday on 17th October once again after discussions for 1 hour I was assured that, they will fix issues with senior management intervention, however, I am not sure, as the past experience and the data shared with us, raises the serious concerns on the integrity, Accountability, business ethics. Hence, even I asked Samsung that with these kind of hassles, do I have to approach the consumer court, whereby no one is going to gain and it will be unnecessary additional efforts for me, and even the Samsung brand name will be under question. The reply was that it’s my choice to approach the consumer form, however, they asked me to wait for some more time. And there was no commitment to issue resolution. Given below are the some very key details of multiple complaints made to Samsung in this regards. Several technicians from the Samsung service center have visited my house, they have taken pictures and video to capture the details of the problem. I have been requesting for a replacement of the refrigerator since the product received had multiple problems from the date of purchase. The service center claims that they have submitted the report to the Samsung head office and the decision for replacement will be made by them. Here are the details of the complaints made so far. Date Complaint # Description and Action taken 18-Aug-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator. The technician advised to Keep the temperature above 5 degree. Made a comment that the design of old model was better. 9-Sep-15 [protected] 8-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator. The technician advised to switch off the refrigerator for 5 hours. He came and cleaned the drain pipe, he mentioned that there were pieces of thermacoal stuck in the drain pipe. 14-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator and excessive sweating inside the refrigerator. Requested for an experienced technician too be sent. The technician came and took Pictures, recorded Videos to capture the facts. The drain pipe was replaced. The water leakage problem stopped temporarily. 18-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised d excessive sweating inside the refrigerator. Repeated follow ups with Vijay Sales and Samsung, visit from Samsung Quality department etc. 28-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator and excessive sweating inside the fridge. 1-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up 6-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up 12-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up 17-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up

                                      Samsung service center is not responding ...they took my mobile for screen replacing which is in warranty period of two months and they keep me on wondering around service center till the warranty period is over .Now they give my unrepaired mobile and told your mobile screen warranty period is over .What should I do???

                                        I am suffering from last two month my Samsung mobile model A5 IMEI no. [protected], Purchase on 25/04/2015, have regular technical problem, some time its shut down, some times hanged, I repaired my phone in Samsung service centre Bhopal, which take 15 days. now camera is not working properly, I spent 22000, want to charge case against Samsung mobile I feel brand like Samsung cheated me.
