    I Chandrusen Kotai have purchased my Samsung Refrigerator (double door) on dated 17 August 2015, Model No.RT50H5809SL, Serial No OBDW4ABG700018 from M/s Vijay Sales Address: - Shop No Flix Building, Opposite Asian Paints, 3, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai-400078. Maharashtra. I had paid INR 48, 300.00 to Vijay sales on 15th August, the fridge was delivered on the 17th August late night around 10:00 PM. On 18th August 2015, we found that floor around the fridge soaked with water, we realized that there is some problem of water leakage and excessive cooling inside the fridge. Immediately we called up Samsung & Vijay sales as it was the first day, the Fridge was powered up and within a few hours we could face the issue, (please refer the table attached on subsequent key follow-up without resolution), Technician was deputed, he inspected however with trail & error method involving few visits he was not able to fix the problem. I had to make multiple complaints and suggested for escalation to Samsung and Vijay Sales before they could depute the senior technician, by then a week was passed. The senior technician clicked photographs and suggested that he will request for replacement, we asked him to submit a service report (which can be a normal process for attending a service call), he has said, “since its new product and faulty, he will make a consolidated report once the replacement is done”. Again, after the follow-up technician came back and cleaned up the water piper as communicated by him, which was a temporary fix, as a day we could see wet floor. We again reminded Vijay sales & Samsung, they had sent senior most technician, who also clicked photographs & replaced water pipe, and on asking the field service report, he has said it’s not necessary to write a report and assured us that, he has escalated for replacement and after sharing the photographs, in weeks’ time we will get this fridge replaced. We could observe that water leakage was stopped for a week, however fridge has excess water accumulation inside it & the problem for excessive cooling still persist due to which the vegetables kept in the vegetable tray in the refrigerator are getting spoiled. The excessive cooling also leads to water accumulation in the Deli tray, so the bread and other deli items also get spoilt. Now from September onwards, in spite of multiple follow-up calls, and assurance that, engineer/technician will visit to fix the problem, no one has turned so far. To our surprise we have been told that Samsung person has visited on 3rd October, 6th October and we have been attended on 12th October by Samsung, which is absolutely false information, and almost every week we are calling and explain them the issue and requesting them to fix the problem or as suggested by Samsung technician to replace, as faulty fridge has been supplied to us from day one. We could sense the reluctance and false assurances, even Samsung technical support team is reporting false information in their systems, since there are no field report/complaint report prepared by technicians bearing our signature or copies not shared with us. I had requested Samsung support team on toll free numbers, that they can depute technician and ask him to spend three hours to observe the issue and analysis the problem give a report with possible corrective measures, as there is another fridge in my house which is operating for years, has no such problem, this will help technician to compare and resolve the issue. However, after firm commitment & promises given by support center in the last week of September, no one has turned up to resolve issues till date inspite of every week reminder in month of October. Moreover false report is entered in Samsung’s systems and complaint is closed, yesterday on 17th October once again after discussions for 1 hour I was assured that, they will fix issues with senior management intervention, however, I am not sure, as the past experience and the data shared with us, raises the serious concerns on the integrity, Accountability, business ethics. Hence, even I asked Samsung that with these kind of hassles, do I have to approach the consumer court, whereby no one is going to gain and it will be unnecessary additional efforts for me, and even the Samsung brand name will be under question. The reply was that it’s my choice to approach the consumer form, however, they asked me to wait for some more time. And there was no commitment to issue resolution. Given below are the some very key details of multiple complaints made to Samsung in this regards. Several technicians from the Samsung service center have visited my house, they have taken pictures and video to capture the details of the problem. I have been requesting for a replacement of the refrigerator since the product received had multiple problems from the date of purchase. The service center claims that they have submitted the report to the Samsung head office and the decision for replacement will be made by them. Here are the details of the complaints made so far. Date Complaint # Description and Action taken 18-Aug-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator. The technician advised to Keep the temperature above 5 degree. Made a comment that the design of old model was better. 9-Sep-15 [protected] 8-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator. The technician advised to switch off the refrigerator for 5 hours. He came and cleaned the drain pipe, he mentioned that there were pieces of thermacoal stuck in the drain pipe. 14-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator and excessive sweating inside the refrigerator. Requested for an experienced technician too be sent. The technician came and took Pictures, recorded Videos to capture the facts. The drain pipe was replaced. The water leakage problem stopped temporarily. 18-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised d excessive sweating inside the refrigerator. Repeated follow ups with Vijay Sales and Samsung, visit from Samsung Quality department etc. 28-Sep-15 [protected] Complaint raised due to water leakage from the refrigerator and excessive sweating inside the fridge. 1-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up 6-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up 12-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up 17-oct-15 No new ticket is generated Assurance given to send person, no one turned up

      Samsung service center is not responding ...they took my mobile for screen replacing which is in warranty period of two months and they keep me on wondering around service center till the warranty period is over .Now they give my unrepaired mobile and told your mobile screen warranty period is over .What should I do???

        I am suffering from last two month my Samsung mobile model A5 IMEI no. [protected], Purchase on 25/04/2015, have regular technical problem, some time its shut down, some times hanged, I repaired my phone in Samsung service centre Bhopal, which take 15 days. now camera is not working properly, I spent 22000, want to charge case against Samsung mobile I feel brand like Samsung cheated me.

          Respected Sir, I am using your company's led television from 14/07/14. On dt. 15/09/14 thunder lightning occurred and some issue happened to my tv and it stopped working. As general warranty was over but it has tripple protection warranty for one more year. sir when Technician visited to my home he told the smps unit is not working I asked him about tripple p warranty he said" I don't know about that. I called to the service manager chandrapur he told i[censored] don't have the tripple p warranty card he cannot order the unit. After contacting so many times to the dealer and distributor by myself somehow he managed the warranty card and mailed to the service centre as i had been given the normal warranty card. Sir today dt. 16/10/2015 when I called to distributer he told me that he had mailed the card two days earlier, then I called to the service centre to ask whether he made any action or not. When I asked the person named Amit what happened to my case as the card was sent to you two days before, he told me he didn't checked the mail and cut the call. When again I called him and requested to order my part he started abusing me I told him I will complain for your misconduct and abusing he told me do whatever you can. Then I called to Customer care for the event three times I called in 6 hours and the executive told some senior will call u back till I m writing the mail no call yet has come Sir I got frustrated the whole day didn't gone to office from afternoon. Sir the behavior from the service center was so inhuman I have no words to tell how much I have been hurted for that abusement.             Dear team This is nikhileysh from chennai I was using samsung galaxy fit s5670 mobile phone since 2011, the mother board of the phone had some issues and it was replaced once in 2011 when the device was under warranty, after three years again the phone was getting switched off automatically so I took it to the samsung service centre in velachery chennai, they informed me that I the issue is with mother board and it should be replaced which will be charged, so I checked with the technician that whether it will work fine or can I give it in exchange offer and buy a new mobile so the technician assured me that it wil work fine so I agreed and the board was replaced and paid for it then he told that there is some issue with the battery also and I paid even for the new battery and it was replaced they told me that the warranty for the replaced board is three months but within one month of delivery again I started facing same switch off issue again they told that the issue is with mother board. So my concern is that if it is going to be replaced once again and if still I am going to face the same issue then it's waare of money for me as of now I have spent 2300 rs for this because the technician gave assurance. initially I paid for labour charges but now it is within warranty period and again they are demanding labour charges. It was their fault not to check the mobile thoroughly before it is delivered to me the first time so now it's total loss for me like I paid for motherboard battery and labour charges but still the phone doesn't work. and 8 mentioned to then that I will post on consumer forum and the technician was telling that " sir in india no one is worried about consumer forum because it is not that strict" so I told them that I will try my level best to take it to the consumer forum and il get justice. Because each and every single rupee a person spends is out of his very own hard work. This 2300 might me small sum for many but for me it matters a lot so I solicit your assistance in getting back the refund let them take the mother board and battery that was replaced and refund me the money back. I plea you to help me in this issue and get justice for me Thanks and regards Nikhileysh

              Hi, This is saravanan from chennai. One of the worst customer service i have ever seen... I have visited there to change my charger pin, they told me to pay Rs.464 for charger pin . i said ok for that, they gave 1 hr TAT. i was waiting in customer waiting place. after 1 hr he called me & he shows my mobile after that i was really shocked. but they broken my phone display also they were asking to pay 3000 rs for new display. Really this is worst customer service, Even phone display was broken by service engineer but they asked me to pay for new display. I requested to change my display since that mistake was made by SE but they wont accept it, i asked them to give service order regarding this issue in written but they were not ready to give any letter in written. after few mins they gave copy of service order without any sign. finally got service order from them . Those people who all were attending me except CCE really bad, i asked them why u were not informed my before the service, he replied me "this is basic". Am also customer working in customer service, i know how handle the customers . Store Manger response was really pathetic .. Model : Samsung Grand -2 i bought this mobile on 30-Nov-2014. My Number : [protected] Bill Number which was given by samsung service centre is[protected] Please do the needful, Hope i will get resolution for the same issue by updating this consumer complaints site. for your kind reference i have attached service order sheet which was given by them 1st image : SO ( they have not mentioned scratch details ) 2nd Image : So ( they written is remarks states that " 2 cm already broken & while open the phone it was increased to 20 cm) Please do the needful

                My new ac i purchased from arcee store from panvel as on 22/05/15. it stopped working from 10/10/2015. worst quality of product . i complaint in service center since 11/10/2015 but till no responce ... i just hate this fraud company SALE WORST QUALITY PRODUCT UNDER NAME OF BRAND ...                   I have also purchased Samsung LED 32" 5100 (model no:UA32F5100 ) on[protected] . After expiring warranty period my TV suddenly starts ON OFF. After registering complaint with Samsung Service center Technician came and check and he said panel not working and need to be replaced. Total estimate is 17000.My TV usage is not heavy, watching only on week end and I have fuse circuit in my home to prevent from voltage fluctuation. If i would watching TV regularly this problem might came before warranty expiration.I checked in google, online consumer forum and also with several customers who have purchased this TV and all of them have complained about this product. Let me know how u r people justice to me

                    I am practicing advocate at Anantapuramu since 22 years. I have purchased Samsung TV (26 inches) bearing Model No:LA26R71BA I am very happy to inform that till now I never got any repair to the said T.V. In the first week of September TV started to trouble i.e., it is not getting colour and picture is exhibiting only in black and white. On 7.9.2015 I visited the local Samsung servicing centre to gave complaint. But the concerned people refused to take with an answer that I should gave complaint only through on line and so that you will direct them to attend for repair. So on the same day at about 8.00 pm I gave a complaint through toll free number and the receiver of the phone gave some directions to me by holding TV in on. The TV was checked as per the directions and inspite of it the problem was not rectified. Finally they told me that they will send mechanic within 24 hours subject to that I have to pay servicing charges + service tax. I expressed my willingness to pay the said amount. But even after lapse of 24 house no body has turned up. Again I gave a complaint with same reference. But the receiver of the phone again promised that they will send their mechanic within 24 house without default and also expressing the regrets for not sending as they promised. The next day also nobody turned up. Having no option next day evening I again contacted local servicing center. The concerned people after my request they have verified and informed me that they have received complaint and they will attend on next day with a condition that I have to call them on next day. One sai who is meachanic gave his number. On the next day my son gave a call to sai to attend. The said sai attended to my for repair. He made some efforts to get it repair and informed that mother board has failed and it costs Rs.7000-00 and if we are able to pay they will get the same from company. After my return from the office I contacted to sai and informed that I am able to pay Rs.7000-00 and asked him to get mother board from the company. The said sai told me that he will confirm the same in the evening. As there is no responce from him on the next day again I contacted said sai to know the status. But he informed me that the mother boards of the said model are not available any where and the company has locked the said model and so I have no option except going for new piece. Infact I was shock with the said answer. Because it was purchased only about 7 years back and that invested huge amount. The company having manufactured thousands of TV with the said model, locking the said model is very surprising answer for me. When I put the said question to said sai, he very carelessly answered that come and contact his manager, otherwise I have to drop another complaint on online. Infact his behaviour with the customer is not satisfactory. . Any how I went to the servicing center to contact the manager personally. Why I do not know the reason the said sai not digested with my coming to the office and immediately he has agressively responded against me taken me to the manager. Before my entry to the chamber he personally contacted the manager and I feel he has feeded something against me. When I contacted the manager he is also very confirmed answer as sai represented with us. I requested the manager not to take the words of the said into consideration and to listen my problem. It seems he has no patience to listen. He too advised me to prefer a complaint on online. Sumsung being a very reputed I never expected that I have to spare this much of time for getting my tv repair. Having no option once again I preferred complaint on online and the same is also registered and I got information in SMS. After my complaint one Jafar contacted over phone and he told me that he will contact their servicing center and will take care. I requested to come personally without contacting local servicing center. But he also not turned up even after lapse of 48 years. So I am forced to prefer another complaint. If the said behaviour is continued I am very painful to inform you that I have to approach court of law for necessary action through consumer forum, Anantapuramu for necessary action against company and you will be mulcted with all costs and consequences thereon.

                      I had purchased SAMSUNG 4K LED TV from Gopu nandilethu G.Mart, Cochin on 26th august 2015, The company representative came about 5th or 6th of september only to install the TV. The TV shows intermittent on off problem from the first day itself. when the carton of TV was opened the battery of remote was rotten and due to suspicion we checked its date of manufacturing, it was made on june 2014. We realised that We purchased an old stock TV, we intimate this to the company on the installation day itself and the company relaid that company give full support including replacement...so not to worry. When the TV shows problem of intermittent on, off ...and when we repeatedly complain the company directly update the programme and reset the TV through on-line and assured that problem will not come again. but after one day the same problem repeated and reported to the customer care...but the response was poor. in the mean while the TV was completely gone off on 7th of October . i called the company and asked for replacing the TV as the product was showing defect from ist day itself, and more over company provide me an old stock. The company bluntly turned down my request and did not even attend my case favourably. i want refund of my money and i am not ready to accept a product like this from a company like samsung.

                        Issue Description : If the phone left for 4/5 hours without any activity, n/w goes off and not able to connect to n/w until switch off/on the mobile.

                        I have purchased new Samsung cell phone 26/09/15, model grand prime price Rs 11400.00/-from a retailer Pashupati Cellular at Gariahat Kolkata.
                        The piece was a defective and retailer told that to change the sim card, old sim has been replaced with a new sim and problem was remained the same.

                        Went to service center 2 times for the same defect, first time they told it was repaired but the issue remained the same.
                        Currently it was lying with the service center at Divine Electro Solution at Kolkata since 5/10/16 and I have been informed that request has been raised for replacement and waiting for approval. Bill No: [protected] dt-5/10/2015

                        I have contacted may times to customer care many times about the issue always got same response - engineer assigned and our senior will get back, but never received any call back.
                        It was a very bad experience to have conversation with customer care service representative and have realized that it is wastage of time and they are irresponsible and don't know how to provide service to customers.

                        Try to understand the problem of the customer with not having the mobile for 15 days.

                        Pls look into this matter urgently to avoid any legal steps.

                            Sir. regarading to above mentioned subject i purchased new samsung mobile model no M360 on 20 of Aug, 2015.due to low battry backup i sent it to samsung service centre Akbarpur Ambedkar Nagar U P 224125 on 25 of Aug, 2015 .i was said by service associates that i can receive my mobile set within one week but i am very sorry to say that it has been passed about 2 months but my mobile set was not return by centre till yet . while i contacted to service centre but no satisfactory answer given by them . so it is great mental and physical harassment to me so i request to u to take proper action against samsung mobile company. yours sincerely manoj kumar prajapati [protected] service centre no [protected]

                              I owe a Samsung Galaxy S advance phone. I had some problems in charging my phone and my phone was out of warranty period so I went up to the service center in Siliguri, International Market (GOODWILL ENTERPRISES) to know what's wrong with my phone. Even without checking the phone, one of the service center incharge said that charging slot of the phone needs to be changed and he quoted me a price of Rs 2, 900 for the changing of the slot. He advised me to get the charging slot changed even without having a look in the phone. I didn't submitted the phone in the service center instead after 2-3 days I went up with my father to the service center. another service center incharge saw the phone and said that there is an error in the battery and overnight charge will remove the error. I charged my phone and it started charging after 9-10 hours. Again after 3-4 days I faced the same problem that my phone has stopped taking charge and the battery drained out fully. I again went to the same service center. Another in charge of the same center checked my phone and said that the charging slot need to be changed. I submitted my phone for the change of charging slot and he quoted me a price of Rs. 2, 036. I can't believe that serve center charged different price for the same charging slot. After 5-6 days I received a call from the Samsung Service Centre to come and collect my phone. I collected my phone inserted my sim. As I inserted my Sim the network was showing full by no calls were coming or going. Then I realized that the phone is sometimes reading the Sim card and sometimes there has been a failure to read the Sim Card. There was so much of Fluctuation in the network . I inserted another sim to check whether there is an error in my sim or not but I found that the same thing is happening with the other sim as well. I even went to the Vodafone Customer Care to confirm myself whether there is any error in the sim or not but the Vodafone care executive told that there is no error in my sim. After being confirmed I went up to the same Samsung Service Centre again and reported them about the problem that after I collected the handset network problem has started. They said that it might be a problem in the mother board of the handset. I said them that they should had informed me about it before because I had already spent Rs. 2, 036 on the phone and they should had made a general check on the handset before collecting it. The response from their side was that they do not have that much time to check the phone in general. They have taken my phone once again and even said that if there is a problem in the mother board they wont b able to help it, I have to pay extra to get it repaired. I am really disappointed by the service which the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE PROVIDES. Is it our duty or the service Centre's duty to make a general check of the handset and report all the problems and quote the amount for the same to the customer? Highly disappointed with the service of the Samsung Service center and also shocked about the variation of price of the same slot. If we customers would had been an expert in repairing handsets we would had done it ourselves instead of coming to the service Centre and being harassed many times.

                                Dear I bought a Mobile Samsung B310E from day one i was facing a problem of network auto drop. The same sim i used in another mobile never faced any network drop problem. after few days its ringer was not working. I wen to service center for the service they changed its mother board and ringer. from this day network problem was increased so again i went to service center they told me its not mobile fault its network fault. but i never face network problem in another mobiles. Last day 5th time i went to service center they totaly denied me to do my favor of change of mobile. as its under warranty and not useful for me. So please help me out how can my issue be solved.

                                  Dear sir, This is VIshwas Kolwankar, loyal user of SAMSUNG LCD TV (Model: LA32D403E2/ Serial NO.:MQ503PBB600457E) I had purchased the above mentioned LCD TV from ASTHA Electronic, Virar (E) on dated 06/10/2011. i was enjoying the facility of TV from the day of sale. From 01st Oct 2015 i was facing the problem of that screen was not working properly. so i lodge the complaint on your complaint portal (Compalint No:- [protected]) they informed that the tech will report to your place by 3rd Oct 2015. Technician Mr. Kamlesh from Synergy Ent. reported to my place as mentioned date. He suggested to replace main cord of TV, he did the same but there was no use. then he suggested to replace PCB of the TV. i agreed on his suggestions as i was helpless. He informed me that it will take more 3 days to arrive the part which was too late for me but i had no other option for that. On 8th Oct 2015 technician Mr. Satish came to my place and installed PCB, but there was also no use for that, again after checking, he suggested to replace Mother Board which costs me around Rs.6500. As usual i agreed for that also. at that time i felt that my problem would be resolve as my whole family is suffering as there is no another option for entertainment at my place. Mother board of the TV had arrived to place by 12th Oct 2015. They installed in my Tv. After thorough checking they came to conclusion that the PCB which had installed by earlier technician was of actually wrong part numbered. Now they informed me that it will take more a week to arrange the new PCB which is actually fits to my TV set. so sir, i am not understanding the way of servicing of your company. As i am also catering to another sevice industry and i know the value of the customer and what they feels when we not able to serve them better. As a market leader company in television product how could you people serve the customer like this??? As you people are not even understand the problem/ route cause, also not even find out the exact conclusion of the concern??? so how should i trust you??? if seriously you people have concern about resolving the issue or dissatisfaction of the customer then i am requesting you please do the needful.                                     Bought a 32" Samsung television on April 2013 with an extended warranty of 2 years. It started showing horizontal lines after completion of 2 years and broke down completely soon afterwards. When complained the technician came, saw and told that the panel needs to be changed and it will cost 17k. Someone really has to be out of his/her mind to spend such amount to get a panel changed which has only a year's warranty. Lesson learnt: NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND SPREAD THE MESSAGE

                                      Bought a 32" Samsung TV 2 years back on April 2013 with a 2year extended warranty for 35k. The screen started having horizontal weird lines at 25 month onwards and broke down completely few weeks after that. Made a complaint and a technician was sent promptly. after checking he told that the panel needs to be changed for which he quoted an absurd price of 17k. Someone really has to be out of his/her mind to pay 60% of the cost of a new television for a panel which has only a year warranty. Learnt a lesson "NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT"

                                        It has been only a year we bought the tv but has suddenly stpped working suddenly with black screen we have given complaint 9 0ct 2015 but no engineer has come to check for solution...my refernce no is [protected].. i kndly reqst you to take dis complaint seriously and take action as soon as poosible
