Sir, i bought samsung E7 mobile from outlet Pai mobile dated 16 aug 15 and installed glass screen but on 30 aug 15 its touch screen got damaged by mere slip from hand from ht .5 m and it display is lost now when to ur bying outlet they told us that we have to pay Rs 6000/ to change new screen. The company manule had not been provided about gurantee of different part nor stating prcaution o[censored]se....

Dear Sir, I have ordered Samsung 40j5100 led TV with one year warranty. The problem is audio is not working. I called customer support, they are asking 5400+ 13℅tax. I don't understand why eBay is selling products with warranty? I got the parcel on 28-aug-2015 (just two days back). It is not working from first day itself. Why eBay is sending such defected items? Hi, I have purchased this Samsung Galaxy notre 2 (GT-N7100) on 20/08/2014 from Delhi. It works properly only 7-8 months.
