Hello Sir, Good Evening! This is Appala Narasimha Murthty Nunna sending you message from Visakhapatnam. We had bought a Samsung Television (32 inches LCD) around 3 years back and recently we have got a complaint that its Panel screen is not working properly. We approached to nearest Samsung servicing centre (Classic Electronics, dwarakanagar, vizag) and they have concluded that its panel is not working and it has to be replaced. As its warranty period is over It will costs us around 15000 rupees. Now a days if we spend 17 to 18 thousand rupees we can buy a LED Tv of good branded with a manufacturer warranty of 1 year. At this time how can we spent such a huge amount. So please do the needful and the details of the television are as follows. TV Make: Samsung Model code: LA32D481G4LXL VERSION: SP03 We have bought so many Samsung products like Samsung Galaxy Note2 Mobile phone, Galaxy y, Samsung 1.5 ton Split AC, and television...etc. All the brands are working fine and good where as television works only for 3 years.We are the customer of Samsung brands. But we could not expect that such a good branded television works only for 3 years. So sad. So Please do the needful. I am Expecting positive response from your end.       Samsung product quality is really poor. I bought 165.1cm (65) UHD 4K Flat Smart TV HU8500 Series 8 TV near Diwali 2013. On 24/09/2015 display stopped working. I called customer care they said product has only one year warranty and arrange a visit from technician. He told me you have to change the display costing 1.20 Lacs. Other companies give complementary 2 years warranty and extended warranty. For a product costing 4 lacs pathetic build quality. Further they are not ready to give concession.

        It is my first & last mistake that I bought samsung product & will sur not ask any of my known or even unknown person to buy samsung. I have bought Microwave in Dec'13 & no issue found within warranty period. Very next month in Jan'15 post warranty expiration it stopped working. I paid the charges as directed & it got rectified statig fuse issue. Again in May it stopped, I complained for the same on 19th Jun15 & again same got rectified by paying the charges. Post 1 month on 25Jul15 same problem occured & I refused to pay the visit charges & post so much discussions with senior management team it has been rectified without any cost. It has been agreed that a senior engineer will visit & this issue will not lead again. Now again post 2 months 25th Sep15 same issue occured & gettiing no resolution & I am being forced to pay the visit charges. I have many concerns to discuss but gettng no discussion with senior management team again. Last time I got call through Mr. Surya Parkash from Noida office but there is now no source to re-discuss this issue with him. Hieghts of no care for the customer is clearly visible at Samsung. Following are the detailed concerns which I need to discuss with the senior management of samsung :- 1) Why do I pay visit charges in case product is getting same issue post 1 month also. Is there any EMI to pay to samsung for this prduct? 2) Why senior persong (Expert) not visited in Jun & July as it was repeat complaint. Each time Balbir named engineer visits for the closure of this complaint with no resoution instead changing the fuse. 3) As per samsung policy product cannot be replaced till it can be repaired, this will remain same in case I pay in Sep15 also for the issue. We will again stand at same point after 2 Months. It has been clearly discussed earlier, same can be validated through my Jul15 calls also that issue will be recieved again after a month or a two. 4) Will not let these things to go like this, will make this issue much louder & let everybody know how pathetic service & brain storming will need to face post buying samsung products.           I have double door refrigerator model no. 3135. I requested for repairing my refrigerator to samsung customer care. My Ref no. was [protected]. They allotted my case to one service center named Angira Refrigeration, Jhunjhunu. One engineer visited my home after 2 days n told one part of freeze named 'PCB' need to be changed. But i felt that engineer was not experienced n he did not understand freeze problem. Then i again called to customer care to send other engineer for repairing. But every time customer care people told that your request is pending. On part has been ordered. I did not received any satisfactory answer. Now after 10 days that engineer replaced PCB in my freeze n charged Rs. 4400/- for such repair. My Refrigerator is still not working properly. I got unsatisfactory service from samsung customer care n Angira Refrigeration service center. I request samsung management to improve your service. I want my freeze completely ok and perfect.

            Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung A5 mobile through SBI Credit card on 21 Apr 15. Samsung agent told me that if i buy A5 mobile using SBI Credit card Rs. 3000 will credit in Paytm (i.e. Rs. 500 each month) and also he told me that first promo code will come in Paytm.               Hi I wan a purchase a galaxy A7 on 11 Sep 2015 the mobile phone was a heat up on a power switch button the phone restart ya any working with the phone. I am going to samsung service center on Jaipur at near Sodala Police Station and power plant but the service center not solve my proper problem. He say the phone is good but I know is not good because I use other samsung galaxy A7 device but the device are nor heat. ... My decide in problem Please solve it...

                I have samsung galaxy note 3 neo white smart phone...i brought this mobile of rs 27, 500 from hari om electronics...now this phone is not working ..the screen showing black and the display is gone...and the phone is in good condition and its not broken from any side..and when the phone was inwarranty the samsung care refused to help me..we care samsung care opposite to rohini m2k told me that ur phone was broken and actually its not broken, , the cost of display was rs 6600...i said i am not afford this rs 6600 because i dont have so much money and i have to give emi every month so its not possible for me...we care refused to help me they said you have to go now, , it will cost u rs 6600 dats it i am so much disappointed with this brand...and then i visited rameshwar traders samsung care its in kohat enclave../they charged me rs 150 for finding the problem in phone...and my phone is in warranty after that they also charged rs 150...and they told the lcd was compressed it will charge you rs 7000..now its wrong..please help me for this and i am not happy with this service...please help me in that

                  I bought a samsung refrigerator model no. RT3134SNBSJ on 11/02/2013.On delivery i found it has unsufficient cooling capacity. after three complaints they treated it with gas filling and changed the compressor.But again same problem.now they took the refrigerator to the service center and inform me that it is irrepairable and inform me that after 44% of depreciation 56% of your bill amt.(21155/56)can be paid to you. they inform me on 30/09/2015 @9.05 AM. My ref. no. of complaint is-[protected] with samsung india. now i want replacement of refrigerator. why i should pay depreciation on defective item instead i should be paid for the hardship i faced. samsung[protected] service center 45768447, 45768448. plz help

                    Customer Ref : [protected] Complaint Ref 1 : [protected] dt. 11th septemeber 2015 Complaint Ref 2 : [protected] dt. 22nd september 20015 I have a Samsung Microven ( Model No. CQ138S, bought sometime in 2010), which has developed problem in its microwave unit as well as some lighting issue. In this regard a complaint was logged on 11th septemeber with samsung customer care with the above reference no. The call was attended almost after a week. The service engineer could not attend stating this is a higher model, and i am not expert on this. after couple of days oanother service engineer from the same service station, came, he also said the same thing and left. No communication from the service center side after that. on 23rd septemeber, I logged the 1st email complaint & got a call on 24th from the samsung email support team. after explaining the case, I was assured that an engineer from samsung will attend the call this time as the service station is not equiped to attend this. However since then neither anyone contacted me nor anyone came to my place to attend the problem. But the biggest surprise I got, when today ( 29th septemeber 2015) I contacted the samsung customer care over the toll free no to know the status of my call, I was told that the 1st call has been closed by the service centre, and the reason mentioned there is "The Microwave is more than 8 year old" which is absolutely false. Though I do not remember the exact date of purchase, but I remeber the year of purchase, and its some time in 2010. And the reason cited by the two different engineers visited my house, is they are not technically qualified to handle this microwave model. And the reason mentioned in the system, as per the call center executive against the 2nd call ( dont know who has logged it, as this is not done by me, and I got the reference from the call center executive only) is the electrical point was having problem and the same has been rectified. What a joke.This call has been registrered on 22nd and since then no one from samsung has visited my home. However a false reason has been entered in the system. Is this the way samsung work? My quistions to Samsung here : why it is taking so long for a company like samsung to resolve an issue of its own product. why samsung doesnot have a quality service partner with qualified technical people to handle its products ? why samsung dos not monitor the call log to know the issues that have not been resolved for so long & the reason. why there is no followup from samsung with its customer? Till now, the issue has not been resolved by samsung. I have written them my 2nd email this evening, anticipating they will make some effort to resolve the issue.

                      Hi Team, My name is Syed Azmathulla Khadri and I am from Hyderabad. its just been 10 months since I bought this phone (SAMSUNG GALAXY G900H ) (Baseband version G900HXU1BOG4). Within four months the mother board of the handset was not working and thanks to the Samsung they replaced it. I am not sure, did they used the original Samsung product (Mother board) or any local company mother board. Since then, the screen of the handset is divided in two parts, first half of the screen is little bright and the other half is dull. Also, it is shivering and flickering. My eyes are getting irritated. I have been to the store twice in this regard but they did nothing to resolve the issue. They clearly denied to replace the handset. At the time of purchase, they promised one year warranty and anything happens they will replace the handset. After the four months of the product, its charger was not working. When I went to the servicing center then I came to know that the accessories will have one six month warranty. No one told me about this. Now the earphones are not working., Response of the Samsung service engineers is not good, in spite of showing them the videos and pictures of the problem they did nothing. This is the first time I bought the Samsung device and I am utterly disappointed with the service and phone. Samsung manufactures all useless and damaged products, because of which there is no resale value. I bought this phone for 43, 500.00 INR in just ten months I am not even getting 15, 000.00 INR.                         Hi Team, I bought a samsung refrigerator, on delivery I found it damaged on 20th Sep'14. Dealer deny to replace the refrigerator but he submitted the complaint in samsung, complaint # [protected]. After continuously follow-up with samsung customer care, dealer, one samsung employee (he told that his name is Sanjay Chaudhary) came with 3 unknown people on 28th Sep'15. In my home they tried to threaten, misbehave and out of 2 damaged parts they replaced one and took along the second part with the commitment that part will get deliver yesterday only... When he left the house, I complaint to samsung customer care about the engineer's behaviour and then in place of part I got the threatening call from the service engineer. In night I wrote the below mail to Samsung: "Hi Team, On 20th sep''15 I bought a samsung refrigerator from Ajay Trading Co, Gurgaon. When I was in their shop they advised that they dont have the color available which I am looking for, they will arrange the same from Samsung warehouse and deliver to my home. At the time of delivery I found refrigerator is damaged but dealer said, sir it is the samsung people who dispatched the defective piece and as the stand is damaged and I will make sure to get it replaced in a day or I will replace it. So I made him the partial payment and said once the problem gets rectified I will pay you rest (however the payment matter is in-between me and dealer and I hope samsung employee does not interfere in it.) On 21st Sep dealer submitted the complaint id # [protected], on the very same day one samsung engineer (Ram Bhagat) came to saw the refrigerator (but didnt inspect completely) and confirmed with in 24-48 hrs they will replace the stand. By the evening when we actually started to use we found one of the bottle tray is also damaged, so I personally called the customer care and Ram Bhagat and inform about the bottle tray and both confirmed it will also get replaced with the stand. From 22nd to 26th Sep I continuously chased the customer service, dealer and Ram Bhagat but didnt receive any satisfactory response. As per customer service, we extremely apologies, we are forwarding the mail to branch and someone from branch will contact you shortly but no call received from branch. As per Ram Bhagat, we are working on it, we are short of parts, as soon we receive the part, we will fix it. As per dealer, samsung team will fix it tomorrow (everyday the same response). On 26th I receive the call from Branch (Sanjay Chaudhary), he advised no one advised us the color of refrigerator you have, so we cant solve it. I will come on Monday (28th Sep) by 11 am to see the refrigerator but wont replace the damaged parts, after getting this message from Sanjay, I again called the dealer and he confirmed either problem will resolve on Monday or they will replace the same. When Sanjay didnt turn by 11:45, no message from him as well, I called the customer service and ask for the supervisor, agent told me that all supervisors are busy and they will arrange the call back within 3 hrs (but didnt receive). At 13:40, Sanjay came with 3 unknown people (unknown because neither they were wearing the samsung dress nor had the icard), and harrassing me in the bad tone, that it is not my job I am looking only for the dealer, and not the door to door replacement. It is the dealer who did fraud and this refrigerator didnt dispatched from warehouse. And his tone was giving the hint that I should treat him like god that someone from samsung came to replace the damaged parts. From this point argument started because he also denied to replace the bottle tray and in a very bad tone he said in one visit we only work on one part. We will not change the another. So I called the dealer, when the dealer was on call with me, Sanjay actually denied what all he said to me in a very bad tone. After watching Sanjay''s reaction I got angry and again argument started, when argument got heaten up, one more unknown person came in my house and their behaviour is like threatening me. So I said to Sanjay, if it is not your job then why you are doing it, leave the refrigerator as it is and go. All of sudden Sanjay voice turned down and he said that I want all your problems get resolved today, I dont have the next part but I will arrange the same for you from dealers shop. I said ok, so he took the part along with him and didnt give me any receipt and saying you will get the fresh part today only. When Sanjay left the house, I called the customer service, and complaint about the misbehave done by Sanjay, then after 1hr I receive the call when I was not at my home, the person was asking for me and saying I got the fresh remaining part of your refrigerator and to collect the remaining money, I said I am not at my home, my land lady is available you fix the refrigerator and while returning I make the payment at dealer''s shop, again I received the threatening reply now if you need the part come to dealer''s shop. I am again confused, when one samsung employee collected the part from my home with the commitment of home delivery then why should I go to the dealer''s shop, and refrigerator is still a defective one and is it the Samsung service quality to go to the customer''s house with 4-5 people to threaten him and to misbehave with him. Request you to please look into the above said matter on urgent basis and take the necessary action at the earliest and confirm, as I am also sending this email to the legal consulting firm that can I also file a criminal case against Samsung along with the case in consumer forum. So, if this time I will not receive any positive response from Samsung, I will have to follow the legal proceeding. Looking forward for your early and supportive response!!! Regards, Niten Kumar" In response I received the confirmation mail from samsung as below: "Counselor answer Dear Mr. Kumar, Thank you for giving us an opportunity to address your concerns. We acknowledge receipt of your below e-mail received at the CEO’s office. Your concern have been highlighted to the unit for resolution. We shall reply with the status within 24 hours. We appreciate your cooperation and patience in the interim. Rest assured, we shall revert to you with resolution or approximate timeline of the resolution. Assuring you of our best services. Warm Regards, CEO’s Office Samsung India Electronics" But now in place of resolution they have closed the complaint in their database. Could you please help how I can deal in this situation or what options I have available as the refrigerator is still defective.

                          I purchased one 32 GB SD card of Samung make XOOOEXUQIH for Rs.745/- from amazon.in online (Order ID[protected] Invoice No.MH-BOM[protected] dated 28.08.2015 which was delivered on 08.09.2015. After storing some data. the card could not retrieve the data .On contacing amazon.in customer care they told time for refund/exchange expired on 18.09.2105. As per their advice, I contacted samsungf customer care., who in turn given two samsung Sd card service centres contact Number at Kolkata. however, the first one No.[protected]M) [protected] reported they are presently closed. on contacting samsung another customer service centre Balaaji Service (M)[protected], by making physical visit, they found the SD card defective after check up and advise for replacement. They are found reluctant to acknowledge receipt of the defuntc SD card instead return the SD card saying there is no arrangement of giving acknowledgement. And they do not have the article at present to make its replacement. Where I contact to get my money back /or get the replacement

                            I would like to inform that I had purchased a samsung galaxy ace S5830 on 13.02 2013.Batch: [protected] from Mobile care, mangalore. About 2 months back I observed that the battery was not charging properly and once I talked for 20 seconds, the battery used to get dead. I went to the samsung showroom in mangalore and they told that it was not the battery problem, and the board has failed.They told me that the board costs Rs 5000 and it is better to buy a new mobile.I have invested Rs 9900 at the time of purchase and this instrument has not even served me for a full 5 years. This is ridiculous and pathetic on the part of such a big company to give me a product which is worthless and not served my purpose for at least 5 years. Moreover I had purchased 2 samsung mobiles for my father and sister -sduos and core2 about 1 year back and now I am repenting for having suggested these brands.I have made a wrong decision for having purchased these sets. Presently I am looking for buying a good brand on online but certainly not to buy samsung. My details are as follows: Prithvi kamath P.                               Hi, I purchased a brand new Galaxy E5 on 13th Sept 2015, after 3 days there was some heating problem in display then i took my phone to your customer care service center, they people make me fool and told me that this is a software issue, then they just format the phone and reinstall the OS. the after few days, i face the same problem, and on 25th of this months, i found some problem in display of phone then i again went to customer care, then they told me that sir we have to change your screen. with in 13 days, i took my phone to service center twice and now they people are saying that they will repair my new phone. how can i accept a repaired phone with in 13 days. even first time i face problem with in 3 days. why they people haven't replace my phone when first time i contact them. i am not going to take that repaired phone. i spent 15000 Rs just 13 days back. and now they want to give me repaired phone. i also contact your sales in-charge for this area Mr. Jitesh ([protected]). He told me that he'll look in to this issue and he'll talk to service center peoples but now he is also not picking my call.                                 I bought a SAMSUNG 1 TON SPLIT A/C Model No AR12JC5JAMVNNA from Mumbai on 23rd August, 2015 when the offer of free installation was still running. Then no clause of installing within 15 days of purchase was intimated to me by the Vendor. Now the A/C has been installed in Kolkata on 20th August, 2015 and an installation charge of Rs. 1124 had to be paid due to the lack of communication during purchase. Also a cable length of 19 ft was used to connect the outdoor A/C unit to the indoor power source where a standard cable of 7-8 ft is normally used. The charge for the cable was invoiced at Rs. 855 whereas the standard cost towards the cable is only Rs. 350. I attach the invoice from the company as proof of my complaint.

                                  I had purchased my mobile Samsung J2 but only next day i had facing the problem it was not working properly it automatically get switched of, , i had purchased Samsung J2 but only next day mobile was not working properly i had visited the Samsung store address D114 Jail road from which i have purchased my mobile they dosent give me proper response and send me to service centre address DE 101 tagore garden at service centre they said that there was problem in battery and there was some carbon was there and which was has been removed And return the mobile saying that now mobile is ok and doesn't provide me the job card on insistsing that i had purchased mobile only one day before and how does the problem occurs only the next day i had meet the manager of the service centre he said that i will update the software and then u use your mobile if the problem still persist you have to submit the mobile and then they will be able to decide what they can do, I was realy surprised and feed up from the miserable service from Samsung and very much. Disappointed from Samsung i had not Accpected this service level from the Samsung, no one is giving me the proper response and solution to the problem it has not been even a week and ph is getting the problem i want to get my set replaced my no [protected].

                                    Sir/ Madam I have purchased one mobile hand set from a retail shop (IMEI No [protected]/01, [protected]/01) model no.9060. in the month of October 2014. suddenly I faced problem with my mobile, I contact with local sumsung dealer located at Dharmanagar, North tripura, they told me it will take minimum 15 days if I handed over my hand set to them for repairing.they advised me it will be better if I handed over my mobile at Agartala sumsung customer care directly. accordingly I did. I handed over my hand set to Agartala sumsung customer care on 10.08.2015 bearing work order no 1379. after that I personally went Agartala sumsung customer care center 3 times. sent messenger 5 times. after making several communication i become up sad.due to their gross negligence I compelled to purches another android hand set. It is specifically mentioned here that Agartala is almost 200 KM far away from Dharmanagar. due to non availability of handset I scold by my boss and at least Rs. 70, 000.00 I lose. As you know without android hand set it is very difficult to get information instantly. Now that set is not required as because i already purchased one android hand set. If this the situation of sumsung customer care we have to think about the company. Now I am appeal you to look into the matter as earliest with recovery of my monitory lose.                                       I purchased Samsung monitor Model no. LS22D390HS, Sl no. 0K2THTNF500201B from Amazon under order no. Order #[protected], dated 22 Aug 2014. Item was delivered in sept and after use of six month only it started troubling while power on “it was having touch sensor for starting it and we need to press it multiple times for 30-40 sec to get it power on”. In August 2015, monitor stopped completely and refused to start, even after touching it multiple times it was not getting power on. Since product was under warranty for 3 years, I contact to Samsung customer care reg: same and after multiple complaints on their site (we can not directly mail them, we need to complain throughj their site only and we did not get and acknowledgement of this). They suggested me to check my power cable etc. I checked all these and again after 7-8 times complaint on their site ant after chat with customer service officer, finally they arranged for visit of Technician. Now even after 10 days from Their committed “Within 48 hours our service engineer will visit to resolve your problem” still no one neither contacted nor approach us to rectify the problem. Now after getting fed up with complaining on their site, I and bringing this issue on consumer complaint sites so that no one will ever made same mistake again by getting attracted by their adds. Samsung products are not having good quality, inspite of them we can get better product on reasonable price from other international brands. The only thing which Samsung was better “or at least I thought Samsung leads” was their customer service. Now after this pathetic experience I will not recommend Samsung to anyone.

                                        To, The CEO, Samsung Hi, My Name is Jignesh Nanavati, I bought Samsung Mobile A8 from Croma store in Surat on 12th August 2015 and the reason behind writing this is the most pathetic service provided by Samsung I will give you brief idea of what happened so far since the day I bought Mobile Mobile bought on 12th within couple of days o[censored]se problem occurred Gallery got collapsed all images got deleted automatically, no images received through whatsup etc etc, for the same issue I approached croma store and they took my handset to Service Centre in area called at Udhna in surat “Cell world service centre” whose franchisee owner is Bhadhar Japanwala Executive of croma bought back the mobile stating some reset is been done and now mobile is working fine in turn I took the mobile back and started using again within a day same issued arose again, than instead of taking it to croma I directly took it to another authorised service centre of Samsung in adajan area which is near to my residence where I waited for nothing less than 4-5 hours for the solution to come, I met some senior engineer Mr. Haider who again did the same task and confirmed that handset is working fine I took it again and started using within 24 hours the same problem started again, I for the second time took leave from my office and took Mobile for the third time to Samsung Service Centre within a span of 5 days this time I was told by the technician to submit the handset for checking it properly I agreed to it I asked some acknowledgment for submission in turn I was told that we provide Job sheet to customers submitting handset but since this model is not configured in system we are unable to provide that 1st question is Samsung such an irresponsible brand which manufactures mobile but does not integrate models for service because even after third attempt in five days my complain was never logged in your service portal so that someone can track history I got annoyed and called croma store informing what has happened, the section manager over there informed me to wait for some time and again called me that Mr. Vatsal from Samsung has informed to take the mobile to Udhna Service Centre and meet Mr. Janak over there who will be the right person to provide solution and I did so but the worst part is Mr. Janak didn’t even bother to meet me and my handset got submitted over there Since Mr. Janak didn’t respond well I had a word with Mr. Vatsal from Samsung and he ensured me that since the issue was very genuine we will surely replace your handset but asked some time to take approvals from Samsung Head office And then the poor story and the actual face of worst Samsung service came into light, for a week I followed with Mr. Vatsal and used to get fake replies from him that my replacement is in process will be done in a day or so but that day never came finally that gentlemen replied I am from Sales I surely want to help you but no one from Samsung Service is supporting hence you please call Mr. Bhadhar who is franchisee owner of Cell world service centre again I started my follow up with him and he committed that he will follow up for replacement with brand and inform me once done, I again waited for few days but didn’t get any reply hence I called him again one more worst answer I received from Mr. Bhadhar that I am following up with brand but from the top level no one is responding better option is you please get in touch with service managers in Samsung either with Mr. Rohan Mehra or with Mr. Akash first I called Mr. Mehra for nothing less than 3-4 times but he never picks calls than I got in touch Mr. Akash and explained him entire case Listening to the same he replied that he is aware about entire issue and he is in touch will Samsung higher authorities for replacement and asked me to wait for couple of days and I did so, again post few days I followed up and the reply I got was from Samsung India the case is approved from few Koreans it is pending and will take more couple of days Post long follow up and all fake commitments done by Mr. Vatsal, Mr. Bhadhar and Mr. Akash finally I received call from Service centre yesterday that my replacement case got rejected and I was suppose to collect handset from service centre which was most astonishing for me to hear I immediately called Mr. Vatsal and informed him regarding the verdict given he replied again the same that we are not getting proper response from service team and I take care of Sales part Then I called Mr. Akash regarding the same and he said that he was aware about the rejection but still trying, finally I called Mr. Mehra and as usual he didn’t pick up the phone but finally after few attempts he picked up the call I explained him entire problem which he already knew and again asked me to wait till 28th September Monday for replacement process The reason behind writing you is to make you aware about the way customers are treated if they at all would require Samsung service, I am using nothing less than 5-6 products of Samsung in my family but never had I required any help for service hence I never knew the level of professionalism Samsung has and I am very sorry to say that you provide the most pathetic service I would have ever seen In the competitive market if this is the level of service you provide I can assure you that one day either your brand will be out of market or will face biggest down turn in terms of repeat customers affecting your business and brands like Lava, intex, gionee, xolo, micromax etc are much more professional than SAMSUNG and one day will surely exceed you in terms of customer satisfaction I will be max waiting till 28th post that I will take up the matter with all social media and take all necessary actions which ever are required Also would like to add the level of team work Samsung is having is worst, no one exhibits ownership rather everyone starts blaming other departments hence you can forecast future of your esteemed brand I will be waiting for your positive reply which for me is only and only replacement till 28th
