I have purchased a Samsung 3D LED TV (UA40ES6200 RXZN) from Oman 2.5 years back with international warranty. I kept my TV disconnected and went aboard for last 8 months. When I came back to India and switched on the TV, I found the display is not working. I can see that the grains in the screen without LED back light. I called the customer care and registered a complaint (Ref. No: [protected]) regarding the same. A service engineer came to my home and after inspection he have asked me to carry the TV set to the service center. I carried the set to service center at Pathanamthitta, Kerala and the service engineer inspected the TV in front of me by providing power supply. The technician have informed me that there is some problem in the power supply board and it needs to be replaced. After 2 days he called me and said that the cost of replacement of power board charges will be Rs.12000. When I asked in detail, he said that the board will cost around Rs.6000 and the service and inspection charges will be Rs.5500 and additional tax around Rs.500. I asked for the reason behind service charge of Rs.5000, he said since the TV is purchased from abroad, Samsung have a separate policy for TVs purchased from outside India. The sad part is that even the technician is unable to rectify the fault and what is the logic behind charging Rs.5000 for replacing a board by just plugging two wires and fixing some screws. Samsung is an international brand and provides international warranty, and I didn’t understand the logic behind an extra service charge for TVs. On this note, I contacted the Samsung CEO office for enquiring about extra charge for TV purchased from outside India, Samsung have forwarded my complaint with a new reference number (Ref. No:[protected]). After two days, one executive (Deepak) from Samsung Noida office contacted me and asked to send the warranty documents. I have provided all the documents and after 2 weeks they informed us that the service engineer at Pathanamthitta, Kerala have already changed the power board since my TV was in the service center for past 1 month and have identified that it’s a panel problem and will cost 33, 000 INR for replacement. How can Samsung engineer can change the power board without informing the customer and how can we believe that the information Samsung executive providing is correct. Further, the panel in my TV was already replaced by Samsung service center Pathanamthitta during the warranty period (1.5 years back) and we haven't used the TV for more than 2 months after replacement. Also I doubt whether the service engineer have checked properly or have replaced the working LED panel with a defective one. I am feeling so doubtful because the service center executives are saying all these without providing any information to us even though we live very close to service center. I strongly believe that this a good example that shows the poor quality of Samsung products as well as the lack of qualified technicians. Also, if I was ready to provide 12000 INR initially, and if they identify that the panel have some problems after replacement of power board, won't the service team rectify the problem in my TV? Why Samsung is always asking for replacement of parts even before trying to repairing the faulty set? I do not feel that spending Rs.33000 for replacing the LED panel is worth as the same new TV set costs approximately 45000 INR in India. Due to the lack of qualified technicians who can even identify the exact fault, I am in a confused state. I need to know what is the exact problem in my TV and I strongly recommend not to buy a Samsung TV. I am very sorry to say about the pathetic and unprofessional service of such a big company. I am sharing my bad experience with all of you so that in future, nobody else should face such an issue I believe that I will get a correct solution by raising a complaint in this forum.     Please help me on the trailing e-mail, as Samsung service have been working like a fraudster. They have already extracted 17, 000 Rs from me in the name of TV service, but still the Samsung LED TV stops working every month. Now they are demanding 5000 Rs more. The TV is not even 2 years old and was originally worth Rs 42000 and is under extended warranty. still these guys keep on extracting money from me, other wise they tell that the TV can not be repaired. I have almost spent above 60, 000 Rs on this TV and it has stopped functioning for the 4th time in the past 4 months and the display has got replaced 3 times. Still Samsung has no clue on how to solve the problem and is now demanding another 5000 rs to replace the power module. I told that since they have taken so much money from me, then they should replace all the things from their end only. But they are not calling me after that. Please help me out

      I purchased a samsung A7 this year (March 2015). Hardly after a month, the camera stopped working. I took it to the service center and has to wait for many days to get it fixed. They said they had to replace the camera. Last month suddenly the phone showed very low coverage for both the sims. Again I took it to the service center. This time I had to wait for more than 2 weeks and they said they had to replace the mother board. I thought I had everything fixed. However when I came home I realized that I had lost volume for all incoming/outgoing calls made via the second sim card. This was a new trouble that came up after the last service. I have spend Rs. 30, 000/- for this smartphone and its giving me trouble after trouble. The attitude of the people at the service center is pathetic. Please take the phone back and give me my money back.

        Exhausting all channels including two times of lodging the complaint in the samsung customer portal i post here for your quick disposal at least now.

        My tv model no is ua40f6400arlxl purchased during september of 2013. Actually my tv got repaired and lodged a complaint to samsung and they inspected that a panel had to be changed. After a week it had been said that the accessory is out of stock. So out of no chance, the samsung assured to withdraw the set. Successively the amount of rs. 61005 was sanctioned after depreciation of the set and the name had ensured too. This happened 2 months back. After i have been trying ur office but nothing been realized instead in great agony no one has been readied to pick up the call of the engineers in villupuram branch. I have been getting the worst service from your service outlet.  

        If they pick the call unknowingly he says that u will receive cheque in a day or two.
        Moreover, i called to toll free no as many times but nothing has realized except a call from your representative and gives a complaint no.
        Kindly acknowledge this and do the needful at the earliest.

          This is in regards to ticket number # [protected]. The fridge in question broke down completely – all the food in the freezer defrosted and was at room temperature followed by loss of cooling in the fridge. Fridge was one year and 5 months old. We contacted Samsung who proceeded to tell us that if the issue is with the compressor it is under warranty for ten years and would be repaired. When representative was questioned why a new appliance would completely break down, it would appear that there is something very wrong with this unit, Representative stated that they would attempt to fix the problem, if technician stops by three times and cannot repair the unit, a new unit would be provided. First contact with company August 26th – essentially referred to third party for repairs as stated above. Contact made with repair company August 26th. Repair technician stops by first time August 28th – no Freon, cannot tell us where it went. Possible leak but not clear on the underlying issue. Repair technician stops by second time Sept 1st – we were told to install something that would help them figure out weather it was a Freon leak or obstruction in flow. Told by repair company that would stop by Sept 8th again – husband took a day off work. Sept 8th they informed us that they would not be coming after all, would stop by next day. Sept 9th Repair technician stops by the third time – Freon replenished, still no explanation why it was not there at all. I had requested that they place in writing where the issue was in the first place, they however did not do that. The paper left at the house simply states – no leak. The fridge started cooling after the Freon was replenished, but is making the exact same VERY loud rattling noise when the compressor kicks in as it did before it broke down completely. Additionally, we have noticed again particles in the ice that I had seen before the unit failed completely. We were told by the company that we are welcome to open a ticket and have them stop by for the 4th time. Me and my husband are both professional people and have had to take time off to have this issue resolved. It is blatantly clear to me that the unit is inherently defective and we are once again leaking Freon. It is only a matter of time until the freezing and the cooling functions stop once again. We are still unable to use the fridge and we feel that the company has failed us completely as customers. Missed days of work – 4 total Days without a working fridge – 16 day Amount of time spent on the phone speaking with different representatives – 7 hours at the minimum. Loss of food from failing equipment – 300 dollars minimum. This is our last attempt to reach out to the company and have Samsung do the right thing and replace the defective unit completely. Neither me nor my husband will continue taking days off to have further repairs done on this unit as it is clearly still not fixed and defective. We also do not wish to deal with the third party repair firm as they have been completely unprofessional and have mislead us. If Samsung is unwilling to replace the defective unit, we will pursue action against the company as well as report to better business bureau and other consumer rights agencies, in addition to making sure we post our experiences to the websites where this product is being sold. It truly saddens me that this has been our experience. When we bought our house we purchased several Samsung appliances and were under the impression that they produced reliable, quality products. While I do understand that occasionally there can be defective parts/ units, the way that your customer relations have handled this is extremely disappointing and frustrating and we feel that other people who contemplate purchasing items from Samsung should be aware of our experiences.

            I am highly dissatisfy with your service centre located in Chikhli Gujarat Buying Samsung mobile is excitement for young youth like me by paying huge amount... I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Model SM-N910G IMEI No.[protected] Serial No.R58G11D88JX As Samsung believe in customer satisfaction by providing update on regular basis I tried to update my software through OFFICIAL SAMSUNG SMART SWITCH but Error occurred and suddenly my mobile started to auto restart continuously. When I went to Samsung Service centre placed in Chikhli Gujarat 396521, they refused to look into my matter of concern by saying my mobile is showing error KNOX WARRANTY VOID:0X1 (1) they couldn''t repair my mobile because i tried to update my mobile. As I am Samsung fan boy and purchase Samsung mobile regularly, AND NEVER FACED SUCH PROBLEM, but looking after this incident, I have to think twice before buying. Mobile worth 50000 but after sales service ZERO I request you to refund my money looking after your After sale service... Kindly look into my matter and update me for the same asap.                 I buyed Samsung S6 on 31st august 2015 from Sai Mobiles, charni road, mumbai, its been 15 days but from that 5 days mobile was been in the service station.. on 11th i sent to service station around 3pm and i was there till 5.30pm they told its been done, then same evening i again went there around 630pm with the same battery draining problem they told to keep mobile for observation. they gave me mobile on 14th evening around 7.20pm and lotd all is been resolved.. But today morning 15th Sept. again we are facing same issues of battery drainage after 100% battery charged, which i lost around 68% without downloading even single software within 4 hrs time and even in this 4 hrs i hardly spoked with anyone for even 10 minutes.. this is how Samsung India treats customers???? I am paying so much high cost for buying a product for Rs.37500??? Service station (SHARP ENTERPRISES, LAMIGNTON ROAD, MUMBAI) giving only 1 answer we have done it and fix mobile issues, and kept mobile for 4 days that is from 11th to 14th evening. this is ridiculous service from the service station and also from their senior manager Mr. Krishna?? this is how we are treated after sales of products?? they saying they have changed the battery and even mother board of just 10 days old mobile, then also the same issues arise??? then what have they done in past 4 days?? think if i having a busy day and there are many calls on mobile then even battery will not last for 3 hrs???? Even there customer care executives not ready to listen from past 4 days its like we have given the query to Escalation team, but till now nothing is resolved.. when i told them its defect of mobile, then they giving excuse like its 7 days are passed, we cannot do anything.. We request you to kindly give us the refund of the mobile phone or replace the Samsung s6 with the new piece at the earliest.. i am really FED UP now... hope for the best reply from your side..

                  I have Purchased Samsung LED TV 32f 5500 model on 23/10/2013.I had led panel issue on 02/04/2014.That time samsung service center manager said the led panel is out of stock.it will take 10 days time to replace the panel. The same day I got call from the Pondicherry service center they said LED panel is available today it self will replace the led panel. Now that panel is not working. The panel is old one.the manufacture of led panel is April 2013.My led tv manufacture month is August 2013.samsung cheating to the customer. Kindly look into this and help me.                     We had purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 22nd Apr 2011 . It has started malfunctioning after a year only. Within a span of four years it got repaired 4 to 5 times. Now, after 4.5 years it again in a completely off condition. We lodge a complain on customer care number your engineer from authorized service center came and he was least bother to check the problem, he had just refill the gas and charges us Rs 1250, as a result just after two days again our refrigerator had stop working then again we lodge complain on toll free number one engineer came and now he is telling us a new story that there is some leakage in coil, wanted us to buy a new refrigerator and offering us a discount of 10 % on condition if we show them the purchase invoice. I need to know who keeps the bill after 4.5 years. Now a days every small company has some software to check the purchase date I don’t aspect this from “Samsung” Now, i am completely pissed off from this as this product is hardly 4.5 years old and within that life had undergo multiple repair. I had spent 22k to buy this refrigerator and had spent approx. 5 k for the repairs, still my refrigerator not working. Please look in the matter. I doubt that my refrigerator was having some manufacturing defect, which was not handle properly when my refrigerator was under warranty period. I have lost complete faith in Brand. Further, I don't see any logic in offering me 10% discount or is the value of your product after 4 years. I would rather prefer to sell it to kabadiwala.                       On 25.07.2015, a request for repairs was made vide ref no.[protected]. On 22.08.2015, it was addressed as previous one visit, the guys forgot bringing selector knob. So the unit remained unuseable during this period. Well, even on 22.08.2015, selector brought was of some other model. They tinkered with it and somehow pushed it in place. I had expressed my apperhension but they were sure that it would work. A copy of the bill no./receipt no. 2445 of 22.08.2015 is enclosed. During 1st week of september, i informed them of selector being gone out of order. Pl look in to it as the repair bill paid has come a cropper. Money spent being of no use. Kindly look in to it.

                      The repair guys have visited twice since then but somehow could not settle the issue. They would be coming tomorrow ie on 17.09.2015 to refix some component.
                      Let us hope for the best.

                            This is my third complaint against samsung.My device Samsung A7 is over heating and i have visited 3 times to samsung service center but end up with no result.I have bought this mobile on 30/08/15 and then on my job is to run around dealer and service center by taking my complaint. I have received messages from DM-SAMCCC 2 times SAYING THAT YOUR QUERY MIGHT BE RESOLVED .But nothing is been done till date. I am very Un-Happy with the kind of service i got from samsung service. I request you to kindly exchange my mobile at the earliest and help me in not wasting my time running around service center in my busy schedule.                               We have a samsung fridge model no-ra19f, control no-c202142, model code-ra19ades1/xtl, compressor no -msa143ks/b/sic and seriol no-o6674zac202137r-which was bought on 23 april 2012... we have missed the original bill and but product is under warranty...and service provider is not replacing the compressor...

                                Dated: Guwahati, the 12th day of September, 2015 I bought a Samsung 40’’ LED TV of Model No-WA40F5000, Serial No-24223ZEDA02261K on 23rd November, 2013 from Bharali Brothers Private Limited, Chandmari, Guwahati. Since June, 2015 I started noticing deterioration in the quality of picture in the upper portion of the viewing screen. The picture in the upper portion of the screen appeared to be slightly dark than the rest portion of the screen. On my lodging a complaint, a claim No.[protected] dated 11.07.2015 was registered and consequently, a technician named Shankar De from Samsung Service Centre (BIR Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Ground Floor, Bora Service Petrol Pump Building, G.S. Road, Guwahati) paid a visit and examined the T.V. set for which he charged an amount of Rs.1140/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Forty). According to this technician, the defect was in the picture tube for which he gave the assessment of approximately Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand). Having spent Rs.53, 900/- (Rupees Fifty Three Thousand & Nine Hundred) for a T.V. set only one and half year ago, spending another Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) for a picture tube appeared unreasonable. Samsung calls itself market leader in manufacturing of picture tubes. Even otherwise picture tube is not expected to develop defects in so short a period. I contacted Branch Office of Samsung at Ulubari, Guwahati. The behavior of the staff over there was deplorable. No one was willing to talk and guide on this matter. The security guards present in the office seemed to be under instruction to prevent customers from meeting the Samsung staff. The Branch Manager appeared to be a VVIP, who accordingly to staff, was either out of station or attending some kind of conference. There was one gentleman among the staff, who gave his name as Mr. Saibal Majumdar (Mobile No:[protected]). He was diplomatic and courteous and took the relevant papers from me with a promise to do something. The days passed by. Whenever I made phone calls to Mr. Majumdar, he assured that the case is being processed. Now Mr. Majumdar has also stopped responding to the calls. It is not that I wanted picture tube free of cost. I was willing to pay for the same but I expected a reasonable discount considering the fact that the picture tube became defective within a short period of time. I am hugely disappointed by the treatment meted out to me. Samsung staff does not have customer friendly approach. If this is how Samsung treats its customers it cannot be expected to remain market leader for long. I have now decided to take recourse to legal action. My notice will follow soon.                                   Samsung galaxy core2….() I buyed a Samsung galaxy core 2 handset on the date of 18th sep 2014 …in that I had a some issue like no battery backup so I called the samsung customer care and they told that to visit the service centre …so that I visited the service centre in service centre they checked and told me that it is an battery issue…so that we will replace the battery so that your handset will becomes in normal condition…..so that I am agreed in that time….after servicing the handset I collected back my handset…..and I used for 2days ….but I had a same issue….so that again I visited the service centre and told …. So they told we will replace the handset….. so that I am agreed in that time…..after few days I got a new handset…after getting my new handset I used for only 4days ……but I had same issue like no battery backup…….hanging issue…over heating ….so that I called the customer care …..so that they told to visit again service centre……..so as per they request I visited again to the service centre ……so they kept handset for an observation for 2 days …after they told for this purpose we will replace the motherboard …..so that your handset will becomes in normal condition…that time I argued with them after that they told once again we will replace the handset……….so that once again im agreed to there words….and I asked still how many days I have to wait for second replacement …..so that they told that it will takes 7 days time to replace the handset……..after 7days I got second replacement……present now I am using second replacement handset but still im facing the same issue…… I don’t no why they are doing these type of service………..i never thought of these type of worst service…………….
