Sir/ Madam I have purchased one mobile hand set from a retail shop (IMEI No [protected]/01, [protected]/01) model no.9060. in the month of October 2014. suddenly I faced problem with my mobile, I contact with local sumsung dealer located at Dharmanagar, North tripura, they told me it will take minimum 15 days if I handed over my hand set to them for repairing.they advised me it will be better if I handed over my mobile at Agartala sumsung customer care directly. accordingly I did. I handed over my hand set to Agartala sumsung customer care on 10.08.2015 bearing work order no 1379. after that I personally went Agartala sumsung customer care center 3 times. sent messenger 5 times. after making several communication i become up sad.due to their gross negligence I compelled to purches another android hand set. It is specifically mentioned here that Agartala is almost 200 KM far away from Dharmanagar. due to non availability of handset I scold by my boss and at least Rs. 70, 000.00 I lose. As you know without android hand set it is very difficult to get information instantly. Now that set is not required as because i already purchased one android hand set. If this the situation of sumsung customer care we have to think about the company. Now I am appeal you to look into the matter as earliest with recovery of my monitory lose.     I purchased Samsung monitor Model no. LS22D390HS, Sl no. 0K2THTNF500201B from Amazon under order no. Order #[protected], dated 22 Aug 2014. Item was delivered in sept and after use of six month only it started troubling while power on “it was having touch sensor for starting it and we need to press it multiple times for 30-40 sec to get it power on”. In August 2015, monitor stopped completely and refused to start, even after touching it multiple times it was not getting power on. Since product was under warranty for 3 years, I contact to Samsung customer care reg: same and after multiple complaints on their site (we can not directly mail them, we need to complain throughj their site only and we did not get and acknowledgement of this). They suggested me to check my power cable etc. I checked all these and again after 7-8 times complaint on their site ant after chat with customer service officer, finally they arranged for visit of Technician. Now even after 10 days from Their committed “Within 48 hours our service engineer will visit to resolve your problem” still no one neither contacted nor approach us to rectify the problem. Now after getting fed up with complaining on their site, I and bringing this issue on consumer complaint sites so that no one will ever made same mistake again by getting attracted by their adds. Samsung products are not having good quality, inspite of them we can get better product on reasonable price from other international brands. The only thing which Samsung was better “or at least I thought Samsung leads” was their customer service. Now after this pathetic experience I will not recommend Samsung to anyone.

      To, The CEO, Samsung Hi, My Name is Jignesh Nanavati, I bought Samsung Mobile A8 from Croma store in Surat on 12th August 2015 and the reason behind writing this is the most pathetic service provided by Samsung I will give you brief idea of what happened so far since the day I bought Mobile Mobile bought on 12th within couple of days o[censored]se problem occurred Gallery got collapsed all images got deleted automatically, no images received through whatsup etc etc, for the same issue I approached croma store and they took my handset to Service Centre in area called at Udhna in surat “Cell world service centre” whose franchisee owner is Bhadhar Japanwala Executive of croma bought back the mobile stating some reset is been done and now mobile is working fine in turn I took the mobile back and started using again within a day same issued arose again, than instead of taking it to croma I directly took it to another authorised service centre of Samsung in adajan area which is near to my residence where I waited for nothing less than 4-5 hours for the solution to come, I met some senior engineer Mr. Haider who again did the same task and confirmed that handset is working fine I took it again and started using within 24 hours the same problem started again, I for the second time took leave from my office and took Mobile for the third time to Samsung Service Centre within a span of 5 days this time I was told by the technician to submit the handset for checking it properly I agreed to it I asked some acknowledgment for submission in turn I was told that we provide Job sheet to customers submitting handset but since this model is not configured in system we are unable to provide that 1st question is Samsung such an irresponsible brand which manufactures mobile but does not integrate models for service because even after third attempt in five days my complain was never logged in your service portal so that someone can track history I got annoyed and called croma store informing what has happened, the section manager over there informed me to wait for some time and again called me that Mr. Vatsal from Samsung has informed to take the mobile to Udhna Service Centre and meet Mr. Janak over there who will be the right person to provide solution and I did so but the worst part is Mr. Janak didn’t even bother to meet me and my handset got submitted over there Since Mr. Janak didn’t respond well I had a word with Mr. Vatsal from Samsung and he ensured me that since the issue was very genuine we will surely replace your handset but asked some time to take approvals from Samsung Head office And then the poor story and the actual face of worst Samsung service came into light, for a week I followed with Mr. Vatsal and used to get fake replies from him that my replacement is in process will be done in a day or so but that day never came finally that gentlemen replied I am from Sales I surely want to help you but no one from Samsung Service is supporting hence you please call Mr. Bhadhar who is franchisee owner of Cell world service centre again I started my follow up with him and he committed that he will follow up for replacement with brand and inform me once done, I again waited for few days but didn’t get any reply hence I called him again one more worst answer I received from Mr. Bhadhar that I am following up with brand but from the top level no one is responding better option is you please get in touch with service managers in Samsung either with Mr. Rohan Mehra or with Mr. Akash first I called Mr. Mehra for nothing less than 3-4 times but he never picks calls than I got in touch Mr. Akash and explained him entire case Listening to the same he replied that he is aware about entire issue and he is in touch will Samsung higher authorities for replacement and asked me to wait for couple of days and I did so, again post few days I followed up and the reply I got was from Samsung India the case is approved from few Koreans it is pending and will take more couple of days Post long follow up and all fake commitments done by Mr. Vatsal, Mr. Bhadhar and Mr. Akash finally I received call from Service centre yesterday that my replacement case got rejected and I was suppose to collect handset from service centre which was most astonishing for me to hear I immediately called Mr. Vatsal and informed him regarding the verdict given he replied again the same that we are not getting proper response from service team and I take care of Sales part Then I called Mr. Akash regarding the same and he said that he was aware about the rejection but still trying, finally I called Mr. Mehra and as usual he didn’t pick up the phone but finally after few attempts he picked up the call I explained him entire problem which he already knew and again asked me to wait till 28th September Monday for replacement process The reason behind writing you is to make you aware about the way customers are treated if they at all would require Samsung service, I am using nothing less than 5-6 products of Samsung in my family but never had I required any help for service hence I never knew the level of professionalism Samsung has and I am very sorry to say that you provide the most pathetic service I would have ever seen In the competitive market if this is the level of service you provide I can assure you that one day either your brand will be out of market or will face biggest down turn in terms of repeat customers affecting your business and brands like Lava, intex, gionee, xolo, micromax etc are much more professional than SAMSUNG and one day will surely exceed you in terms of customer satisfaction I will be max waiting till 28th post that I will take up the matter with all social media and take all necessary actions which ever are required Also would like to add the level of team work Samsung is having is worst, no one exhibits ownership rather everyone starts blaming other departments hence you can forecast future of your esteemed brand I will be waiting for your positive reply which for me is only and only replacement till 28th September i.e. it will be more than 45         I have washing machine of samsung model no. wt700ag its not wrking properly since 2 months. instead of contacting customer care service and submitting numerous complaint no one is paying any heed to the complaint and no engineer/techncal person turnded to resolved problem.

          Good Morning We bought a "Samsung 7kg fully autumatic" washing machine. now its just 24 days we bought and while doing washes we realized that the sensors are taking 72 mins for wash irrespective of load kept or the programme set by us. We called the technitian on saturday i.e., 19th Sep 2015. No one came. Again we called the customer care but as usual no response. It's been 1 whole week with no response. Whenever we call they say that TECHNITIAN COMES tomorrow...which is not happening. If this goes for another 2 days we decided to give a written complaint to your company head and Consumer forum. Please resolve our problem ASAP Thanks & Regards Mrs. Shoba Krishna

            I purchased Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus for 56500. They promised me zero percent emi and free wire charger. None of it is true I am paying extra emi than they quoted and didn't get the free wireless charger. People there are untrustworthy and cheats. Please don't buy product from them. When I contacted Samsung they said they have no relation with the store. They are bunch of cheats. Please don't buy from them it's my sincere advice to you.

              I have been using Samsung phones since a long time...I had galaxy s2, galaxy s4 and note 2, note 4...recently I sold my note4 due to various issues and thought of buying s6 edge but due to bad fast experience with Samsung...I bought apple iPhone 6...I appreciate the company and their product. I hope Samsung does considers this mail so that loyal customers arent forced to shift to its competitors

                I purchased a Samsung mobile (Model S6) IMEI no. 357215/06/105923/7) from Jumbo Electronics Lucknow on 06 Sept.15 for 41900/- from the mall in Alambagh, near awadh hospital, Lucknow, India. The piece turned out to be defective as it was automatically turning off and on and became dead many times. I went to the store in the Mall and the salesman (Mr Vikram) informed that its software was defective and I need to show to a service centre. I went to service centre (Cooling Point) of Samsung in Ashiyana colony, Lucknow. They advised that the hardware is also defective!!. Thus Jumbo Electronics sold me a defective piece. Further, when I took the packet given by Service centre to Jumbo for replacement, but they refused to accept. I am very aggrieved as I have been given a defective piece by Jumbo. I want the piece to be replaced with a good piece. Regards D V Deshpande

                  Respected sir, This side Tridipa Biswas.I am M.Tech student...samsung harassing too much to me.My father working in B.S.F., so you understand it is how much costly for me... Main problem I am facing in this phone: 1. Incoming & Outgoing call time I am unable to get opposite side voice. (audio problem) 2. After using 10 -15 mints its being warm.(whole set too much heat) 3. Unable to catch - up any network. 4. Connecting the charger that time it is blinking. 5. Many time it was hanged. 6. Mobile fully shutdown (it have 85% charge). I bought it 22nd may from GURGAON, since that time I am getting problem. lots of time I talked with Samsung's customer care. I visited Tambaram service center, chennai -45. They are tried for switched on then they are taking it under observation for some days.After service center manager tell me it is mother board problem...and he suggest me for replacement you talked with the samsung management team...but many time I called to the management team representative (Abhishek Kapoor ), Abhishek Kapoor Manager - Customer Experience Desk Phone:[protected] Extn 1580 (Mon - Fri, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM) he is not attending my call..even I am sending 3-4 mail..he is not responding anything. And some samsung people called me and talk with me very badly...I am telling many time I need to talk with management team they tell to me you have extension number you called directly...we are not transferring your call.Some people also called me for replacement...I am not understanding any thing who called me please help me sir. In this time "Samsung is issuing in previous note-3 had problem, they are refunded my money, that's why they are not going for replacement or refund..because I am same customer and they are offering me for warranty period extension"-one question for my side...product is faulty it is customer's fault or company's fault.why I am taking extra warranty period every time problem come then I go to service center, It is possible for any student. As a customer concern I am requesting to samsung ( more than 3 month)still now I am getting dissatisfaction with this product.So this my humble request to you kindly help me for mobile replacement.I believe you are truly understand my problem...and solve it as soon as possible.Please help me sir (replace my mobile). complain id: [protected] ref. id : [protected] Please Please Please help me sir...                   Samsung not given any solution up to 4 month...what I will do I am not understanding...my 45300 rupees is wasted..
                  samsung have no good customization in this time...samsung brand value and brand quality both area going down...I am sending complain many time but they are not contacting with me...I am feeling very sad I bought that much costly mobile but it have no use.

                          My Samsung galaxy note 3 had charging issues, and heating issues, the charging icon is showing up by Ut battery percentage dosent goes up, also it has a heating issue as well, is used continously for 30 mins it behaves like a hot iron rod, which according to samsung is normal, i went to their service center but no solution was provided. THIS BRAND HAS JUST LOST CREDITIBILITY IN INDIA. I regret my decision of purchasing samsung mobile as there were lot many options available.

                            Samsung people, Its a disaster that I have purchased a Samsung Microwave Model No.- GW732KD-B/XTL. I purchased this model on June 1, 2015 but I started using it after one month as it was my marriage gift. but I was not aware about that this product will make my life hell. Within a week, microwave has stopped working. I register a complaint to Samsung an engineer came and change the fuse of the Microwave but again next day after the engineer visit, microwave has stopped working. Again, I called customer care and tell them If it is possible to exchange this microwave but they said that engineer will visit and resolve the problem. This is not the end, after that 5-6 times within 3 months I had called Samsung and register this complaint. Every time I told them to exchange this product there is some manufacturing defect in this but I think they are DUMB that they didn't understand what I am saying they just send the engineer who every time change the fuse/button. Now, I am asking you people that after completing one year of warranty ARE YOU GONNA PAY THE SERVICE CHARGES? every month there is a engineer visit, we have to manage our schedule accordingly as we are working ARE YOU PEOPLE GONNA GIVE US SALARY? Now, I am requesting you people that PLEASE CHANGE THIS PRODUCT ITS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO CALL ENGINEER EVERY MONTH TO REPAIR IT. Please resolve this matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . I just want that Please exchange this product as it having some manufacturing issues.

                              But an issue of May 2015 still remains unresolved. I had over phone as well as by email complained several times during the last 3 months. Earlier ref. nos I deleted thinking that the issue will be resolved shortly. some are [protected] dt.12.8.15; it was cancelled as cost was not approved on17.8.15; [protected] dt.23.8.15; [protected] dt.24.8.15 and [protected] dt 25.8.15. The last complaint was on sent to Email id of CEO on 23.8.2015 I had complained about the deficiency of service by your authorised service centre several times and the last complaint number is [protected] dated August 12, 2015. The issue was that when I shifted from my last residence at Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala, the Samsung service centre came to remove the AC and a technician disconnected the gas pipe and released the gas. Also the front panel piece is broken since it was handled negligently. Both of these were due to the negligence of the service centre technician who handled the a/c when he uninstalled it from my previous residence. for one month I left for Mumbai and in June 2015 when it was installed at the new premises it was told that the gas is not sealed and I have to pay Rs.1500/- for the gas. I complained it several times. The technician who took care of the shifting has left the service centre. when I complained the second time, they said They shall fill the gas if I paid Rs.1000/- I refused to pay for the negligent acts of your service centre personnel . when I again complained, they came and kept on saying that I have to pay for filling the gas. On August 12, 2015, I was called over phone from [protected]. He told me that everything will be set right by the service centre on August 13, 2015. They came on that day and repeated that I should pay Rs.1200/- for filling the gas and I have to pay for the AC window repair. I have received an SMS from Samsung on August 17, 2015 mentioning that the complaint number cited above has been cancelled since i have not agreed to pay for the repair work and gas filling. Then I sent a complaint to the CEO's email id. A person called and said their team has discussed the matter and decided that they will arrange to fill the gas and I have to pay Rs.1000/- for that. The service centre had suggested this redressal. condition in June 2015 itself. why did I approach a CEO for a reasonable settlement. Is Samsung not responsible to make good for the negligence of your own service centre people. This has been prolonging for more than 2 months. This hide and seek has to end. It is highly regretting that such an esteemed organisation is handling a customers complaint so irresponsibly. Am I not asked to pay for the negligent work of releasing the gas and breaking the window panel by your authorised service centre???? I am anyway not prepared to pay Rs.1000 for the negligent irresponsible work of your authorised service engineers. Now what should I do? Pl advise. I hope this will be handled by some one who can understand the issue with a proper solution and not by some one as a routine careless procedure as done earlier. Therafter one Mr.Kapil sent me a so called " last mail" stating untrue facts and informing that I have to pay for all maintenance work whereas my complaint is regarding negligence of his workman.

                                I bought a brand new Samsung note 4 from India in January, the phone had no issues at all, however I had to migrate to the USA for 6 months, upon reaching here the phone started having issues, the pedometer stopped, the phone begun freezing and half the functions just died down, so thinking that Samsung is an international brand I went to Samsung USA and to my surprise they tell me we cover all international brands warranty besides India, I was shocked to hear that, so I kindly asked him to check my phone which he did and after doing a computer test on it he told me its a manufacturers fault and the device needs service, some proximity sensor and gyroscope had issues and needed to be checked, but since the only country they don't cover is India, he couldn't help me however he asked me to call Samsung India and if they can email here and tell them they would cover it for free. so I contact Samsung India they never replied my mails finally I go to the online chat, here I meet a lady who says she wont help me I paid 45000 for a phone less then 6 months and she says I am sorry we don't have international warranty so I ask her if its just possible for them to extend my warranty so when I come back to India after 6 months, I can get the phone repaired. they even refused to do that, so I ask what can be done to help me and she is like I am sorry we can not help you, I insisted that she helps me with the warranty then she is like we need to physically see the phone and I tell her that I can get a letter from Samsung USA that explains the phone has an issue, but she is like we need our technicians to see it only then we can help its barely 6 months the phone unfortunately by the time I will get back to India the warranty will be expired then I tell her that why don't you do this, call Samsung USA and they would repair it for me and again she says Indian phones don't have international warranty, I am tired and Aghast from their total lack of care. secondly are we INDIANS so cheap that Samsung opens a brand in India and they don't cover us for international warranty, does it mean that Samsung sells us underrated stuff in India, isn't Samsung solely responsible for all it clients regardless of the country where we buy the product, how can Samsung sell products in India and we arnt covered anywhere else in the world when everyone is ! I didn't understand that. second isn't Samsung a international brand, don't we buy the product thinking that the product we buy is of same value and caliber as any other Samsung in the world, why are our phones not covered anywhere when all the rest of the worlds are, I just want my phone repaired for free. I bought a Samsung product and if they cant deliver to the standards they better tell the customers that we are a local brand in India and charge us like that, its surprising we pay more then most other countries and cant even get simple international warranty and why doesn't Samsung mention it to all their clients we don't give international warranty though we will charge international rates and little more. Samsung needs to be more honest and I demand my rights from a international company.

                                  I have purchased this mobile handset for my mother [Galaxy Core 2] which has a manufacturing defect, of "wrong call log show" and it has been to service center twice for getting it right, but the service center has simply formatted the phone and gave it back to me, an the problem is still there and they are not responding, anymore, so i want my money back.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that i have purchased a Cell Phone near about 7 Months ago, [Samsung Galaxy Core 2] Mobile Phone and gifted it to my Mother, so that she can be in contact with everyone in this 21st Century, but the problem that she is facing from many days, is that the phone starts displaying the "wrong call logs" [means, suppose if i give a call to my mother then the name will appear of my father on the screen and if she dials my number again the the name wiil appear of my maternal uncle who resides in bangalore] so i visited the samsung service centre and gave it for repairing to solve the problem, but the problem still happens, I have already mailed you all people earlier, and someone Mr. Amit called me up from your office, and assured me that he will make everything alright regarding my handset, and will solve all the problems arising out of it, so he said me that he has talked to the service center and my problem has been solved so from 12.09.2015 the problem in my handset has again started and then Mr. Amit said that i will receive a update in my phone and the problem will finish, but alas, till date i have not received any update from samsung's side [any type of software/firmware update], and my phone is under warranty so kindly give your office address of india and abroad or anywhere in the world. So, that i can send you Legal Notice from my Advocate [coz u all people dont respond to anything but at the time of selling the product your samsung people gets very much active] If address not received from you then the Notice will be sent to the Samsung Service Center in Guwahati and they will have to face everything on your behalf and that's final [coz u all people only assures but your service is zero and you all are total failures in getting anything done and dont respond to anyhing and this is the final mail to you and after this i am not going to mail you].

                                  So, Kindly mail and sms me the address of your office immediately.

                                  N.B.: No more Assurances please either change the Handset or Give my Money Back.
                                  They dont respond to anything and keep wasting the time of the customer, whereas, my mobile handset in under warranty and i have the bills and the job sheets also which was issued from the service center.

                                    I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator model RT27JARYESA/TL, serial No 038R4PAG102126, with top mounted freezer and defrosting. from the day one it switch one, the insulation chemical leaking inside (both freezer and refrigerator) as white particles and covers the food keeping inside and even over the ice too. Consuming this chemical will cause very serious health problem to us. When I contacted the customer care of samsung on february 21st, I was told since it is new, it will be there for a few months and after that it will stop. I wiped away all the white chemical particles as they instructed, but it didnt stop, it still leaks. Whenever I call the customer care, they tell it will stop its own and not registering the complaint. Finally, I contacted Bismi Appliances, Kaloor, from where I bought the refrigerator, to register the complaint. After repeat registering of complaint, a service engineer from Samsung service center (R-Logic Technology Service (I) Pvt. Ltd., Cochin, No.39/1639, Kanoos Tower Road, Kalathiparamba, Kerala, KOCHI -682016) visited our house and saw the problem and took the photographs to report. After that I called the R-Logic Technology regarding the issue, they told it is due to insect and they are not responsible for that. If it is insect get into the hardware part, it is due to the damaged insulation or poor quality material used for insulation. They used poor quality material/damaged material and charged me more for the refrigerator. From service center, I did not get any help. They are not taking any step to replace the refrigerator. Then, I wrote to Samsung CEO and also to customer support team. Both replied they will take action within 24 hours. I attached the copy of the mail received from CEO. Nothing did or nobody turned until now. Again, I called the customer care, one support supervisor talked to me and told they want to send the senior service engineer, but until now nobody came. We are not able to use the refrigerator until now. Not able to make ice or ice cream. Not able to keep any food inside. Simply electricity is consuming. It is become 1 month I registered the complaint, but no response until now. If I call the customer care, they will tell I will get a call, nobody call me, but next day evening I will get a message "Trust your problem solved." (!!! miracle ?) I want the refund of amount since they did not do anything until now. They are waiting for the 1 year guarantee to over to refuse any service to me. Very poor quality refrigerator but the cost is very high, and we have to consume the chemical and to be in hospital. But from last few days again I’m facing same cooling problem in my fridge……….
