After Purcahse samsung refrigerator i m not receved commissioning service from samsung still date 21.09.2015.     Dear Sir, Recently I brought a 22 inch Samsung LED Monitor for my personal computer at home use but from the starting the picture quality of the monitor is not good and characters /letters shows blurred and not clear overall it’s not a LED type display. I have complaint to the toll free number[protected]/[protected] about this but instead of sending executive they tries to linger on the problem and instructed me to change my CPU graphic card and resolution I said that everything is okay but as CCE insisted me I checked my monitor with another CPU but the problem was same.       I purchased a new Samsung mobile battery EB535163LU 2100 mAh S.No. AA1G624nS/2-B (date:[protected] from a shop in Gurgaon in the month of 24 August, 2015. I was replacing the old battery only because it was draining fast and I had to charge the mobile every day. To my dismay, I found that the new battery also dained away within a day. I did all i could by tweaking the device, but to no avail. I telephoned the shopkeeper, but he wasn't very helpful in solving the problem.           I Purchased this Samsung refrigerator RR23J2835SZ on 20th June. Within one week of purchase I found that Refrigerator is not cooling and items placed in refrigerator are getting rotten within 4-5 hours. I have lodged at least 10 different complaints for this Issue staring from 29th June till date. It's been 3 months and SAMSUNG has not resolved the issue yet. Three different SAMSUNG service engineers have come till date to diagnose the problem and all of them have confirmed that refrigerator is malfunctioning and Cooling is Insufficient. However, no action has been taken by SAMSUNG on this issue. Complaint reference No - [protected]. Complaint Nos - [protected], [protected]

          Update on October 9.

          After registering a complaint with CEO channel, again they sent me an engineer, this time they called him Sr engineer. This was the fourth engineer to Visit my place and like previous three, this one also confirmed that refrigerator is not cooling properly. This time I asked him for the proof so that I can post it here. temperature readings attached. Engineer confirmed that for various zones temperature is good 5-6 degree higher than it should have been.

          Update on 31st October,

          Now the defrost function is just not working at all. I have put it on defrost from past 3 days and still there is a lot of ice formation. I am so sick of this refrigerator, never ever recommend SAMSUNG to any one on the earth. This is the biggest fraud company in entire world. I wish the owners rot in hell.
          These goons are just waiting for my warranty to get over.

          Can some one tell me how to send a legal notice to SAMSUNG.

              1 Month before I purchased a Samsung Grand Prime. From the very first day UI of phone crashed and after that notification does not go after clean and after reading msg and all and Brighness sign remain Constant on lock screen. I have visited Samsung Center but no resolution found. First time they said software issue. 2nd time they are saying you have installed uber and all these app creating issue. I uninstall those app. still having same issue. 3rd time they replaced Mother board but issue is same. 4th time they Depost the phone.Now from last 3day mobile is at samsung center. Today I go to take it back in same condition and when they give it to me than I found the Camera Glass Broken. They are not ready to accept it that its done by them they are saying its already broken. If it was already broken than they should write it in my job sheet as they have mentioned about the small dent on my body also. Now they are saying me to prove that it was broken by them and the crash issue is also same. I am visiting samsung service center from last 8 days in gurgaon.

                Reference Number [protected] It is with great anguish, despair and disgust that I write this to highlight complete apathy on my complaint filed with your Customer Care 18 days back on non-functioning of my Samsung digital inverter 1 ton Split AC. The unit was refused to be dismantled initially by your Service Centre citing "safety concerns" since I reside on the 3rd floor..!! Ridiculous as it sounds, they refused to utilize safety harness to execute this and delayed for a week. Ultimately I have uninstalled this at my cost since your service centre was totally non co-operative. Now the indoor and outdoor unit is lying at your service centre - Sai Enterprises, Goregaon West, Mumbai for the last 8 days with no revert or closure from them. Any amount of follow ups with your Customer Care and the Service Centre has yielded no positive results. I wish to know - is there nobody in authority and responsibility who overlooks customer grievances and addresses them with due diligence? Do you have a sincere and functioning customer redressal service policy wherein you help customers or is all this just a farce to display customer service?? Your call centre offers courteous and assuring responses but has no closure. Your Service Centre is run by a bunch of thugs who speak rudely and put forth flimsy reason for not being able to resolve issues and thereafter fleece money for parts which are under warranty! Its 18 days since I had initiated by complaint for Reference Number [protected] and my AC is not yet repaired. Why does your service centre harass customers and not help them? Why doesn't the call centre offer escalation points & coordinates when issues are not resolved? Why does a customer have to keep pursuing for days together just to have a Samsung appliance repaired? I demand an immediate redressal of my issue with no further delay and expect the company to have my AC repaired, installed and me reimbursed for the expense I incurred in un-installing the AC which should have been done by the Samsung Service Centre. I expect strict action to be taking against the erring service centre people who have caused me undue agony and loss in this entire episode. I expect Samsung to take cognizance of this case and have an immediate and diligent closure to this case.
                Pathetic customer service rendered by Samsung India on complaint on non-functioning Samsung Split Digital Inverter AC even after 18 days. Samsung does not care about its customers. This is evident from the fact that they do not respond to complaints and customers are harassed as there is no resolution to complaints.

                  Bought samsung fridge of volume 496 litre, model no.RT50H5809SL ON 14.08.2015 from A TO Z TRADING COMPANY, SUBHASH CHAWK, LAXMINAGAR, NEW DELHI...soon by 24.05.15 i noticed fridge is not cooling...even water is not cold enough..i made my first complaint on 25.08.15...guy of samsung service centre visited but the problem remained.. than after i made 3 complaint on DIFFERENT TIME period.. guys of samsung visited every time after making several phone calls but problem not solved...some time they say there is GAS problem ..we have fixes it...some times they say there is ice frozen in the inner part of the body, we have fixed it...bt problem not solved...on 16.09.2015 I MADE MY FOURTH COMPLAINT with samsung centre...today is 19.092015...after so many phones calls there guy visited on 18.09.2015..only to inform that there is some problem which can b solved tomorrow (19.09.2015) as he have not brought the proper testing kit...i run a restaurant ..i got mentally harrashed by this type of attitude...i need to exchange with new one...or a compensation with apology letter

                    My self from Chennai given service in Samsung Nungambakkam.. Bill no: [protected]/[protected]

                    Service center T.V.S electronics in charge for Samsung products.I have given my mobile for service on 17th of august 2015 still they not doing the service.
                    In my mobile there is no physical damage in the screen. But they are not repairing.
                    For Internal crack they are asking me to pay the amount. This is fault of the T.V.S.Electronic service center.
                    I will wait until the problem solve by samsung.Please do the need full.

                            I have purchase Samsung Galaxy core 2 on 11.03.2015. Few days back, I have put my device for charging but all of a sudden my phone become dead. I went to service center where i have to wait for 1 hour. When i told my problem to them they told it will cost Rs. 5000 to repair despite the phone was in warranty. It's not even 6 month of the purchase of my phone the company is again demanding a hafty amount to repair it. I am highly dis-satisfied with the product as well as the after sell services to the customer by sumsung company. A promt fesible solution to the problem will be appriciated.

                              I am a owner of G7102 grand2 black model smart phone.It's IMEI no. is [protected]. It was not properly being charged from some time so i showed it in 'customer care centre' of samsung situated at Sanjauli(opposite gurudwara), Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on[protected] around 11AM. They kept it for repariring and told me that port for inserting data cable may be out of order. They also in casual manner told that battery is also swellowing and may be replaced. In the evening, they phoned me and told me your moblie is ready to deliver. i went today there but my phone was found not in order and even replacing new battery it was not being charged properly. One lady there named as Ms Neena Sharma shouted on me after i argued for repairing my phone properly. She then told me that perhaps mother board is out of order. Then i told them that first search the problem in phone and then properly repair it. but they misbehaved me and even Ms Sharma told many times that i was doing"Badtmiji" with her. At last, i came back with unrepaired phone for escaping worthless arguments. My experience was very bad and technical staff as well as clerical staff there has no sense to deliver their duty properly and i am not satisfied with the behavior and the working of that customer care centre.

                                I have purchased a Samsung 3D LED TV (UA40ES6200 RXZN) from Oman 2.5 years back with international warranty. I kept my TV disconnected and went aboard for last 8 months. When I came back to India and switched on the TV, I found the display is not working. I can see that the grains in the screen without LED back light. I called the customer care and registered a complaint (Ref. No: [protected]) regarding the same. A service engineer came to my home and after inspection he have asked me to carry the TV set to the service center. I carried the set to service center at Pathanamthitta, Kerala and the service engineer inspected the TV in front of me by providing power supply. The technician have informed me that there is some problem in the power supply board and it needs to be replaced. After 2 days he called me and said that the cost of replacement of power board charges will be Rs.12000. When I asked in detail, he said that the board will cost around Rs.6000 and the service and inspection charges will be Rs.5500 and additional tax around Rs.500. I asked for the reason behind service charge of Rs.5000, he said since the TV is purchased from abroad, Samsung have a separate policy for TVs purchased from outside India. The sad part is that even the technician is unable to rectify the fault and what is the logic behind charging Rs.5000 for replacing a board by just plugging two wires and fixing some screws. Samsung is an international brand and provides international warranty, and I didn’t understand the logic behind an extra service charge for TVs. On this note, I contacted the Samsung CEO office for enquiring about extra charge for TV purchased from outside India, Samsung have forwarded my complaint with a new reference number (Ref. No:[protected]). After two days, one executive (Deepak) from Samsung Noida office contacted me and asked to send the warranty documents. I have provided all the documents and after 2 weeks they informed us that the service engineer at Pathanamthitta, Kerala have already changed the power board since my TV was in the service center for past 1 month and have identified that it’s a panel problem and will cost 33, 000 INR for replacement. How can Samsung engineer can change the power board without informing the customer and how can we believe that the information Samsung executive providing is correct. Further, the panel in my TV was already replaced by Samsung service center Pathanamthitta during the warranty period (1.5 years back) and we haven't used the TV for more than 2 months after replacement. Also I doubt whether the service engineer have checked properly or have replaced the working LED panel with a defective one. I am feeling so doubtful because the service center executives are saying all these without providing any information to us even though we live very close to service center. I strongly believe that this a good example that shows the poor quality of Samsung products as well as the lack of qualified technicians. Also, if I was ready to provide 12000 INR initially, and if they identify that the panel have some problems after replacement of power board, won't the service team rectify the problem in my TV? Why Samsung is always asking for replacement of parts even before trying to repairing the faulty set? I do not feel that spending Rs.33000 for replacing the LED panel is worth as the same new TV set costs approximately 45000 INR in India. Due to the lack of qualified technicians who can even identify the exact fault, I am in a confused state. I need to know what is the exact problem in my TV and I strongly recommend not to buy a Samsung TV. I am very sorry to say about the pathetic and unprofessional service of such a big company. I am sharing my bad experience with all of you so that in future, nobody else should face such an issue I believe that I will get a correct solution by raising a complaint in this forum.                                   Please help me on the trailing e-mail, as Samsung service have been working like a fraudster. They have already extracted 17, 000 Rs from me in the name of TV service, but still the Samsung LED TV stops working every month. Now they are demanding 5000 Rs more. The TV is not even 2 years old and was originally worth Rs 42000 and is under extended warranty. still these guys keep on extracting money from me, other wise they tell that the TV can not be repaired. I have almost spent above 60, 000 Rs on this TV and it has stopped functioning for the 4th time in the past 4 months and the display has got replaced 3 times. Still Samsung has no clue on how to solve the problem and is now demanding another 5000 rs to replace the power module. I told that since they have taken so much money from me, then they should replace all the things from their end only. But they are not calling me after that. Please help me out

                                    I purchased a samsung A7 this year (March 2015). Hardly after a month, the camera stopped working. I took it to the service center and has to wait for many days to get it fixed. They said they had to replace the camera. Last month suddenly the phone showed very low coverage for both the sims. Again I took it to the service center. This time I had to wait for more than 2 weeks and they said they had to replace the mother board. I thought I had everything fixed. However when I came home I realized that I had lost volume for all incoming/outgoing calls made via the second sim card. This was a new trouble that came up after the last service. I have spend Rs. 30, 000/- for this smartphone and its giving me trouble after trouble. The attitude of the people at the service center is pathetic. Please take the phone back and give me my money back.

                                      Exhausting all channels including two times of lodging the complaint in the samsung customer portal i post here for your quick disposal at least now.

                                      My tv model no is ua40f6400arlxl purchased during september of 2013. Actually my tv got repaired and lodged a complaint to samsung and they inspected that a panel had to be changed. After a week it had been said that the accessory is out of stock. So out of no chance, the samsung assured to withdraw the set. Successively the amount of rs. 61005 was sanctioned after depreciation of the set and the name had ensured too. This happened 2 months back. After i have been trying ur office but nothing been realized instead in great agony no one has been readied to pick up the call of the engineers in villupuram branch. I have been getting the worst service from your service outlet.  

                                      If they pick the call unknowingly he says that u will receive cheque in a day or two.
                                      Moreover, i called to toll free no as many times but nothing has realized except a call from your representative and gives a complaint no.
                                      Kindly acknowledge this and do the needful at the earliest.

                                        This is in regards to ticket number # [protected]. The fridge in question broke down completely – all the food in the freezer defrosted and was at room temperature followed by loss of cooling in the fridge. Fridge was one year and 5 months old. We contacted Samsung who proceeded to tell us that if the issue is with the compressor it is under warranty for ten years and would be repaired. When representative was questioned why a new appliance would completely break down, it would appear that there is something very wrong with this unit, Representative stated that they would attempt to fix the problem, if technician stops by three times and cannot repair the unit, a new unit would be provided. First contact with company August 26th – essentially referred to third party for repairs as stated above. Contact made with repair company August 26th. Repair technician stops by first time August 28th – no Freon, cannot tell us where it went. Possible leak but not clear on the underlying issue. Repair technician stops by second time Sept 1st – we were told to install something that would help them figure out weather it was a Freon leak or obstruction in flow. Told by repair company that would stop by Sept 8th again – husband took a day off work. Sept 8th they informed us that they would not be coming after all, would stop by next day. Sept 9th Repair technician stops by the third time – Freon replenished, still no explanation why it was not there at all. I had requested that they place in writing where the issue was in the first place, they however did not do that. The paper left at the house simply states – no leak. The fridge started cooling after the Freon was replenished, but is making the exact same VERY loud rattling noise when the compressor kicks in as it did before it broke down completely. Additionally, we have noticed again particles in the ice that I had seen before the unit failed completely. We were told by the company that we are welcome to open a ticket and have them stop by for the 4th time. Me and my husband are both professional people and have had to take time off to have this issue resolved. It is blatantly clear to me that the unit is inherently defective and we are once again leaking Freon. It is only a matter of time until the freezing and the cooling functions stop once again. We are still unable to use the fridge and we feel that the company has failed us completely as customers. Missed days of work – 4 total Days without a working fridge – 16 day Amount of time spent on the phone speaking with different representatives – 7 hours at the minimum. Loss of food from failing equipment – 300 dollars minimum. This is our last attempt to reach out to the company and have Samsung do the right thing and replace the defective unit completely. Neither me nor my husband will continue taking days off to have further repairs done on this unit as it is clearly still not fixed and defective. We also do not wish to deal with the third party repair firm as they have been completely unprofessional and have mislead us. If Samsung is unwilling to replace the defective unit, we will pursue action against the company as well as report to better business bureau and other consumer rights agencies, in addition to making sure we post our experiences to the websites where this product is being sold. It truly saddens me that this has been our experience. When we bought our house we purchased several Samsung appliances and were under the impression that they produced reliable, quality products. While I do understand that occasionally there can be defective parts/ units, the way that your customer relations have handled this is extremely disappointing and frustrating and we feel that other people who contemplate purchasing items from Samsung should be aware of our experiences.
