To, The CEO, Samsung India My Name is Jignesh Nanavati, I bought Samsung Mobile A8 from Croma store in Surat on 12th August 2015 and the reason behind writing this is the most pathetic service provided by Samsung I will give you brief idea of what happened so far since the day I bought Mobile Mobile bought on 12th within couple of days o[censored]se problem occurred Gallery got collapsed all images got deleted automatically, no images received through whatsup etc etc, for the same issue I approached croma store and they took my handset to Service Centre in area called at Udhna in surat “Cell world service centre” whose franchisee owner is Bhadhar Japanwala Executive of croma bought back the mobile stating some reset is been done and now mobile is working fine in turn I took the mobile back and started using again within a day same issued arose again, than instead of taking it to croma I directly took it to another authorised service centre of Samsung in adajan area which is near to my residence where I waited for nothing less than 4-5 hours for the solution to come, I met some senior engineer Mr. Haider who again did the same task and confirmed that handset is working fine I took it again and started using within 24 hours the same problem started again, I for the second time took leave from my office and took Mobile for the third time to Samsung Service Centre within a span of 5 days this time I was told by the technician to submit the handset for checking it properly I agreed to it I asked some acknowledgment for submission in turn I was told that we provide Job sheet to customers submitting handset but since this model is not configured in system we are unable to provide that 1st question is Samsung such an irresponsible brand which manufactures mobile but does not integrate models for service because even after third attempt in five days my complain was never logged in your service portal so that someone can track history I got annoyed and called croma store informing what has happened, the section manager over there informed me to wait for some time and again called me that Mr. Vatsal from Samsung has informed to take the mobile to Udhna Service Centre and meet Mr. Janak over there who will be the right person to provide solution and I did so but the worst part is Mr. Janak didn’t even bother to meet me and my handset got submitted over there Since Mr. Janak didn’t respond well I had a word with Mr. Vatsal from Samsung and he ensured me that since the issue was very genuine we will surely replace your handset but asked some time to take approvals from Samsung Head office And then the poor story and the actual face of worst Samsung service came into light, for a week I followed with Mr. Vatsal and used to get fake replies from him that my replacement is in process will be done in a day or so but that day never came finally that gentlemen replied I am from Sales I surely want to help you but no one from Samsung Service is supporting hence you please call Mr. Bhadhar who is franchisee owner of Cell world service centre again I started my follow up with him and he committed that he will follow up for replacement with brand and inform me once done, I again waited for few days but didn’t get any reply hence I called him again one more worst answer I received from Mr. Bhadhar that I am following up with brand but from the top level no one is responding better option is you please get in touch with service managers in Samsung either with Mr. Rohan Mehra or with Mr. Akash first I called Mr. Mehra for nothing less than 3-4 times but he never picks calls than I got in touch Mr. Akash and explained him entire case Listening to the same he replied that he is aware about entire issue and he is in touch will Samsung higher authorities for replacement and asked me to wait for couple of days and I did so, again post few days I followed up and the reply I got was from Samsung India the case is approved from few Koreans it is pending and will take more couple of days Post long follow up and all fake commitments done by Mr. Vatsal, Mr. Bhadhar and Mr. Akash finally I received call from Service centre yesterday that my replacement case got rejected and I was suppose to collect handset from service centre which was most astonishing for me to hear I immediately called Mr. Vatsal and informed him regarding the verdict given he replied again the same that we are not getting proper response from service team and I take care of Sales part Then I called Mr. Akash regarding the same and he said that he was aware about the rejection but still trying, finally I called Mr. Mehra and as usual he didn’t pick up the phone but finally after few attempts he picked up the call I explained him entire problem which he already knew and again asked me to wait till 28th September Monday for replacement process The reason behind writing you is to make you aware about the way customers are treated if they at all would require Samsung service, I am using nothing less than 5-6 products of Samsung in my family but never had I required any help for service hence I never knew the level of professionalism Samsung has and I am very sorry to say that you provide the most pathetic service I would have ever seen In the competitive market if this is the level of service you provide I can assure you that one day either your brand will be out of market or will face biggest down turn in terms of repeat customers affecting your business and brands like Lava, intex, gionee, xolo, micromax etc are much more professional than SAMSUNG and one day will surely exceed you in terms of customer satisfaction I will be max waiting till 28th post that I will take up the matter with all social media and take all necessary actions which ever are required Also would like to add the level of team work Samsung is having is worst, no one exhibits ownership rather everyone starts blaming other departments hence you can forecast future of your esteemed brand I will be waiting for your positive reply which for me is only and only replacement till 28th September i.e. it will be more than 45     I dilip sivan complaining about the procedures of muvattupuzha service center.They asked me to give 100 rupees charge for repairing or if it is not repaired.They told me cant update software at other shops because it may happen death while updating at the above service center.plz take necessary actions.

    I purchased a Samsung fridge around 2 months back in the month of July from Patna Central. Model number, Serial number, etc are already mentioned above. My whole and sole purpose to buy this fridge was get together of my family on the occasion of Bakrid (Today). Unfortunately, I did not know that Samsung customer service cannot be trusted. Within only 2 months o[censored]sage, my fridge is not working. I made a phone call to customer care (on[protected] to register my complaint - complaint reference number : [protected]. After multiple phone calls, their engineer finally came after 2 days. He visited on 22nd September. He said, some part is faulty, he will fix it today or tomorrow (i.e. on 22nd or 23rd Sept). After that, he did not came back. I made multiple phone calls, they kept saying tomorrow tomorrow. It is literally kind of mental harassment! On 24th Sept, I again requested them to come, they promised that they will send engineer on 25th Sept. But he did not come. I again made a phone call to[protected] on 25/09/2015 at 12:24 PM, I explained the issue, their customer care executive said that, an engineer will surely visit before 8 PM. But no one came. This is a breach of trust that I put in Samsung. I never expected this kind of behavior from a firm like Samsung. My whole and sole purpose to buy the fridge was Family get together on the occasion of Bakrid, but samsung's service has failed to serve the purpose completely, as you people were not able to help me despite my several attempts. I want samsung to impose heavy fine on Patna service center, refund my Rs. 52000 and take their fridge, and Rs.20000 compensation for the items that got wasted due to irresponsible behavior of samsung.

      SIR, On 26.07.2015 I bought a samsung galaxy s6 edge from you. i discovered that the phone has a big problem that is it heats like a burner i am afraid of not blasting it as many cases came out. As per consumer act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. i can complain it further . As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone relaced or refunded and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.         I called about my device being unrepaired and sent back to after 10 days. The associate and their supervisor was unable to solve my issue. I asked for the supervisor's manager. They putted me on hold but then hung up on me. It was ridiculous. I will never buy Samsung product again. My S6 screen start peeling off after I got the phone for 2 months. Its a product defect and they will not send me a new phone while my phone is being repaired. Its such crappy service.

          Dear Sir I Purchased a mobile G920 black S6 on 15 April 2015 at Fancy stationer Hissar Haryana.Your dealer commited that I will get Rs. 6500 cash back and 2500 payback points. I had talked to customer care and they ask me to send the copy of bill and screen shot for payback. Dealer has also talked to customer care in this matter and dealer has also sent the follow up mail to customer care. I am sending you the both at attachment.               I bought a new samsung J2 phone. From the Day1 there are network issues. I complained to Samsung Service center they told to change the SIM. I changed the SIM and provider 2 times same problem exist. The resposed from service center is not good. Now I asked them to replace/Refund the phone they are not ready to do that.Instead they are tyring to tell some thing and convenience me. Please do the need ful in Replacing/Refunding the money. when all other low caost mobile phone are working with same SIM and service provider, why Samsung phone is not working. I lost the trust in Samsung.

                I requested at samsung customer care at[protected] for ac indoor unit dismantle, service and reinstallation, and received the call from service engineer, he told me rs1150 will be the charge, I said ok and engineer visited and dismantled the indoor unit and service and reinstallation was left as some renovations at that wall was goin on, he charged complete amount(rs 1140), and said balance work will be done whenever I will call, I asked whom to call and i[censored] don't come as ur charging the whole amount now, he said u have the bill receipt, now when I am calling Samsung customer care nobody is coming for installation, I called them atleast 5-6 times in 7 days, horrible horrible service from Samsung, and their executives are so rude, I have so many Samsung appliances, but will never buy again and would never suggest anyone to buy it.

                I can get my ac reistall from outside too, but this shows the attitude of Samsung towards their customers. Will tell as many people as possible about this complaint. N their executives are not bothered i[censored] go to consumer court too.

                  My Samsung refrigerator, which was purchased one year back stopped working from 28th of sept, 15. the model number is RS-21HSTPN. I lodged the complaint on the same day thru toll free number and they gave me reference number [protected]. After two days of rigorous followup, some technician came on Wednesday, i.e 30th of sept but was not able to rectify the problem. he told that some one will come next day to fix the problem but till today, i.e. 4th of October, 15, no one has come to rectify the freeze. I was having lots of medicine and food materials which got degenerated due to callousness of the service centre people. I am not sure, when my refrigerator will be repaired. Pls help

                    They r nt excepting that there is no wash quality. Stains r as it is.powder remains in cloth. Shining is not there.dirt remains as it is.rinse is not done properly. As if the clothes r nt wash properly. It stinks. .I m very disappointed.                       Dear Sir/Madam, I Nikhil Neema, a Samsung Mobile Phone Customer. I had Purchased SamSung Mobile Phone Galaxy Grand 4G Prime on 31st August'15 @ INR 11, 900 and Since Then I am Facing Issue with The phone. It very often shows "Emergency Calls Only" even when Network is Full. First I thought there was issue in network and Sim Card, Then I changed Sim Card first, problem still persisted then I took this matter with my network service provider. Network Service Provider has convinced me that it was neither an issue of SIM Card neither an issue of Network. I had first made several visits to Nearest Customer Service Centre nearby. It’s very annoying and disappointing that I am suffering due to poor Customer service and faulty device of SamSung. This in my opinion is sheer lack of professionalism and on top of that torture & harassment to me. In that Case, I would request you to refund my money back and, as there are service issues, technical issues, delay in service from your side, as in INR 12000 there are other options also available in the market for me. Or Replace the handset ASAP by visiting at my place. I would request you to please look into this matter and take proper action so that such cases does not arise in near future with any genuine customer. Kindly reply me in 24hrs.                         Dear Sir, I am Jahirul Islam Mallick, I brought a refrigerator my customer Id-[protected], product serial no-R34848ACC00763K, model-RT2734SNBSJ/ TL purchase this product tho years before, but your product not working after one year, your technician visit 3 times, change lot of parts and the result the fridge totaly dead from last six month.                         Next day another senior technican come and confirmed that model is defective.Please note that techinican from samsung give his report on 29th sept

                        After so many days that is till 3rd oct, we are waiting that fridge should be replaced with new one, but on 3rd when we go on the head of croma store, we came to know that samsung will not replace the refrigerator, samsung will refund the amount.As we have given our old fridge in exchange we are facing problem without refrigerator.Now we came to know that refrigerator is not replaced amount is refunded.we said ok.

                        For amount refund samsung guys has make a fun activity.
                        They call us first time and told we give you 76000, we told them why should we take 76000, if we have paid 78487.what they did they update the ticket raised for complaint with status that customer is not ready to take the refund without mentioning the reason.
                        when on next day i call samsung customer care center they told me that your ticket is updated with above mentioned comment.I told them update the reason also why customer is refusing the amount.

                        Now today i again got a call from samsung gurgaon.Vimal is the spoc person and he told me we will give you 74000.
                        i again told him the same point .

                        i just don't understand after so many days from purchase we came to know that amount is refunded and even in that refunded amount there is so much bargainig from samsung side.have we done mistake by purchasing samsung refrigerator.if amount is refunded that should be of same value that customer has paid.why should we take lesser amount.

                        Please resolve the issue ASAP.

                          I bought a samsung mob model name z1 on 25/01/2015. After 3 months mob started giving network problem and it also hang many times a day.
                          I went to service center 3 times and every time they said there is a software problem and they softer my mob but after some time of softer they again started giving trouble to me. please help me.

                            HORRIBLEPATHATIC...service ...no more words. After paying 60k brand new Samsung edge 6 plus display conks off within 3days of purchase and is lying for want of parts..last 15 days...what a joke ...no replacement . I have been a regular Samsung guy with NOte 2 and 4 more mobiles and products...but would prefer Apple hence forth with the way the customer is treated and horrible attitude. Think chinese manufacurers are needlessly defamed...when we have Samsung products overpriced with pathatic quality and no responsible authority to handle valuable customers, Break down after 3 days...Horrible..M resorting to legal action.

                              Dear sair, Hi this is mohammed Desai, gujarat, bharuch, cont.[protected] I have 40'' samsung smart tv, buy 22 Aug 2015, there is minor issue in tv but, i call to samsung customor care, there is no only traini employee, no experence, chep level employee, now my tv isn't working & company has no solution, i sugges to all never buy samsung smart tv.

                                I also faced the worst incident with samsung led tv 32”model UA32F5100ARMXL Joy series the panel got defected with in 18 months.i took it on nov 14 2013 and my tv panel got defected in july 25 2015.i paid 35, 000 rs for this model, i raised a complaint against this to customer care but no response they are saying the warranty period was over so you have to pay 16000 rs for replacing the panel.actually there is a fault in this model but they released into indian market for making money by fooling people.in this model all tv panels are got defected with in 1 to 1 and half year.i[censored] again repalcing the panel also with in 5 to 7 months the repalcing panel also got defected .Why samsung is cheating people like this 35000 is not a small amount.so please dont leave this issue we have to faught for justice against samsung i want help for this.in Grahak seva also so many people are raising complaint against this perticular model and my no is [protected] and also i am requesting people dont buy this samsung brand by affording that much of money they are using cheap and duplicate capacitors and the panels are getting defected in 1 year i want justice for this

                                  Hello. First of all, I would like to state that I tried to find contact information on the web that I can transmit my bad experience that I lived today in one of your offices in Turkey. If it is not the correct address, please let me know about it. I just bought a smart phone, and realized that there is a technical problem about its screen. I went to the authorated service located in Kayseri province to ask about it. They told me that they recorded the phone and that the phone will be changed with a new one since the problem was not my fault. I called today to be sure that there is no problem with the process and they told me that since the invoice was not scanned the phone was not sent for change. They did not inform me that the process has stopped because of the absence of invoice, which prolonged the time for me. I asked them to give me a phone temporarily to compensate the time that I will have without a phone. I expected them to at least give an apology about their inappropriate behavior but they were not even aware of their treatment that made me disappointed. Please take it into consideration. Have a nice day.

                                    My double door refrigerator cooling not working, when I called to customercare and service center given excuses to me, so I request to Samsung whenever sold any product quote on cash bill memo Samsung not responsible for services of product and. Purchase on own risk.
