I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 with serial# RZ8G7086WAW on[protected] from Vijay electronics, Old# 142, New# 39, Alagiri Street, Tambaram-Velachery Main Road, Santhosapuram, Chennai -73. When I bought this I did notice some grains on the screen but it was 8:30 PM so, I didn''t get much time to dig it. Since it was a gift to my brother, I didn''t open the phone and notice the display issue. I gave this to my brother and he notice the display issue right after he turn the phone on. We took it to Samsung showroom in Salem(Reliance Market) on 22th of September-2015, they said the display has a problem and take it to store and get it replaced. I called William the sales rep on 23rd of September in Vijay electronics at [protected], he said bring the phone to the shop and let me check.
I went to the shop on 28th of September-2015, they had a look and said go to the service center, they will fix the problem. I said the phone is not even a month old and it has a problem from day one and which basis you are asking me to take it to service center. He said, "Once the product is sold the relationship between us is over and who will pay if I replace the phone". I asked for the same in written, he refused to do that insist me to go to service center.
I have taken it to service center on[protected] and the bill number is [protected] with defect description “Line in display(Right top corner) and sometimes Grains on display though the grains were there always. They replace the display but issue was not fixed fully, I taken it back on 17th of Oct-2015 Morning, first they refused to give ticket number and directly underwent pressing the display but it came out in 2 hours again. I went to service center at 5PM on the same day and got the ticket number [protected] and still it is in service center.
Please find the attacked purchase receipt, service center Acknowledgement of service request.
Now I don’t have trust on this device., please refund the money back.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
