Had bought your Company product Samsung LED (UA40F5100ARLXL), bearing serial # (MQWM3PBD301393T) from M/s. Giriyas Investment Pvt Ltd – R A Puram, Chennai – 600028 vide Bill No FS/RAP/1698 dated 27/4/2013. Recently, on 10th of August it was discovered by me that the display of the television appeared to have become defective and the lower part of the television screen got dim with visible changes being noticeable in the display. I had immediately brought the same to the notice of Samsung India helpline and your authorized representative, one Mr R Ravi Kumar from authorised Samsung Service Centre, M/s. TVS Electronics Ltd, Chennai visited our residence and told that the panel (part No BN[protected]A) of the television had become faulty and he gave me a quotation of Rs.28, 602/- for carrying out the replacement task. I was in an utter shock to hear such an exorbitant amount for replacement of the faulty part, considering the total cost of the product had been Rs 54, 000/-. I had therefore been requesting M/s. Samsung India for waiver of such huge amount of replacement cost since 11th August 2015, but in vain. On 12th of August 2015, after conducting some research online at my own level, I found that I am not only the victim of the bad quality products but there are similar customers of M/s. Samsung India for the exactly same LED model TV and the purchase dates of similar complaints are in the same range of dates (April 2013 to June 2013). Also I had come across that they charged differently for this panel and in writing they had given the replacement quote of Rs.22 K for one of the customers at Chennai. I was given an understanding that the Service Tax rates had gone from 1st of July 2015 hence the change in the price. But I fail to understand that the Service Tax change had done for 2% and for just 2 % how the change of Rs.6000/- would happen. This point was never answered by your representative. And it seems that the practice of the Company that only on request they would reduce the panel cost and I have example of close to 20 persons whose panels were replaced with very less amount (around Rs.10 to 12 K) according to their level of bargaining which is against ethics of the business. Against the backdrop of the foregoing, I would seek the following answers from your side. 1. If you are sure with the quality of the product, I would request you to share the no of televisions panel gone wrong for that particular model and in particular produced during the period of its manufacturing and I am sure from the serial no you can find out the period of manufacturing. Also would request you to share the quality certificate of your television. 2. What is the real reason for charging different rate for different customers for the same part no. 3. The story of Service tax change is fully wrong and could not be substantiated with justification. Please treat this as my last and final request to you for rectifying my television by replacing the defective part which is clearly a manufacturing defect with very minimum token amount and also would request you to guarantee the replaced panel for further period of one year. I had provided all the details that are required by your personnel and ready to speak to you for further clarification. Needless to say, but if you/ your company fails to promptly address this issue, I would be constrained to initiate a legal action against your company for deficiency in goods and services, at your company’s costs and consequences.

    Dear sir/madam my refrence no.[protected] and its been 24 days you are not taking step to resolve my problem I have purchased s6 edge on 12th april and in july you have launched a offer for customer who purchased it on or before 12 april they are getting 26000 payback I have registered a complaint with you that my points has not been credited till now but you are not taking any action please look into matter and credit my points or I have to take this to consumer court to resolve my problem

      My split ac is making wet walls of my home .since last 15 days I am requesting customer care for same. Nobody visited to me.but only giving false assurance that problem will be resolved in next 2 days.but still noboby visited.please help me out.this type behaviour is embarssing me n I m not able to avail facility of product.

          Hello Team, with lots of grief and disappointment I am complaining on SAMSUNG MOBILE. Model name : SAMSUNG GURU MUSIC2 I purchased above mobile from flipkart having lots of issues and please help me in this case. SAMSUNG should know the lesson for its cheaper design. 1. No silent/vibration mode 2. Worst earphones quality 3.Call receiving button will not work 4. Pathetic sound quality while speaking on call, once I get call, I have to turn back my mobile and speak. I don't know what the product testing team is doing after design...just you guys sleep in the home, why do you need salary...SAMSUNG, please don't cheat Indians...you should repent for this complaint...I need my hard earned money back. SAMSUNG should be punishable severely as I had lost three to four interview schedules because of its poor sound quality. I have got replacement for the same even then I am facing same issue. SAMSUNG SUCKS!!!

              My phone has the following problems. 1. While receiving calls displays goes off. 2. Phone keeps getting hanged and get automatic restarted. 3. Touch screen not working smoothly. 4. Battery requires to be charged 4 to 5 times a day even when not much used. 5. I had given my phone to Authorised Service centre at Veraval 2 times but they have just factory restarted the phone but the problem still remains unsolved. 6. Phone get heated too much.

                  Home Android Central Q&A Ask a Question SAMSUNG WORST WARRANTY and CUSTOMER SERVICE Asked: Aug 30 2015 | 4:06 am EDT 564 Views 1 Answers I need help in resolving my situation Regarding my Case Number: [number removed by mod] for my Samsung Galaxy S5 4G mobile which I purchased 8 months ago, on 15/October/14 at the Phone Store, CMH road, Indiranagar is still within warranty. Kindly find below a detailed timeline of the sequence of events that transpired and the sordid tale of multiple times of critical data loss 1. Since I bought the phone, I noticed that it occasionally restarted on it's own, as I am from the IT Technical field, I knew that this is a familiar occurrence with Android phones so ignored it as everything else was working as expected. 2. But in May 2015, I received an automatic pushed update from Samsung to update to Lollipop version from Kitkat which I promptly did. After this update the phone restarting became more frequent and at that time too I had to travel and I did not use the phone as international roaming was not activated but only used WIFI, at this point of time, the phone was restarting nearly every hour and eventually stopped working and I could not use the phone at all for 2 weeks. 3. After I returned, the very next day I visited the Authorized Samsung Service Center on CMH Road, Indiranagar but they refused to help as they said they said "they don't deal with S5 and S6 phones and that I had to go to Malleshwaram which is the head service center which I did the same day. 4. The Service Technician Lady (Bhavya) checked the phone, and then handed the phone to me ( I am not sure what else was done) she said the only problem was my battery which was below charge level and buck boosted my battery. The phone then resumed, I waited for sometime and the phone appeared okay. but when I reached home I found the phone was in a hung/unresponsive state. 5. After charging the full night and letting the phone update over WIFI, i noticed the next morning that the phone was restarting every few minutes. 6. Next I went to the Koramangala Samsung Service Center where the staff checked my phone and agreed it was a motherboard problem which required replacing but within 3 hours a Technician by the name of Ganesh called me and told me that my phone is "rooted" and warranty void he was VERY loud and extremely rude and harsh and unwilling to help. When I explained my position he even lied he was the manager and said there was nothing I could do but pay! After meeting the real manager - Ravi or the Koramangala center he was better but stood by their story so I left and went to back to your Malleshwaram Center. 7. I was again made to wait for a very long time and met the Technician Bhavya whom I met on my first visit. She referred my case to Venkat (the head Engineer) who was nice and offered to help but again said that since the code is showing up as rooted in the log file ( KNOX code 0x1). If Rooting was a problem, why wasn’t I told the first time when I went. Please can I request you to understand from your technical experience with Samsung please accept repair my phone being assured that I have not rooted any phone. Also As My Phone has gone through Multiple service centers, It could have been possible that if it was rooted, one of the employees has done it. I also wish to further escalate this case to the consumer court to help ensure there are no more gullible consumers at the mercy of pathetic sales after service and buyers better beware before purchasing SAMSUNG phones. SAMSUNG is resorting to unruly measures and threatening me over the phone and calling multiple times during the day and being told to pay for the repairs when I haven't done anything and am the victim here. I have spent 55000 + on the phone and cannot and will not pay Rs. 12000 for repairing a faulty MANUFACTURING ERROR on the phone. SAMSUNG is cheating me

                    Hi, sir my self girish iyer. My mobile samsung galaxy e7 purchased on 25.06.2015 has being giving issue screen black out severval times i had been given the mobile customer care centre 19.8.15 1st time they solved the problem after six days the same issue was there 25.8.15 2nd time solved 31.8.15 is the 3rd time coming back i think handset which is buy me is defect piece so let me replace the hand set. My hand set no is imei no. [protected] the issue hand set being leading with in 6-7 days so inconvenent the hand set.Please get the replace the hand set at the earliest.

                      This is to inform you about the poor customer care service provided by your esteemed company. I had a very bad experience and so I am compelled to write to you about it. I bought a SAMSUNG LED TV, Model- UA32F5100ARMXL, Serial Number- 23473ZED901781V and the most unexpected happened, within ONLY 1 year and 3 months o[censored]se some problem appeared in it. The problem was that the screen went totally blank even though the sound was coming out clear and the remote function was working fine. I reported a complaint in the Samsung service centre regarding the problem in the TV, my complaint no. [protected] DATED 22.08.2015. Accordingly, an Engineer named BAPPI DEY was sent to check the issue with the TV and for this I was charged a service visit charge of Rs.684. He checked the TV for hardly 1-2 minutes and then directly told that the DIPLAY(PANEL) is damaged and so we will have to change the DIPLAY(PANEL) which would cost around Rs. 16000/-. Now what is the point of repairing a TV by spending Rs.16000. Keeping in mind the cost of repairing, as told by the engineer, I decided not to repair it but then the engineer came up with an offer that as this TV is of no use anymore so we can sell it to the company for which the company would pay us Rs.2000/- but if we sell it to him he would pay us Rs.2600/-. The very next day I gave the TV to a local mechanic and when he checked it he told that it had a minor problem which he has solved and no parts of the TV has been replaced. He just took a minimum amount for the repair. I am astonished to see how this Engineer named BAPPI DEY of your company has tried to cheat me. Your customer service did not provide me any support rather tried to cheat me and also took a visiting charge of Rs. 684. If this is how you provide customer service I would never buy any products of your company and would never recommend anyone else to trust your company. This is so shameful that employees of such a reputed company are such big frauds. I did not get trapped in his plan but there may be so many other people whom this person has cheated and will cheat in future. It is very necessary for your company to take actions to stop such acts in future. Either the company or that BAPPI DEY should REFUND me the visiting charge taken on the name of customer service which was actually a harassment.

                      When I called customer care of Samsung a third party guy named madan [protected] came and serviced changed old rods with another old one and got 4100 from me now not picking the calls.problem.still existing

                        hullo their dear sir/madam i am from delhi i bye samsung galaxy a7 on 20.6.2015 from the last 15 days my phon start giving heating hang stuck i given the problem to samsung suport, their ceo, and from ezone where i bye the phone their cepo ms priyanka force me to vist service center which i visit they change the software and said now no problem i want to say my phon was kit version they change in to lolipop in the same set without my knowledge and delete some special features of my phon any ways no problem after 1 day changing the software i get same problem i contact again ceo ms priyanka and their service center call center they told me that our engineer /managment will contact you with in 24 hrs i want to say now they will regularly exp on my phon then what is the use of to bye so costly phone is this samsung irresponsibility they dont care about clients problem or they only money minded people i call them 10 times only same answer you can collect the call and some recorded calls from my mobile too, they dont have time to kall me or write me mail i spebd 27, 000 rs and in 2 months phon start problem it is vietnam make why they dont provide me uk made why this bogus country make samsung is making money only in india if nestlay is fail by maggi then samsung also leave india. dear sir when i visted samsung service center their 100 peoples who were shouting them for the same problem heating hang and stukk with charger if phone heat with charger may be blast and can make big problem for me kindly suggest me and give me time to meet you becaz they people not listening my problem samsung and their suport system both bogus why new phone latest phone giving problems mrs snehlata sehgal [protected] [protected] landline regards

                            I purchased Samsung refrigerator RT33HDRZASP/TL/2015 from reliance digital store at Tirupati vide bill no.[protected]. On 16/08/2015. The same was delivered to me on 18/08/2015. After delivery of the product no body attended for installation and demo. I my self installed on 19/08/2015. For the first three days it worked fine and then the cooling effect decreased, finally from 27/08/15 total cooling down. On that day itself we complained the matter to reliance digital, Tirupati. No body turned it till today. I demand that its new purchase. I lost my faith in reliance digital stores. Replace the product with other same piece.

                              Bought a two door Refrigerator RT33HTRYASA from your dealer Chroma at Juhu Mumbai on 15th Aug which was delivered on 17th. On the 18th when the demo was done it was observed the temperature light in front of the door is not lighting, so next day a service staff attended to rectify but was helpless. and after two days an engineer Mr Sami attended and inspected and said that a part has to be replaced and it will take few days . and in return Samsung will extend the warranty period to 18 months from 12 months, if not we will replace you Refrigerator. Mr Sami assured that the part would be replaced in three days, but since then there has been no call received of keeping me posted and keeping me under tension and making me feel sorry for investing in Samsung. PLEASE ARRANGE TO REPLACE A NEW REFRIGERATOR. FYI On that day I had also purchased an 1, 5 split AC . which it yet to be installed.

                              Till date not received any reply nor a call just a verbal commitment about the replacement which will be made in a weeks time.

                              Finally, The long awaited Exchange Refrigerator was received on the 11th of Sept, hope it works well and will make me forget all the Trauma which you'll made me go through, specially for not updating the day to day situation by mail.
                              Lastly, awaiting to hear about the extended warranty which I have requested as a compensation for the stress and tension gone through.

                                We purchased the Samsung RT33HDRZ fridge on 16/8/2015 .Vide Bill no.[protected] and delivered on 18/08/2015. From reliance mart Tirupati-517501 AP. Nobody attended for demo and installation. We installed and worked for a week. Then from 27/8/2015 cooling has comedown, on 27/8/15 evening by 8pm I informed over phone to Reliance mart, Tirupati. Till now nobody attended. We request the Samsung authorities that we lost the confidence in this product.please exchange with the other one.

                                my refrigerator is totally not working . only fan is blowing. There is no cooling. Noboday from samsung is attended since friday 27/8/15. I demand the samsung authorities to replace the fridge immediately.

                                  Sir, i bought samsung E7 mobile from outlet Pai mobile dated 16 aug 15 and installed glass screen but on 30 aug 15 its touch screen got damaged by mere slip from hand from ht .5 m and it display is lost now when to ur bying outlet they told us that we have to pay Rs 6000/ to change new screen. The company manule had not been provided about gurantee of different part nor stating prcaution o[censored]se.

I called customer support, they are asking 5400+ 13℅tax. I don't understand why eBay is selling products with warranty? I got the parcel on 28-aug-2015 (just two days back). It is not working from first day itself. Why eBay is sending such defected items? Who will take responsibility on this? Kindly somebody help in this please.. Attached proof pictures.

                                      Worst Samsung customer service Center in Trivandrum.In the month of june 2015 we lodged a complain with Samsung service center(SMC}regarding thr broken hinges of front loading Samsung washing machine.After repeated followups Samsung service engineer came to repair the broken hinges of the door of the washing machine.He then said that he has to get the part before fixing it.After a month he came with the part but said that he was unable to unscrew the broken hinges and so it has to be taken to the service center for repairs.After numerous calls to the service center and issued a work order and saying that it would delivered in a week in july last week .In spite of contacting them a dozens of times --we have lost our washing machine as well .This is a classic example of Samsung customer service.

                                        Samsung UA40H5500ARLXL 102 cm (40) LED TV (Full HD, Smart) TV Will work only till Warranty period This TV I purchased from Adhishwar in Jayanagar 5th Block, Bangalore. After the warranty Period my tv's Remote sensor stopped working... I visited the Showroom and checked with them what to do. They told they will send a person to check the TV and took my address again. But no body turned up. I called the Samsung Customer Care and booked a complaint. Now the Story starts. THe Service ENgineer came and started opening the TV cabinet and started changing the Joystick saying this could be the problem. After changing also it did not work and Now he says has to replace the mother board. If the TV is completely shut off then we can conclude the Mother board is issue. But SInce the remote sensor is not Working how can be the Mother board faulty. This costs close to 4k-5K it seems. First thing is Dont Buy Samsung TV and even you buy Dont ever Buy in Adhishwar showrooms becuase they sell all old TVs
