Sir, I have been working as a techno-legal consultant for consumer court in Gujarat. I have been practicing as an Arbitrator in Gujarat High Court for last twenty five years. I have purchased a handset: Samsung Galaxy E7 on 08/09/2015 at about 07.00 P.M. evening from smile mobiles Store, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The bill number is SMSSEP15/0640 costing Rs.16, 500.The day of 09/09/2015 was spent and consumed to get a new Nano-sim card, restore the data, applications etc. Immediately after that I observed the following major faults on 10/09/2015 in the morning since 07.00 A.M. 01. The handset started overheating on receiving even a single phone call. 02. The mobile stopped working and lagged for 30 minute constantly 03. The mobile kept continuously hanging if started. 04. No process of a data backup was supported even though we tried different methods and different computers. In that way I have approached Samsung customer care on S.G. highway at Earth Arise building Ahmedabad. The following bad experience I faced with the Samsung customer care staff. 01. The executive insisted to put the phone for observation for 2 days, which I refused to open the new phone because not even 48 hours were completed since I purchased. Why should I accept the new handset to be dismantled and use it within such short hours after purchase? 02. After that, they changed the statement and asked me to update the firmware and told me to wait for 30-40 minutes. 03. Further they told me that my memory card is having virus so hand set became hung up. 04. Again they told me to keep the phone under observation. 05. Still I submitted the phone for half n hour but the problems are not resolved after taking back. From the above reason, it has been noticed that the service center people are just making experiments on a new handset. They don’t have a concrete decision on issue towards the solution. It is to be noted that after buying a new phone and wasting time for restoring data for 24 hours, I don’t need to dismantle my phone and again to use it. It would rather be better to throw it on the road. The Samsung staff refused t o replace the phone on the basis of “Dead on Arrival Policy.” It is to be noted that your company staff is just singing a song of the policy matters only and they don’t have the technical as well as commercial justification. Complains: The Branch Manager Mr Nityanand was not ready to listen to me as he informed me that he was busy in important meeting. The branch supervisor Mr. Ravindra was not able to solve the problem as well as he was just favoring about your company. In such a situation I think that after having a top multinational branch your company staff is highly non co-operating and not attentive. Still my handset problems are as usual. I wasted my three and half working hours at above mentioned service center of your company and experienced careless and rude behavior of your senior staff like Mr.Ravindra . Mr Nityanand did not take the matter sincerely and avoided me even after waiting for more than three and a half hours. Still my phone is not working properly and I need the replacement of the same on the basis of “Dead On Arrival” Policy. So if you really care about your customer please get me the phone replaced. If I donot get the phone replaced I will be compelled to register a complain against your company I attach here with copy of service request, as per my view, absolutely failed.     MC32J7035CK Convection MWO with SLIM FRY™, 32 L Even though I bought the captioned Microwave oven from M/S Nandilath G Mart, Mavoor Road, Calicut on 27/08/2015, ( Invoice no-CLT 8319 DATED 27/08/2015) but non o[censored]r company representative came here for free demonstration till this date. Is this is the way of service u ar giving to your customers ? 2 weeks has lapsed and no one came for demonstration and how much time further I should wait to get free demonstration. It is very shameful for a multi brand company having weak customer service base or unsatisfied customers.. Are you having a customer service centre at Calicut ? If having it is better to shut down the centre which is of no use to customers who are buying products o[censored]r company nor the service we except from u. Further make arrangement for free demonstration at our convenience since for the past 2 weeks we were enjoying our Onam vacation and now joined for office duty. waiting an early action.       It is really painfull and dsistressing for me to complain about a Samsung AC purchased by me on 29/06/2015 with registered mobile nos [protected].. It is a Split Air conditioner Model Nos AR18JC5JAMVNNA with serial nos. 037MPPCG101868M. Right since last one and half months it has start to emit noise and vibration and started To have water leakage. Around 5 to 6 Complaints were raised and and on each time engineer visisted and replaced some part or the other.I had spoken to Mr Sachin of Customer experience for 3 to 4 times and engineer had visited but the problems still persist and I am totally disappointed with the product and feel I have been cheated of my hard earned money. Around 5 to 7 complaints were lodged and each time engineer visists and replaces some part or the other.I have also lodged a fresh complaint today with Complaint Nos [protected]. I had great faith in Samsung products and regularly using its products since last 15 to 20 years, and had absolutely no issue s with any of their devices. But this expereince with Samsung AC has really left a bad taste in the mouth and my faith and trust has been shaken. I will now have to think twice about buying samsung products or recommending it to any one else. I have mailed Samsung several times and lodged complaints with snapshots and videos about the sounds the AC was making so that senior R & D staff and Technical Team at Samsung and see for themselves and provide the solution. It is really pathetic to see that inspite of my repeated requests to replace the unit altogether no effort has been seen in this regard. I am pained and shocked to see this kind of apathy from a brand such as Samsung and would like to thank them for their complete lack of support and their apathy towards my brand loyality towards Samsung for last 15 to 20 years. I would once again urge the Senior Management Team at Samsung to please listen seriously to Customer Greviances and sort out this issue or else I would have no other option but be compleeled to take legal steps for resolution of my greviances. Hope this mail reaches the right person in the chain of command and my isues gets resolved.

          I call loadge for a printer SAMSUNG M2876ND (purchased date 19/05/2015) dated 25/08/2015 and 29/08/2015 and 31/08/2015 no.-[protected]. Eng.visit but problem not solved yet till date. I contact them but till date not respond any one from samsung serviceing centre. please help me and guide .

            I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Mobile Phone Battery from the Authorised Samsung Service Centre - No. 46, Annai Indra Main Road, Velachery, Near Railway station, Chennai- 42. Ph.[protected]. With 6 Months Warranty as mentioned in the Bill attached. But day by day my mobile battery's performance was reduced and soon it will die in 3 hours after fully charged. I have been facing this problem from the 2nd week of the purchase. Then only I have realised that i was cheated and a duplicate battery was given to me. So I have approached service centre to replace the product. But the guy in the showroom simple refused my request since the product ID is not matching with the ID mentioned in the bill. Then only I came to know that they have written the wrong ID in the bill during the time of purchase itself. While writing the Serial No they simply changed few character in the middle of the serial number and provided the duplicate battery. We are buying thinks in the authorised service centres to avoid duplicate products only. But I cant digest while the same thing is happening in the authorised service centres. Guys, please be careful while buying things from the authorised service centres too. Kindly check the product code and the bill while buying the product. Note: Kindly look at the attached image for details.

              I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY CORE 2 in March. I am using Vodafone for internet and BSNL for voice calling. Last few months I am facing problem in using internet and voice call. I live in Kanpur (UP, India). The problem is that there is very slow network connection inspite o[censored]sing 3G sim. I cannot access my network connection. Please provide some help

                Dear Sir,
                I purchased a new samsung s4 in october 2014, within the purchase of single day my handset heats like a grill. I went to Samsung smart cafe, they replaced my handset with a new sealed pack one. Again the same problem, again they opened a new handset and given to me .
                Means in 1st week of buying I got 2 handset replaced and I was with 3rd handset, problem persists the same but as days are more then 7 now, they told me now I have to take handset to the service centre. Ok!

                At service centre it took 3 months for them too understand my complaint and again they replaced my handset again. Now I have a 4th handset Samsung S4 with me.
                Unfortunately same problem persists, it heats like a grill, I'm scared that any time it can blast, apart from heating some more issues . Handset reboot automatically, applications suddenly stops automatically.

                Moreover the hell of the machine.

                My Samsung complaint reference number is [protected].

                Please have a look at the photo, it touches 49.4 degrees. I ask you is it a microwave owen or a mobile. How can anyone talk with this heating machine

                Hope Consumer court will help me in this matter.

                    After the purchase of Samsung Mobile GRAND PRIME MODEL SM-530 on 18/04/15 it developed a fault that it gets hangup while operating. I contacted the company they checked the device remotely through remote control number of times and when the could not rectify the fault they asked me to visit the service centre. I visited the A.R Electronics Jammu who is the authorised serve centre in the first week of July 15 the device was there for two days they set it at the factory level and handed over to me for further observation. Its error had not gone it was still there.I again approached thee company through phone calls and through mails and contacted the following persons on phone and after great exercise they again directed e to visit the service centre as some senior engineers would have a check up of the device.I deposited the mobile set with the service centre in the last week of August 15. It was again there for more than a week and I got a message to collect it and keep it under observation. I used it but the error was there. I contacted the management and requested for its replacement but they refused it to replace for the reasons best known to them. Names of persons whom I contacted MR. VIKAS KAUMAR SENIOR EXECUTIVE MR SANOOP KAUMAR -DO- MR AJEET MR DEELIP KUMAR MADAM NEELAM SENIOR EXECUTIVE AND OTHERS Now I am submitting a complaint through you concern and in case no reply is received I will proceed legally MY NAME, , , , BANSI LAL DHAR CONTACT NO [protected] E MAIL...[protected]@gmail, com

                    In response to the above complaint I received a call from Mobile No [protected] and caller told that he is from Samsung Claim section and stated that my claim of refund of device cost has been approved and asked me to send the copy of the bill .The caller also provided me the email on which I should send the copy of the bill .So I send the copy of the bill on e mail i d claim.[protected]@india .com.On the other day I received a call to visit the SBI ATM and received the payment .I was provided withe the Traxn. ID which was[protected] since thee texn I d did not work so they informed me that they will remit the claim by bank transfer and first I should transfer Rs 1lac in the in the ICICI bank and I will get a cheque for Rs 1, 13, 500 ( One lac mine and 13500 refund) so accordingly I transfer Rs 1 lac to the one KAILAS SINGH whose account Number was sent me me by an SMS ( Which reads A/C no [protected] ifsc IBKL0000233 ) sender was[protected]. I made a successful payment of Rs.1 lac which was credited to the account referred above. On 15the sep 15 I received a mail stating that they have initiated payment of Rs 1, 13500 through a cheque of ICICI bank branch sector 18 nodia . The mail came from the e mail i.d claim.[protected]@india.com. The cheque bears the Account No[protected] and cheque no is 074599, I wa told that the cheque has been deposited in the SBI bank branch Chandi Chowk New Delhi. When I called the SBI I was told that they have received no cheque on 16th sept I rang them and I was told that there was some error in the cheque and they will issue a new cheque till today there was no information the Phone No [protected] is switched off . On an enquiry I located that the the above said account is on the name of Sandeep sharma R/O B-227 FLAT NO 9 4TH FLOOR NEW ASHOK NAGAR AND THE OWNER OF PHONE NO [protected] also is registered on his name. The phone No is of AIRTEL and it is in DELHI. I have also come to know that he has cheated many persons on the pretext that he is I/C samsung claim section. and has extracted huge sum of money from them I am enclosing the copy of the cheque . Please lodge a complaint with the authorities and also inform the public please not become his prey

                    I want to inform the public particular who have some claim with any concern not to fall in net of one Sandeep Sharma and Kailash Singh Residing at B 227 flat No 9 4th floor New Ashok Nagar Nodia having created fake e mail I D showing the particular companies claim department . The if any body receive a call aying that the claim has been approved please verify it before proceeding further. I have been cheated by the above persons by exreacting a huge sum of money from me and have created a account in the ICICI Bank Branch Sector 18 Noidia under Account No [protected] and issue fake cheques ( copy sent in the complaint) I have lodged an FIR against the persons and request this fourm to please lodge a complaint with the authorities . I have sent detailed report in my previous report

                      My order no. Is AB1375021.On the date of 03/07/2015 i bought a Samsang 9000 mah power bank from your site. But it is not working good. Power bank is not giving backup as company mentioned. For these issue i was went to samsang service center. But they has told that these product is not genuine samsang and these is a local product. Thats why they told me we can not give you service. So please register my request against your service and your site. And resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                            Sir i am using samsung A5 mobile.it will be purchased from qatar.. when my battery below 50% display not working. But mobile other functions working.                               We bought refrigerator model RT27HAJYASA on 12 th October 2014 from sangam electronics gurgaon it has broken down with no cooling second time.its warranty is also going void next month.we are very frustrated and harassed, let alone the precious things which have been destroyed. When we contact service centres sometimes system is down .we want the pc. To be replaced or money to be refunded .

                                Respected sir, This side Tapu Biswas. Main problem I am facing in this phone: 1. Incoming & Outgoing call time I am unable to get opposite side voice. 2. After using 10 -15 mints its being warm.(whole set too much heat) 3. Unable to catch - up any network. 4. Connecting the charger that time it is blinking. 5. Mobile fully shutdown it have 85% charge. I bought samsung note 4 22nd may from GURGAON, since that time I am getting problem. lots of time I talked with your's customer care. I visited Tambaram service center, chennai -45. They are tried for swithed on then they are taking it under observation for 2 -3 days. As a customer concern I am requesting to you I am getting dissatisfaction with this product.So this my humble request to you kindly replace the phone .I thing you are truly understand my problem...and solve it as soon as possible.Please help me (replace my mobile). Kindly revert to this mail. I shall be more glad if my request is proceed.                                 Respected sir/madam,
                                I am very sad for samsung product, customer care service, service center, everything...I am continuously complaining from 2 month..
                                1. I am asking samsung customer care can you provide me home service...one person tell...yes we are providing. After some time I called in samsung customer care what happened sir he tell to me no in your area it is not possible. Then I asked can you provide me service center address in Chennai city in near rail way station...she tell to me I don't know about Chennai, in Chennai multi service center is there you tell me the place name in Chennai I search then I tell to you. Sir you thing I am also new in Chennai how I know. After they tell to me our head called you in 4 hour but anyone not calling me, then I called in customer care they tell no madam you wait for some time they calling you shortly, 2 days after I get call from samsung side...
                                You think my position.
                                2. One Samsung officer called me and he tell to me we are providing home service...I am telling ok.. Then he talk to thambaram service center (TECHNO CARE), then in thambaram service center I asked “you are picking my mobile so you are giving any document or receipt copy?” He tell no we are not giving any receipt copy so how I give my mobile you tell sir/madam? Then I called in customer care what I will do then he tell to me we are not provide any home service, we have no information for this. I went that day in thambaram service center they tell we are telling that time for home service why you are not taking. I tell how I gave my mobile I don't know who are you, you are not providing any receipt...so you thing my condition customer care they have no information for home service but thambaram service center they knows for home service ware providing me through Samsung...then they check my mobile he tried, then he tell me you submit this mobile, it is not starting. After 1 day manager called me and tell like I am one dog...previous your note 3 have problem we replace it in this time we are not doing in same customer. so we are going for change mother board in your mobile. but after you are not telling for replacement...because mother board 10000-rs.You need replacement than you talk to higher authority. I am not helping to you. And we are changing mother board so today itself you come and collect your mobile. Then I tell sir I talked to higher authority so give some time he tell we are not doing anything in your mobile we are rejecting your case and you come and collect your mobile today.
                                Can you tell me which service center tells in this way?
                                3. In Samsung which person is providing me the home service he called me your problem is solved or not then I tell no it is not solved then he tell ok we are not providing replacement but we are refunding your money.
                                After all those thing I tell to samsung customer care...but any time any solution is not coming every one tell sorry for this thing.
                                I am fully blanks...sir/madam how I believe Samsung next time I don't know...it is my wrong decision I bought Samsung mobile...so it is my learn...I waste my money, I waste my time ...every thing...What is my fault can you tell me?

                                You think it is my new mobile first day itself I am getting problem and it have mother board problem, in any electronic device mother board is main parts….so samsung product is faulty…
                                It is my request you think my position and help me for my mobile replacement.My service center receipt number is [protected].

                                This side Tridipa Biswas.Thank you for helping.
                                Main problem I am facing in this phone:

                                1. Incoming & Outgoing call time I am unable to get opposite side voice.
                                2. After using 10 -15 mints its being warm.(whole set too much heat)
                                3. Unable to catch - up any network.
                                4. Connecting the charger that time it is blinking.
                                5. Mobile fully shutdown it have 85% charge.

                                after my mobile fully switched off.


                                I bought it 22nd may from GURGAON, since that time I am getting problem. lots of time I talked with Samsung's customer care. I visited Tambaram service center, chennai - 45. They are tried for switched on then they are taking it under observation.Then they tell to me it is mother board problem.you know the mother board is the main part of the any electronic device.It is faulty product.Please help me for replacement.

                                  Sir i samsung service center call me last week to ur cell phone is ok and take it from our service center.when i went to the service center to get the phone the person o[censored]r service center (manish ) used abuse language and gave the revert of my complaint by saying that y u should u sold samsung phone and y r u coming here and lots of abuise word. plz take a valid action againt the person.so we can be loyal dealer o[censored]r company gagan [protected]

                                    Sir, the problem is that i called customer care excecutive on the day of janmasthmi to coinfirm about that the service centere are open or not they told me some are opens and some are closed and also told me that the samsung service centere are closed on sunday the problem arise from here 7/09/2015 is the last day of my mobile warranty when i went to samsung service center yesterday the told me that ur mobile phone is out of warranty i told me how it is out of waranty and where it is written that ur last date of mobile warranty would be considered as out of warranty then i told him that how do i come yesterday was sunday and before sunday it was janmasthmi and i also told him that ur customer care excecutive told me that the sunday is always off bt on the last day the service centere was saying that the service center remains open on sunday also.

                                      I have purchase A5 five months ago!!the battery is inbuilt and got swollen up because me which the back cover has broken which is a manufacturing defect!when I reached the service center they said that its not covered and I need to pay 3000 for the battery and a written confirmation that they are not responsible if the screen breaks while changing the battery

                                      Now they have taken the phone and not telling me that when I will get it back!worst services! Please help me!!I am following up since Friday
                                      They are demanding money in spite of being in warranty, the service centre is saying that they won't bear the charges as Samsung is not gonna refund they!I guess that's their internal issue!! Why general public should suffer!!request you all to please help me in either to get full refund or the replacement

                                      Even I have al d recorded msgs where they said it is covered, please let me know where to upload it

                                        I am listening music on phone by earphones in my samsung j100 mobile on saturday. when i done my listen music then i do pin out when my earphones pin is enternd in my phone jack then i feel very bad... then i call to SYSKA gadget secure for my phone. i really very feel bad then i have claim no by compony [protected] then i log in to syska gadget secure...
