CUSTOMER ID: [protected] Date of Purchase :[protected] WASHING MACHINE GEAR BOX ABNORMAL NOSE WHILE AT START UP and ALSO WHILE AT DRYER OPERATION EVEN DURING RINSE, ABNORMAL BUT INTENSITY IS COMPARATIVELY LESS. Similar was my experience with Onida machine, within 10 days gear box got damaged completely. It was 4 year old machine. Then bought this machine. Within short span of time I face this problem.

    I have purchased samsung galaxy grand prime 4G phone on 28 september 2015 from Reliance digital, Nacharam. After two days i observed it was a defect piece as the flash was not working.When i click pics the phone was getting restarted. Then i took my phone to samsung service center at Tarnaka the phone software was updated and was handed over to me, but to my surprise the camera was still not working. Then the samsung service center informed me as it was defect peice and it was not even a week that i purchased so they would try to replace the piece. And today after 10 days when i called they said that the phone cant be replaced. And they will try to repair the phone.

Etc. For these reason I have given mobile in the Samsung Authorized centre named M/S. Mobile Sales Centre.Add Kailash Tower Sanjay Place, Agra Agra – 282002 and My complaint: I pick up the phone since the trouble started 4 days. I was only on mobile shop mobile shop stand postponed for two to three days to my boy, After seven days, the trouble started again in my mobile. It was later re-Samsung service center, he updates me on my mobile postponed again. Third time (12.3.2015) was the center again, he said Samsung will change your motherboard.         I purchased my samsung charger on[protected]. It worked fine for 2-3 months. But after that it stopped working. When i went to a samsung service centre in noida. which is near sector 15-16. They denied to replace the charger, they said the charger is physically damaged at the joint of wire and adapter. Just the rings on the joint of charger is little bit damage. The wire is in proper condition. Executive at the service centre are saying to me that its thier policy that they don't replace the physically damaged product. But my point is if I want to replace a samsung earphone. And the ear buds will be little bit damaged, then will these guyz again say that the product is physically damaged?           Air i would like to inform tha i have purchased MI10400mAh power bank with Samsung 2600mAh power bank. Which is not working properly. They are charging only 15% of any mobile phone. After receive product and checked i have been informed to the company on 03/10/2015 and i have submitted ticket regarding return of products. But in company site they don't give any response.             This Balaji.S, Purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY A5 mobile on 07.03.2015, and while using mobile started giving complaint like Hanging, Touch Problem, After a call disconnecting problem…. Etc. For these reason I have given mobile in the Samsung Authorized centre named M/S. HI – TECH SOLUTIONS, Pl.No: 1741, Svs Towers, 18th Main Road, Anna Nagar, West, Chennai – 600 101 and Land line no is[protected] &[protected]. My complaint a/c no. is [protected] and Work order no: [protected]. I gave first time to the above address: Just they flashed my mobile and gave No improvement found Second time I gave in the same place: They told hearing speaker has gone and they require 3 Days time for it. After replacement of speaker and sticker the same problem continues. Third time gave for the same reasons: They told mother board has gone and it has to be replaced. Even after changing it I tested for the result. No improvement at all. I think service center is not capable of doing or recognizing the defects. This has been highlighted to CEO's and Executives thro mail. No response what I mean no remedy. Service centre is telling its under observation and from CEO's office it will be resolved at the earliest. I am really fed up with Samsung delightful service. Now I started telling my friend circles and co staff and to all NOT TO GO FOR SAMSUNG products. Advertisement and approach will be very superb. But worthless products are being supplied with defects. I hope by seeing this you will take necessary steps for the replacement of my existing. My mobile has given on 01.10.2015 with service centre. Today is 12.10.2015; I do not know what is going on for 12 days. Whenever I call they will tell it's under observation, still how many days they require? Please you check and revert back.                 Hello, I wanted to notify samsung that as a repeat customer and Samsung positive word of mouth marketer pushing how much better I enjoy using Samsung products rather apple. I am extremely let down and had to explain to my girlfriend that comes from a family with apple products in every room of their home it seems to go Samsung that usually head phones come with the phone since I have had more than 3 Samsung phones, by the way leaving a apple phone in the trash. I just want to know is it the savings that the company had in mind. If so why have a plastic warning protector for the screen say (IT CAN WAIT DO TEXT AND DRIVE)... BUT did we think about talking and driving in many states is now illegal and could receive a ticket. It is a small thing I understand but with out the little things that a company does for a custom new or old it is easier to find a paying customer join the dark side. I just wanted to let Samsung be knowing on what just one customer thinks and deals with, so long for now I have to run to the store for head phones for the girlfriend and I. Happy wife, Happy life! Hope the little things return.

                  Hello Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the problem which i am facing from last 1 months.Actually i bought my samsung mobile model number Samsung GT-E1200ZKYINS in July 2015. but i started getting problem of battery backup from sept 2015.then i visited samsung service center to this problem. they said battery liquid problem we con't claimed in warranty. problem was still same.i again complaint for that same problem. but this time they refused me to take any action for my phone problem. and asked me to pay of cost, to get it fixed. but if my phone is in warranty why should i pay for the problem. even after 2 months they told me that to some liquid in it. but i am sure if there is liquid in the phone it will definitely will not work not for a single minute.                     SAMSUNG Product is Not Worth of Your Money I am Ambaresan Ex-Service Man; I brought a LED TV on 14/12/2013 from my Indian Army Canteen. My product detail 32'' LED Serial No UA32FS100ARLX2. TV cost like this RS. 29989 (reduction tax from the Army canteen). 1. First Happened Our TV, first time LED display broken on[protected]. They change LED display on 17/03/2015. Fist, estimate of service like RS 16000. But they have to consider us for first happened. It was totally free. 2. Second happened. Our TV, second happened came on 06/06/2015. It was same like previous. They change LED display on 10/07/2015 Second time, service estimate like RS.14000. Again they consider us for totally free. But this time we has to face lots of problem from SAMSUNG service centre staff. They behave very rude and came for beat also. Those person detail given below:- SAMSUNG service centre Allapuzha, Kerala. Name of person : - Mohanan. 3. Third Happened. Our Third happened come on today 11/10/2015. With in 3month 1days the same happened came. Same like previous we hope, because LED display doesn't coming, but sound is coming we already reported on your customer service centre. Report register on 11/10/2015 Ref [protected]. I don't know what kind of product they sell. I believe something wrong they are doing on this kind product for make there business.                     Ambaresan - I am facing the same problem for my 40" TV wherein only the sound is coming and no video. They have only 1 Year warranty and usually this problem occurs after the warranty expiry. I wrote to their CEO's desk as well - however - it did not help. I dont think they care for customer and I dont think they have a trust on their product...

                        Hi, I have purchased Samsung refrigerator in 09-Nov-2014. Model and serial number is: RT33HDRYESA/RL-REF-FF-Sno. 03374PAF901450. when I received this model, is has a big dent on door, so it was replaced on next day. now I seen a big crack in side it, for the same I logged a complaint on 12th Sep 2015, then first time Samsung's engineer visit 13th sep, his contact no. is: [protected] committed for replacement 2nd engineer came on 15 sep [protected] came for tapping which is declined by me because it is not permanent solution accepted by Samsung engineer then getting contact from head office mr surya contact: [protected] 28th sep got call for refund from [protected] when I purchased this unit I used a Samsung's corporate discount coupon of 25% on MRP. MRP was 38500/- and I paid after discount is: 30800/- Samsung peoples said that I'll get the amount which I actually paid to Samsung which is : 30800/- I said its loss of 7700/- for me 29th sep got call from [protected] he said surya will get back then they said that they can only refund the amount which I paid, because they are not finding the same unit with Samsung dealers. I said its ok either give me the same discount coupon or give me another unit which may be a bit higher, and apply the same discount on that, and I'll pay the rest amount. they said this is not possible. then I agreed to take my money back with a loss of 7700/-. but yesterday I have seen the same unit with same model number at one of Samsung's dealer at Shahdara. this is some disgusting. now I think that they don't want to give me the same unit because I used discount coupon which is given by Samsung company it self. you are requested to please look into it. I want my money with the same discount coupon again, or the money back with discounted amount so that I can purchase another unit without loss. I am staying on second floor, it is very difficult to take unit again n again on second floor My contact number is: [protected]
                        This side is fraud, i got a call from some one showing number from MP. who said they are from Samsung and calling for my refund. they tool my debit card details and my money was deducted from my account.

                          We bought a samsung LED on 8th feb 2015, after 10 days we realized the LED screen has 8 or 9 black dots which were easily traceable in white background. telling samsung about it is a waste as for the 3rd time just a panel replacement today on 11th october the same issue appeared. Nobody in samsung agreed to replace the complete LED, they just everytime we complaint sent a panel and repaired. This is how we become fool by paying 50000 and no concern is being addressed properly. in feb we registered complain, they replaced just the panel, again in april same issue appeared they replace the panel, this 3rd time replaced panel again has the same issue and company says no replacement or money back can be done. what can a customer do in such scenario, just regret. This is just to keep you guys updated, the said call is still open & its not yet resolved just bcoz we feel either the said personnel are not capable enough OR there are goofs up made under the nose of samsung mgmt. Its almost a 2 weeks to touch, we are just made round robin with different version of statement being uttered either by your personnel from ground level to upper level including the third party vendor ( SAI ENTERPRISE )

                                        I purchased one LED TV from Ebay brand new samsung LED TV 50".When I check it is dead.I have made several complaints about the condition of the TV.but no positive response from Ebay.I made a complained to Ebay for refund.They were keep on saying some one will call and resolve the problem.When contacted seller they have send mail call some local technician and check they will charge you Rs 2000.having invested rs 38000 these are the responses I have received.

                                        after the seller response i called the technician and open.It is surprising to note that the board has been already removed by some one before delivery and could see the signature.To replace the board they are asking Rs 5000 plus.
