Hi, I had purchased Samsung note 2 7100 model which was on offer of 15% cash back in May 2013. I bought on 12th May 2013 on SBI credit card from nearest Croma store. WE had asked about the offer & they informed us that money will be credited in your account after 45 days. We had taken phone on EMI for 6 months. when we didnt receive money we contacted croma they informed us to contact SBI. we contacted everyone but didn't receive 15% cashback. SBI said offer was from samsung, we contacted them as well call center email but no cashback received. always same response we will get back to you in 24 hours, no one contact backs. All the time same response sorry for inconvience caused we are in process we will arrnage call back from complaint team. Now already paid all my EMI, but no cashback till date. I have sent same request to Pehredar team. Just adding another complaint at consumer forum Thanks & regards

      I have bought Samsung washing machine wf550b0bkwq on 2013 October, 17 last week suddenly machine not responding and warranty also expired, one guy came from the service center and inspected the machine and told mother board is gone after replacing the mother board he told front panel is gone bad, for replacing both it will come around 11k, i bought this machine on 23k, i dont how come machine stop working after the warranty, i think they are doing some programming or what ?, don't buy Samsung front load washing machine

            Dear sir.
            Am using note4 it was under warranty in the job sheets also mentioned there is no physically/water damage with the permission of service centre he has undersigned with my self.later he said it will cost 3600rs I said y should I pay for that it is under warranty.then keeps continuesly I send mails for Samsung CEO desk.every day I will just get mail u will call back within 24hr every day I use to cal no proper response.finally I got a call .even they said you have to pay .I asked higher level email or other contacts.he defuse to provide.then took back that phone .one my friend suggested go to o e the service centre which is not Samsung related.he saw the phone he done with in 15mnt that to charges was only 500Rs.
            I lose huge business in 20 days .
            Then y they provide warranty.
            Kindly request serious action against to them.job sheets reference
            If requerd I will lokayukta in these I will not leave we shouldn't not leave these kind of cheaters.

              Greetings for the day.
              With due respect and humble submission, I a Samsung customer want to state a following few lines that -
              I have purchased a Samsung Charger, (Traveler Adapter) (Batch No R27G8B135D1HM2) from a local Samsung dealer in Hisar, Haryana on 03rd Nov 2015. The next day when I went to the dealer to return the charger because one of my relative had purchased the same from other city which was unable to return. The dealer in Hisar was very rude, aggressive and assured that there is no company in this entire world who has a "return policy" including Samsung, which is a very big brand in the market. But when I checked the Samsung official website it's clearly mention that there is 30 days return policy provided by the company itself.
              He refused to take back the mobile charger and to give me my money back.
              He also said that you can write a complaint to Samsung and nothing will change.
              I have full trust in Samsung because the company always take care of his customers.
              Kindly look in to the matter and please take appropriate action against this dealer because he is misguiding the Samsung customers and spreading unnecessary comments and rumors. It will definitely affect the companies image which I hope you would not like and accept at all.

              I will wait for maximum for a week for this matter to be resolved OR else I have to forward this matter to the "Consumer Court" as I have all the details with me.

                Samsung cheating customers I am Neeraj Agrawal purchased a Samsung LED TV model no.UA32F4100ARMXL serial no. 23463ZND903819W on date 09/10/2013 from Fairdeal Arcade, Dhantoli Nagpur(Maharashtra) at Rs 31000 approx VAT TIN [protected] V, CST TIN [protected] C. On date 27/07/2015 when I switched on TV only sound is coming but no picture coming.I called the samsung care support, ref number [protected] on date 27/07/2015 about the problem. A person visited on 03/08/2015 checked TV and said that TCON card board is faulty.LED panel is OK but need to replace whole LED panel + TCON card as they are not able to repair card or replace the card and the cost of replacing whole panel + TCON card is nearly Rs 15000/- plus service tax which is too much .Now As my LED panel is alright why I pay again for LED Panel as only TCON board card is faulty, they must arrange to repair the card or replace the card or charge me only for that.As amount of Rs 15000/- is too much which i require to pay again after purchasing a TV at Rs31000. I also talk to customer care representative to look into the matter and arrange to repair only the the defective part but they replied to you have to change whole panel.After some daysI recieved call from samsung and told me that they will give 50% discount for panel charging me near about Rs 8968/- and said that we will give only three month warranty. while if you pay full we will give you twelve month warranty.Now if they are giving genuine new panel then why they are giving only three month warranty.why not full warranty.And why i pay Rs8968/- for panel as only card is faulty.As my panel is Ok, why i pay so much amount for that. I think Samsung is cheating customers by not providing proper service.I lost all my faith in samsung products and got very much dissappointed. After investing so much money people think that it may work for atleast five yrs or more.
                same tv problem occur me today i call samsung customer he told power supply board or tv panel i really shocking becuse i purchased 15-03-16

                  Doble door fridge purchased in Oct. 2012, once the thermostate panel went out of order during warranty period was repaired by company.
                  then since last Feb 2015, after warranty expiry, the complaints were lodged and two times i have paid visit charges, and repair charges.

                  againg and again same problem faced for which company repair person told that the unit i snot repairable. Since then the dialogues from company and service centre took place with the undersigned. They offered 22% per year (for 2 years aggregating 44%) deduction and remaining amount (56%) to be paid to undersigned. Undertaking was asked for accordingly. I was asking for the replacment and whatever the additional amount payable be informed by them but they till date never have given in writing.

                  after some time, in the month of August, they had sent the mai stating that my complaint is filed, as they said, i havent til l date received any mail and i requested to resent me, but they denied.

                  now sinc last one week i lodged the complaints on 23th oct, 31st oct, 4thnov. on no. [protected] bearing reference no. [protected], every time i have been told that the person will visit same day. till date nobody has turned up.

                    Regarding Network issue, Samsung galaxy E7 mobile has been given to Samsung customer service, velachery, chennai. The mobile is purchased three months back and it has full warranty. Later they checked the mobile and said mother board affected by water, it may happen due to sweat also, so it won't come under warranty so we will charge 10, 100 to resolve this issue. But I rejected the estimation and I said I dont want to do it so please return my mobile, but while returning my mobile, the mobile not fixed perfectly, the upper part of the mobile is not locked properly, I asked to fix this but they said it will be separate cost, we wont fix at free of cost. They have not resolved the problem in mobile but they didnt provide the mobile atleast how I gave to them. This is very worst customer service. This is my samsung customer service bill number: [protected].

                      Why is it that the customer service reps from samsung sound like i am talking to a machine? They are so rudely following a script that they ignore all my replies and continue reading their script. This has happened far too many times. Everytime i have tried to complain to samsung that their service engineers are careless, and put grime and dirt on the walls, the cs department completely ignored what i said and asked if the product is working fine. Over and over again this same issue has happened. Am i the only one having such difficulty dealing with such bad customer service from samsung? It is like the cs department has been turned into zombies, they just don't seem to hear what the customer is saying to them anymore unless it fits into some written script given to them.

                      What is worse, they take no responsibility for when their own engineers and service reps damage the product. They ignore all such complaints. It is ridiculous.

                      The samsung "email to the ceo office" service is a pathetic joke. You don't feel better talking to the cs representatives, infact you feel more frustrated, as if they are simply not interested in understanding what you are saying.

                      Customer service should have some care for the customer, but samsung seems to have forgotten this!

                        Service center employees not at all answering to the issues properly. Telling all bull stories...do not buy samsung products...better to to go for other company products. Samsung are costly and with out proper service. Don't become fools by buying samsung products.

                          Bought Samsung 32 Inch LED TV last April for rs 39500 and from on 28th Oct onwards it is not working so i contacted them they send the engineer the 2nd day and he checked and said the display was gone and for this it will cost close to 17K, i asked him within one and half year how come the display will go when all other circuit inside was perfectly working...he dont have an answer so i again contacted the customer care and they are saying if the warranty is over the service is chargable...but when asked about the reason for this they dont have an answer...and finally they said they will repair it by giving 70% charge of what it was quotted by the service engineer. now they are asking me one week time to change the display of my TV. This is totally very very worst customer service i have ever had in my experience and because of which i planned to go for a new TV. I will never suggest anyone about Samsung products as i see they is a glinch in there products and i am planning go for resale of all my samsung products...i dont want a brand which does not value customer...

                          I also faced same problem, now for my TV also Samsung asks 18, 000 to replace display with in 16 month o[censored]sage, worst product and worst brand. Cheating indian customer with cheap quality product.
                          The same thing happened with me. I have purchased a 32 inch LED in 2013 at 28000 Rs. In Jan 2015 it had a problem of display so i repaired it through Samsung itself which costed me 11000 Rs. & now again feb 2016 it having a display problem & service technician is suggesting to change LED panel which is of cost 14000 Rs.They are saying they will not do the repairing by part they will change the panel only ..it means for small repairing purpose also i have to change the whole panel because Samsung is not ready to do that . This is ridiculous to hear that. .. from now onwards i will not go for samsung.

                            Hi, My Samsung refrigerator model RT 26 FCTR, Serial# R0084PABA00769D had cooling problem. We called the customer care and given a complaint. This call was forwarded to Anish Techno Services one of the Samsung Authorized Service Center, they tried repairing the product. However the problem was never fixed. Later after two days they have taken the fridge to their Service Center stating they need to special tools for repair and they cannot to carried to customer location. After a week when we called to check the status, they said the fridge is unrepairable and we would get some refund. Someone from Samsung called and have done some negotiations and finally agreed on a refund of 44% of the amt paid at the time of purchase. A representative came took a cancelled check leaf, address proof and ID proof for the refund to be processed. After patiently waiting for almost a month now the service guys claims that the serial number has scratches and Samsung is not authorizing the refund. It is very evident that the service center guys who have taken the refrigerator have manipulated and misleading Samsung. For whatever reason we are the one who is suffering. The refrigerator external condition was very good and we have even taken the pics before it was taken by the service people. Very sad to know that now you are coming up with reasons and trying to avoid refund. I have taken this to my heart and will take up with all possible channels. Regards, ML Goud

                              Sir i have purchased a new phone grand prime 4 g.i have purchased from reliance digital store gurgaon on 18 october 2015.I bought the set on cash on bring back i foud error in touch screen and the phone was hangging.i gave it back to shop from where i purchased .They told me they will sent to samsung service station and they will check there.if they foud the problem they will repair or give a new set.after 5-6 days when phone came the problem was still there they are telling that the phone has no problem, but the manager of the shop(Reliance digital store) i s telling me the problem is there.aftet that they again sent it to samasung service station.the problem is not yet resolved.Now i want my money back I am feed up with the process.on giving full cash i am suffering from phone problem.so please sir help me in getting my money back.I purchased the phone in the name of my wife shalini srivastava

                                Samsung is one of the trusted brand and its message bring home happiness is all fake and just fooling and playing with the customer trust . I purchased samsung LED TV on 20 october 2014 from authorized dealer samsung plaza, Faizabad Rd, indira nagar, Lucknow just after six months multiple fine line appear on the screen engineer visited and told it is due to dust and replace the screen in the month of may again after 5 month in november 15 again the same complain arise and again engineer is saying the same. samsung is selling poor quality product my complain registered with ref no [protected] get into the matter and get me rid from all this. help me out TO all the customer its my request who so ever will read this message never trust Samsung product and don't bring home this kind of happiness. i am suffering a lot by buying this product its just a warning.

                                    I have bought a new Samsung S6. Although I was using the original Samsung accessories, the phone slipped through my pocket and fell down to the ground (approximately 60 cm). The screen protector is perfectly fine. The screen has completely cracked. The body got damage. This is not the first time that I am using smartphones. But this is the first time I am using a Samsung device and the first time I see my phone being damaged like that.

                                    Note that, the screen glass protector is perfectly fine, no damage on it but the screen below is completely gone. Can you imagine how disturbing that is? Gorilla glass 4 and the design of course, being way too lower quality than a protector glass?

                                    Despite the LOW and terrible quality of the product and paying that much money, the warranty does not cover ANYTHING!

                                    The customer service does not reply. The Live Chat has been UNABLE to identify my previous issues or answer them properly. They reply late. They do not care.

                                    Unofficial people say that screen replacement costs about 250euro. Officials do not even bother to tell anything. I do not accept paying the half of the original amount on screen replacement.

                                    God knows, THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG DEVICE. Never going to buy or recommend it to anyone. God!

                                      I purchased a new samsung s4 mini gt-i9192 battery from samsung care..After two month the battery pack up is low.I go to care and ask for battery change..But the samsung care employee is not change the battery..I have a bill. The care employee asked me battery has 6 months warrenty. I compliant about the samsung care
